I stayed 4 nights and upon arrival home was charged $50USD for a hotel blanket. I called and was told ‘I took it’. It’s 10 days later, 3 phone calls and numerous emails sent, and I have yet to have the issue resolved or a response from the hotel. I used the blanket on the bed because it was cold and housekeeping removed it to wash and someone else must not have noticed it had been removed, saw the empty shelf and blamed me. Really disappointing to be accused of stealing and be ignored. Definitely won’t be staying at any Hilton property again.
I will say the team at the front desk was super friendly during my entire stay. The manager I spoke to, who took my number 9 days ago seems like she was going to help but it’s 9 days later so I guess not!
Very nice service. Good central location.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip and my second to last day at the hotel they requested to clean my room and when I came back in the evening my door had been left open. I did have things stolen and I alerted the hotel and still nothing has been done. I did not feel comfortable about my security of my belongings and I grateful I was leaving the next day. I have reached out to the hotel multiple times as well as corporate and nothing has been done. I wish they would actually being taking this seriously…I felt so violated. The actual hotel room was fine and looks like the picture.
