Fantastic lovely hotel with super sweet helpful and friendly staff. Always a hello and a smile. You feel comfortable from the time you step in until you leave the place again. Can highly recommend the place. I Will give it 5⭐️

The staff is helpful and kind at all times. Especially Wendy at the desk — she is wonderful.
Breakfast is good, cleaning is good.
Location is perfect in the flower district.

The front desk staff, especially Giselle, was so sweet. We were called by name and treated like family. So helpful with direction and reservations. Room was small but clean and updated. Comfy bed. Loved it!

Absolutely a nightmare. Staff were rude, unresponsive and created a huge snafu which they were then unwilling to remedy. Never, ever again. My entire stay was completely ruined.

The most thoughtful staff! As I was checking in, Roxanne asked me how my day was. I gave her a peek into my day and she was so empathetic. I dropped my bags and then went to get something to eat. When I came back, Roxanne left a note wishing me a better night with a bag of goodies (wine, chocolate, potato chips, LaCroix and a snack bar). Totally made my day!

This was a very clean hotel. Everyone was friendly and kind. The breakfast was very good and went well past the scheduled time. It was a nice room to sit in and enjoy a leisurely breakfast. My only issues: no safe in the room, no mini fridge.

Nice hotel wonderful staff. Rooms are small but good for two ppl. We were given water up in arrival. Even got a welcome basket on day two. Great breakfast w veggie sausage.

We stayed for four nights and had a nice stay. Clean room, attentive staff, and easy to get to. It's a great location to quickly access the subway to get anywhere you want to or need to. I would stay here again.

It was a wonderful experience. My 13yr old daughter and I recently visited New York being she had never been. I was greeted at the desk by this delightfully helpful young lady named Michelle. She not only went the extra mile to make sure my daughter's experience was exceeded. But she treated us both as if we were a part of her family. She even went so far as to leave a welcome package in our room filled with a variety of snacks that my daughter quickly consumed. She also cherry picked some of the best things to do during our visit. She knew her stuff. My daughter was pleased with every event. Thanks again Michelle. My room was nice and clean. I did have an issue with a no flushing toilet. But with the help of Michelle it was taken care of within a matter of minutes. Everyone I interacted with were so accommodating making us feel welcomed. Stayed at the hotel for 9 nights and it was good time there. The suit is pretty good nothing impressive but good. Has a great breakfast, good location and amazing staff. Has a great rooftop if you want to take some food to enjoy a lazy day inside the hotel. You can get free coffee at the lobby whenever you want, that's a plus. It's kinda hard to get Amazon delivery but you can easily manage using Amazon Lockers nearby. It's definitely a good place to stay.

Great little hotel for price and location. Everything was clean and well kept. One of the best experiences thus far in the city, hotel wise. Michelle at the front desk was absolutely incredible so helpful and always ready with smile. The free breakfast is actually good complete with a waffle maker and all. Thank you for making life easier.

Room was pretty small (though we already knew that, considering it is a New York), but clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Did not have a chance to try the breakfast there, but they do offer a free breakfast from 6-9 AM.

Very nice hotel experience with its location perfect for not being in the congestion of the city but also close to the subway (1/2 trains). The room was always clean and had amazing shower hot water and pressure.

This Hotel is in the neighborhood Chelsea, poorly located between shops selling plants, has a good breakfast but the rooms are very small and the beds also, sold as for 4 people but actually is apt for 2, that I find misleading, both for the hotel and for takeoff, are more catalogued the rooms nails beds one hurts because it ruins a stay in a city that deserves to sleep well comfortable given that it walks a lot. The square and half beds are not for two people, (they say marital since when square and half is for 2 people), should not be sold in that misleading way.

Ridiculously small bathroom. The rest was fine. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Shower water pressure was good, plenty of hot water. Breakfast was the usual — pleasantly adequate. Located close to many stores, restaurants, and attractions. Bathroom took some maneuvering to get in and out of. Two people in the bathroom at one time was out of the question, unless one of us was in the shower. We were concerned about hitting our heads on the bathroom door handle when we got up in the night to go to the bathroom because of it's proximity to the toilet. Also of note is the fact that construction right outside the entrance prevented taxis/ubers/lyfts from picking up or dropping off in front of the hotel. We had to go to 7th for rides. Overall, not great but not terrible. Recommended with reservations re: the bathroom.

The bedroom was tiny but the bathroom was very spacious, almost equal to 50% of the room. Bed was comfortable, room was quiet, but that wasn't hard as there's only 7 rooms per floor on the upper levels. Breakfast was tasty but very crowded, avoid the last half an hour rush!

What I like: Hotel clean staff very friendly good breakfast good location what I did not like the room is small but still works, what if they are very small are the beds, the size I felt less than a full, was more like a twin XL, so for 2 adults the bed turned out small. The view from the room was ugly and you pass a little noise from the other rooms.

A great little hotel in the middle of the flower district. The rooms are small (it's Manhattan! ), but very comfortable and tastefully appointed. Good value for the money, easy access to subways, and plenty of restaurants nearby. Great if you need to work in Chelsea, I stay here every time I come to work in NY.

Great hotel. Everything was clean, the staff was very attentive, cheery, and helpful. Super-comfortable bed, too. I'd gladly come back.

My only negative. And it is just little… double room for three people is cramped but that is NYC. We were out exploring from morning till night so it worked fine! Location in flower district was quiet… flowers lined sidewalk! Only a couple minutes walk to subway redline. Room was clean, staff lovely, they put on a very good breakfast, and bottles of water for the asking at front desk. It was good value and I would definitely stay here again.

Great location — exceptional for a Fairfield Inn. Check in was probably the best ive had at a FF and it even came with an amazing gourmet cupcake. Free coffee and bottled water in the lobby. Comfy beds too! Rooms are small but this is NYC so its the norm. Would stay here again.

Very nice front desk staff. The cleaning staff could be more thorough when cleaning (ensuring all spaces are vacuumed). While there isn't a restaurant, they do provide a basic breakfast each morning (eggs, meat, cereal, waffles, etc). The room itself is laid out well, but the desk chairs are worn out — — it's more comfortable to work in bed if you can. I do wish there was brighter lighting overall (a bright wall lamp, instead of turning on also table lamps). Overall, these negatives are more being picky. If they are addressed, my rating would easily be 5 stars.

Arrived from Laguardia around 10am from Orlando, and our rooms weren't ready yet (it was earlier than check in time, so that's not on the hotel). Kevin the concierge and Enoch the customer service rep went out of their way to accommodate us. They saw to it that we were comfortable by checking our bags and offering their lobby amenities to us, as well as coffee. Kevin was even able to check some of our party in earlier than 1pm. The room itself was fine. Modern, well kept furniture and a very nice bathroom. The beds were a little stuff but some might find that more comfortable. To be honest, I spent very little time in my room but I was satisfied with it. Breakfast was good though the coffee was the only standout. It was delicious. Ultimately I weighted the stars in this review mostly towards the excellent service I received.

Considering the price and room quality, I would not stay here again. Carpets are badly stained (one guest traveling with us had to get a new room due to stains and smell) — the manager on duty said they're looking to replace them, which I hope is true. The customer service was great, however!

My sister, her husband, my fiancé and I had to come to New York to visit our mother, she is in the hospital, we traveled from Ga and Virginia on an emergency trip. When we checked into the hotel we were pleased with the appearance and the staff, but Bethany the young ladie who checked us in was awesome. Bethany was so compassionate about our situation she sent us a bottle of wine to our room, along with the sweetest card ever, such an amazing act of kindness. We truly appreciated everything the staff did to make our stay a pleasant and memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay there again. Bethany you rock!

Great room for the price. Clean and actually a fairly spacious bathroom. Cheaper and nicer than the hotel I stayed in the night before. A win-win.

Don't know was just delivering food here. The security was nice and courteous the customers when I walked. The hotel was extremely clean as well.

The staff was super friendly. Our first room didn't smell so fresh, they gave us a new room right away. It's an easy walk to Times Square, Chelsea Market, etc. They have free breakfast which is fair, but go buy a good coffee.

Rooms extremely small. The view is bad. The reception does his part. The breakfast acceptable. The location very good.

This hotel is outstanding. Nestled in the heart of Chelsea, it has spacious rooms by New York City standards, a friendly staff, great views, a wonderful breakfast area, and lots of other great amenities.

I have stayed in a few different hotels in New York City, each time leaving disappointed. I was impressed with this hotel from the time I called to get a confirmation e-mail. I did not receive it upon my booking and had to call back. When I called, the receptionist was very friendly and made me feel important & as though getting that e-mail to me was a priority. In the past when I have called hotels, it feels as though you are just another guest & they have better things to be doing than figuring out your problem. This was not the case here. When I arrived for check in, it was 1 A. M. And I was greeted nicely by Jessica. She was very helpful with finding parking & which option would be best for my needs. Jessica was a true professional and I could tell she cared about each guest she interacted with as I checked into the hotel. Also, I was very impressed with the deposit process. In the past, I have had hotels charge the amount owed plus $300+ making that money not available to me. Here they only charged a $20.00 deposit. In the past I have had a hard time getting that hold off my card so that was a huge relief. The location is amazing, just a few blocks from 5th Ave. I will stay at this hotel time after time when visiting New York City. I am so glad to have found a place I trust in a city I frequent often, thanks for everything! ❤️

I have been to many Fairfield's inn. This particular one is one a higher scale than others. Clean and modern rooms and larger than the typical NY hotel room.

I stay here 2 times a year love the location staff very professional rooms excellent will only stay at this location.

Stayed 3 nights and 4 days for business, larger rooms compared to other Fairfield's in Manhattan. Good free breakfast in the mornings.

My husband and I did spent a week and we did love the accommodation, very conveniently located and very clean, superb breakfast, staff outstanding especially Kevin, he did give us very good tips! We will definitely go back, thank you guys! Barbara, Australia.

I was a guest from 8/13/2015 to 8/20/2015 with great satisfaction, great location close to major attractions (Times Square, MSG, Empire State), Metro station at 100 meters, rooms small but clean and with all the fixings, (only note missing refrigerator and safe).
The breakfast is plentiful and good, complete with everything.
The staff, Jillian, Kevin, Leo, Brittany, Bethany are great people, helpful and polite.
From the hotel terrace, furnished with sofas and tables, you can enjoy the great view of the Empire State Building.
I recommend the Hotel for value for money, location.

Really incredible experience here. My husband and I booked here to be comfortable but not go overboard on price for our honeymoon/anniversary/my birthday trip. The staff was very friendly and the customer service we received was what we could have expected at a much higher priced hotel. Leo especially took amazing care of us. Upgrading our room when he found out why we were there. We even were surprised by having our room decorated with rose petals, a bottle of wine, fruit, cupcakes and a nice card wishing us a happy anniversary. We will definitely be booking here again when we come back to NYC.

Quite nice hotel, however, the room is not very big and really a lot of people — and so, pretty well!
