Very clean and helpful staff everything is new.

So I stayed at the Hotel with my family and enjoyed the stay, the rooms were amazing as the pictures. But most of all the breakfast was the best! Thanks to Rosa that every time something was about to be empty she quickly restocked it and everything was clean at the moment so that no one felt that they couldn't seat anywhere. Most of all she makes such tasteful waffles! So I'll give this hotel a 5 Star! Thanks for the experience and I'll come back no doubt!

Super cute little place! Plus, they got me out of a huge jam when all the flights in the area got grounded and all hotels booked up. Super sweet staff. Will def be back to stay longer. :)

Excellent! Yesterday we left this hotel after 9 days! Very good location, only 4 metro stops away from Manhattan. Located in an area with a lot of life. The rooms are spacious, clean, excellent Wi-Fi connection and an amazing deal on behalf of the entire team. I recommend this hotel, we will repeat!

Enjoyed my stay. The rooms are clean and have plenty of space and storage areas, though I wish they would include microwaves in the rooms. The customer service is top notch. The front desk clerks are all very friendly. Breakfast could have more options and the breakfast area is the only place with a microwave you can use. But there are plenty of good options at the breakfast area nonetheless. The hotel is in a great location. The nearest Manhattan bound station is just a three minute walk away, and it is easy to ride the subways to and from Manhattan without having to transfer too many times. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. I do wish they would have more options in the breakfast area and have microwaves in the rooms, but for the price this is definetely a great hotel.

The hotel is a short distance from the train line and some shops, which is helpful for getting around when staying at the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and are very well conditioned. I found that the food was pretty bad, especially at breakfast. Whether this is my picky food taste, being British, or the food was lacking by US standards I do not know. I would definitely stay again with such friendly staff!

There are projects everywhere in this area just beware. Also they are going to over charge you on your stay beware of that as well after being hassled about paying my room they over charge my card by 300 dollars. If you want a place WITH A VIEW try Dazzler hotel Brooklyn. Because the only view of this hotel are of the many projects your surrounded by so personally don’t get a room with an upper view just a heads up. But the beds were pretty nice. I wouldn’t stay here again. Just a heads up my room total cost 1287.90. But I got charged 1547.7 watch the charges.

Top hotel. The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The a-train isn't far away, you just need to walk 2 minutes. Easy to find. The staff is friendly. The breakfast could be more international.

I was hesitant when booking the hotel. I have to stay thumps all the way UP. The customer service was Top Notch. It definitely exceeded my expectations. The female front desk staff in Am and night female front desk at pm are both great and they exemplifies what True customer service really is. The beds are comfortable, clean and they are attentive to your needs when requested. On the other hand, the only issue I have is that at breakfast time, food finish very quickly and you have to literally beg the staff to provide more food. Some of the staff said he in kitchen during breakfast are RUDE and hesitant to help especially the AA lady. Overall excellent experience.

Cute and clean hotel with a lot of character. Small minimalist rooms. Everything you need and nothing you don't. Quiet area close to a subway station with a straight shot to Manhattan without a transfer. Love it. Will stay again.

The room was very nice with hard wood floors but extremely small. It smelled good, was centrally located to the subway and Elevated train and bus lines. Convenient to many restaurants and shops in Brooklyn. The breakfast had a small selection but was good. The hotel was modern and the beds were comfortable.

My girlfriend and I were staying for Spring Break and kept saying how much we enjoyed BKLYN house. The location is great, being about two minutes from the subway, and a great deli w/beer. The staff was kind, welcoming and helped us find a bunch of cool NY shops and restaurants. The sheets were a little scratchy, but other than that the modern design and gorgeous skyline view (we were. On the top floor) were amazing and beautiful.

Great place comparing to other higher quality hotels. Great value. Nice room. Great staff.

Easy access, close to Metro and bus nearby. The rooms are nice and the breakfast is great. Friendly reception Staff.

Best hotel I've stayed in NY, hands down. Clear rooms, cool neighborhood, not as expensive as others, subway on the corner. Manhattan is 5 subway stations away. Pretty cool, and I want to come back. :-)

I recently booked a room here and I loved every bit of it. The room was a nice size for my boyfriend and I. Bathroom was nice and modern. Rooms was clean upon. The hotel overall was great. SB: this hotel is in a urban area but it doesn’t take away from the hotel. And if your food lover like me there is plenty of choices.

A kitschy, ironic but cute place to stay. Less of a 'hotel' and more of a nice hostel. Good for one night stays. The rooms are not very sound proof and if you leave anything in the rooms during the day, the maid service workers tend to have grabby hands. (Stolen from my room was two nice glasses I got for christmas gifts and my passport! I was extremely surprised. ) They make you sign a contract that things left in the rooms are not their responsibility. But seriously?! The rooms lock, the only people getting in are me and the maid service, it's absolutely unreasonable to let your employees steal a customer's belongings. There is clearly a social media presence that is not reflected in customer service offered for day to day problems. Upon check-in they let me take two beers from the supply which was very nice! I really appreciated that! The morning breakfast is nothing to write home about, but obviously not common, even in nicer hotels. Often rowdy crowds in the hotel, averaging mid-twenties and young families with kids on vacation. Every door slams shut. Consider another option for multi-night stays. Would have offered two stars for the ambiance and general aesthetic but I honestly can NOT believe the maid service would steal from a room, they do not offer safes either! I have been traveling for many months, I have a lot of stuff with me, I am not in a position to take my valuables everywhere I go.

Quiet place neat good attention the bad thing for our experience was the parking area.

I had a great stay at the bk house hotel! The concierge service was excellent. I had the breakfast and I think her name was Kayla, she worked in the kitchen, and she was very polite, helpful, and provided us with great restaurant options! Overall the staff was awesome! Definitely coming back!

Great location close to transit. The rooms were very clean and the beds we're comfortable. My only complaint is that my room was right next to the door on the stairs that would slam anytime someone went through it causing us to wake up multiple times each night.

Great place to stay while you're in NYC. Staff was great… place is clean. Rooms are cozy and clean… they have a great free breakfast buffet every morning. I'm definitely recommending that place to everyone I know. I had a great 4 night stay there… Thanks guys! Keep up the good work.

It's a Bed & Breakfast with a modern touch.
Its location is good, you have metro lines J, Z and M to a street and L and G to a short walk.
Good choice or you want to visit Brooklyn and Manhattan paying an affordable price.
Clean and practical, ideal for those who want to spend the day in the streets of NY.

It was my first time at this hotel because the others that am use to was fully book. The said they was o my one room left she said and it was on the lower level. 07. Which I think it's expensive for that room. $660. I did not sleep all night because of the noise and the slamming of doors all night. I could not wait to check out. Because I was tired and no sleep. I paid less money and better room at other hotel which is more upscale. Still can't believe I paid so much for a cropy room.

Marcus is the man! Hats off to him and the rest of the staff for making my friends 50th b-day celebration extra special. Balloons, wine and a hand written sentiment! Absolutely awesome! The hotel was super easy to find, walking distance to several shops and restaurants, rooms are clean, comfortable, and very spacious, the staff was friendly and the breakfast room was spotless with a variety​ of items! And we found free street parking, too! If you haven't stayed at this this hidden Brooklyn gem yet, go for it! We'll be back!

The location was perfect for me and what I had planned around Brooklyn. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly as well as the service staff. The room was clean and updated. The bed was comfortable. My stay was overall great.

I absolutely loved this place! Location was great, close to convenient shopping, bus and train, a park. I was able to catch a block party in the neighborhood while I was there, such an amazing experience. The breakfast was great with plenty to choose from, Ms. Juanita was so inviting and quick to help me out because I had to get food for my daughter and I. The hotel is very modern but cozy at the same time. Reasonably priced. If you want the Brooklyn experience this is the place for you. I traveled with my mom and my daughter and the room was just enough space. I can go on and on. I used to visit Brooklyn as a kid and it felt good to be back.

Solid hotel. I did not experience the free breakfast or drinks. Bed was comfortable. TV did not work but I was too lazy to call the front desk to fix.

Great hotel. Good location. Chic. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They partner with a vehicle garage for parking and you get a slightly lower rate. It uses a parking service like parking Panda that you can download on your phone. The rooms are cozy. They have a full sized iron (and not just a steamer). They also have a mini ironing board which is very helpful so you don't have to bend down and iron on your bed. There is a desk in the room with 3 chairs. Very colorful interior. I'd definitely recommend this place and weeks use this hotel again when I come back to the area.

Overall I liked the room, the decor was very modern and hip. Liked the murals and art all over the hotel. The bathroom was set up that it didn't have a door, the water splashed all over the bathroom when I showered. Other than that it was a cool stay and j would recommend it.

Lady at the front desk has horrible customer service. The place is by the projects, there was hair in the fridge. I would not recommend. Be prepared to get charged an extra $100 fee just in case you damage the place before you get your room and you got to sign a contract. You will find rust in the bathroom. The one star is only for the bed being comfortable.

The staff are cool and friendly. Hotel has a lot of art and real Brooklyn vibe. Stayed in two rooms here and both showers had pretty dirty tile. Everything else feels clean and updated. Also they could use another elevator. Took us almost 10minutes to get down from the 6th floor one day an hour before check out time.

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever encountered. Towels were dirty with little stains on them. Pillows had hair on them and found hair on the bed and sink. Breakfast is also not to die for and the staff… well it's New York they were just plain out rude. The decor is nice but if the trend continues this will just end up being another "ghetto" motel. Oh and the t. V. Guide was not working, kept saying call front desk but after the customer service I had received I was not calling anyone.

A hotel with potential BUT… be careful. Rooms are definitely nice and modern but cleaning service was the first days terrible. They made only one of two beds, forgot to refill the cups and to hoover the room. Breakfast is a good selection but only between 6 and 7.30. Chance is high to get nothing after 8.30. AC in the room but not cool enough. The biggest problem are the thin walls in the rooms in combination with very loud clapping doors. BUT the hotel is a good choice compared to lots of others in the NY-area. Very good connection to metro station. In the near surrounding lots of opportunities to get food. All in all clean and definitely very friendly and helpful stuff. P. S. Hint for families: Plus is a nice playground only 50 m away.

Great pricing and they refunded $100 back to my account within days of my leave highly recommend this place I'm a tough critique I loved it here very clean very nice staff be careful about parking pay attention to the street signs and times. For the past week or so I've been staying at different hotel every night. BKLYN House Hotel is by far the best I've stayed in in NY. The staff is nice. The rooms are clean. Water pressure in the shower is good. Laundermat close by. The bad is firm and comfortable. Lowering the shades darkens the room. Breakfast is good with a decent coffee machine and a self service waffle maker, but no vegetables. Close to subway J and M lines.

It was my family's and my first time travelling to New York and we were desperate to find a hotel because almost all of them were fully booked. Luckily, my sister found this and we were relieved to find out that it still accepts last-minute bookings. I like the design of the hotel: it makes it look modern and "humble". I am happy we got the first floor and I like the bedroom with its comfortable and clean beds that I can easily sleep in no time. I like the TV Cable though I didn't find the channel guide until the last day of stay. The bathroom looked really nice and stylish but I was kinda annoyed by the loud flushing sound of the toilet that can wake up the people in bed. I was irritated by the thudding sound outside of the hotel room in which I thought at first were guests being rude but it was apparently the elevator (? ) and this kinda disturbed our sleep. For breakfast, I liked everything though I think there should have been two waffle maker just to save time instead of waiting for a person to finish making his waffles. I liked the hotel's distance to and from the Flushing Subway Station and fastfood centres where I can just go when I want to eat dinner. Overall, I really liked the experience and would definitely return and recommend this to our friends who want to stay in Brooklyn, New York.

My parents and aunt stayed here for a weekend. They dropped bags off with front desk around 10am, we went out for the day and when they got back, the room was still not ready an hour and half after check-in time. Room was on first floor and extremely noisy with doors slamming constantly. Saturday night had nonstop parties with loud music and more slamming doors. 3 large men knocked on my mother's door very early in the morning but were at the wrong room. It's startled everyone when they opened the door. Front desk agents could care less when complaints were made and didn't even offer an apology. I get this is a hipster Brooklyn hotel but is the attitude really necessary? Hotels wonder why people choose Airbnb to travel now. The one good thing about the hotel was it had a nice breakfast lounge which my parents and aunt did enjoy.

Stayed here last three times when visiting Brooklyn. Clean, modern rooms smallish but very adequate. Helen at the breakfast area keeps it spotless and helps everyone that needs help. Like location and they do give repeat customer discount if you ask (15%). We shall return.

I hesitate to write this review because I don't want too many people to find out about this place and I don't want increased demand to jack up the prices, but here goes… This place is a great, no frills, unbelievably affordable place to stay in NYC. I paid $65/night here! In New York! That's amazing! The room was tastefully simple, very clean and comfortable, and very spacious by New York City standards. But I stress, it IS a budget hotel. If you want a luxury experience, go stay at the Peninsula and pay $600 a night. Now the downside is that the hotel is located in a particularly ugly part of the city (my opinion). It's convenient to the subway, only a couple of blocks away, but it's a grungy neighborhood and there are all sorts of questionable characters hanging around day or night. That said, it did NOT feel unsafe even at night, but I'm a 6' 4", 210 lb. Guy. Women walking alone might feel differently and maybe will want to be careful. Also, being so inexpensive, I felt the hotel attracted a "less sophisticated" level of traveler. They are generally inconsiderate and noisy and like talking loudly and slamming doors. I had a clueless couple in the room next to me that laughed and screamed VERY loudly until about 5am. After I called the front desk at 1:30am to complain they quieted down for a little while but were back at it after about an hour. Fortunately, they were only my neighbors for my first night at the hotel.

As a professional traveler, I have stayed in many hotels over the last 30 years. We booked the Le Jolie to be nearby a wedding venue we were attending. The hotel and staff were fabulous. The building was approximately 9 years old and was quite nice. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and modern amenities our room had. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was significantly above average and the lady named Helen that was in charge of it was friendly, efficient, and attentive. I would highly recommend this hotel and we plan to stay there again. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

Good location, super price performance. Very nice and helpful staff. Good Breakfast for American standards, have been but, unfortunately, sometimes too little in a rush. Rooms are modern and useful equipped (with iron and Ironing Board). Were very well treated, with 2 small children. In the proximity there is the Metro, shopping and playgrounds. Unfortunately, it is a pretty lively area, but this Hotel gets 5 stars from us because it is recommended in a Whole really. There were even 2 times.

A modern and very well thought out room. They have creative ways to create space where there shouldn't be any. And they give you in room slippers!

It's spectacular, good location, close places to eat good, gym, subway.

I can't connect my speakers Ni Bo. Who have the situation previously dealt with, and I assume that's what you do when you visit New York, then a is aware of in which district the Hotel is located. We felt there was not a second uncomfortable or unsafe. We have chosen this district aware of. The room was cleaned daily and always to our full satisfaction. The Service was OK, we took him in. From other guests we experienced, that every wish was fulfilled. We recommend the Hotel and the location fully. 3-4 minutes to the metro line M, to the subway line J or Z there are 7-9 minutes on foot. Shops are around the corner, the ways to eat also. The Breakfast was served in the first two days of our stay from the Food Truck, which was totally fine. From the third day then there was the Breakfast in the Hotel, coffee, O-juice, Bagel, Toast, etc. Were sufficiently available and it has us always tasted. W-LAN is fast and in every corner of the hotel, this is certainly not a matter of course. We had previously communicated with a room request and got the room we wanted. We will come back.

We were in a room on the first floor, next to an escape door that everyone used to get down to the lobby, at 7 am they felt the knocks of the door for a good while, even at night they felt. At the front desk they knew nothing.
The room was nice but there were no glasses, no where to support the suitcases, no safe and lastly under the beds, which were high, it was dirty and dusty.
It wasn't the best experience.

Cleaning and Breakfast is miserable. I felt in the surroundings a little unsure. Subway in the vicinity. Quite a new Hotel. Relatively good Parking possibilities.

I spent 2 days at Bklyn House on a personal trip, and I would specifically recommend this hotel.
The staff are available and very welcoming, the rooms are perfect, the beds are comfortable, the cleanliness is impeccable and the hotel is located close to a subway station that serves Manhattan very well.
For the noise, we arrived at the end of June, there were few people at the hotel but still noisy because of our not very discreet neighbors.
