Good looking rooms, cheap, clean and efficient, 10/10

Considering it was the only thing available in 18 miles of the area we had to be in, I'm giving it a 3 star. Had anything else been available or in our price range, I wouldn't have stayed there. Room smelled of old smoke, the shower was gross looking. Very sketchy things going on outside other rooms.

Lets start with check in, the pleasant man is behind 1/4" lexan which I think he feels will protect him from the potential unruly guest. This should have been the first sign to me. Good luck buddy. So as we check in he States that we requested a smoking room. Nay I state, I am then informed that they only have smoking rooms. Which I assume as all the non-smoking rooms are booked. Apparently I assume incorrectly as all of their rooms are smoking. Oh well! To be upfront I booked this room pretty late on the weekend of the 2018 U. S. Open that my 73 year old father and I are attending and I don't have the coffers to pay $700 for one night. (Maybe I should have) In any event we venture to our room past what may have been a lady of the night waiting for her evening meal and open the door with our high tech RFID card and find a quaint little room with 2 full sized beds a 19" TV and a closet sized bathroom. We leave the door open as instructed by the man in the fishbowl office to vent the smoking smell as a few more interesting characters walk by our door and I contimplate the response time of the local police department.

For the money it's a good place. It's clean, the A/C works, the wi fi is free, the beds are comfortable and AJ, the assistant manager is one of the best people Ive ever had the pleasure of knowing.

Nice rooms for the price and I liked the fact that they also have rooms with microwaves and refrigerators.

I found a crack pipe in my room. Very dirty mean staff. Stay away.

Like thename, youre gonna get your best value. Not many amenities, but its what its worth. Clean and spacious (free breakfast! ) Truly frels like home.

It is what it is, a cheap, clean motel. Friendly staff. Nothing fancy but fully functional.

A safe quite place but they should definitely charge less for these rooms or AT LEAST update them at least.

They have hookers staying there. When you call and tell them they treat you like a criminal. Very rude at the desk. I left feeling I did something wrong.

ABVI was conveniently located near Patchogue. I got quick, efficient service while drunk in getting a room to stay for the night. The staff was very kind and patient.

Skanky and obviously an hourly joint. Thank God we didn't have a black light to test what was left there by previous occupiers! The carpet was wet in places and damp in others. I don't think it had bugs as they would have refused to stay. This should have a no star rating.

Made reservations through Orbitz. We cancelled the reservations through Orbitz and Orbitz called the motel to notify them of the cancellation. The motel did not answer the calls from Orbitz purposefully. So they charged us for the room anyways. We contacted Orbitz to figure out what happened and when they called the motel again the motel says they didn't receive a call even though Orbitz has records saying otherwise. The rude lady insisted she always answers the phone and is always there. Orbitz was amazed at how shady the motel was acting about the whole situation. We had a situation at our prior stay with this motel. We ordered through a third party company and the motel double charged us for the room. We had to go into the office and basically argue with the woman that works there to give us our money that she stole! We should have know then that this place is a shady hole of thievery and not give it a second chance. Do Not Go Here!

This place is dispicable the manager takes your personal info and keeps it in there system and walks in without permission. I do not recommend this place. Really fishy spot, un sanitary and no customer service whats so ever. Do yourself a favor and do not return here.

This place is fucked up. The managers don't know how to treat their guests. They yell at you and are very disrespectful and rude. Don't even bother coming here. Only upside to this is that they have a cute girl working the front who's pretty nice. Place smells of mold and the place is also very dirty. They charge way too much for a sketchy motel too. Go elsewhere, you can find a place a lot cheaper.

My motel room was filthy and smelt like mold. I unmade the bed and the sheets were covered in hair and mattress had soil stains all over it along with rips and tears! Chair in the room was covered in white stains and caked on dust under the chair arms. Room was hideous! Left the property to take the rest of family to their place and then called the motel to state my concerns about the room and ask for my credit card not to be charged since we would not stay there. Man on phone was rude and accused me of using room and then leaving. Which was not the case, I tried to explain to him that I was simply inspecting. He wasn't having it and told us to come see him. Upon arriving back at the motel a women that was clearly on drugs and prostituting walked out the of lobby! When we went inside to talk to the man, he was very hostile and would not let us explain ourselves. He made it seem like we used the room for sexual activities and then left. He must have this happen a lot. Judging by the room and the prostitute leaving the lobby. This was one of those motels! An argument between my husband and the man happened and he would only refund our second night. I was shocked at how he was treating us. My father tried to calm the man down and we left after he would not give us a total refund.

Decent sized room with mini fridge and microwave. Carpet and bed sheets were questionable cleanliness-wise. Was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. Shower dripped all night. The receptionist was very friendly and I liked the proximity to Main St in Port Jeff. Will definitely spend the extra $40 or so to stay in a better hotel next time.

The best care to the very good customer service.

They need to oust the bad people staying there immediately not let everyone else suffer.

Very nasty staff! Called to try and book a room, and a woman answered by saying "Nobody in room! " I said, I'm sorry I didnt understand what you said when answering the phone, she said again, "Nobody room! " (Which I assume meant no rooms available in her broken english), then she hung up on me. What a terrible way to conduct a business! I'll never call them again for that reason.

It might not be much, but it exactly what my partner and I were looking for. Beautiful big bed, mini fridge, vanity sink, bathroom and shower. What more could you ask for with an overnight stay? Plus complimentary Donuts and coffee! :) We were very satisfied with our stay!

Comfortable bed, clean sheets & towels. I'd stay there again, will do so for my next long weekend mini-Vaca.
