Good breakfast. Cold lobby coffee. Friendly staff. Small rooms. Not all outlets worked. Good refrigerator. Confusing shower. For a single night stay, room was comfortable and affordable.

Upon entering the building it smelled of mold and mildew. The halls had buckled carpets, and heidious yellow walls. My room smelled of swamp and mold and some gross residue came out of the air conditioning unit and onto my bed. The bed was not properly pressed and made and the TV unit, which appeared to be more of a monitor was horrible. I had to stay for the night due to a delayed flight, at least the smell of cigarette smoke covered up the horrible smells a little. If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. THIS PLACE IS A DUMP! The renaissance hotel was so much nicer, I am not going to try to save money with my stay again. (also note all the 5/5 reviews are middle eastern people, someone has clearly paid for reviews)

This place needs a new everything. Very dated. Everything is worn and shabby. I stayed here about 20 years ago and loved it so much we came back… definitely not the same.

Very friendly and curtious staff. Quick service if theres an issue with the room. Pool was very nice. Had a Jacuzzi in the room. Rooms were huge. Breakfast very good. Will be staying here again. Only issue was TV needs extra TLC… Patience in operating it. There are instructions.

My experience was not bad, at all came here with family. Staff very friendly rooms were okay actually cleaner then the Great Escape lounge which paid $450 for 2 nights. They seem to have a bad rep but guess you can’t please everyone.

A few friends and I were looking to stay previously at another hotel about an hour away, but they had lost our booking even though we had the confirmation number. This place was the only pet friendly hotel for ages that had not just one but two open rooms. The rooms are quite nice, the beds are comfortable and they have cable. If you're looking for a five star establishment this isn't it, but if it's 12 am and you just need to pass out after a long frustrating day then this place is perfect. Breakfast is also included, good coffee and great bagels.

It was nice enough for the corporate lodging rate I was at, which I don't personally pay for. So, strictly speaking of experience, not value — it was decent. A few figures falling offthe wall are fine. Finding a centipede in the bathroom is not upsetting. The sheets appeared clean, and the staff was very nice. The place is aging and needs some more proactive maintenance, but you won't die.

Do not come here unless you realy realy have to. I came here with my five year old daughter for one night. Only because we Iive very far and I had to be in the area the next morning. This place is a joke! I got in my room that I already reserved online. Tv don’t work! Then I went to the front desk and told them so they just changed my room. So I had to relocate my things and my daughter… second room; guess what?! Tv doesn’t work! I went again and said to them again TV doesn’t work! They changed my room again! (This is the 3rd room) … I have no idea if TV works or not because THERE IS NOOOO REMOTE!

Conveniently located, low room prices, however the place is old and very dated. Room is rated a 1.5, dirty toilet, ripped carpets, windows don't close, poor a/c. Not recommended.

Straight forward as the description states, however, the staff goes above and beyond helping out travelers. The front desk gentlman Al, was very kind and helpful, the shuttle driver, and another stffer all very kind. I would stay here again, as they do what they can to accommodate.

Everything was clean and in order. Nothing unexpected or unwanted. Staff were courteous.

This was my first time using Park and Fly and I will give them another chance but never will I stay in this hotel ever again! Rude staff and dirty rooms are just the beginning. With many other options in the immediate are stay anywhere else but here.

I was meeting a friend from out of town there before we went out to lunch. Hotel looks very run down from the outside. The rooms aren't much better. The one thing going for it was the great staff that was very helpful ine finding my friends room.

Breakfast was included with our stay… Really nice hot breakfast. We were here for a full week. Very friendly professional staff. Cleaning crew was amazing. The room was quite comfortable. Beds were good. Definitely recommend and re-book.

Our room smelled intensely of mildew, and the breakfast is minimal. The staff were all lovely and helpful. The internet only worked in spurts. The room keys worked sometimes. Overall you get what you pay for.

This location is totally dated. The staff was totally nice and welcoming but the overall feel was dated. The carpet in the halls was bubbled up on the second floor. 3 out of 5 stars was generous if I could do fractions of stars its really a 2.5starts. Total meh.

Unfortunately, I get stuck here frequently for work. Staff is very nice but other than that the hotel is dated, not well maintained, not clean and you're lucky if the A/C works or you can find a convenient outlet for plugging in phones or medical devices (ie CPAP). If you turn off the lights, the fridge turns off so you wake up to warm drinks. Urine stains around toilets are common and showers are rarely clean. I'm giving two stars because the staff is nice. Hotel itself would get zero.

I booked a night at this hotel because of the park and ride to the airport. Very difficult to find in the dark due to the parking lot layout. I asked the night shift clerk where I should park for the park and ride and was told "wherever" and that was the extent of our discussion. When I went to check out the next morning and grab the shuttle I was hollered at because I hadn't filled out an envelope and told "THERE'S NO TIME! " and shooed out the door. I spent the entire vacation wondering if my car was going to be towed. Shuttle driver that morning and the room itself were both very nice. If I remember correctly, I had this exact same experience with them 8yrs ago — never again.

Stopped at the hotel after talking to a sweet girl on the phone saying we would be coming in to book a room. We had been on the road for 13 hours and we, along with our child, were exhausted. My husband walked in after seeing that the hotel was usually around $95 a night to book a room. The man at the desk said he did not have any rooms at that price that he was so booked they would be $149 a night. That hotel is barely worth $95! We left and found a hotel with a much nicer check in person that got us in quickly. When my husband came out to the parking lot and told me the price, I looked it up on their corporate site and I could book it for $93 a night and there was availability at that price. After we checked in at the other hotel, less than 1 hour later, I went to write this review and we could book it for $76 a night. Happy I found a different place to stay! Look elsewhere!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Absolute worst hotel management I've ever dealt with. We stayed 3 nights total. At 9:30pm the night before we were to be checking out (less than 12 hours before we checked out), we came back to find a note typed up on computer paper (not even hotel letterhead) saying that there was water damage found in our bathroom ceiling and that we had to move to another room that night. I asked the concierge that night if we could just stay the night in the same room since we were checking out so soon. He called his manager who said we were in fact required to move that night. So after being exhausted all day, we packed up our stuff and moved to another room. I asked that night about a refund and was told I could speak to the manager in the morning at check out. When we checked out, low and behold the manager was nowhere to be found. I left my name and phone number with the concierge that morning and was told the manager would call me the following day. Four days passed and I heard nothing from this manager so I called the hotel back myself. After being on hold for 20 minutes and again not getting to speak with a manager myself, I was told by the concierge that I would be credited 20% of 1 night's stay back. That's equivalent to $22. My entire stay cost over $350. Not once was I able to speak to this manager, nor did a single employee even apologize to me or admit fault at all.

Front desk is very nice and accomadates as much as they can but they are working in a bare bones hotel. The rooms are older and musty. It wouldn't be recommended for more than one night. They do offer a small continental breakfast.

My daughter and I and my friend checked in on June 22nd. At 3 am I realized that my arm were itching really bad. When I went to the bathroom I sow that my arms were cover w bed bugs bites. I began to have an extreme reaction to the bites. I went downstairs to talk to the manager and he tried to tell me that I have hives. The my friend and I began to look at the bed and we ended up killing 4 bed bags. I put one on the pillow and brought it downstairs. At 4 am my 19 months old baby had to b moved to a different hotel. I had to pay extra fifty dollars to get a room! People at quality inn didn't offer any help!

Great rates for last minute. King suite for under $100

I was unsure about staying here after reading the reviews. However, it was a good place to stay. No bed bugs! Front desk people were friendly. The shuttle driver was friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

My girlfriend stayed there recently (Mar 9) since her flight wound up getting cancelled. Woke up the next morning with bed bug bites and still dealing with them. Room looked run down and she wound up wearing her shoes everywhere since the floors were nasty.

Not the absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed in, but there is mold in the fridge, broken everything, the smoke detector has been completely removed (which I thought was illegal), only parking on the complete opposite side of the building, a janky door lock, and generally a run — down vibe. Also, the 6:30 am wakeup call that I never requested? That was a nice touch. I certainly didn't want to get any sleep or anything after the nonstop drunken party they had directly upstairs. The lobby looks nice enough to fool people though. Don't be fooled.

Little older, room smelled, air conditioner in desperate need of cleaning. No laundry bag in my room. Typical garbage for breakfast.

We recently stayed at the Quality Inn for one night while passing thru the area. We had stayed there several years ago and altho its an older hotel was clean and we were satisfied with our stay. NOT so THIS time. To start with when we arrived around 8PM there were several young male non-guests hanging around outside being a nuisance, to the point security needed to be called. That didn't give me a very good feeling. The hotel has a main building which is very nice and 2 wings that are separate. Altho the hotel was far from full, judging from the parking lot, we were sent to one of the wings. We weren't sure if its because we had a discounted room and wonder whether nicer rooms are saved for business travelers. The room we had was supposed to be a non smoking room as were all the rooms around it but the hallways were very smoke filled and I could smell smoke in our room thru out the night. The room itself seemed clean and the bed was clean, but the bathroom was disgusting. The moulding in the shower was cracked and dirty looking and the baseboard along the floor was broken and dirty. The tub drain was clogged so you ended up standing in several inches of water to take a shower. GROSS! The One positive was their continental breakfast served over in the lobby of the main building was very good with many choices and the staff at check in and out was friendly. We did mention the bathroom condition at check out. I hope our comments at the front desk will improve things.
