If attending this location for two guests the Residence Inn is BETTER than the Springhill side. Both great but the room is more homey!

The hotel was very nice, everything looked clean and polished. The staff of the hotel was outstanding and went out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Breakfast was very good with many things to choose from, and our room was by far the best we've had in the times we've stayed in Fishkill. Overall a very pleasant experience, we will be staying here again in the future.

Great staff, great for dogs and walks around the property. The whole staff goes out of there way for you and they are all extremely friendly. If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would. Thank you!

The room was nice and very nice to pets! They are kind to their guests! Military members are highly respected there and they make sure all guests are accommodated! Would recommend to families!

It's like a five star hotel, but I have never stayed at a five star hotel. Still very nice place to stay.

It's a little tricky rating this hotel but I had to give it only three stars because of the breakfast. I am a foodie. The room we got was excellent. No complaints there. It was clean, shower pressure was fantastic, and room amenities were all good. The breakfast, however, was dismal. The quality of food served is low. My family did not enjoy it. Toast and coffee were the only things that tasted alright. I guess I should've known better since it's only a 2 star hotel. So if good quality and great tasting food really matter to you, then I suggest booking a better rated hotel.

Not quite as big as the pictures lead you to believe. But comfy and clean. But shower. Kitchen is a nice touch. Coffee is surprisingly good! Would stay again.

Convenient location for Beacon and Cold Harbor. Small room with full service kitchen is decent. However, the sheets are starchy and have that cheap hotel smell (it's fine if you don't mind this sort of thing). Free breakfast was awful. Eggs were literally rotten. There was no water. Fairly limited selection.

Beautiful modern hotel with suites you could live in comfortably for weeks at a time. Excellent free breakfast each morning, a short distance from many restaurants and close to Route 84.

New and modern. Animal friendly and great breakfast. Loved the room we had with a kitchen.

You can't go wrong with a residence inn. Fantastic beds, invigorating showers, free Wi-Fi, a nice kitchen and staff that always goes out of the way to make. You comfortable. Residence inn is my home away from home.

Rooms were clean. Staff were friendly. It was nice to be able to cook if we wanted to while we were on vacation.

This place is lovely. The entire facility is updated, fresh. The rooms are well-designed, and we love the little touches. And the staff is super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic if you need a compact apartment. I'm not aware if they have multi room apartments but if they do I can tell you that I had a tremendous vacation in Savannah at the Residence Inn with my wife and kids in such an environment.

The location is really quiet, which is surprising since it's right off the highway. The room I stayed in was small but perfect. Comfy bed, and a nice shower. TV, Netflix, Keurig, complimentary Keurig cups, microwave, dishwasher, decent sized fridge, and toaster. No oven, but they did have the stove top. The service was great, especially housekeeping. They were thorough and fast.

By far this was the WORST "hotel" experience my family and I have had. We reserved our stay through Expedia and received email confirmations not once but twice in which we were informed that our reservation with Residence Inn was confirmed and that there was no further action needed by our part. After traveling for more than 3 hours with my two year old daughter, we are informed by a very sarcastic front desk "manager" that our reservation was cancelled. We were told that the reservation was cancelled by Expedia, whom after contacting, informed us that in fact our reservation was still very much active through them and that if the hotel stated that it was cancelled it was done by them personally. When the hotel was contacted in regards to this matter and in need of an explanation the "manager" once again stated that she did not know why it was cancelled and couldn't give us an explanation. We asked to speak to her supervisor and she stated that it was too late to call her supervisor. Excuse me… but too late? 
This is a hospitality business your only job in this business is to serve, if you are unable to meet that important standard then my suggestion would be to find a different career path. Although the fact that we had no place to stay was obviously upsetting, what was more frustrating was the lack of interest and consideration for the immense inconvenience this caused us.

Very nice hotel for both families and business travelers. This hotel is modern and has a bit of a European flair to it The rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean. There are some great spots to eat-in the Peekskill area, and plenty of shopping nearby. The Hudson river is about twenty minutes away. This hotel also has a nice pool, and breakfast buffet they include is really good. I strongly recommend this hotel, which is head and shoulders superior to the others nearby.

Nice hotel. Seems new. The maid service could be better though. Also they don't seem to do the free drinks that normal residence inns do.

Rather expensive however a beautiful facility. Staff seemed new, unsupervised and insufficient. Minimal housekeeping services. Sheets not changed in a 4 day stay. The "Included Hot Buffet Breakfast" to be available 6:30 AM — 9:30 AM was leftover scraps by 8:45. When you try to complain about anything you are told that it is not so.

Pricy for the location, everything was clean and modern, and the room was on the large side with a small full kitchen. There is a small indoor pool that was empty when my wife and I went swimming, also well maintained and clean. The physical location of the hotel is within a business convention complex that is a few minutes off the main route. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly. With a check-in time of 4:00 pm, we were a little surprised that nothing was available yet at 3:45 pm when we arrived.

Brand new, nothing bad to say! The full kitchen even had a dishwasher! Bed was comfortable, bathroom lighting was great. The included breakfast had ample food, hot and fresh.

This is a brand new hotel! One of the nicest Residence Inn locations my family and I have stayed in all across the US. The gym is great, a beautiful pool, the laundry room is big, clean and everything works! The whole hotel is new and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. We highly recommend staying here! Update: we stayed here again for several weeks. Once we had a wonderful stay. The staff is always so helpful and friendly! Thanks again for all your help Christina.

The new facility has modern style, modern amenities and is very clean. The hospitality of staff was amazing from the front desk, kitchen staff to house keeping. They were very welcoming and attended to our needs. The breakfast was delicious and offered many options. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again in the future.
