I have done business with them for over 10 years. The staff is amazing and the rooms are great. I would stay there again anytime I am in the area. Judy is absolutely the best at what she does.

Loved our stay, they follow cdc guidelines very well, let us enjoy the pool, where you have to make a reservation so one family can be at a time. Everything very clean. Front desk stuff awesome, thank you Jeff and Graig for making our stay so enjoyable. Great service.

The personnel is the best. Jeff and Merg is the greatest guys at the desk, help you with anything. Mellisa is awesome. Not only good looking, but will bend over backwards to help you with whatever. Definitely check out the bar. Adine is the nicest and most knowledgeable person I have ever met. Great place to stay. Also love the grills out back on the patios.

Very nice and clean rooms. They also take pets. The pet fee is a little steep at $75 (typical for other hotels is $25) but worth it.

I fell here on July 13th and nothing was done to help and compensate me for my fall. Be wary of staying at this facility. Their pool area is extremely dangerous and slippery.

We had a very nice stay. Location was perfect for us. Would highly recommend this place and would book another stay if we needed a place in that area again. We were visiting from Florida for a family wedding. Steward Airport was 30 minutes away… Hyatt house was Clean, friendly service, front desk was always willing to help with any questions we might of had during our stay. Breakfast was Great and plenty of it!

Clean, nice breakfast with omelet bar friendly staff. Jets in spa didn't work, could use better pillows. Other than that enjoyed our stay.

Overall, nice place to stay. We got a one-bedroom suite, and it was comfortable and spacious. There were two closets, one in the bathroom, and a second smaller one in the kitchen area, both were very convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean, though the coffee maker wasn't in the best shape, it did worked. The bed was *very* comfortable. The breakfast was good, the variety was nice, however the cutlery didn't seemed very well cleaned. Also, I miss a variety of teas, as there were only Lipton regular tea, and no green tea for example. The decor inside the room was a little outdated though, and both the bedroom and bathroom furniture wasn't in disrepair, but could have been better (looks somewhat old). Regardless, I feel the whole experience, while nice, was a little over-priced. I've found similar (or better) quality at cheaper prices.

Clean, nice hotel with great rooms. Used for wedding room block and they have us a compliment room that had chocolate and wine upon our arrival. Our family was comfortable, beautiful suites. No complaints!

Warning don't stay here! it's 2:30 am and we are locked out of our room. No toothbrush, pjs, medicine. Can you imagine if we had kids or pets inside?! This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in! We checked in Saturday through Monday for a wedding weekend and came back to our room to find it locked. Nobody's key would work, not eve the staff. Cops were called and they still couldn't get us in. I was on the phone with at least 5 online representatives and nobody could help. Totally incompetent and unwilling to help. Worst customer service ever! I'd rather stay in a hostel than deal with this ever again. Don't stay here!

Overnight staff completely useless and unwilling to help resolve issues. Extremely loud patties allowed to take place in the outdoor patio until 1am. Staff did nothing to quiet because the parties "paid for the space. " Sorry, does my paying for my family's two hotel rooms not deserve some consideration?! We stayed two nights and slept none. Oh, also no less than 5 min after complaining about outside noise for the third time, did the fire alarm sound — from what they said must've been "a malfunction. " Their best solution for the outside noise was to move a family (with children ages 2 & 4) out of their beds in the middle of the night to a new room across the hotel on a different floor. All of that instead of limiting the party to one of their many indoor group party areas. Definitely not staying here next time; especially when there are a handful of other hotels within walking distance.

Mixed feelings about this place. Comfortable room. I was very disappointed that the indoor pool didn't look very clean and the jacuzzi was broken. The complimentary breakfast good because they made a fresh omlet. While they had a great variety of very good breakfast food, it was cold. The fresh fruit was ripe and tasty with the yogurt. I was at that hotel because of a continuing education class, they had an urn that constantly ran out of water for the size of the class. The ladies bathroom ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. One of the 3 bathrooms was out of order (handicapped), 2 of the 3 days. They don't serve lunch food at this hotel, so I bought enough food for two days due to time restraints on the lunch break. My salad froze in hotel rooms refrigerator. I had bought soup and that worked out fine, heating in microwave. I requested housekeeping when leaving my room at 7:30am. They came at 5:15pm when I had just gotten into my room. I opted to skip it. The day I was leaving, they were kind enough to let me stay an extra hour, which I was very appreciative… The cleaning person kept coming to my room during my 10 minute breaks. The people were friendly and the furniture in the common area was very comfortable. They had a nice outdoor area as well. I would recommend that they don't allow people to smoke outside the front doors… every time I walked in or out, the cigarette smoke permeated in the extrsnce way in in between the two sets of doors.

I love this place. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. The staff is always friendly. The place is always clean. Wish I could have afforded to go for my 30th anniversary this month. I would definitely recommend.

Met some friends for dinner. We ordered pizza delivery. Beer from the bar. Ate on the patio. Very nice. Clean bathroom. Helpful staff.

I don't normally give 5 stars. This hotel earned every one of them. I could have lived in our beautiful suite; so comfortable and spacious! The breakfast bar was the best we have ever seen at a hotel. Seriously impressive. All that and a great staff who make you feel welcome. Enjoyed it so much.

A large block of rooms were not ready at check in time, forget about early check in. We were not able to get into a room until 45 minutes after it was promised. Usually not a big deal, but they had guests from 3 different weddings checking in, so it wasn't a surprise that rooms would be needed. Plus all those guests had to get ready somewhere! The breakfast buffet was atrocious. It was a Continental breakfast setup and they still couldn't manage to serve edible food. Avoid at all costs.

Room was nice but had an odd smell. The free breakfast was good. Customer service was great.

I went here with friends and family and let me just say, this was a wonderful place to go! The area was amazing and on days we just wanted to relax the indoor pool was nice. The front desk was a great help with all my problems and questions I had.

I stayed here 3 months this year. This time for a month. The first time was fantastic. What has changed since then? Dryer ruining cloths and me being told basically to bad and not being able to get a working television or room service. Just the first few examples. I will never stay at this location again.

A huge shout out to Cathy and Amanda for being so accommodating and helping us as plans changed daily. You're kindness was much appreciated and helped greatly during a stressful time. Nice hotel, breakfast choices were decent, pool/hot tub/fitness area good for short visits. Nice having laundry on-site, could use some updating — did have issues with washer, but maintenance was quick to fix it and refunded cost for wash in case clothes needed a second cleaning. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed here for two days because we lost power. The hotel is very clean. The rooms were great. They were large with separate living room. The rooms also included a full size refrigerator stove top and nicrowave. The hotel is also pet friendly. They offer a nice breakfast every morning. I would recommend the Hyatt House to anybody looking for a quick getaway or just needing a room. Me and my wife and son had a great time under the tough circumstances.

The hotel has very good location, the rooms are clean and comfortable, what I did not like is that the photos that are on the page do not correspond with the one they gave me, the picture is wider and the bathroom larger. Breakfast is not bad but could improve, more variety of muffins.
The Internet is failing a bit.

My family and I stayed in a two bedroom "apartment" with a kitchen, plenty of space for all of us. Kitchen was decently stocked, silverware, plates, bowls, cups, mugs and a few sauce pans. What was missing was a cutting board and a saute pan, not a huge deal though. What was pretty annoying was there was only 1 chair at the table so I knelt during meals and my daughters sat on the ottomans. Breakfast was delicious and we got great use out of the pool. Hotel is located in the middle of a very busy retail area, convenient for shopping and dining, not very pretty though… Overall, nice place to stay.

Our Stay was very good. Our room was clean, had amenities such as a king size bed, fridge, microwave, coffee maker. It was also close to several restaurants and across the street from a Walmart. Perfect when your travelling cross country by car and need a place to stay for the night.

We stayed here 2 nights and really loved it! It was snowing outside and as soon as you walk in there’s such a cozy environment with an awesome fireplace perfect for winding down or sitting and relaxing indoors. The staff was really friendly and everything was very tidy and clean. They have an indoor swimming pool, wish we would’ve brought our swimsuits! It’s all good though we did enjoy their complimentary breakfast each morning. They had a nice little variety and Seattle’s best coffee in the brew! Nearby there’s a Walmart, a movie theatre and a small shopping center in case you need to run out and get anything. They also have a bar in the premises. The rooms are very clean and really nice. We stayed in a 2 room suite and it was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again especially since it’s really close to Beacon where you can go out and get some drinks or eat really good food!

The staff was short handed for Christmas but you would never have guessed as they were attentive and top of everything. The one food complaint that I heard from guests was no bacon but overall nice selection. Nice indoor pool on a snowy morning. The kitchen are a was totally respectable with full fridge, dishwasher, sink with disposer, two burner stove, and plates, glassware, kitchen essentials. Very happy with stay.

Great location right of the Highway. Lots of food options nearby and convenient gas station with groceries across the street. The breakfast is very good. The suites are perfect for an extended stay. Kitchen is great for saving money on food fir a family.

The restaurant did not have food, the pool was dirty.

Friendly front desk, everything you need to live is in the immediate area (e. G. A Walmart, restaurants, even a Regal movie theater is outside the hotel). Super pet friendly, and spacious units for a relatively cheap price. Only gripe is the included breakfast could have more variety, and the omelette maker could pretend they like their job. Breakfast got the job done, though.

Hyatt house is a good hotel they have good service like free breakfast for guest they treat there guest well and it's unlimited food also the bathrooms are clean and easy they even have the paper u put on the seat so you don't have to put your bare butt on the seat. Hyatt is a good hotel!

The Hyatt House is centrally located to resteraunts and a Walmart. The hotel is pretty new and quiet. We stayed in a two bedroom suite. Each bedroom had it's on bathroom with shower. However since there was five of us the fifth person had to go through one of the bedrooms to use the bathroom. Too bad there wasn't a least a 2 piece powder room separate from both bedroom areas. But if we had of been four in our party it would have been ideal! The suite consisted of refrigerator, dishwasher, iron, ironing board, microwave, cork screw, dishes, silverware and a TV in each of the three rooms. I give the cleanliness a solid 9. The breakfast was simple 6/10 but it did the trick. I would definitely stay there again.

Was a nice stay at Hyatt House. The room was clean and spacious, but they had forgotten to add the crib for the baby even though I had called up twice to remind them. The breakfast was lack luster at best, most of the food tasted stale and the coffee tasted burnt. However the location was prefect for us and we really just needed a bee for the night. Would definitely try a different hotel in the area next time I'm in the area.

I had a wonderful time at the Hyatt House. This hotel is beautiful. They offer a fantastic workout room with plenty of machine options and they even have weights. Th lobby has a gift shop offering late night snacks and travel essentials. The complimentary breakfast could not have been better. The rooms at the Hyatt House were as good as it gets. Clean and spacious. This rooms offers everything you would want in a hotel room. I was traveling with a co-worker on business and we had to share a room. There was plenty of room for all our stuff and we never felt like we were in each other's way. The Hyatt House was five stars and then some.

This is a nice hotel and my father and I enjoyed as near to a perfect stay here as anyone could hope for at any hotel. The staff is friendly and courteous. The beds are tremendous, clean and comfortable. I would happily stay at this property again and again and again. In fact, Lord Willin, we'll be back next week.

I loved this hotel. I was traveling with my family and it was so nice to have a living room with sofabed in a separate area for the kids. The staff was super nice and we saved a ton of money by cooking dinner ourselves but took advantage of the free breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms were perfect. I specially liked the the suite with 2 rooms. It was perfect for my family and I. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was also very good and enjoyable. Thank you Hyatt house.

Had a great stay. Large rooms comfortable beds friendly staff. Steps away from Wal-Mart restaurants and the free Breakfast was the Best… The eggs were real… Minutes away from the water park. And they have an indoor pool. The only issue I have is the JETS IN THE HOT TUB WERE WEAK… So for that I take away a star… Great place…

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a 2 bedroom suite, with kitchen, living room. We found the space clean and comfortable. We were on the third floor it was quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only deficiency in our room was a couple of missing door handles and the in room coffee maker was broken, wouldn't turn on. All in all a pleasant stay. Very convenient close to restaurants, North towards Poughkeepsie has more dinner offerings. Easy access to interstate. Pool was okay, small but kids had fun. We would happily stay here again.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Free breakfast was very satisfactory and my wife loved the omelets. My kids loved the pool and there was plenty of shopping and restaurants conveniently located nearby.

We loved our stay, even though it was a short stopover on a road trip. The laundry room was functional and had several machines. The room was large with microwave and refrigerator. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, the room was clean. The breakfast was truly excellent with made-to-order omelets and many other choices, even for a gluten free diet. The only problem was that the pool was so cloudy, the drain could not be seen.
