Kitchen has no dishes, cook ware, glasses, cups or coffee maker. It is a bare room without appliances of any kind. The so called “ breakfast”. Is a grab and go bag without coffee, milk or other typical breakfast items. It is clean but it is not cheap. We paid $137 for one night.

I love staying there! They are always friendly and it is clean and quiet!

The employees are kind but seem overworked like most I've encountered at the numerous extended stay locations I've stayed at. This particular location is unusually strict about their checkout policy though. Don't even bother to ask about a late check out unless you plan on paying by the hour. The prices are listed prominently at that front desk. Most extended stays will at least give you until 12 graciously. Not this place… Expect a knock on the door at 11am sharp and have your purse or wallet ready. Other than that it's in a nice location and is clean and quiet.

The room was clean but they said they offered free breakfast but it was just coffee and oatmeal.

For the price this is great. Pets allowed love it! Furthermore, request a coffee maker at the front desk and the reception person brought it in 3 minutes. The room, kitchen and bathroom was cleaned. Parking lot ok.

It's a little seedy. Definitely an overflow from Newburgh. When I stayed in 2016, I remember seeing a car on blocks in the lot and also someone living in a camper on site…

Good size rooms and located with in walking distance to stores and dinning. Wish they had a better breakfast option, the gym you can go to is amazing defiantly worth a look if you are a fitness person.

Positively horrible and disgusting. Third floor is especially bad, musty and smoky. Walls thin, mouse ran out of room on first floor into another room. Hardly a breakfast. No bath towels provided, only a hand towel. Ac/heater only half-functioning. At $85+ this is insane.

Due to local power outtage there were many guests waiting to check in when one computer went down. Staff did well to get guests to their room.

Well that night completely sucked, make a reservation, get there and they tell me I can't be checked in until 7pm! because they have not cleaned the room. Finally get to check in and there are no pillow cases on the pillows and stains all over the sheets. WHAT WAS CLEANED?! So I go and tell the front desk, she says she'll bring us pillow cases and new sheets… ok!. THREE HOURS GO BY! anything NO! so go to Walmart and buy my own pillow cases. Complain again to front desk in morning and she doesn't even apologize, seems like she wasn't even listening as I got no response from her! Ask for some sort of a refund or compensation and again she says nothing, hands me my receipt AND WALKS AWAY! I will never again stay here!

Hotel is nice, quiet and clean and very good priced. Staff was helpful and very nice as well.

Front desk gentleman was good. Problem was no hot water and zero water pressure in shower. After driving most of the day then driving the next, you want to get rest and a hot shower to get going on your journey. If your located near a major highway have your stuff together make sure everything works. Then if there are issues offer something to the people who were inconvenienced. Maybe a discount on a future stay or discount on last night's stay. Not an enjoyable stay.

Nice rooms. Paid for internet but it didn't work. Staff was nice though.

Staff are nice and the room was decent but dirty. The kitchen appliances given were extremely filthy. The staircase had chips spilled that stayed for like a week. I slept soundly and it was more or less homey and well priced so decent spot.

If you like extended stay this is where you want to be. It's a very clean room with a very courteous staff.

Absolutely nothing positive to say about this hotel. Rooms are dingy and smell. Everything was dirty. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The Manager Chris has worked with me to reduce the cost of my unexpected stay. Due to my being displaced after an SUV ran into Resident I resided at. He locked in a room rate, and is looking into providing me with a lower room rate.

We arrived at the hotel on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at 7:12 pm from a long day at the waterpark for check in, check in wasn't completed until 7:48 pm only one person working Amanda and the lobby was already filled with guests trying to check in. In speaking with Amanda she stated that she was the only one working since earlier in the day, the other lady who was asked by the manager to stay and help out "Nicole" just left. There was no Manager onsite. At 8:30 pm I go to the front desk to get plates, utensils, cups there was a gentlemen already being helped by Amanda and 2 other guests came in behind me; in the interim of me waiting more guests came in asked for and received their key as I'm still waiting, finally at 9:03 the gentlemen that Amanda was working with gets his key and it's finally my turn to be helped, mind you in all that time I was standing there Amanda never acknowledged me with any communication of "I'll be right with you, is there anything I can do for you or do you need a room key? ". I inform Amanda that our rooms (2) didn't have kitchenware (see above) and I needed 7 of each, they only thing I received 7 of was plates, cups (5), bowl (1), forks (5), knives (6) and spoons (5) ; I also informed Amanda that there was only 1 washcloth, she provided me with 2 additional washcloths.

Junk. Don't bother. Not even competitively priced. I regret staying here. The place stinks and is full of undesirable people.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, parking was terrible.

Entire hallway smells like smoke. Toilet was broken. Staff attempted to fix it but we had to open it up every time we wanted to flush. Would not stay at this chain again.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. The staff was wonderful, the hotel was clean, the air conditioner was cold, it was great. We are a military family that stayed here for a couple of months, and could not have asked for a friendlier place to stay. You can even have packages delievered, and they hold them behind the counter until you pick them up. The towels were always clean, good TV channels, and free Wi-Fi. The workers were always friendly and helpful, especially PJ. He took the time to visit with us, making our extended stay there all the more wonderful. Thank you for a great place to temporarily call home!

Nice people, staff, handyman, maids!

Nothing good. Room smells of smoke, pillow cases were put on inside out, called front desk 6 times waited at front desk 10 minutes before someone showed up.

Didn't pay much, didn't expect much, didn't get much. I travel for my job and stayed at this location for 3 months. Hotel was recently remodeled. Must have been just for looks. Outside looks nice, but (in my room) the fridge was noisy, the toliet didn't flush well, coffee pot in room was old, the AC unit was loud – would wake me (I live on a farm and tractors outside my bedroom window don't wake me. first night didn't have hot water, didn't have any in the morning either, told front desk, had to change rooms. trash in halls daily (when there is a trash room for people to put their trash in the proper place). The smell of cigarette smoke was obvious (even though it is a non-smoking hotel. Could frequently hear neighbors yelling obscenities (cops called often) TV offers very few channels Front desk was not good at getting mail to me – I checked 3 times a week and had a package down there for a week — didn’t get until a week after it was delivered (it was put off to the side) for the few extra dollars a day, next time I will stay somewhere else. Enjoy better service, and most importantly, feel safer.

I have stayed at probably over 125 Hotels in my lifetime. This was by far the worst. I will start with the good things. It is brand new, in very good shape and no road noise. The list of bad things will go on and on. First off, it was the WORST night sleep I have EVER had in my life. The mattress was ROCK hard, my 7 year old even complained. The shower had long black hair and black short curly hair on the walls, I have blond hair. The outlet in the Bathroom didn't work, the A/C unit was stuck on 55, so we slept in sweats in the middle of August and we were still shivering. The silverware in the drawer was dirty. There is supposed to be a shelf in the closet, it was broken off, and now there is a jagged/sharp metal pole sticking out of the wall. I don't care about not having a shelf, but take the pole out of the wall, it's a hazard! Now honestly, besides the mattress and the A/C, most of that isn't really a big deal. The thing that really bothered me is that when I took a shower, there was absolutely no water pressure, and they put SOOOOOOO much water softener in the water that I honestly felt like I had a film all over my body and hair. No matter how much I rinsed, I still felt like I had soap all over me. It was awful. I used to live in Fishkill and when we first moved there, we stayed in the Extended stay that is right down the road, it is much better, granted that was 15 years ago lol.

If I could give it 10 Stars, I would. We got a bargain. I suspect the low price was because the hotel is under renovations (which means we saw furnishings under cover). But no noise, no hammering, no other signs of construction. The hotel had lots of people, lots of coming and goings, but was very quiet. I'm going to go out on a limb and say this was one of the quietest, if not the quietest, stay we've ever had. This was on a Friday night. My husband, small child and I all slept peacefully and uninterrupted. The hotel is shielded from highway traffic noise by surrounding hotels. This is a gem, and we wished we could spend our entire vacation here (this was only a stopping point on our trip, we have miles to go). The kitchen stove (2 burners) comes with pots and lids, and sink and silverware. There is a microwave, fridge and free Wi-Fi, and the room was in FANTASTIC shape. Our room # 103 looked BRAND-NEW! The manager was always at the front desk and very helpful. Yes, there was no shampoo (mentioned in reviews so we brought our own) but there was soap, tissue, toilet paper, towels, bath mat. They didn't have a pack-n-play but I'm not surprised since they're renovating. As for reviews about loud neighbors, I'm wondering if previous reviewers simply had rude guests. We just did not hear any of that, despite seeing lots of people coming in and out. This hotel is a BARGAIN and a hidden gem.
