Not enough good adjectives. This hotel is fabulous! From the fabulous rooms to the staff. Couldn't ask for more. Loved it.

Lovely hotel. Lovely staff. If I were here under better circumstances I would be enjoying this hotel and its staff more.

Wonderful hotel! I came in very late and the lady at the counter don't stop doing nice things for me. Xtra coffee for the room, bottled water and snacks. Even suggested a wake up call which I was very grateful for. I stay at Hampton inns alot, this one is at the top of the fantastic list! Thank you!

Hampton inn never disappoints, Hilton knows what they're doing. The rooms are awesome and staff are super friendly.

So when I 1st entered into the Hampton Inn, there was a lady at the desk who was on the phone, but she very politely told me that she would be with me shortly. I was looking around while waiting, and the facility is beautiful … great attention to detail with designing and cleanliness! When she got off the phone she was very attentive in getting me checked in… even though we had a short confusion about paperwork missing. She was able to get me checked in promptly however. She gave me a handful of recommendations of outside eateries. This was helpful, because I do not know what is around here. She also let me know about Wi-Fi, and made sure I knew how to get on. She assured me that if I needed anything … just call the front desk there is someone there atall times. Janice at the front desk is a sweetheart, and deserves recognition. She went ABOVE & BEYOND, and I am greatly appreciative. I wish I could give her more than just a review, because she really touched my heart. When her review comes around please consider a favorable … and … well deserved raise. I was able to use the fitness center and the pool as well, great accommodations for us guests! Bless you all. We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are quite spacious and very clean. The staff was welcoming and the breakfast was great. It's also conveniently located, short drive to Destiny USA.

Beautiful facility with comfy beds, nice rooms, complimentary breakfast, great staff and I loved the water, candy bar and pretzels that we rec'd as a HH member. It has easy access to route 81 and close to the airport. Great stay. Thanks so much!

Great hotel, with fresh decor rooms are new friendly staff and kids enjoyed the pool. In a great location not far at all from carrier dome or Destiny USA. Would come here again!

One of the newer locations. It all looked very modern and new. The whole area is expanding. Only a few minutes drive to down town Syracuse. Lots of parking.

Beautiful hotel! However our room was to hot. Thermostat did not work. It is was 76 degrees in there. Very hard to sleep.

This brand new Hampton Inn is a great place to stay. Snacks like popcorn and cookies available in the lobby. We have stayed here a couple times when we have had an early flight out of the Syracuse airport. You can do a Park and Fly and they will bring you to and from the airport in a shuttle, but you do need to make the arrangement when you check in. With the airport parking at $12 a day, you can do the math and figure out if it's a good deal for you. With the early departures, we have only had the grab and go breakfast bags, but assume hot breakfast is standard Hampton fare. Easy to get to from Rt 81 or the Thurway. Convenient to downtown Syracuse or the mall if you want to drive around for dinner, and there is a restaurant in front of the hotel, a Dennys within sight, and Tully's close by if you don't want to venture out too far. Gas station on the corner too. Because it is brand new, everything is in great shape. Parking lot is very bright, so some people might need to use the blackout shades, but I like the room with some light at night.

This swanky hotel has spacious uncluttered intelligently designed rooms. The pool is warm and the water clean. The spa is huge and deep. It is child friendly with some of the warmest kindest staff I've encountered in my many stays. Janice at the front desk made us feel at home. She is thoughtful and remembered important details of our travel arrangements. Janice was conscientious of the weather and helped anywhere she figured she could showing special care for our safety on the roads, not only our stay. She treats her guests like royalty. Nothing was missed. Thank you Janice for being so thoughtful!

The hotel is gorgeous! Modern decor, everything is clean & fresh. The front desk clerk, Dave, (David? ) went out of his way to help us find transportation at 2am when our fight was delayed. Janice is also a sweetheart and was so friendly to our baby. We felt welcomed. I also like that the hotel is walking distance to Denny's and a few other restaurants. Didn't get a chance to try the indoor pool but it looked inviting. Def consider this hotel if you are going to the Syracuse airport.

We had the BEST stay. ALL of the staff was wonderful. They were more than accommodating to all of our needs and wants. They were the nicest staff that I have ever encountered at a hotel. The breakfast was great and the rooms were beautiful. All the other amenities like the pool, hot tub and exercise room were in fabulous shape. Not a single complaint about anything at this hotel. We will definitely be coming back for another stay!

This place is amazing. Great front desk staff. Breakfast is out of this world with two lovely host ladies. Beds are second to non in comfort. Would recommend a stay here in a heart beat. Thank you Hamptons my number one home away from home.

The hotel itself is nice, very clean and new. But what made this such a great stay was the customer service — — when I went to the front desk to ask for shampoo (there was none in my room), both women at the front desk looked all over to find me some. When it turned out there was no shampoo in the entire hotel, and upon finding out I didn't have a vehicle with me, a employee named Chris immediately drove to the store to get me some! They were so gracious and apologetic, and went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed. Super impressed!

Thus Hampton seems to be pretty new. Clean a day comfortable as most Hamptons tend to be. Good location if you just want to get off the highway and get to the hotel without a lot of navigating through town.

Amazing rooms. Very clean. I've stayed in two different King rooms, one was a studio suite, and one was a standard — both were well equipped and very comfortable. Nice touches like motion sensor lighting in the bathrooms. Beautiful roomy shower stalls with ample linens. The staff is kind, friendly, and helpful. The pool/hot tub is lovely. Typical Hampton Inn breakfast — delightful morning standard.

AAA all around! Brand new! Beds and bathroom impressive comfortable, USB plug in all around room! Convenient spot! Breakfast very good with lots of choices! Front desk helpful! Will book there when going back.

I'm having a beautiful time at this hotel. Hot and cold breakfast in the morning… complimentary freshly baked cookies and coffee. Gym. Heated pool and whirlpool… an excellent place to stay rooms are roomy and comfortable.

Late notice, we were able to check-in that morning, which was fantastic. Staff was incredibly helpful, and they have a free shuttle bus to the airport. Very happy.

My husband and I were there for a class reunion. Glad our room was on first floor close to everything. Food for the event was good and enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. Thank You, Carol.

Rooms are pleasant. Internet is fast. Complimentary breakfast is delicious. Staff is very pleasant and accommodating. Electric car power sources are convenient. Special outlets for charging iPhones, iPads, etc are well placed in every room. Easy off and on access to Routes 81 and 90. Ice cream shop at the nearby corner is worth the short walk.

Excellent hotel for a Ramada Inn. Service and accommodations an A+, and Peppercorns Restaurant excellent food and service. Convenient location with swimming pool and fitness room. Will stay again if the prices do not rise.

We always enjoy our stay at the Ramada. We are close to all the Malls and Outlets and when we return your staff are always cheerful and pleasant. Especially your Restaurant staff. This past Sunday, May 18 between 09:00am and 11:00 it was very hectic but your staff staff kept everyone in a Good Mood which at times is challenging. We will return. We checked in efficiently. And when we reported that there was a very loud group in the room that adjoined ours, you readily moved us without charge to another quieter room. The room AC was not very powerful, and we would recommend that you offer more healthy food options for breakfast. Overall satisfied.

We recently stayed at the Ramada Syracuse and had a great stay. We booked out 3 queen rooms and they were all very clean and comfortable. The only negative comment I would have is that the rooms were slightly smaller then expected. Other then that it was a wonderful trip and the staff were all very friendly.

We visited the hotel for one night, two family's and four children. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Our rooms where nice and clean. The service at the front deck were very helpful and kind. The restaurant was amazing. We really enjoyed the two meals we had at the hotel. Service was great! Totally recommend and we'd stay again.
