Great service staff was very friendly and the rooms was nice and fresh.

I’ve never in my life felt so uncomfortable at a establishment. I wouldn’t recommend Brick being the face of the company with the customer service skills that he has. He was unwelcoming, unfair, and worked off of assumption. He didn’t have to say the words for me to know that his issue was with my color and him assuming that every brown person at the hotel was part of my “party. ” The world is already a divided place so it would be nice to not have to feel like you have to look over your shoulder in what should be a welcoming environment. Brick needs en training on unconscious bias (if he isn’t racist) and customer service skills!

Never coming back to this place ever they are racist and they are very disrespectful they had me and my three month old waiting outside cause we couldn’t wait in the room with our family.

As I entered the Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it smelled as soon as I went through the door. The same could be said of our rooms, which we enjoyed both to and from our destinations. This is a very clean establishment, and the staff is wonderful, as well as knowledgeable about the surrounding restaurants in the area.

Sheets were not clean/changed on one of the beds when we checked in. Seemed quiet. Breakfast so so but kept up well by staff. Good location.

One of the better Holiday Inns. The room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was better than expected. Oatmeal cookies were waiting for us in the lobby, fresh fruit too. The location was perfect for us. The staff couldn't do enough for us.

After calling and making reservations for a suite they never informed me that their policy was 21 and over, I gave them my information and when I went to check in, Joe the man at the front desk was very rude to myself and my friends and accused of us of drinking when none of us were intoxicated. He also went on about how he was going to call security because we were waiting for our parents to come and book the hotel for us since we weren’t 21, he was honestly rude as soon as we walked in without us giving him any information, the place also smelled very funny so we decided it wasn’t worth our $160 and left. Costumer service is definitely terrible and I would never even think about booking any type of room there.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in recently. The staff is accommodating and friendly, and gladly supplied me with anything I might need (Including a razor and shaving cream, which I forgot at home. The coffee stand that they put in all the rooms actually had tea as well, which I have found to be a rare but much appreciated commodity. I had to relocate the machine in order to plug it in, but it was worth the extra step for a nice cup of tea. The breakfast the hotel served was relatively average, I have no complaints or commendations (except the cinnabons. Those were great). The beds were comfortable, the rooms smelled nice, good audio quality on the phones, overall a great experience! My only major complaint is that the Food Channel was broken, which put a bit of a damper on my night. I guess you can't win them all.

Only used the Conference room but the staff was excellent and they provided us all with coffee. They made sure we were accomadated for what we needed to put on our training session.

Pull out mattress had a moldy napkin, in clean sheets with crumbs on it. I asked for a new bed or blankets and received new sheets… when I found out the mattress had springs that were really uncomfortable all over the mattress, I asked Joe the night manager for a new bed or comforter to lay on and he rolled his eyes and informed me I would have to pay $124 for a new room to use those items. I then asked for at least blankets and it became a negotiation. I asked for enough blankets to block the springs from stabbing my back and Joe rolled his eyes at me and responded with "I can give you 2", I asked for 4 and he said 3. I then asked for 5 and he replied with 3 and closed the door. Joe sucks.

Had an excellent stay! Room was very clean, and had lots of space! Staff was super friendly! Breakfast was wonderful and was very stocked and organized! Would definitely recommend! Close by to tons of restaurants,

Awesome experience with this place… Bryck at the front desk was very professional and personal. He made my husband and my visit away from home very comfortable. The roim was clean and comfortable with enough room for all of our processions. The workout room was also clean and just enough for a good workout. Keurig maker in room a delightful bonus. Thanks to the staff for your hard work.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Easy check-in. Typical breakfast nicely stocked. Hot coffee available! Roomy rooms that we're clean. Bathroom was clean even in corners! Easy access to freeway and stores. Can't go wrong!

I came here today for a small girls birthday get together and the Front Desk Manager was Terribly Rude and unprofessional to the lady that booked a room. He told her that this is not that kind of place and to go Chuck E Cheese. He said Im authorizing your stay. I was shocked at this mans Attitude. I would never Stay at this Hotel or recommend it anyone. Very Disappointed on he treated and how embarrasing and how loud he was! Not a good person to have at the front desk!

We appreciated our stay. We requested and were granted a late checkout free of charge. The room was very neat and the bed was comfy.

Hotel rooms were in decent but not great shape. Work-out room was satisfactory. Treadmills were a bit worn. Lobby and breakfast area were nice. Front desk staff and manager were excellent.

Order A suite just get a big room with a partial nothing Was not a suite. But the windows that open and the sink was actually in the bathroom and There was one in the mini kitchen area that was a plus.

I personally am a fan of all holiday inn express hotels and as always I thoroughly enjoyed the service, rooms, and breakfast at the hotel.

It was a great experience for me. I had just gotten off work had to travel for 2 days and it up having to stay a third day and they helped me out by giving me a room for the second night knowing that it was a college graduation weekend. The guy at the desk was absolutely amazing suggest it's me where I should eat and everything like that he was amazing. Thank you again for making my trip worthwilded.

I've stayed here twice — September 2016 and November 2016 — and both times were excellent stays. I work while traveling and the Wi-Fi is excellent for general Web usage. Ac/Heat is adjustable and works well. Clean rooms and facilities. And the free breakfast is pretty good, and the woman who runs it is friendly and awesome. The best part is the staff. Very helpful, friendly and swift service. They went above and beyond to assist me when I had to pass time in the lobby after checking out. Props to the day time desk staff! Will definitely return.

This was a great place to stay. It was very clean and service was really good.

Good service, nice clean room with comfy bed and all needed amenities. Only complaint is room darkening curtains won't close all the way because of air conditioning unit right under and too much light is able to get in the morning and wake me up!

The rooms were Dusty. The pool area was not clean lacking towels in the pool room. Dirty towels everywhere and the breakfast staff were rude and unfriendly. Pull-out sofa was very uncomfortable.

It was clean. Their staffs were nice. It is quite place to stay. No one was using the pool when we were there. They were keeping pool temperature up high in the Winter. Don't count on their breakfast, I have seen better from other places.

The check in was perfect, the room clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the most horrid I have had with Holiday Inn Express. The eggs were rubber. Sausage was high school soy bean burgers. Even the 'can't fail' cinnamon rolls were dry and stale.

Was here in February when the low temperature had dropped to — 22°F. Stayed warm in the room. Plenty of restruants close by.

This hotel charged my card for $250 because they claimed to have smelled smoke in my room. I don't smoke. Nobody smoked in my room while I was there. When I called to dispute the charge, they said that their "executive housekeeper had smelled smoke in the room so the charge would stand. " Is it a ridiculous mistake, or is this a scam they occasionally pull? Either way, I would recommend staying somewhere else!

We are 2 adults and 2 kids visiting family nearby. Nice hotel. Clean, comfortable beds. Convenient breakfast. Friendly and accommodating staff. Great location. Small, but warm and pleasant pool. Would definitely stay here again.
