Sean, Emily & Madison effortlessly stand out to me… Concerns to plan my anniversary trip were swept away; with their desire to service me and my needs, I highly recommend this destination when visiting The Falls! We had a wonderful Italian meal on their patio overlooking the mighty Niagara River & Buckhead State Park. Beautiful scenery, great food & very entertaining wait staff. It is a little pricey but worth it for the ambiance! Definitely a must try at least once… Maybe a few times!

Location was a short drive from the Falls. Easy to find with GPS. Check in was easy and fast with very friendly staff. Our room was clean and comfortable. Parking was $10 but it was waived by signing up for a free discount card. Sign up was simply email and phone number. We stayed one night. We did not eat in the restaurant.

We stayed here on our trip last week. We were very pleased with our stay. Beautiful view of the river… river front is the best! The room and pool area were very clean and nice! The only thing we found to be an issue was that our curtains or drape would not fully close. Overall this is a GREAT place to stay and we will be staying here again if we find ourselves back in Niagara.

Stayed here 3 nights for convention. The rooms are bare minimum and meant for a one night sleep and go. No separate chairs to sit in, so you have to sit on beds. This about destroyed my bad back. I HAD to lay down. No dresser for storing clothes. The elevators are ridiculously small. Tight with 4 people, and only 1 person and a luggage cart can fit at one time. Even then you have to lift up the cart to pivot it in… not good for people with bad backs and knees. Because they are small. Makes for very slow movement of a group trying to get places between meetings. One elevator in fact did break down, hampering movement even more for 200 people on Sunday. HOWEVER, to leave in a good note. The food was excellent. A little more variance for lunches the 3 days there would have been nice. The banquet food was the best I have ever had and I have been doing banquets for 40 years plus. They served a bone in pork chop over 2" thick grilled to perfection. I had a perfect filet mignon. Pink inside. Perfect seasoning, no fat or gristle… not a shred left on my plate! Truly just a shame one then had to go back to room and lay down… very uncomfortable.

Small inconveniences added up to an annoyance with this stay. I stay at a lot of SPG hotels, typically Sheratons, including the Four Points brand — usually for work, and this time I redeemed points for 2 nights as my family and I were shopping at the nearby outlet mall. When we checked in, the room was missing a number of items — shampoo, conditioner body wash fixed dispensers in the bathroom were empty; no tissue box; no bottles of water; no regular coffee, only 2 decaf packets. We had to call down on Friday night and Saturday morning to get some of the items, at which time the attendant told us the room would be attended to as soon as we left. Well, we left soon after and were out until the afternoon assuming the room would be taken care of during the regular housekeeping cycle. When we returned the room hadn't been touched. We changed and headed back out again, this time telling the front desk. Fortunately we came back a few hours later and the room was attended to, but they stuffed 2 more decaf coffee packets on top of the 2 that were already in the pack and did not provide any regular coffee or tea packets. That being said however, the hotel is close to the Fashion outlets, and a few restaurants, and the rest of the experience at the hotel was fine.

Very nice accommodations. I didn't like paying to park. It was only $10, but I'd prefer it was just built into price. I also tend to stay where they offer free breakfast. Bed slept great. Relatively close to food. Close to waterfront.

Great space right on the river. Located only a short drive from the Falls. Great amenities, clean rooms. Bathrooms a bit smaller than expected but it's well designed.

We drove 11 hours for what we thought was going to be a second honeymoon. First problem the location is no where near the falls. The neighborhood is very scary for someone out town. The add on fees are crazy. Paper thin walls. 75 dollar fee for a 3 pound puppy. No breakfast unless you want to paid for it. The second honeymoon was a bust. Last time we'll ever come to the most romantic place on Earth. Ha ha. Big waste of time and money. Never again. Thanks for ruining my wife only vacation and second honeymoon.

This hotel was a lifesaver! Had initial plans to stay at another hotel, but immediately checked out upon arrival. Traveling with a dog, we were in a panic to find somewhere and came across here. The front desk staff was very friendly, our room was nice and spacious and best of all, this hotel is extremely pet friendly. The hotel itself was clean as well and has a great view of the water right in the back of the building. But just a little tip, maybe bring your own pillow (ours were flat)

Had no I idea this hotel was situated where it is. Great location. Beautiful scenery with the river and bridge. Great emenitites. Pool area really spacious. Wish pool was bigger. Dock area a plus.

Nice hotel! Clean, up to date and friendly staff… Have to drive to attractions but given the condition of other hotels, is well worth it!

Save some money and go elsewhere! The staff at the front desk was friendly but that's all this hotel has. The hall carpets are stained and dirty. The rooms are average size and bathrooms undersized. 1 chair in a room to sit. The bed was so old you feel every spring in it and has large indents from past people sleeping, time to replace the mattresses were a long time ago. If you want to get some sleep hope you aren't there when there's loud people around because the walls are paper thin you hear everything going on outside your room or you can hear the conversation of people inside the rooms when walking past their door. I will never come back to this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone!

We checked in after midnight but still had to pay the full cost of the room for the previous day. I do think that there should be an exception to the rule when patrons are checking in after 9 pm that the room is discounted in some way or the check out is later. However, the man who checked us in was extremely nice and friendly, the room was very clean and the bed was amazing! The TV was small and hard to watch because it is so far away it could've benefited us for it to be a little larger. The bathroom shower was pretty disappointing. The shower was really confusing and didn't work how expected for it to. Typically, you turn the shower knob to the right for hot and left for cold but in this shower if you turned it too far right the water was ice cold and turning the shower head left for hot water turned the water pressure down and basically off. I'm not sure if that is a money saving tactic or not to keep the water bills low but it was very disappointing! The soft beds shower is usually my favorite part of the stay but not this time… only the bed was impressive.

A good location at a great price, this is a great spot to stay if you don't mind driving ten minutes to getting the falls. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bathroom was big enough and the shower was nice. Half of the rooms have a view of the river over the roof of the restaurant, so not great but you get what you pay for. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

I work down the street and stop by the restaurant and Starbucks occasionally. All the hotel staff I encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. The rainforest Cafe is very good and has a really fun vibe. And I love the Starbucks. Staff is fantastic. Both are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for, and totally worth it.

The hotel is very nice. Very professional and clean. I also had breakfast included with my stay. This is not an issue but they only give you the choice of one of the breakfast items on the menu which is actually the most expensive in price. It would be nice if they let you choose one of the cheaper items instead. Maybe they do but I didn’t ask. I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

I came here for a Baby Shower during the early summer and wow, it was gorgeous. The banquet room was spacious, the windows gave it a lot of light, and the view on the water was spectacular! The servers were friendly and helpful. The service and staff throughout the hotel were so nice and it was a wonderful experience. We were in one of the smaller banquet rooms by the little restaurant/bar on the main floor. Afterwards everyone went out to take pictures on the back deck which turned out sooo pretty! Great for any kind of occasion! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for banquet space.

Hotel facilities are new, room size is moderate, strategic location, reasonable price. Free Wi-fi, ice machine, there is breakfast can choose to buy or not to buy. Recommended.

Room was nice and clean; however the bed was hard and springy. The bathroom is very small. They charge $15 for breakfast when most hotels include it in the price of the room. Free Wi-Fi and self parking was great. The hotel staff was helpful and courteous! The only downfall was the bed, the most important part of the stay!

5 Star rating for price / value. Friendly staff at front desk, cleaning and restaurant. Comfortable rooms, bathroom could be larger. Iron and ironing board in room. Ice machines on each floor. Rooms with Niagara River views and parking lot views your choice and budget. Indoor heated pool for summer and winter swimming. Within 4 miles of the Niagara State Park. Highly recommended.

I wanted to take my parents on a weekend getaway. I spoke with the sales manager Theresa who helped me with my reservation (2 rooms Riverview) She was so helpful. Great customer service. The hotel is perfect. Clean rooms, great view. Close to the falls. There are closer hotels to the falls but none with a view like this. About a 3 minute drive to Niagara Falls. Excellent parking. No need to go out for breakfast. The restaurant has the best breakfast with something for everyone. I will definitely stay there again whenever I end up that way again. Thanks for such a great experience.

Very nice place. We really enjoyed it. The people are very friendly. Two things we didn't like… the water went through the shower curtain liner (not plastic) and made a mess! The other thing is that the clothes carts will barely fit in the small elevators.

We held a reunion here two years ago and again this year. Great staff, always helpful and accommodating — can't speak too highly of the hotel and those who run it and staff it. Good location, easy to find, good parking, clean facility and well maintained.

The hotel is right on the water. The patio decks off the restaurant/bar are pleasant day or night. The Italian food is good, especially if you've been starved for NY eats. Tours of Niagara Falls are available from the hotel, close to falls and really fun. The hotel staff is pleasant, professional and helpful. I would (did) stay there again!

This is a great place to stay within the area. The staff was super attentive and friendly. The restaurant has some of the best wings I have had in so long and the breakfast buffet is delicious. My stay here was just wonderful!

This was our second time at the Hotel. We were there 4 years ago on our 20th Anniversary and loved it and came back for 24. The front desk staff was amazing. Answered all our questions. We had a beautiful room with a river view. The glass shower was a delight to have. We purchased the buffet breakfast. While you would expect more on a buffet it was enough for us. Also right in line with Breakfast anywhere near in a restaurant. My only complaint is our bed. It was most uncomfortable and springy. It made spring noises with every move. I think a Sheraton Hotel could do better in the comfort area. Also pillow protectors… while some of our pillows were newish. A few had the most horrible stains on the actual pillow which the crisp white pillow case just made look worse. Protect your pillows add pillow case covers… and please make sleeping at the hotel a more comfortable experience. The restaurant staff are very friendly and talkative… the view was beautiful both mornings. Would I stay again… yes we would. But please work on the comfort of the bed. And people. When booking please keep in mind that this is a hotel not you home. And try to keep yelling in the halls down so the other guests can enjoy the stay. Thanks.

Amazing location, right by Niagara river. They had live music when we visited and good food. Our waitress Jessica was really polite and helped us with the vegeterian dish which was little off the menu. Also the lady at the bar make nice drinks. Really accommodating and great service.

What a customer service & room full of bugs! Found Bed Bugs in room and we called room service/ front desk. Night duty manager was so generous that he said he cannot do anything and just leave the hotel. Wow 4:00 in the morning, manager want us to leave the hotel as he cannot do anything, no staff available, rudeness is the key point here to speak to customer. My daughter is scratching in middle of night due to bed bugs and hotel services said you can sleep with beautiful bugs they cannot do anything or just leave the hotel. We are checking out and I won't/don't recommend anyone to stay here in this hotel.

My fiancé and I recently visited Niagara Falls and booked a room for the weekend. We had a lovely stay. Upon arrival, the concierge informed us that we had been upgraded to a River view room at no charge… Awesome! The room was clean and comfortable, every staff member we passed was friendly, and the pool was clean and inviting. We are very much looking forward to returning in the future with our kids!

The hotel is clean and nice. The location is perfect. It's not too far from the park. The staff were also nice. The only issue that we had was the representative on the phone. They booked us for the wrong dates and we had to take care of everything last minute. However, the manager was able to fix everything.

This hotel nickel-and-dimes their customers. The charges are not communicated in advance, and are not charged by other hotels. These include: Charge for local calls, Parking, Breakfast, and exorbitantly expensive ($3/bottle) soda. In addition, the hallways were dirty, the elevators were extremely slow, and the staff attempted to write down my credit card number when I went to buy a soda. To top it off, the hot and cold were mixed up on the shower nob. This hotel tries to pass themselves off as a classy nice place to stay, but even a cheap motel would be a better option.

I had the best experience checking into the four points hotel. At check in 2 girls Kaylin and Carolyn made us feel very welcome. Hotel is family friendly and very clean, the staff very accommodating. I will be returning again thanks to your great hotel and amazing front desk staff.

There is a great view of the river on one side of the hotel that can also be seen from the restaurant. The room was really nice, we stayed in a family suite. Separate easy to use temp controls on both sides made things easier for us because we had a person along who is always freezing. Great water pressure in the shower and sinks too. The pool area and gym were great and clean. The staff at the restaurant went above and beyond in their service for dinner and drinks at night and the breakfast buffet was good (could use some toast or bagels though)

I come here often, excellent, courteous and friendly staff. River view in the summer is exceptional especially when having a meal. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of parking. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Upgraded King suite was amazing: soaker tub jacuzzi, walk-in shower big enough for four people! If you happen to see the Groupon deal, grab it right away: it includes one free bottle of wine and, appetizer per day of stay. There's also a restaurant, swimming pool and, workout facility.

The hotel is very clean. The view is amazing, would be great for a wedding & reception. The food they provided was amazing. The only complaint I would have is one of the areas where the function was being held. The acoustics of the room make it hard to hear when a lot of people are talking. So seems like your yelling.

I was a bit disappointed with this hotel. Although it is near major highways, there are several deficiencies that need to be addressed. The rooms and bathroom are both very small, and cluttered with too much extra furniture. Wake up calls either arrived at the wrong time, or not at all. Many of the front desk personnel had trouble answering simple questions, or inquiries. The restaurant at this hotel is highly understaffed. I waited 90 minutes for my dinner to be served, on Saturday Night September 03, 2016. Finally, I was overcharged on the 4.00% Niagara Falls Resort Fee. This hotel is well below the standards of the Sheraton Chain, and a "Weak Link" in the brand image of this hotel chain. It was a struggle giving this hotel a rating of "Average".

The Four Points by Sheraton Niagra Falls is awesome when we arrived there our room wasn't ready so they upgraded us to a suite for free. The room was nice, everything was clean. The employees were friendly and helpful. We ate at the restuarant which had great food and service. After we checked out they allowed us to keep our trailer there free of charge when we spent the day exploring the Niagra Falls attractions. Great hotel, would definitely stay there again.

Very good overall but the riverview was a bit of a let down. There was a giant roof blocking the view so the river was only partly visible. This should've been made clear in the description.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. They gave us great information about the local area and answered all our questions. The hotel has a laundry room which wasn't super expensive. All our clothes got wet on the trip and we were able to wash and everything onsite while hanging out at the bar. I think the toilet/tub in the standard queen room is a bit claustrophobic but it was very clean and there were plenty of towels. Cleanest Four Points I have seen in a while.

Clean rooms and restaurant area, but very slow service. Arrived a bit before 3:00 for a 3:00 check-in and has to wait until 4:20 before a room was clean. In the room, there were three lamps, but two did not operate due to ill-fitting bulbs. Otherwise a fine but unremarkable venue. Would recommend only as a low-cost alternative.

I stayed in Four Points this weekend and it was great. The staff was very friendly and we felt welcome from the second we showed up. We got a double room on the river side and the room was really nice. It was well kept and clean. The bathroom could have been a little nicer, when we got there the shower was draining properly but it was a quick fix. The view was nice but being only the 4th floor a large part of the view was obstructed by the roof of the connected rooms. The indoor/heated pool was awesome, we were the only ones down there for a while and nobody bothered us. The fitness room was adequate for a quick trip to supplement a real gym. Finally, the bar was nice and the bartender was very sociable. Overall, very nice. If I'm ever around again I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed over for one night. The hotel offered some nice amenities. We were able to enjoy their indoor heated pool, and their well equipped fitness center. The small bar located near the lobby was great. Their nightly specialty drinks were unique and delicious. The 12pm check out was very convenient.

Not suitable for 4 people in two queen beds. The bathroom was 4ftx4ft, biggest turn off ever. Especially since with 4 people you need a usable bathroom. Only 1 half mirror in a hotel for 4 people! The water in the sink wouldn't go down. The bathroom lock didn't work The bathroom vent didn't work… things I was too tired to complain about after my stay. I just expected sheraton hotels to have quality or I could have gotten any cheaper hotel for much less price. They only had the large cases of shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Not the small complimentary pouches that make nicer hotels feel like a spa. Overall, I felt squeezed and made my stay horrible. Never going back again.

Some of the staff was fantastic and went out of their way to assist. Other members wouldn't look at you and avoided guests as much as possible. The hotel was very clean and the view from the meeting room was stunning!

I went there for a career fair. I didn't actually stay in any of the rooms but, I can tell you that the staff was very nice and very helpful with showing me where the career fair was being held and also where the restrooms were. Where the event was held was also quite nice.

This is a really nice hotel, with great views — — if you're on the River side. Otherwise, you get a great view of the Buffalo Ave Area of Niagara Falls, a really depressing view. The pool is really nice, they usually say what temperature the pool is. It's in a great location for travel, just off of the 190, and just a quick drive down the Robert Moses to the Falls.

Short drive from Niagara Falls. Modern rooms designed to feel larger than they actually are (while the toilet and shower are behind doors, the sink is in the actual bedroom). Wifi is a bit unstable and occasionally disconnects.

We will definitely be back to this hotel. It was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The room was really nice with an awesome view of the river. We also had drinks and dinner at Bella Vista, which was also very good. No complaints at all! Great hotel!

Very nice and modern room with gret view! Although I enjoyed the shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the washroom, I did not like that the sink was outside of the washroom. Other than that, I had a great stay at the Four Points!

Horrible experience! We were moved to another hotel for an "ingeniering" problem, then we were moved back to four points. We were put on a 2 queen but we paid for a king bed and they didn't have any after we had paid in full so we had to take it. at the restaurant the hostess was very rude but server Jose was nice. not what we expected for the price paid.

I stayed for three nights! I have to say this hotel has a very serene ambiance. I had a king suite with the waterfront view. Waking up to the niagara river was just a beautiful site. We were provided with plenty. There was also a restaurant in the hotel which was very convenient. If you're not from the area.

Nice river view hotel with outdoor patio. Was referred to this hotel by the Holiday Inn near the Falls due to renovation. Solid facility, just a good 10-min drive to the Falls then you'll have to pay for parking, instead of parking the car at the Holiday Inn and walking to the Falls. My regular room is a little tight for two people. Wonderful bar and bartender.

Great clean and comfortable hotel! Best deal in Niagara, especially if you can book with spg points. Free easy parking, gorgeous riverfront patio are great pluses.

Having overnighted here recently as I was in town looking for something unavailable in Canada, I am pleased to say, our experience was great. There were a few hiccups, but the staff went out of their way to make up for them. The front desk staff, the restaurant staff and manager — everyone we encountered asked us about our stay. The hotel staff was very accommodating for package modifications, and the wings were outstanding, as was our friendly server. The location is just fine, as opposed to previous reviewers — a couple blocks to a 24 hour TOPS, Wal-Mart, and very close to the outlet mall, yet away from the fray on a residential-type street. Parking was right outside, easy and free. Wifi was spotty and I ended up having my Gmail account hacked after logging in, so while I cannot say it is 100% related; I can't imagine how it was not. Anyway, not the hotel's fault unless they need to up their security settings for their Wi-Fi. The view to the water is beautiful, and while we didn't sit outside on the deck, it looked lovely. We will not hesitate to visit this hotel again in the future, but might stay off the Wi-Fi. Very good value. We are fairly picky and were not disappointed.

I have to offset the bad reviews because I'm not sure which hotel they stayed at. The Four Points I stayed at in Niagara Falls was very nice. Everything was clean and comfy. The outdoor dinning and dock are beautiful. The restaurant is upscale but amazing (mussels and wine). The staff was very helpful. We thought the heater wasn't working and they sent a mechanic up right away. Turns out we were just being stupid and it worked fine. The guy was really nice about it and didn't mind coming up or that we were essentially wasting his time. The fridge is hidden behind a cabinet which adds a nice touch. Makes it look fancier. There were NO spiders and the pool was very warm (Oct). When I stayed, I felt pampered. My boyfriend and I are returning next month.

1st and foremost. Affordable! Secondly, updated facilities, great hotel and quality service. Location slightly remote from other local attractions and entertainment, but to each their own.
