Strong odor around the hotel. Lots of dog poop in the picnic area. Pool was closed and appeared it would be closed a long time. Hot breakfast consisted of dried out scrambled eggs and unappetizing bacon. Definitely not the best of the brand.

Overall, it's okay. Beds were pretty comfortable. Not obviously dirty; however, my son walked around barefoot for about 5 minutes and his feet (and knees cause he's a toddler) turned black. Also, the toilet clogged up constantly and it ended up being a 'just don't flush it' situation. Toilet situation could just have been our room, carpet I would say is all the rooms. Location is fair, more so if you're just traveling through verses staying in town for a few days. There is a gas station and McDonalds within walking distance.

It was nice and clean. Updated too. The only reason I give 4 stars is because the nighttime receptionist was not really professional. Still nice, but I could barley heat him since he was so soft spoken and he just seemed he didn't want to be there.

This will be the second time we have stopped here on our travels to New Mexico. It's a clean, nice and safe place. Friendly staff and the rooms are actually updated and visually pleasing. They have a mini fridge and good working AC. Breakfast is included and it's a really nice layout. Sausage, pancakes, waffles, scrambled eggs, cereal, toast, bagels and loads of jams juices coffee etc. The breakfast staff is amazing. Every time we have gone they have been wonderful and happy to accommodate.

Very nice room! Everything in good working order. CLEAN! Wonderfully comfortable bed. Easy to use lamps and electrical outlets. Important after a long day of travel. Breakfast was delicious! We were only at the hotel for nine hours but it was restful and relaxing and just the break we needed. Thanks, Super 8, and thanks to You, Lord Jesus, for guiding us every step of the way on this road trip. You are forever Faithful in Your Love to us!

Super clean and up to date. 2 complaints. The pool is empty in June and the door to room 111 has a big crack around it.

Great clean rooms. The deluxe suite we got had a 2 burner stove, fridge, microwave, some cooking gear, a table, living room, large bathroom, and huge comfy bed. Nice hot breakfast from 6-9 every morning, afternoon social hour with hot food from 4-6 M-Th (al free! ), and the staff is available 24 hrs always incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. Highly recommended! Small but decently equipped exercise room and a small laundry room. Only downside, the pool seems out of commision : (but we loved it and will stay here any time we are visiting Clovis.

Price seems high for a two and a half star motel. But, Clovis is surprisingly high priced in general. Clean enough. Pleasant staff. Comfortable. Breakfast is okay, had better and worse.

Highly recommended to all my family and friends. Wonderful staff both office personnel and housekeeping. Provides shuttle services 24 hours to anywhere you want or need to go. Good complimentary breakfast. Love you all my family and friends. May everyone have a nice happy blessed and safe week.

I liked this place very clean and very safe to spend nights rest.

I really enjoyed staying here because it is so clean from outside and from inside. I met that maintenance guy " Jesus" he is so nice and keeps the hotel in great condition.

Loved the pillows and bed. So comfortable and clean bedding, always a plus for me. Room cleanliness was decent. Outside was nice and clean. Breakfast was great. The breakfast lady was very nice. Here breakfast was a 4⛤. Front desk staff could use a bit more enthusiasm. But overall it was a good stay.

Finding good/safe place to stay in Clovis was a little scary. I was really pleased with hotel, ALL of the staff was terrific. Pool area was clean and well maintained, the rooms were clean, actually smelled great! The room for breakfast was clean, and the lady working in there was great. There was even security that circled the parking lot at night! Highly recommended this place.

Room is nice and clean. Beds are high and hard. The air conditioner kept cutting on and off, but not enough to prevent sleep. The one cup coffee maker didn't work, so we had to wait for the 'included in the price of the room' breakfast. The motel raised the price of the room due to an 'event' being held in town starting the day after our stay. The higher room rate should have been applied to those checking in during the event. Worked well enough for an overnight stay.

We were so surpringly pleased with this motel. Wow! Reception at night was average but when we walked into room, it was great. Clean, well laid out and spacious. The bed, pillows and linens were excellent and so comfy that we actually pushed snooze on alarm. Bathroom was clean and shower was wonderful. Breakfast bar was typical but the coffee machine had an espresso button and I customized my coffee potion. Delish. The morning reception was very friendly at checkout. The only minus was that the treadmill was broken as I do like my daily workout. I would stay here again and highly recommend.

The first room I received smelled like cigarette smoke and strong chemicals to clean it. Changed rooms and it was better. Pool is nice, but outdoor only; some algea in the hot tub. Staff was courteous.

Pleasant place, and the room was nice. The breakfast was good. Snacks available in the lobby were reasonably priced.

Cheap price, usually clean rooms. Train won't wake you up, but the cargo will keep you inside your room (trains running cows and manure). Staff is usually on point, but I would recommend another town farther from the manure smell.

It is a nice motel! The pool is kinda cold but quickly jump in you'll get use to it if you try to swim a little after you get in and the spa is so warm. You can in it is so warm. It opened yesterday because it was under inspection.

Sure, this place has been freshly remodeled, was spotless, convenient, comfortable and reasonable and staffed by friendly people. But why do I love it? Honesty and great service. We left something in the room and when we called several hours after checkout they found it and shipped it off to us (our expense, appropriately) — it beat us home! I LOVE GREAT SERVICE AND GOOD PEOPLE.

Sitting in the breakfast area as I write this on my iPad. In my travels I can honestly say I haven't stayed at a hotel as nice or clean as this for the money. Inexpensive rates, VERY clean room, wide selection of breakfast, courteous employees. This is my new home away from home in Clovis New Mexico.

Clean hotel and affordable. We enjoyed the train attraction. If you're a rail fan you will definitely love this place! Would stay again if we come down this way.

Unable to sleep during the day to be able to work at night, but very helpful staff & a really good breakfast.
