Wonderful hotel! I had an amazing experience. Staff is super friendly and nice. Will come here next TIME whenever in new mexico.

For the money, this little motel right off I-25 and 550 is perfect. They allow fur bebés, they have continental breakfast. Any little thing I needed, they cheerfully complied with right away. It is a family-owned business, and the management and staff have excellent customer service. I want to give a shout-out to Sylvia, a member of the housekeeping staff, and Robert, front-desk clerk, who both went out of their way to give cheerful, attentive customer service.

It is a nice place for an over night stay. It is clean. No noise. Bed were good for us. We had a very good sleep after driving 11 hours.

It was an okay place that seemed to be renovated. The room I stayed in had a number of problems. There was plaster that had not been painted over, it was very noisy (I could hear every single vehicle drive by and hear other customers in the hallway), the night light from the hair dryer was a little bright for my taste, and the light was shining in from under the doorway. I am a light sleeper and had a restless night. Also, I kept getting bit by bugs, I do not know if was gnats but I got itchy bug bite bumps throughout my stay. Hopefully other people have better nights than me.

Decent place for the price. Typical amenities for $50. Check-in is at 3p though. You can check in at 1p for an extra 10 bucks. It was clean and everything worked.

Not fancy, but ours a nice 3 star hotel. Rooms were comfy, bathrooms were a little small and good breakfast.

The bathroom was a complete disaster. Shower rod hanging off the wall, toilet seat fell off. As far as a non-smoking room, smelled like a dirty ash tray, but it was clean. Always have had great luck with Super 8's.

Horrible! We had a pet room, stunk to high heaven! Had to buy a spray to get through the night stay. Filthy around baseboards and corners, carpet was extremely dirty. My dogs beds and blankets are cleaner than this room. Broken furniture, its in need of a renovation. Plus they charge $10 a day for a pet. Not a problem if they would use the extra means to clean it.

This is a decent hotel that met our necessities, but it didn't blow my mind or anything. The toilet didn't work, but they did fix it after I added them to. The walls are super thin and our room was really far from the office and breakfast area. But if you are just looking for a cheap place to sleep, this place does the job.

Customer service was Amazing! The room didn't look like it had been vacuumed as there were crumbs on the floor. But, we slept well and couldn't find another available room. Price was a little steep for the quality, but that was probably because the rooms in town were booked.

Decent beds. Terrible sound from the tv. Coffee maker lid was broken off and full of dust inside. Curtains were a little short and did not block out light that great. Breakfast was lacking. All in all for the cheap price and location to meet our needs it was fine enough for a nights sleep.

Location was conviniant for when you are driving long distance as it is right off the highway not far from the exit. Rooms are decent, not the best but they do fine for overnight stay to rest before continuing driving and service is ok, have to wait a bit for someone st the front desk to response.

Was not very pleased. Non smoking room had an obvious smoke smell. Front desk didn't care and said they were booked solid even though there was only 6 cars in the lot.

Clean and comfortable, my room had a slight smoking smell, but was discounted do yo it being the only one left available.

Greetings my sister and her two daughters stayed here at this super 8 motel this past summer they had the worst experice staying there they found lots of bed bugs in their rooms where they stayed at they came from farmington nm the rooms smelled bad from smoke they get very closticphobic bad the manger is very rude here the need new mangement they need to get rid f the front desk manger and the generalmanger my name is glen seager I live 5 miles north of this motel if they do not get rid of the current staff I will be demanding they shut down this motel I will report this to the nm state envorment health dept if this does not get corrected.

Rooms are nice with comforting colors and accommodations. Good service and reasonable pricing. Great location next to train station, restaurants, banks and freeway is not to far for travlers.

Excellent room. Everything worked, and the staff was friendy and courteous. Especially so the young man that checked me in.

Nice Motel… just the two (ladies) @ front desk not too happy! The gentleman that helped us check in was really nice!

Nice placed it was close to the big I25 and I still got plenty of sleep.

Good value but there are reasons its inexpensive. It is a very convenient location.

This Super 8 is awesome the employee Eliot? is always ready to help a veteran at the best way possible and accommodations not to mention discount rates.

This place is terrible. We tried three rooms before just leaving and going to find another place to stay for the night. The first rooms air conditioning unit was making very loud grinding noises and the bathtub was grimey. Our second and third room smelled like STRONG cigarette/pot smoke. The staff was friendly enough but it was really disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Wont be coming back here. Overpriced for the quality of the hotel. Very dirty. The only reason I give it 2 stars is the staff was very friendly.

Pleasantly surprised. Older motel but room was large, clean & comfortable plus a great rate. Room had refrig. Microwave, table & 2 chairs. I will definately stay here again.

Short stay, just passing through, but there was no nonsense. In, slept, out, all easy. Good breakfast but lacked the sort of meaty protein we were looking for to get back out on the road.

Very nice hotel. Very nice place to stay. We only stayed over night, but it was such a good night. I had the sofa bed. While my other four relatives had the beds. The price was really great considering how many people were in the room. I think it was about $95 or a little bit more. There's a Denny's, McDonald's, and Taco Bell near by the hotel. I feel like it would, considering how nice the room was, be a nice place for your kids. There's enough room in there to dance around, at least.

One of the nicer Super 8 I have stayed in. Shower/bathroom area well lit. Large parking lot, easy access to I-25. Comfy bed.

I stayed here with my family it was very clean and comfortable. It had many options to eat out at and very big parking lot. It was in a quiet and nice area as well. The staff was very kind and assertive.

Had to pull over drowsy. Fantastic rate. Nothing fancy, but the waffle iron actually produced perfect, crispy waffles! Good selection for breakfast considering at that price they shouldn't even provide it. Pleasantly surprised for sure.

Checked in at 3am room was around 95 degrees took about 3 hours to cool down enough to sleep knock at the door at 11:15 told them we were gonna shower and head out at 11:20 room was called and was asked if we were staying over said no was informed cops would be called if we wernt out by 11:45 I will never stay at this super 8 ever again hope no one else does either got a whole 5 hours of sleep thanks again super 8

Stopped in Bernalillo while on a road trip back to school. For $65, I was impressed! The room was great; shower was awesome. Both check in and check out were quick and easy. Definitely worth the money.

Nothing extraordinary but no complaints either.

Good hotel and breakfast for the price. Stayed in it twice, on the way out and back. No bedbugs. Would have been five stars if the heater had a thermostat.

Check-in person was absent for 30 minutes, but when she showed up, she was very friendly. Very easy check-in. Room had an unusual smell, but when I turned on the air conditioner, it went away. Halls smelled of smoke, but I didn't spend the night in the hallway, so I didn't mind so much. This was my 2nd visit, I would stay again.

We just spent a week in Bernalillo because we did not want to be in the melee during Balloon Fiesta. What a great location for sightseeing and only 22 minutes to the airport. The staff were helpful and attentive. The biggest surprise was proximity to the RailRunner commuter train (about 300 yards walk from the motel). We took the train to Sante Fe on a weeknight for dinner. This was the highlight of my trip.
