Serious updates needed! Carpet throughout is stained and loose in hallways. The fan in my room was so loose, I turned it off fearing it might fall apart. The fridge in the room barely worked also. Alarm clock was old & didn't work. Tried calling front desk for a wake up call but nobody answered. The regular rooms were all booked so I was in a "Business Class" room that was more expensive… yet nothing worked. If you're gonna charge more for a room Days Inn… at least make it worth it.

Absolutely the worst customer service. I never really take the time to post but this was beyond ridiculous. Stayed one night, had booked four — I had several issues with the room and chose to cancel the rest of the nights. I was told that I would still be charged for one night because it was within the 24 hour window. I asked to talk to a manager and called back several times throughout the day and no manager ever called me. Looked at my bank account today and Not only was I charged for the room for that one additional night – I was charged for all of the nights that we’re supposed to have been canceled. I called again trying to talk to manager – and I was told one would call me back when they get a chance. I am not holding my breath and will likely just dispute it with my bank. Absolutely ridiculous.

A little dated but nice. Looks like they are in the middle of some repairs so I am taking that into consideration. Nice and quiet, off the road a little bit which helps keep the traffic noise at bay. Good price and quick service. TV was broken and was stuck on a single channel but I was mainly interested in sleep. This hotel was great for that.

Over priced at $78 w/ AAA discount, taxes and fees. The room is small, dark, furniture is old. TV is small. Mattress lumpy. Our room last night was also a Wyndom, it was cheaper and nicer. This room needs an update All I can say good is it's convenient to I25 and I 40. And it is clean.

Would have given 5 stars, but we had to wait about 35 minutes for check in, since the person at the desk had abandoned their post. After we got checked in, though, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. (A girl on her day off got us checked in. ) Breakfast was lovely each day, and the location was very nice.

The room we had was not clean. My 3 year old found several dog biscuits. We also had popcorn on the floor. Some nasty looking spray of something on the wall. One of the beds had used sheets on it. I think the mattress came out of the 60s. It felt like sleeping on a box spring. Yep try this hotel last.

The tub had been gouged and repaired. It was perfectly fine to use but you could tell that they were fixing it rather than replacing it. The air conditioning heating unit had a few broken louvers but the actual heating unit worked. If you want to set the temperature by the thermostat your choices are only low heat or high heat. Lovely hot breakfast. We got waffles sausage eggs hot chocolate. There are also continental breakfast options. We had a great night sleep.

Hotel customer service very accommodating. Rooms are nice. No vending machines but walkable distance to restaurant. Water was cold.

Enjoyable place to stay. Older but clean with bare necessities, dressers, night stand, desk and chair, 2 queens, tv, plenty of lights and a ceiling fan, beds and bath were clean, full length mirror and pass thru door to neighboring room.

Booked a room here because Holiday Inn had no available rooms. It wasn't the worst hotel I've been to but it came close. First, the staff was not very professional. The place is in need of major updating. The carpet in the hall way on the third floor had bleach stains that ran across the entire floor. The carpet had large stains and in need of replacement. The room advertised queen beds, but they seemed to be full size, not queen. Our keys to our room kept erroring out, had handful of bags and had to go all the way back down to bottom floor for them to fixed. Several times the janitor's closet left wide open for all to see the hotel's junk. Broken AC left in hallway, broken fridge outside, maintenance dept needs to tighten up in this area. Lots of room for improvement and until then won't be staying here again.

Not extremely great but decent. We had to ask for new sheets as soon as we walked in because there was hair all over the bed. Didn't even think about using the pillows. But they were quick at getting us new sheets so not too bad.

The staff here is excellent. Polite, helpful, and with the rare skill set of having good manners. In fact, this whole town was refreshing in that showing good manners seems to be ingrained into the culture here. The rooms are more than satisfactory, only wish there was more hot water for my shower. However, rooms are pleasant and restful. Came here to attend a wedding but am certainly coming back just to vacation.

Very nice place to stay clear rooms nice swimming pool and the exercise room was small but it will get the job done.

I had no problems. It was exactly what you would expect from a Days Inn. The room was clean. The continental breakfast had waffles you could make yourself, eggs, sausage and a few other things (bagels, cereal).

I booked a room at the Days inn in Bernalillo NM earlier in august. I was given room 214 that was over the indoor pool. The room had a smell of chlorine, it was terrible. The front office told me that all others rooms were booked. I had to go a local store and buy room deodorant. I highly recommend not staying here, but if you have to make sure you get a room on the third floor.

At at The Range Cafe. Always great New Mexico style Mexican food. One of the reasons we stop here.

The room smelled like mold and the carpets were disgusting. Beds were super close to the ground and not very comfortable. Eggs at breakfast were awful. Thank goodness for toast. I wouldnt recommend for more then 1 night. It was just ok for an off the road for the night place.

Good location near commerce and the highway. The room was comfy but had no fridge. The staff was courteous and the complimentary breakfast was decent for the low price. I would recommend this to someone on a budget.

It was fine. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The sink backed up unexpectedly when someone around us flushed a toilet (which was weird) and the room was hot but not unbearable. They do seem to love the FOX News. If that's your thing, you'll enjoy being able to hear it throughout the first floor. If not, you won't enjoy hearing it.

First of all, this was the worst experience we've had in NM, and we visit NM frequently. If your looking to stay one night and just a need a place to sleep, this will be okay. Wifi password was disclosed at check in and worked great the whole weekend. The ladies at the breakfast bar kept the bar as clean and tidy as they could. Parking was a problem. An RV was set up in prime parking in shaded area. Canopies were also set up taking up about a total of 12 parking spaces. We were on the second floor and could hear traffic all night from heavy foot traffic. A fire alarm went off. Could smell smoke, but was never evacuated. Fire Dept. Did not dispatch. I realize everything must have been under control, but no safety precautions are in place. Had it been a real emergency, it would have a disaster. An electronic device was turned in at the desk by someone we know. When the owner went to claim it, the front desk could not locate her device. Will not stay here again.

The rooms were better than I thought they where going to be.

Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. She helped fix the reservation after Price line had the wrong dates. Great amenities, good breakfast, very affordable rates. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Nice nice staff clean, accommodating to handicap, good breakfast, noisy people upstairs though, but that's not the hotels fault. Pay a little more and stay away from the motel 6 down the street.

The Holiday Inn Express was full and to avoid going to ALB We reserved 2 nights at the days inn. When we got in even tho its freezing outside the A/C was on full, the heater was broke so we asked for a new room. The only option was to move to a one bed and put our daughter on a roll away. Our second room stunk badly, the roll away bed was broke so the mattress only went on the floor for my CHILD. Our bed spread had cigarette holes in it and when we pulled the sheets back there was long brown hair on the sheets! The bathroom floor was dirty the towels were stained. When walking barefoot the carpet had dirt sand on it. Very un clean and so ran down. We were SOO grateful Holiday Inn Express had a room the following night. Yuck will not recommend to anyone.

We stayed 5 nights at Days Inn in Bernalillo the first part of October, 2010. After a 14hr drive with only 2 hours of sleep, we couldn't wait to get there, take a shower, and freshen up! When we arrived, apparently there was a problem with the water. It was brown and mucky coming out of the shower, sink, and toilet. We were told it should be fixed by 11pm that night. So. No shower, couldn't use the toilet, couldn't brush our teeth or wash up, as it was never rectified. Woke up the next day to absolutely NO water in the entire hotel! We had to leave early that morning without a shower again, no brushing our teeth, no using the toilet. EXTREMELY disappointed and miserable! The hotel didn't even provide drinking water and did nothing to help the guests! We had to use gas stations to use the toilet, wash our face, brush our teeth. What an experience! Of the 5 nights we stayed, only 2 nights did housekeeping provide soap, shampoo, or cups. We had to go to the front desk to ask for these items. I have been trying to contact the owner of this establishment for over 1 month now with no success. I have dealt with customer service only, as the owner refuses to contact me or compensate in any way. This is very unacceptable and as a result I would never stay there again. The staff were very nice, the rooms were clean, but no safes with keys, as advertised, and no drapes to close for privacy.
