This place is a dump! Doors that don't lock correctly, bathroom had last patron's underwear on the bathroom floor and the kitchen was old with the gas turned off to the stove. You would not want to prepare any food in this place. The sheets and towels appeared to be clean. The pool was clean and kids appeared to enjoy playing in it but it is too small to really be able to swim. If I had been booked for more than 2 nights, I would have left and found another motel. I will return to the Seagull Motel down the street!

We stayed at the Lu Fran Motel over the past weekend, on our first trip to Wildwoods. It was a wonderful experience staying at Lu Fran Motel! The owner, Ralph, was so courteous n always so nice to us… he would gave us cold water bottles before n after our trips. My kids, Caithlin n Nicholas, had such a wonderful time, they wanted to stay longer at the motel. From the beach… to the pool… very relaxing. Ralph's customer service is rated Staff was so courteous… always a hi, hello, good morning from him n his staff. With such a wonderful experience, especially for my kids, we will definitely be going back to Wildwoods… staying at Lunch Fran. Ralph… u rock! Really gave great hospitality welcoming myself and my family for our one day stay on July first to the second. Ralph the manger was very compassionate to our needs and made sure they were met.

Place was disgustingly dirty. The floor was dirty, sheets were dirty, pools disgusting, the rooms haven't been updated since 1980… the door trim. Was broken like it was kicked in. The first room we were in the air conditioning didnt work and the TV was broken. Managment was really nice about moving us to another room but it was just as bad. This place was full of crack heads running around smoking drugs… would never stay here again. Managment was nice but the place is an absolute DUMP.

My family and I love coming to Lu Fran! It's our favorite spot in wildwood. The location is great, we had ocean view rooms and it was a block off the boardwalk. The rooms were always spotless. We'll be back again later this year!

The door to the room was open upon arrival. The "kitchen" had several issues. The door had one hinge, the window was broken, off track and unlocked, the refrigerator would not stay closed and I found drugs in the cabinet above the refrigerator. The bathroom window was unlocked and half open. The room blinds were broken or missing. I was in the room for about 30 minutes before I simply left and abandoned my stay there. I checked out, no refund and stayed elsewhere for the weekend. I will never return to this place.

Very dirty and everything is outdated. They want a tip for their housekeeper but there's dirt against the wall behind the dressers and night stand. Also found a used tooth brush under the bed. For a hundred bucks a nightnight was definitely a rip off.

This place I really awful! Stains on the covers and sheets, extremely outdated kitchen falling apart. Handle for fridge was repaired with scotch tape, but must have fell off again and was put on top of the fridge. Peeling paint everywhere and extremely dirty. I would sleep in a dumpster befor ever going back to this disgusting motel!

Mold everywhere rooms were hardly cleaned. When I asked to get clean sheets the lady never cleaned the bed and gave me them. Couldn’t play music or anything and they only took cash.

Recently stayed at the Lu Fran motel for a band trip. The room was disgusting. There were holes in the walls, mold on the sheets, gross smells throughout the room. Our ceiling was also broken as well as the bathroom door which was falling apart. The pool looked a nasty mess and I have bed bug bites on my arms. Don’t go here. Issa whole mess. Send the people u hate here. Have a lovely day :)

Stayed here last year. The place is disgusting. The bed sheets had blood on them, the kitchen smelled like fish, and the bathroom was a dump. Rooms look so outdated. My daughter got sick after our stay here. I don't recommend it.

Omg, people! please don't ruin your vacation and stay at this disturbing, filthy, etc. Place! I have no idea how this place is still open! shame on you wildwood health board & code enforcement! and the pics your seeing are from when the previous owner had it and I promise you, it looks nothing like this now! oh and the positive reviews are family and friends of the owner, otherwise they have to be complete idiots to give them even a 3!

Beautiful location in front of the sea there is a street across and in front of the Boldwalk! Owner responds to all requests and is very friendly!

Excellent Vacation spot for families in Wildwoods New Jersey.

The guy managing while we were there was nice, but a bit eccentric. It was reasonably clean for Wildwood, but don't go in with big hotel chain expectations on cleanliness or room fit and finish. Price was reasonable for the time of the season.

It's a little run down nice people who work there but not a place I would recommend to anyone. Ok maybe to a person that I was trying to ruin their weekend lol.

The place was a dump, room 19. Small room, kitchen and bathroom falling apart. No curtains, just crappie blinds. Kids younger then 10 were swimming in pool till midnight. Could not sleep for the 3 days there. RAF was a Idiot. Ask for towels, get nothing back. Never go to that place again. Worst motel ever been to.

Right off the bat we got a decent deal for last min. Ralph at the front desk did whatever to make sure anyone is happy. He gave us (5) all bottled water when we returned from the bored walk. He kept pool open late for us since we came late. He hooked us up on parking. The a. C didn't do much so I asked for a fan and he made it happen. The beds or bedding wasn't greatest but I used my own pillow and blanket. Didn't help this on other bed but everything considered Ralph really goes over and beyond. Unlike other places who don't care he does and that makes a difference! We stayed Aug 19th 2017 a Sat. Hope this helps with any decision making.

Let's start off with the bed. It was very dirty and we were all scared to even sleep on them. The worst thing about he bed were the sheets. There was blood all over. We had to hang towels up to cover the broken shades where people could see in. The floors we very dirty. The toilet was clogged when we got there and the bathroom was full of mold. The kitchen smelt like dead fish. 100% would not recommend staying here what so ever.

Stayed here with my girlfriend for 2 nights. Staff were warm and welcoming, talked to us about our stay and frequently asked if we needed anything. Even got us towels fresh from the dryer! There was free Wi-Fi and we had no issues. We got free late check out which allowed us to enjoy the pool for a few extra hours.

Dont ever waste your money here. Not even if they give you the room for free. Don't let the good reviews fool you. Like they did me. The only thing accurate that I read about this place is that the owner was cool. Not when it came to complaints though!

Stayed here twice. Unless it gets cleaned up will not be back. The owner is a very friendly fellow … But I need a place to lay my head down that is clean. I need clean towels. Had no wash cloth either time. I came back the second time because he said he would be renovating… his renovation was a new/used tv. Won't be back.

The hotel and rooms were clean. The manager was very friendly. The rates are great considering your a block off the beach. I would stay here again. No bugs of any kind.

Nice people run the place There is no Bed Bugs I found beds to most comfortable I have ever found in a Motel will stay there again in a Heartbeat.

Very close to the boardwalk an beach and very laid back. A good place to stay in wildwood. The manager was very kind and cared a lot about if we were having a good time.

BED BUGS…! If I can post picture on then you will see, I am NOT tell a lie. It was run my holiday vacation. Never stay here. Nightmare…

Read the reviews and thought it was going to be great … well we were sooo WRONG! First he lost the paperwork that we paid for a room and check in was between 2:00pm — 6:00pm we got there at 3:00 pm and room wasn't ready cleaning guy had just come out, he had no parking for us either… had dirty sheets … asked for clean ones. Tub was dirty and nasty… they had a bucket and silverware holder as and ice cube try … then looked under the beds omg … nasty cups, papers and wrappers and food all over … we checked out and asked for our money-back. Would not recommend back this place … terrible. Was soo out dated too …
