Modern, CLEAN rooms, large salt water pool and kiddie pool, plenty of comfortable lounge chairs, grills and picnic tables. It was conveniently located right across the street from a town park with plenty of new amenities and a bike rental, the beach is just beyond that. I would highly recommend.

Our stay here 8/2021 was absolutely horrible. We booked the family fun package like we do every year. They added two restaurants to the breakfast vouchers which we were excited about. When we went to one of them the restaurant wouldn’t honor the breakfast and the motel would not accommodate our inconvenience. The Wi-Fi would go in and out. Then, while we were cleaning our room before check out we found bed bugs on the box spring of the bed. This employee of the month that works at the front desk has zero customer service skills. She wanted to see our bumps on our body’s, they checked the room, then wanted pictures of the bed bugs on our clothes. They refuse to refund our money (that’s all we want). I already reported this motel please do not go.

Rooms are small, dirty, and there were bugs in our room. Stay elsewhere.

Great location, very nice pool, staff was great. Rooms a little outdated but clean and worked fine! Our only issues were with other guests which the staff did a good job trying to take care of. Overall nice motel.

Booked from the June 20 2020 to June 22 was never told the pool was not open all others motels pools are open The diamond crest is not open because it’s green and they don’t want to clean it and saying The government rules not true everyone’s pool is open til 6pm and they Charging $225 a night for a room with no pool and will not give me my money back so I have no choice but to stay in the motel.

Do not book this hotel! I’m never one to complain, as I work in the hospitality business, and I am well aware things may not always go as planned, so I am usually pretty understanding. Yesterday I checked in for a one night stay, I was told by Alex the day before that I could check in anytime after 8 am. I got there at noon and Joanne was at the desk and told me check in was at 2, but she would let me in early. Ok great. We go up to the room open the door and there is a couple in there still sleeping! They were clearly shocked to see us walk in with our bags. It was embarrassing for both parties. We go back down and tell Joanne that someone was in the room she gave us, and she was baffled as to who could be in there. Ok, not very professional, but ok. We wait an hour outside for another room to be cleaned and ready. We get into that room, unpack, settle in, and get a knock on the door that someone is already staying in the room we were now in. We had to move to a THIRD room. How does this hotel not have any clue who is staying in what room? We settle in again, go into the bathroom, and find chewed gum on the tissue box. At this point we were so completely frustrated and grossed out, that we packed up. We really did not want to spend the night anymore. I went to give Joanna the key back, and showed her the picture of the chewed gum, and she said oh would you like another room? A 4th room? No thank you.

By far the best Motel. The owner's welcomed us like we were family. The rooms were so clean beds were comfortable. We will definitely see you again.

We're always happy coming here. Pool was renovated, nice common area with umbrellas. Great location. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

DO NOT GO HERE! this motel is racist! I booked online for 2 days for myself & daughter. I had to work 9-9 so I allowed my niece who is 21 & nephew who is 18 come be with my daughter because they were going to the beach/boardwalk. My daughter's 2 friends met them at the motel and the woman who runs this treated them very ignorantly! She demanded that they all get out. I'm at work and don't have my phone so when I went on break I got the details and called the motel 4 times, the phone rang busy so I sent an email to which I explained everything in detail and got no reply. These people are now trying to say I had 9ppl in a room which is not correct! the room was a suit with 2 double beds and a couched and holds 6 and there were 6 there but not to stay only to go to the beach/boardwalk. The woman went back to my daughter and was shaking a phone in her face saying I didn't call. I have proof I called 4 times and even sent an email following the calls. When you arrive here all you see is Caucasian ppl, and after she saw my daughter is mixed and my niece and nephew were black all she did was harass them. They were respectful and tried explaining but she made them all leave! honestly, I think they should refund me as my child had the worst 2 days ever! DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE! And the rooms aren't even updated, rusting stained kitchen tables, couch has stains all over it and very uncomfortable, pulled the sheets back on the bed and it had stains all over it.

This motel was by far the worst, most disgusting place I have ever stayed in! The room was dirty, there was hair (not mine! ) on the shower wall, ants crawling in the kitchen, dirt and grime on the doors, furniture and carpet, and it smelled like smoke even tho the rooms are apparently "smoke free". The furniture had dried paint splattered on it and the decor was outdated. Fortunately, I brought a tub of Clorox wipes with me so my family and I wouldn't leave with who knows what diseases. In addition, the staff failed to inform us while booking of a group staying in the motel who blared music all evening. This was frustrating as we have and infant and two other small kids. Our room was directly above the music and "cookout" which was very annoying. If you are staying in the Wildwood, NJ area stay far away from this motel. For the price we paid the condition of the room was completely unacceptable in my opinion. It actually put a damper on our mini vacation given that we were so disgusted by everything mentioned above. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere!

The staff was very nice. They gave us a nice room. Very nice location by the beach and boardwalk. Rooms are a bit outdated but ok for the price. We were happy with our stay there.

Stay here once a year, staff is top notch and rooms are clean. Close to all you need but quiet with no crowds/traffic.

We picked this place bc it was the cheapest and last resort. The actual pillows 《not the pillow case》 were dirty along with the stained couch. We wanted to stay at the park lane but it was full. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. No laundry room which is a bummer after using the beach and needing to wash.

The man at the hotel makes sure everything is cleaned and the workers are doing there job. We watched him from scrubbing the windows with brushes, sweeping and keeping up with cleanliness and appearance of the hotel. He is the motor to this place! Cute for a quick getaway with little kids, beach is right across the street and is away from the riffraff.

What you would expect from a Wilwood motel. We found a great special price online and for a few dollars more could upgrade. Room was clean, no musty smells typical with shore motels. Recently renovated but could use some addition things. Bed was comfortable. Extra pillows was a plus. Nice kitchenette. Full size refrigerator sink and 2 burner cooktop. Dishes etc. All clean. Room was neatly cleaned everyday. Pool was really nice. My suggestion to the pool is maybe an umbrella or two along the lounges. We went to the car and got our own. Not a big deal but a suggestion. The upper sun deck was nice to just sit and watch the ocean. Our room had an ocean view. Really nice. Cosmetically, the bathroom needs some work in the off-season. They offer coffee and muffins and such in the lobby. Never made it that far but it's a nice touch. Certainly a trip back is due.

Had a great stay here will definitely be returning. Place was very clean loved the barbecue area and the free coffee and donuts every morning. The staff went above and beyond to make sure your stay was great!

Dirty smelly room. Bloody pillow. 1950's bathroom with shower that scalds/freezes you. Many other issues. The smell was absolutely foul. Stay away.

So don't fall for booking a king suite in this hotel. First off it was not a suite as it was only 1 room with a bed and a bathroom straight out of the 1950's. No balcony and 2 tiny windows facing the street with one missing a screen. Room smelled awful. So bad that it permeated my clothing in my suitcase over the first night. Blood on one of my pillows, a shower that loves to scald you and freeze you intermittently and many other issues. All of these wonderful amenities and a pool that's falling apart for only $175.00 a night plus tax. My recommendation would be to try any random hotel on the strip comparably priced and I'm sure you will do better.

Nice but still needs some updates but close to the beach good staff.

Great FATHER'S day weekend.

I had made plans for a Thurs. — Sun. Within two days — I called to change date from Fri. — Mon. That Thurs. I received a call from JoAnne asking when I would be arriving, I stated at 3pm. She replied, its now 3:30p. I then said not for today Thurs. For tomorrow Fri. It was unfortunate that they never made the change. It was unfortunate that I never was sent/received an updated document. I was moreso upset that JoAnne was very rude & nasty with me. I had to remind her that I am the customer. Then she put Tim on the phone. He said he could not reimburse me or accommodate my date change. Ironically, I had a relative call back and wanted dates for the time I wanted & there was availability. So, basically I was lied to. If only the staff would have been nicer & a lil more understanding. The staff was sooo worried about not reimbursing me for the day — that, it brought me to tears. The fact that I am disabled & needed the change in dates — there was just "zero" consideration. So, I was out of a night. It would have been nice if they offered a discount to me for a future date or whatever. I was just SOL! A friend of mine stayed at this motel during the time I did & also had issues with the staff being disrespectful! My stay could have been nicer, but the staff were very unprofessional! I must add the room smelled like mildew.

Very friendly staff. Had a leak in the sink and in under 30 minutes it was fixed. Had a very nice pool with 3 grills (which saves you a lot when you do not eat out), and close walk to the beach. The room was clean no bed bugs and the housekeeping was did a great job! We will be back for another visit this year if not then next year.

Great place, great service, great price! We love it. We have been coming here for 3 years now!

Shitty service kept following us to our room we booked for 8 people then when we get here they only got us for 4 ppl then charged us for an extra 100$

Had an amazing stay! Tim was a great host and the room was beautifuly kept. Nice size, view and comfortable bed with NO bed bugs. I highly recommend this hotel. Will he staying here again soon. Please ask for Tim, he is there for you no matter what.

We stayed at the Diamond Crest 10-13 to 10-15 — their last weekend open for the season. The staff was extremely accomodating and available during our entire stay. We forgot to take our beach chairs amd they were able to find two for us to use. Our room (315) was clean and nicely stocked with towels and toiletries. Coffee and danish in the office every morning. We even were able to swim in the heated pool. We love the location of the Diamond Crest and hope to be back next year.

I stayed here a few years ago and I didn't have any problems everything was great. But this year I called to make a reservation then I remembered that night that I forgot to mention before I made the reservations that I had a pet bird. I meant to ask before I made the reservation if they allow pets so I called back the next day. The person I spoke to said no we don't allow pets so I said I have to cancel my reservation. Then she said well what kind of bird is it. I explained that it was a small parrot, a green cheek conure and right away she said oh a parrot, no, no pets. I said it's really small and she said that's what people say and then they get here and it's not the case, as if I was lying. Then she said why didn't you mention that when you made the reservations, with an attitude. I said I forgot that's why I'm calling right back. I said so I can't bring the bird and she replied in a nasty voice, "I guess you have to, don't you". So I decided I didn't want to stay there anymore and called another place that allows pets to make a reservation. When I called back to cancel I was told I couldn't get my money back even though I pointed out that the website says I can get it back as long as I cancel before 2 weeks of my arrival date. When I mentioned the website she said the website says no refunds then she said I don't give refunds once I run the credit card.

Comfortable, clean rooms. Staff is very attentive. Two minutes to the beach, 10 to the Boardwalk. Grills cook very well and are always clean. I would definitely stay here again.

One of the workers tends to be kind of rude when we are trying to be helpful. The beds feel like a box spring. It's $0.25 per half bucket of ice. The fan in the bathroom doesn't work. There are utensils and kitchenware in the room. Pots and pans easily cleanable. There are tv's in both rooms.

Had a very relaxing week with the family. Staff was friendly, only thing that really bothered me was I didn't have use to the grills and patio area because of a family reunion but other than that not bad for the price. It was close to the beach! Boardwalk is not too far either! Always something to do in Wildwood! Thanks again!

I had a great stay with this place. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I thought our room was great and clean. There's so much things to do around the area and you'll never get bored. I'm so happy we've found this place. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed my stay here. The pool was nice for my kids, my mom and myself. The room has a weird smell in it at first but the staff took care of it for us. Very friendly staff. The only thing I wish was it to be closer to the boardwalk. It was a short walk to the beach.

I recommend! Amazing service! The staff works hard all day and found excellent solutions to our problems… The rooms are clean and comfortable. Not the best sleep I've had in my life, but I was able to sleep through the night without problem.

No Wi-Fi. Apparently it went out. Not a big deal but pool side I like to listen to music.

Very great staff, clean rooms and close to beach. It is a bit far from the boardwalk, but it's a nice place to come back to at the end of a day at the beach.

This summer will be our third year staying at the motel. Love the location and staff. Very low key and enjoyable. Walking distance to the playground and beach. Bike rentals is also next to the playground. I totally Recommend this motel!

The place is great! The owners are very kind I had fallen while packing my car and got pretty banged up they took great care of me Tim even came up to our room to help with our packing. Very nice clean and quiet. Will be going back very soon.

I loved the diamond crest. My family has been coming for years. For the past 3 years I have been dealing with Joanne beautiful lady. The motel is for families. Every year the owners try to do some work in the motel. It needs work but I understand they can't do everything at one time. Tim did his very best to clean after all of us. This year they had coffee/ tea in the office with muffins and donut. Was very nice. They also had a package deal which worked great before me and the kids. I just wish there was more tables on the deck because we all came in one big group about 20 of us. Dean if you are reading this more tables for the deck. People need to start complaining about this place very convenient to the beach and park. Whatever the matter is its livable to stay and enjoy the view beach park and the relaxation also Cya next year.

Please look elsewhere. Worst place I have ever stayed at. The room stank awful — had to use a plug in, refrigerator door barely opened, we found a metal shard in bed, food in pull out sofa, broken glass in picnic area, teens smoking pot outside our door — right in the open making our room smell, found a huge, blue vibrator in the bottom drawer of the bedside table. Talked to the front desk manager she made it seem like I made everything up, didn't offer any kind of refund or even much of an apology. Definitely do not bring young kids here. Lots of teens with profane mouths and drugs.

Had a wonderful time at this conveniently located motel. It is just across the street from the beach and a park. It is also a nice walk to the board walk. The room was exactly what we needed for an extended weekend. It came with a full refrigerator and a place to cook. I would recommend for a quick getaway or extended stay. It is kid friendly and has a pool to cool off at after the beach. I would go back any time. Moniqua PA.
