The staff is amazing here. They are always willing to help in any way they can. When we come to Philadelphia this is the only place we stay.

The bed was comfortable and big I love the shower better than the bathtub because they get slippery and some of them are high for my age the shower is much better and the room are spacious and the refrigerator was hidden and coffee pot too.

The rooms are great. But the staff IS SENDING.

For the money you pay it's not worth it. There's a fee for parking, no breakfast, the bistro downstairs has crazy hours as well not accommodating at all, not to mention $4 for a cup of coffee, no pool, maybe the location is ok but crossing 95 is a danger so an uber is required anyway. Very expensive for just a bed and nothing is included.

We came up for a funeral. Was treated very well. Rooms very nice and clean and the suites are huge! Will be back…

Firstly, we paid for a king room and ended up with 2 queens. The lobby was clean and beautiful but 6th floor was not so much. Upon entering our room I noticed the bathtub was dirty, there was hair on the toilet seat and, grossest of all, a huge wad of black hair was balled up on the floor near the desk. No clue how cleaning staff missed it, it was repulsive. This prompted a check for bed bugs, which fortunately none were found. Extremely loud at night, bed uncomfortable, could not sleep, and was awoken early when others on our floor were up and screaming in the halls at 6am. Must pay extra for breakfast and even though we did because of the king bed incident, we weren't offered this or anything to make up for the overcharge. This was not an enjoyable stay, and was extremely disappointing for a Marriott. I do not recommend.

Upon entering our room the bathroom was not completely clean and we only had towels for 1 person. We called the desk and they said someone would come up. I saw the cleaning lady and asked her was she the one who cleaned the room she said no but she get the girl. She knocked on the door and said she couldn't find her but she would come back when she finished. She came cleaned the bathroom and put more towels and washcloth in the room. As we were preparing to leave the bathroom door came off the track and almost fell on someone we called for someone to come up the door was heavy and we couldn't get it to lean on the wall. They said someone would be up in a minute 10 minutes later someone came up. We somehow lifted the door on the track. The front desk was not sympathetic to the matters at all. Dirty.

I booked a room for 6 days due to back surgery. The laser spine Institute wanted me to stay at 1 of their hotels that they were in partnership with. But I ended up staying at the Marriott instead. I have to say I am glad I did. The staff were so friendly, kind, and helpful. The day I left the hospital I could barely walk or breathe from the pain. I recall hearing all of these voices asking my husband if he needed help or if they could get me a wheelchair? He kindly said no the doctors wanted me to walk. So than they asked him if they could help him get me to my room? He said no thank you. I could not walk as the day went on so I called the front desk and asked for that wheelchair. They were so fast to respond. On day 2 I was able to give them the wheelchair back. They were so happy to see me walking, they congratulated me and were genuinely happy to see me walking on my own. They encourage me that I could do it and I must say that their good vibes helped me get on my feet to recovery. I want to give a special thank you to all of the staff at the Marriott. May God be with all of you!

The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel is conveniently located near other stores and restaurants. The Bistro restaurant prepares meals to go which is very convenient. I thought the design of the lobby and immenities were nice.

Stayed 3 nights. Staff was friendly, room was cleaned daily and have zero complaints!

Lovely room and really helpful staff especially the girl on reception when we checked in. The Free shuttle bus and driver were great. We booked the shuttle bus to take us to the station when leaving but it had been called away on another job staff therefore immediately got us a taxi (which they paid for before taxi left the hotel). 1st class customer service. Also enjoyed the pool.

Comfy beds, great customer service at the front desk. Convenient parking lot and restaurants nearby. Lobby looks great. We had a sorority banquet here over the summer and the dinner served was delicious. A great time had by all.

Very nice hotel. Saw the maids cleaning the rooms and they strip everything down and pile it up for cleaning. There's ample parking and restaurants and Target within walking distance. We had a lot of fun in the pool. I'm very glad we selected this location.

First morning I woke up, no coffee and fixings (should have been, I asked). When I went down to ask the guy handed me some creamers. Did not listen to me enough to realize I was missing everything. Today came back to hotel for night, room hadn't been touched. So no coffee and new hygiene items. Again went down to tell staff, he barely looked up from his computer. Told me he'd give me stuff, I declined. So… horrible service by this guy. The staff that runs the shuttles is amazing, hence the two stars. It's a no from me.

I have to say this is a very disappointing experience. The hotel seemed just went through renovation and it looked nice from outside, even in the hotel room. However, cleanness is definitely the downside. The bath towels and bath tub were dirty. After we moved to another room, the bed sheets were apparently not changed as there were multiple hairs on them. Furniture paints were not completely dried or it might be some quality issue, but they will leave marks on your arms. I have to admit this is absolutely the worst experience I ever had with Marriott, as I personally consider Marriott a premium brand and this should not happen at all. Many people reviewed here seems very happy with their experience. Hopefully ours is just an accident, but what the odd with two dirty rooms in a row : (

The hotel is nice and modern inside. My room was clean and ready upon arrival without any wait. There is a nice little bistro restaurant inside and a lot of other dining options off-property. I used the fitness center on site and it everything I'm used too and all very modern. All the staff I encountered made sure to greet me and say hello or ask me if I needed anything. And the room rate was very acceptable. We had a good time staying there.

FYI Pet Owners — not a pet friendly hotel. This is totally understandable. Although when we booked online, the website says that they are pet friendly, upon arrival we were told that they do not allow dogs. Their policy is that they only allow service animals, again totally understandable, just wish that had been made clear on the site. Staff could have been less freaked out, just an old Labrador not a wild animal, felt bad about that : (

Well appointed, modern accommodations with an excellent pool. Trade off is the location which is a bit removed from center city. If you are driving in from points nearby this is a reasonable option. Free parking though it is heavily used and thus not guaranteed. No “free” breakfast like more budget hotels which may be a dealbreaker for parents with little kids, though there is a “bistro” restaurant.

Check in was a breeze. The staff was wonderful and so helpful. Lots of comfortable gathering places in the lobby without feeling exposed. Rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Added bonus were the fluffy comforters.

Rooms are nice, clean and modern. The area is not so great. Many of the area restaurants have horrible service.

Pretty close to downtown and really nice rooms. A little pricy but everything in the area is. Especially recommend for military/government employees for the major discount you get.

Amazing staff — beautiful rooms — great location! This was my second time staying here, the first time being before they renovated the hotel. What a beautiful job they did! The rooms are a nice size, beds amazingly comfortable, bathroom only has shower but a great one! and the staff is very friendly, and eager to help with any of your needs. It’s also in a great location by freeways but is a quiet place to stay! I highly recommend.

This hotel continually hosts "trunk show" events by Pollack Furs and Leathers, which is horrendously cruel and unnecessary. Millions of animals are tortured and murdered every year just so that people can wear their skins and furs and feathers. The animals are forcefully bred and kept in terrible conditions, then just as soon as they are big enough, and while still very young, they are electrocuted, suffocated, and even boiled and plucked and skinned while still alive. Until this hotel stops hosting these events, I will never stay there, and no one I know will, either.

I work at a full service Marriott and this hotel has more amenities and feels nicer than my own hotel. You're usually hard pressed to run into any staff that are rude or unpleasant. Marriott always has high standards when it comes to guest service. The rooms themselves are a nice size for a hotel room and felt comfortable. Particularly I liked the bathroom the best. It just felt nice and well put together. The hotel itself is very nice, a pool and in house restaurant is always nice. The elevators require a guest key to get to the floors which feels a bit unnecessary but is a nice added measure of security for guests. Parking was available around the building and free, I'm sure if they're packed in might get a bit hard to find a spot. All in all, it's a nice place that I would definitely recommend.

Nice staff. Hotel is very clean. Bartenders were fast. There was very little wait for service and we had 100+ in attendance for our event. Overall, a nice venue with friendly people.

YES YES YES! I loved everything about this hotel, my favorite thing was that the Staff was very accommodating, respectful and very nice. The rooms were amazing. I came to this hotel because it was near the Chapel I got married at. They were very accommodating with everything@! I love this place. I received some Champagne and a card, I needed a room to do my rehearsal and they accommodated us with a smile. I stayed from Friday 8/4/17 till 8/6/17. The room was very nice and conferrable, clean and I just cant say enough regarding the STAFF! They were GREAT! I will stay at this Hotel every time I stay in Philadelphia. Also, city line ave, has many places to eat. Thanks for everything city line ave, Marriott team.

Great for the price. Be sure to call ahead for their debit card check-in policy if that's what you'll use (super easy, just a little different). Description is accurate, front desk agents are very friendly and open to any questions or concerns. All together, a typical Marriott.

I had a Back To School Hotel Party for 11 girls. We had two adjoining END rooms, and it was Awesome. The girls were able to dance and make as much noise as they wanted too. The rooms were very clean and spacious! The beds were very comfortable! We had queen beds and for some odd reason 4 average size girls slept in one bed! Perfect sunrise and sunset view from our 7th floor room. Marie and Marquita, Desk Clerks, were very professional and attentive to our needs! A very enjoyable and memorable experience!

Oh man, this place was SUPER nice. I recommend it. The rooms were clean and contemporary-cool. The neighborhood is nice and I seem to recall easy access to the freeway. The downstairs lounge was nice, and their Old Fashioned was killer-good.

I really enjoyed my stay here from beginning to end. Check in was a breeze especially since I am a reward member. As soon as I arrived to my room the front desk called to see if I was pleased with it and offered any assistance if I should need it. Our room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. I think the hotel is in a good location with access to the major highways and a TGI Fridays and a Target right next door. Awesome stay!

I was on a school trip for DC. Best place to stay overnight. The food was good (I presume because it might have been catered by our group). The rooms had a wonderful modern touch and the TVs have HBO! 10/10 would stay again.

Nice hotel if you ask me. Rooms aren't the biggest but clean and not outdated. They had a nice gym for a hotel compared to some of the ones I've been to. Pretty sure they had a pool also.

Located right off 76. This hotel is gorgeous! I'm staying here for work, but I would come back as a regular guest. Huge desk which is nice for my computer. Comfy bed. Highly recommend!

In town for a roller derby event and stayed here. The rooms are beyond gorgeous and comfortable. The bistro has decent food at a fair price, I only wish they had a better beer selection. Outside of that this place is top notch. Clean, great staff, and conveniently located.
