Its four oclock in the morning and the fire alarm went off three times wokee up and my kids up im over it. I will not be nack I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I've stayed here twice first time was a treat staff helpful and informative clean prompt and in the game. This last time I was woke up at 4am by the fire alarms going with the smell of reefer in the air very disappointed I paid a premium price for a crap night sleep.

Clean Great Hotel I'm very impressed.

The parking is a challenge
And the outside dies not look like much. But inside is delightful… and the staff incredible.
Last night the bartender and the front desk staff on first and second shift were exceptional and went to great lengths to make a very un expected stay not only bearable but exceeded our expectation. Thank you very much!

The best thing about this Best Western is the folks who work there! A special shout out to Dana for getting me a room with AC, and Uvbi at the bar for helping me with a migraine! You guys are awesome!

Booked online, got to the hotel with a confirmation number and receipt. They didn’t have me listed, after waiting for over an hour, working with the online booking agency who had all the records, they finally gave me a room. Apologized for the inconvenience, stated that everything was set, and they only needed my card for deposit since they could see I booked online. Checked out the next day with a receipt of $300, when I asked about it I was told don’t worry about that it wasn’t my receipt I was all set. A few days later I get the full charge on my bank statement. Called the hotel, and after being passed to a full mailbox 3 times I lost my temper (which was regrettable and unfair to the desk employee) I was then told the GM would call me by 8:30 that morning. Call never came, called back multiple times, and never received any call back. Had to open a complaint with corporate.

I recently found out about the terrible animal abuse in Best Western‘s supply chain. Millions of chickens are forced to live their lives in overcrowded, filthy cages that don’t even allow them to spread their wings. Best Western, you need to do the right thing and adopt a totally cage-free egg policy.

Really enjoyed my stay in Philadelphia! Although the room was small, the price was right. Did not have a view, but we were gone mist of the time, so it really didn't matter. Th BEST part was the staff. They could not have been more helpful. Eileen at the front desk was fantastic! She just looked after us, so well. If I go back to Philly… I will definitely stay here. Thank you!

Parking at 5 minutes on foot, the receptionist a little outdated but polite, room not very big but ok and nice bathroom (especially the shower). Breakfast ok but a bit small for the number of customers because the supply of the products can barely follow them sometimes. The bedding is good and our room overlooks the road (but not too noisy) with a nice view on the city and the air conditioning silent. The big problem this is our second day, after be went out of the city in the morning, we returned around 16: 30 the room was not cleaned, so the bins are full, most of handkerchiefs and toilet paper tissue…

The room was nice, the lobby was nice, the parking was horrible, the people could be more nice. Two people from The Breakfast area pretty much yelled at me that it wasn't open yet. It's just a continental. There were eggs and cereal there. What real difference did it make. If it's such a big deal rope It Off. The area outside was a little scary. Had to walk a few blocks to the parking lot. Lots of homeless people around. Most of the views were not good. One room was basically just looking at a wall outside. Nice enough if you just need a room. Once in the parking deck if you bought a day pass you could never get out without getting an attendant to come over and help.

Horrible service. Small room. Never any coffee or water out or cups for them. Even asked at front desk to have them filled when we checked in from long travel. 30 minutes later both still empty. They were out of food for breakfast and so understaffed we couldn't even get coffee at 8 am! Out of everything. Couldn't eat breakfast before we checked out. Will never return.

Nice and clean place. Walking to tourist places are doable and easy. There is breakfast in the morning and they have digorno you can make in the lobby all day. My room did not have a view and I found some bugs so that’s why I won’t give it 5 stars.

It's located about a 15 minute walk from most of the major tourist attractions. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. This hotel had one of the best climate control systems I've seen in a personal room. (My wife likes it cold at night with the fan on and most hotel climate control systems will shut off after about 15 minutes, even before the temperature gets to where you want it. The room was as comfortable as we wanted it the whole time. ) My only complaint is that it seems that the walls were very thin. We were constantly being woken up by doors being slammed. I don't know if all the doors were especially heavy or it was just the one leading into the stairwell next to our room, but it prevented us from sleeping well.

Location was pretty convenient. We were able to walk everywhere we needed. Our room was very spacious and fairly clean. Staff was very prompt and friendly. Unfortunately we were located near the elevator which was really loud. We had gone back to our room to rest up before going out for the evening (around 4-5pm). Staff began vacuuming the halls and kept hitting the walls/door, so we were unable to get much rest. It just seemed like an odd time of day for them to do that. The rooms must have very thin walls as we could hear everything going on throughout the night. Even my husband who is a very heavy sleeper had trouble sleeping that night due to noise. We did not request a different room since were only there overnight.

Very nice and clean hotel. All looks and feels new. They don't have parking on site as many other hotels in the area. However they have an arrangement with a parking company that has a lot about 2 blocks away. The walk back and forth to the parking lot at night doesn't feel safe. They have a valet service for $35ish if you want to be safe and don't walk by yourself at night. The parking fee is 22 if you park it. Other than that this place has a relatively good location, good breakfast and is clean.

When we first arrived we we're put in a room on the 4th floor with a view of a brick wall. We called two weeks ahead of time on top of requesting at the time of booking for a room on the front side of the hotel. We were then given a new room on the 7th floor with a view that was at least not a brick wall. So it was great that they made that move. The room was so clean. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Breakfast was great. Location great. Can't complain for the price.

The hotel is in a great location, and is like-new! Rooms are a little small, but clean and modern. Free breakfast is fresh and has many options. There is a bar in the lobby and a small convenience pantry. Parking sucks — you can pay $40 for valet, or $22 and self-park 1.5 blocks away and walk. Overall I plan to stay again. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating!

I booked a room online and arrived at the hotel shortly after 7 pm; 3 vagrants and a large dumpster were outside of the entrance, and around the entrance smelled of urine. We pulled up to where a sign stated 'Valet Parking', but no one ever came to help us. I went inside and there was only 1 person working at the customer service counter for check-in, and she was in a lengthy process with 2 guests that couldn't verify themselves. I looked around for any other staff, but could not find anyone (other than the bartender). Not knowing where to park or how long it would be until I could get access to my room, and with my family waiting in the car with 3 lingering vagrants and the entrance appearing very unsafe (and no security in site), I opted just to leave and make the 3 hour drive home instead of staying the night at this hotel. The next day I opened a case with Best Western. The hotel called me the next afternoon but did not leave any message — no idea who called or how to get back in touch with them. I called the hotel directly and told them I assumed the manager called and the woman said "sorry sir there are 12 people here and I don't know who called you". I was placed on hold but no one picked up. I called the main Best Western customer service line right after and was told I would have to wait up to a week for the hotel to respond to them.

Where do I begin? Upon arrival there is a truck unloading in the hotel guest unloading area, so the hotel gave us a pass and said park behind that and unload, which we did. Now these are metered spaces, but again we have a hotel pass and it's where we were told to park and there is literally no where else to do so to unload luggage for the hotel. We go directly to our room and all we hear is banging and drilling and thumping on the walls from construction being done on the building next door. So loud you could hear it from the elevators all the way down the hall. The room should never have been given out and yet the hotel thought it fine to put a family of 4 in a room so loud you couldn't hear the TV. So we asked for a room change. They say they'll try, and to their credit they did change us to another room (although we were all awakened by said banging and drilling again at 7am along with most of our side of the hotel) While waiting my husband went to move the car to the $20 a day parking lot 2 blocks away and found a ticket on the car. The meter guy was still there and said the hotel should have told us not to park there, only in the loading zone, you know the one taken completely up by a delivery truck, which was still there by the way 20 minutes later. We walked outside for a bit to wait to see if they'd give us another room and watched 3 other hotel guests with passes also get ticketed. It was like prey to the slaughter for the meter guys.

The room was nice but it was very small. There were 2 full size beds. The air quality in the room was not good. Air purifier needed.
The breakfast was good and the service was great.
