After a hotel would not accommodate us due to me having surgery and having a need an handicap room. My manager was able to switch rooms into this hotel when I checked in the staff was very professional and when I got to my room and listen very clean and ironically I cannot wait to take a shower and that was the best as well I would recommend this hotel to anybody!

Our first directions yesterday was "round about" Today we got great instructions to here. I was asked and replied "great" before noting the question was about yesterday.

Standard rooms and amenities but easiest hotel stay I've had locally. Front desk staff were incredibly personable and were helpful when needed. For an affordable, no frills overnight stay this booking couldn't be beat.

Overall a decent hotel. The facility is supposedly new, but seems run down in places. The free breakfast is typical fare. The fitness room is open 24 hours, which I like. The treadmill, however, was not working which was unfortunate. The staff was friendly and my room was clean.

This is the cleanest Holiday Inn I have ever stayed inn and everyone is so nice… this rain though… 5 stars on service, cleanliness and making sure I hade everything I needed.

It was a long day of travel and airport dwelling, the staff at the front desk was AMAZING. They greeted us, assisted our check in like it was the easiest part of their day. Offered pink lemonade to all of us and made our day end on a happy note
Rooms were clean, updated and comfortable.

Not the best Holiday inn Express I've stayed at, but still better than the HIE, downtown Indianapolis by 5 stars.

If a picture is worth a thousand words… Here's a few pictures of my room you decide if it measures up to your level of clean… different strokes for different folks and all that I guess. Crevice tool on that vac anyone, or am I just too old fashioned? Cobwebs that plentiful and dark from airborne dirt did not appear overnight, that takes some time to build up like that. Looks like toenail clippings under the bed, (and no I wasn't going to pick them up to make sure) along with some other unidentifiable dirt and filth. See the light colored area under the bed? That is dust build up, guess the bed doesn't get moved to really clean under there. Maybe I'm just being a little too picky? Look at the other reviews that say it's clean. Maybe it's just me that doesn't like toenails and cobwebs.

It's a nice older Holiday Inn. Would have given it 5 stars but breakfast doesn't start till 6:30… the girl doesn't come in till 6:15 and actually full breakfast doesn't get put out until 6:45… most people have to be to work at 7 so there's no time for breakfast. Shower has great water pressure. Half the channels on the TV are HD the other half are analog. The internet is fast. Very quiet place. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Smallish rooms, but otherwise fine. Near Panera bread and Smash Burger so there is some quick and good food.

Regular Holiday Inn Express. Friendly guy at the desk with good restaurants recommendations. However there was still food in my fridge when I got my room.

Nice place for the price quick check in without reservation. I drive a class b straight truck and they had no problem with my truck on the lot wouldn't advise tractor trailer though kind of a tricky entrance and smaller lot even for my straight truck.

Excellent value and location. Property does need some modern upgrades, but overall excellent. Staff was friendly and professional, adding to the excellence.

It's 5 stars in its category of hotels. Super friendly, room was clean, Wi-Fi worked, incredible water pressure (almost painful), and breakfast was good.

The hotel is decent. It could use some updating in the rooms. It's clean. Just a little outdated. The staff was great though and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.

Update: The manager was kind enough to call me directly after seeing my review, learning that I was not completely satified. He let me know that they were going to address the issues with the mold and AC unit. He was very nice and showed genuine concern. It's obvious they care about their guests. I have changed my review to 4 stars and will be checking it out next time I am in the area. The water pressure was amazing and there is a smash Burger next door after all. Original review: The staff was very nice, front of house areas where clean and looked well maintained. The bathroom in my room and the AC unit was rough. The AC sounded like it was dying. The bathroom needed to be updated bad. Black mold spots on the ceilings are not cool. The water pressure did make up for that.

Concierge was very friendly! The fitness room was good. I liked that the hotel was right next to Wegmans, Target, Panera and other restaurants. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was complementary and yummy! No complaints here.

The staff at this hotel are amazing! My husband and I spent 2 weeks there while waiting to be able to leave Pa after the birth of the child we were adopting. The staff went out of their way and beyond to help us with anything that we needed. There are. It enough good things I can say about this place!

The Holiday Inn is my home away from home. The staff is professional and friendly. My room was amazing — clean and comfortable. But best of all u get breakfast! I highly recommend it!

Only stayed for the weekend, but it was a decent stay. Could have had a few extra amenities such as more coffee k cups per room, faster/more elevators, maybe lunch options.

The customer service at this hotel is friendly and on point, particularly as provided by the Sales Manager, Virginia Murray. Her attention to detail and work in corporate accounts allows for a great corporate experience. The restaurant recommendations in the area are great. I will return. Thank you.

The room was fine, beds very comfortable, staff was courteous. At breakfast, the food was fine, but the trays stayed empty for a long time. This was a week end before a major holiday, and should have been planned accordingly. If we had eaten later in the morning, we may have had to wait a long time for the hot foods.

I really liked staying here after moving from Ohio. I only stayed a few days before I moved into my apartment but the service was good and the rooms were clean. There are a few good amenities that comes with the room which I enjoyed.

Located in Malvern, technically not Frazer, off Wyath way; use Staybridge Suites in Malvern for better directions. Hard beds and lumpy pillows, but the rooms are very clean. Shower temp is consistent and large volume of water, but pressure is a bit low. Room comes with mini fridge, mini coffee machine, and microwave. The furniture is cheap as previously noted in another review, but it is more than adequate for a long weekend. Breakfast was simple, hot and fresh. Older gentleman at the service desk was pleasant and helpful. Overall a great stay, if not overpriced for the area.

I have stayed at many holiday inns recently and this one had the worse rooms I have ever seen. The room was very dark and all of the finishings felt cheap and flimsy. I only stayed about 20 min and moved to another hotel in the area. The location is not great and not easy to get into compared to other local hotels. Service was awful from the one employee we interacted with, upon our prompt departure the man at the desk insinuated my wife and I had "used" the room and then wanted to leave/cancel our stay. He was rude and came out from his little room behind the counter with food on his face. He reluctantly canceled our reservation after twice insinuating that the room has been dirtied. The price is low but not that much lower than other hotels, if your looking for a place just to sleep and not looking for much else take a chance but service and facilities were poor at the location and that's what I will say this location not holiday inn express' as a whole.
