Had a great time with my family! The concierge was amazing and the hot tub was also great! Also can order drink to your room!

We had a great trip! The staff was amazing, especially our waitress for our events, Shakera, the bartender for our group’s events, and our morning breakfast waitress. We didn’t catch all of their names, but everyone was so friendly and helpful!

My friends special needs son is there now because his home in Chester Springs lost power. Apparently they are not wearing masks and are not providing anything close to good customer service. Shameful.

The location and service are unbeatable. I came here for a wedding, and they were able to accommodate the entire wedding party and rehearsal dinner.

I have been in travel for 20 years, this hotel is fantastic.

I reserved a suite, which they didn’t give me, and tried to make up for it with a plate of cookies. No big deal except the adjoining room next to me blasted its TV all night and I couldn’t sleep and they wouldn’t change my room.

Good breakfast, nice workout room, accommodating staff.

I am so impressed with the kindness and caring of the staff here. Shelly and one other lovely lady were so helpful to me today when I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with champagne,, m&m’s and a handwritten note upon his arrival. Thank you so much to you both and Shelly please let everyone know the first contact I spoke with name as well! I so appreciate you!

The room was awesome. I didn't stay but my nephew and his family did. I visited them while they were there.

This weekend is my second stay at the Sheraton. I came back because of the great service, comfortable rooms, and it's location in relation to the nearby golf courses. I was happy with my stay and will likely stay here again in the future.

Really nice hotel. The rooms are nicely sized and clean. The food in the bar is very good quality, they provide some nice amenities like cucumber-infused water and coffee plus hot cocoa for the kids. The staff is incredibly friendly including Molly, whose got some killer legs.

I was at the Hotel attending a private function. The food was excellent and the staff was very pleasant. The room and the bar were excellent and would recommend the hotel for any function.

The location was convenient for visiting our relatives in the area, close to the highway. The building was clean & modern. The room was OK. We had a king with a sofa bed for our daughter. The sheets on the sofa bed were dirty (corn flakes & blood stains), so we had to have them changed. The A/C vent was in the bathroom, so the bathroom was freezing. The toilet was hard to flush. Not much water pressure in the shower. All minor inconveniences, but it adds up. Breakfast not included.

Perfect place to stay for my son's lacrosse tournament very close by. Service (from the front desk, to bar and room service) was very friendly and helpful!

Visited for a business meeting and happy hour. Set up of conference facilities were nice, when a glitch with seating was encountered, they were quick to get us more tables and chairs. Was disappointed to see happy hour drink prices had risen. $9 for house merlot during happy hour? It used to be $5. Won't be as quick to patronize the bar in the future, sadly.

Nice spot in Frazer. Hotel was clean and well kept. Food was a on the heavy side with large portions, lots of cheese, and salads were were not fantastic. Other than the food, I would recommend the location.

Nice place. Pool was neat and the high temp mini pool was a welcomed addition to the experience. Over all we had a great time at this hotel. Very nice personnel, well located, easy access to major highways. Clean rooms, an awesome bar with a deck well worth a couple pictures. In general the hotel looks modern with attention to detail. Only issue that I saw was the elevators giving some peoblems. (often breakdowns), but not anything to drop the hammer over it.

It was aweful, hair in our beds that wasn't ours, our TV was broken, fire alarm went off at 8 in the morning we tried to call down to see what was wrong but the phone didn't work go down to find out it was a test what hotel tests their fire alarm at 8 in the morning people are trying to sleep. There were bugs and things floating in the indoor pool and the breakfast was 17$ per person even tho it was promised continental breakfast. Service was slow and not helpful in the least horrible experience.

The party I was with paid for an open bar and catering. The service was fantastic, and the food was great. I had nothing bad to say about the experience.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I have ever had and on my wedding night! For March 3rd we booked a suite and paid in advance. We arrive there the night to get into our room and the hotel gave our room away! Not even a normal room a suite and they give it away after we already paid months in advance. I call to get customer service involved and was told that I would receive a call in about 5 days to assist with my experience. We drove home because there was no where to stay and we lived 3 hours away. Which is ridiculous, and still to this day have not reieceved a call or any compensation for this horrible night. I would give a 0 if I could.

My fiance and I met with the Sheraton's event coordinator to discuss having both our wedding ceremony and reception there. She was very informative, helpful, and seemed to take a genuine interest in what we were looking for. The packages that the Sheraton offers are all-inclusive, and their pricing is incredible. Suffice it to say, we'll bee having our wedding here in September.

Absolutely terrible experience. I payed for a room months beforehand only to find out on my wedding night that they did not have a room available for us. They decided to push us off to a different hotel location that was close enough to my house that it was easier just to go home. While I was refunded, no one seemed to understand the frustration of this happening on what should have been a perfect day. I will never plan to stay here again.

5 stars for comfort and amenities. But 1 star for the booking process. I booked thru a 3rs party website to get day time day rates and was told there wasn't any reservations and after I was pretty much force to pay for an over night stay. But at checkout the 3rd site emailed me thanking me for my stay. I feel I got cheated or tricked into paying for the overnight. Some kind of compensation is needed or myself and anyone I know will not stay at this hotel. Which is disappointing because I really liked everything about the place and wanted to stay again to use the pool.

This hotel is a great spot if you're looking for a cheap overnight stay to visit Valley Forge or nearby surrounding sites. If your considering Philadelphia I'd consider a closer hotel. The hotel has plenty of parking and seems to be a hotel visited by many youth athletic teams so make sure they don't put by the block of rooms when checking in. Otherwise the staff was friendly and quick to check in. The bar in the lobby, White Hourse Tavern has a nice decor and good vides. Drink prices what to be expected at a hotel bar, $7 for a Allagsh White draft beer. The club on the fifth is small but cozy. Typical free drink options, breakfast was great and if you have Starwood status or access it's a great way to save a couple dollars. Definitely a great value Sheraton!

Nice upscale hotel. Quiet, clean, and well maintained. Front desk was extremely helpful with any issues I had (canceled stay the week before, initial room I was given had a slight smell). Very happy with my stay here.

Happy surprise as to how nice of a hotel located on Rte. 30. Rooms were clean, big, and comfortable. Even the downstairs lounge was busy and it was Thanksgiving night!

Great value, would highly recommend the package with the lounge included, especially if your with a large group who wants a place to meet up. Indoor pool, restaurant/bar downstairs, even a dance/party area in the lower level. Conveniently located.

I stayed here in Dec 2017 for a brief business trip and was very happy with the property, especially my exceptionally clean room. But the brightest star of this trip was the staff who made a good trip excellent! They created a great atmosphere, were fun to interact with, and were genuinely helpful. They made the hotel memorable, I would like to come back here for future vacations.

The Hotel itself is nice but my room was in disrepair! Broken handles on doors and drawers, and the noisiest A/C. The breakfast is the lousiest in the chain. The entire organization that stayed here suggested that we don't stay here next year unless they change!

A big shout out to Ralph, the Front End Manager! He was multi tasking the front desk, juggling the phones and was able to accommodate it all with a smile. If you needed a blanket, Ralph had it on hand. If you needed a pillow or two, there it was before you had finished your request. We arrived with a swarm of lacrosse boys and it was a wild weekend. Believe me. But Ralph handled it all with such ease and a charming personality! Cheers to the big guy and thank you! P. S. A clean and accommodating establishment which deserves five stars.

Very nice, friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Offer nice packages with local attractions some with transportation. I was impressed when 2 guests missed the transport and a staff member going home offered to take them. This was in the opposite direction of staffs home. Only down side is its so nice they are really busy on weekends and it can get loud in the hall. It is taken care of right away when reported.

I had a really great time staying here. The rooms are a little bit on the small side of things, but overall it is laid out well and very polished. There are some great common spaces, but we happened to be there the night of an enormous sweet sixteen party that kind of dominated the whole building. It is directly across the street from outback too, which makes walking over for dinner a really conveinient walk.

What a remarkable staff here at Sheraton Great Valley! Front desk personnel was phenomenal. I worked with Rena when I arrived, who I found very professional and accommodating. Even with the large amount of guests who were arriving, she has an ability to keep her composure, smile and stay focused. Franklin was also at the front desk. Very nice gentleman who reminded me "anything we can do to help. Mr. Barkley". Later, I met Kimmy and Sadim, who help solidify a wonderful experience that I had at this property. The room I stayed in was nice, the restaurant agreeable, but most of all, it was the front desk staff that won me over. I will return and recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues. Friendly and welcoming hotel, without being overly pushy or annoying about it. I would say that it has a comfortable feel to it with most amenities you would expect. Stayed here 3 days for a business trip/training and truly enjoyed my stay. 4 stars because breakfast is not included although reasonably priced; you can hear peoples' conversations in the hall or when people open/close their doors to their rooms from your room. Did not particularly bother me, but I can see how some may be a bit thrown off my that.

We brought our two big huskies to spend a night at this hotel. Right away you notice the historical White Horse Tavern. When you walk inside youre immediately shocked that a place this nice is also dog friendly! Our room was simple but comfortable and affordable, the staff was super friendly (and great towards our pups), and there is an Outback Steak House in spitting distance. Our first time there will not be our last.

Clean and modern amenities. Crabby bartenders. Overall a nice place — has a restaurant on site that does decent food.

Great place! Has room service, vending machine, club lounge, pool. Doesn't have laundromat. Relatively nice view. Large rooms. And has a restaurant.

The hotel was very nice and the rooms were clean. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the friendly staff at the front desk. They were welcoming and accommodating. I went down to the front desk to ask were I can buy toothpaste, as we forgot ours at home, and they came right out with a little travel sized one for me. My experience was great and the beds were very comfortable! I will definitely be back, as this hotel is close to my favorite brewery and I am not from the area.

I really wish I would've gotten everyone's names! Everyone we came in contact with was THE very best! So nice, so accommodating, so fun! Norman stands out! He picked us up from QVC studio and then took us to the outlet! He talked with us and made us feel like he was our best friend!
The hotel is CLEAN! and nice. Our room seemed a little dark even with all lights on and we didn't have a view, BUT! We didn't mind! We loved it and will be back!

Conference room was absolutely freezing. Free coffee was good, chairs were comfortable enough. The tablecloth made the written portion of the experience slightly difficult, and the tables could have been spaced a bit better. Generally great though.

Although the outside of the hotel is beautiful, the cleanliness of the inside does not match up. The rooms were not the cleanest and we're missing basic amenities like microwaves. The showers did not have nonslip mats and I ended up slipping and falling in the shower, hitting my back. The rooms were nice but I'm not sure I'd stay here again.

We are using the Sheraton as our wedding amd reception venue and so far they have surpassed our expectations, and solved alot of problems we had.

I was here for an event. The building is beautiful and has ample parking. The event room was on a lower level and was also very nice. Staff on hand serving drinks were professional and courteous. My only issue was lack of direction. No clear signs on where I should go when entering and the door I entered at didn't have a concierge on hand.

Love the Sheraton Great Valley Hotel. The staff is very accomodating. Valet is cool, it's pricey overnight ($59) but hey, your car is safe! It's very safe, you need your room key to get to your floor. The beds are super comfortable. Rooms are very modern. The bartender downstairs was quite attractive and nice so that was a plus! I definitely will be staying here again. The hotel is walking distance to a number of clubs restaurants and stores.
