Currently staying this Sheraton and overall I’m not pleased. We checked in and were put in a room on the 7th floor, but were not told there was renovations going on on the floor above us. Not a huge deal, but it would have been nice for them to tell us. Then we realized our room had some sort of water leak between the bathroom and the main room which resulted in wall paper peeling, wet carpet and mold. The front desk moved us to the room next door and the floor in the bathroom in that room also had water on it from some sort of leak. Then we got moved down a floor. There was no water or mold, so I guess that’s a positive… but the carpet was stained, the floor was literally tilted, the tub constantly drips water (and just looks unsanitary overall), the air conditioner/heater is dripping some water onto the carpet. It’s clear they are aware that the old hotel rooms are in rough shape, because they are renovating. With the rooms in such terrible condition it would honestly be best to just discontinue operating in the old rooms until the new ones are in place. I’ve never stayed in a hotel room that grossed me out as much as these three rooms. It’s very bad and I’m not looking forward to staying here the additional days I am here this week. The constant signage around the hotel showing the new rooms isn’t great when they are still making people stay in the old rooms because it makes you more aware of just how terrible the room you’re staying in is.

I had a wonderful experience. Clean room, friendly staff. My PJ’s were refolded when I came back to my room. All the staff were very nice!

This place is great! It is comfy, and met some wonderful people! Maggie is the bartender and she went above and beyond to try to help us! We will definitely be coming back! We came for Christmas Con and didn't have tickets but were made to feel at home.

Don't risk staying here. Renovation is in progress. Negative infinity stars for the room.

The location is awesome, it is very close to the convention center. The room was mediocre, it was a little dirty and the furniture was very worn. There was syrup on the desk from the guest before and they had just cleaned my room. The staff is excellent. They are very nice and attentive. I had problems with my room key and bathroom door and they were very quick to help.

Decent hotel. Outlets dated scratches and dents in the walls. Pool closed one night and was dark the other night. Room is nice need to ask for a fridge for your room if not have one. Starbucks short hours on the weekend. Lounge is nice for snacks and non-alcoholic drinks. Bar and restaurant in lobby good with good food.

I have stayed a lot of Sheraton's over the years and this was just embarrassing for Sheraton to have their name attached to. I was here for a recent business trip and my colleague booked the hotel. First and foremost, the hotel is under renovations but they are incredibly far behind. It should have been done years ago it's so bad. Hotel furniture was ripped and banged up, horribly dirty carpets (I wouldn't take my flip flops off), rotting on the windows, and I had cement in the tub for the first room they tried to check me in which was also 85 degrees upon check in as they had not turned the AC on — in August. Also, the hallways (besides the main floor) are not air conditioned which I found bizarre and made it oppressive in August as you went to your room. The hotel staff was friendly with the exception of Montana. I politely asked for her help to move my room and she blatantly and harshly just told me to come down and they would "see" if they could do something. I'm not usually in the business of leaving negative reviews but this experience was just terrible. If I could give it less than a star I would. Surprisingly bad for Sheraton where normally I have good experiences.

Sheraton at Edison NJ is recently taken under new management. The rooms are clean, beds are clean and comfy. Only problem was with the bath tub which was not draining fast enough. Also, we had to switch rooms because AC was not working well in the other room. They are improving but I hope they do that soon.

Good hotel off the highway. Quiet location. A bit dated, but lives up to the Sheraton brand. Loved the customer service. We stayed one night on a completely sold out night. The AC did not work and the staff was apologetic. It wasn't scorching hot and my review would have been different had it been, but that has nothing to do with the staff or the hotel. I would recommend that they carry a few fans and portable heaters for emergencies. As a good will they credited me with 3500 points which was appreciated. We checked-in 11pm and left at 7am, so all we needed was a bed. Cant complain we got that for 3500 points. (7000 — 3500cr)

Place is a dump. Maybe nice when built or last remodeled 10+ years ago. Trash all over floor in lobby. Room smells badly of stale smoke. Windows in two different rooms leak with bubbled paint and wallpaper above massive rust spots in window frames. Dated and very worn furniture. Stains on bed skirts. Don’t be tempted by rate or brand (what happened to Sheraton anyway? ). Find another hotel.

I knew there wasn’t going to be a fridge in the room so I had called them ahead of time and they said they would hold one for me to bring to the room. Well, they didnt! I had noway to feed or store milk for my toddler. Not bad cleanliness wise.

This was quite the experience. I honestly had high hopes for this place but unfortunately it wasn't the greatest time. Lets start off with the bed: comfortable. Big. Fluffy pillows. Nice big comforter that'll heat you up. Room: fairly large enough for 2. Clean. Bathroom: clean. Smelled nice. Good complimentary products set out. Service: Horrible. The 12 floor with the separate lounge room for complimentary breakfast… this lady was super rude. Couldn't stand her. Staff downstairs where the breakfast bar grill is: horrible. I never got seated. I sat myself down. Had to go close to the kitchen to get help. Be aware for those that reserve their room and book in advance! Your complimentary breakfast upstairs ends at 9:30AM. If you don't get there on time… you must get a voucher. I was told this after 4 visits going up and down the elevator. Big name. Poor service.

The hotel lost power for about 4 hours and did not acknowledge it or follow up with guests the next day. While the electricity itself is not the hotel's fault, there was no acknowledging email explaining the situation or asking if guests were okay, etc. That to me is pretty unacceptable. Also the day after the power went out, there was no hot water. I let the water run for several minutes, but still no luck. The hotel did not acknowledge that either. I would not recommend this hotel. Service is not good.

Excellent hotel, that is showing signs of aging. As big as the hotel is the rooms are pretty small, compare to the rooms in other hotel chains. Also the in room facilities are not there, like fridge or microwave, which can be a real problem if you are traveling with a toddler, it's a big problem. The only great part about it was the price we got it for. And it might be the reason since there was not enough facilities in the room.

The rooms are clean, though outdated but okay. But round-around it is not the yellow of the egg. Service at the reception is modest. The breakfast in my opinion just so acceptable. For one night okay. If you are traveling professionally, there are a few more. But not otherwise.

EXCELLENT customer service, VERY clean throughout the WHOLE establishment. Room service very good with GREAT tasting food selections at reasonable prices… ABSOLUTELY LOVE this hotel, PET friendly without any extra fees.

Fairly nice but older hotel that is probably due for major room rennovations and updates. I had a better experience this most recent visit than on prior occasions. I would return here again when coming back to the area.

I decided to have the Sheraton of Edison host a meeting for my company and everything went fantastic. The coordinator Nadialine Moody was great and very accommodating. Great place to stay and also to have a meeting. Thanks again.

BAD THINGS** -1 double size bed, not a king or 2 beds like we asked for. -Very small room, just chair, desk, tv, and little table. — Horrible pillows, slept terribly. -Weird TV, no channel guide, doesn't tell me what I'm watching. — No fridge, microwave, or little kitchen area. -Hated being in the room. -Very crowded downstairs, had some event going on, lots of people. **GOOD THINGS** -Delicious drinks and sandwiches from Starbucks. -Big clean pool. Not at all pleased. Next time, going to a different and better hotel. Recommend? ❌

Old but serviceable. They have free Wi-Fi but you have to sign in every day, no saving it to your device. The elevators are pretty fast which was nice. Room service is fairly blah and the in house restaurant is not a great place (not bad, but not great). Facilities are worn too (torn wallpaper for example). This is not near anything and located in a commercial area. I was traveling for business and it was a perfectly fine place to sleep at night. Maybe not so much for a vacation.

My husband and I stayed there 4 years ago it was amazing nice decor in the lobby and room looked great! Last night we decided to go back and place looked completely different and cheap. I woke up and my skin is itching. Bedside table is dusty. Was very disappointed as I was hoping to have the same experience I had 4 years ago.

It's a very nice hotel. Clean. With a little small rooms. Bathroom with tub. It has indoor and heated pool. It's in a place with complicated access anywhere if you don't have a car. The food in the restaurant is very rich, the chef is Mexican.

Service at the front desk was great. Rooms definitely need to be more thoroughly cleaned. Random hairs all over the place. Hot water seemed to be regulated, and shower made a very odd noise. Overall a pretty decent facility but the lack of cleanliness was a definite drawback.

Recently stayed here for business. They company booked the room well in advance. At check-in, they gave me a hard time because mine was not the name on the registration. Even after showing them the emailed confirmation of the registration, they wanted me to call the Company owner (who's name was on the card). After a few minutes of this back and forth, they relented and gave me the keys. While this was going on, I overheard the other Desk Receptionist telling several other groups that they had oversold the hotel and could not honor their reservations. The experience didn't get any better once I reached the room. There were stains on the bed sheets and carpet. All of the furniture in the room was well worn. The lounge chair upholstery was so worn, it was coming off both armrests and the headrest. Against my better judgment, we tried the restaurant. It took 20 minutes to be seated (restaurant not even half full) and another 15 for the server to take our order. Hard to believe this is a Sheraton.

Upon arrival at 2am from a delayed flight, I was greeted by a younger employee who was extremely unprofessional making innapropriate comments about my Drivers License picture indicating that I looked good he actually made a grunting noise. He made the statement, " I'm sorry I know that was professional. " After arriving to my room I was saddened to see the room had no microwave and or refrigerator. There was a dirty towel hanging on the shower curtain in the bathroom. I stayed on Club floor The morning breakfast was disgusting. I could not eat any of the food. To top it off after a long day of work I came back to a room that had not been cleaned. I did not have any clean towels and the dirty ones were still on the floor. I will never stay here again nor will I book my C-Level executives at this hotel.

Hotel is disgusting. Bedding had pubic hairs on it. We attempted three different rooms each one unacceptable. The pot smell filled the air on every floor we visited. Would not recommend.

Front desk as always was extremely nice and helpful (I believe Joe was the guys name who helped me) room was clean however, our window was leaking water but there was no mold or smell so it was probably something new? Either way didn't effect me. Asked for extra pillow and they were brought up almost instantaneously, again great service.

An old hotel with old facilities. Many thing was already broken before I checked in, but they didn’t change it. The pipe is seriously clogged, and water can’t even go through, but still no one fix it. Terrible experience.

It was a convenient stay and the service was good. Rooms were great. They do not have free breakfast but have a restaurant, Starbucks near by. It's a great location and close by to restaurants and shops.

The entire hotel smelled like Marijuana. The rooms smelled like wet musty carpet. The bathtub was molded. The windows leak water if it rains or snows. The sheets were all torn and stained. Looked like blood stains. If you're going to stay here, BRING YOUR OWN PILLOW! The ones they provide are disgusting. But the staff was nice.

We booked 2 rooms for this past weekend. The whole room was on a slant. Carpets were disgusting, the beds creaked with every turn the pillows were so soft that you had to use all 4 and they smothered you while you slept. The windowsill was full of water. The Tv service must be spectrum cause it kept freezing. The bathroom was the worse. There was urine puddles around the toilet. No exhaust fan and we had to keep the door shut because the smell of smoke and pot filled the room from the vent. When we called to complain because we had our 2 year old with us. They sent someone up to spray the bathroom with a chemical that gave us all migraines. I was also over charged for my rooms so will be keeping an eye on that charge. I honestly thought it was going to be a lot nicer. I felt like I was staying at a rundown motel.

Stayed 2 nights on business. Nothing stood out as particularly great other than the on site Starbucks. The breakfast buffet is stupid expensive. The room is dated, no real power plugs where convenient. The mouthwash looked like it had been refilled a few times. Noted a few walls with some clear damage in them. The gym was useful and had actual free weights. Staff pleasant. I’ll probably look elsewhere the next time I come.

Greeted upon entry to a pleasant atmosphere. Asked for my information, if I had any. Did not stay as a guest but attended an event. Location is easy to find, but not much around without transportation. Conference rooms were clean and presentable. My short attendance to the event was pleasant.

My husband and I decided to stay here due to a discount provided by my company. Though we've never stayed at this location before, I figured since the Sheraton "brand" is usually great, we couldn't go wrong… WE WERE ABSOLUTELY WRONG. I've stayed at Red Roof Inn's that were 100% cleaner and looked better than this location. There were stains on the bed skirt, carpet and curtains. The furniture was beat up and no microwave in the room. A refrigerator had to be brought in. The room was NOT what we expected from a Sheraton at all. This location needs to be renovated ASAP. If we would have paid regular price, I think I would have been furious. Thankfully we only paid roughly $60 for a one night stay from Sat — Sun. The other issue was it took 11 business days to release the "incidentals" hold placed on my card which was supposed to be removed within 3-5 business days. I will never stay here again and would not recommend it either. I'll check out the Marriott next time which isn't too far away.

I want to share the current experience I faced in this hotel. I am staying here for a week 9/26 to 9/29. I ordered a drink and few appetizers on happy hour and your bar area manger didn't allow me to take left over food to my room. What a weird rule?! I am very much disappointed. I pay $171+tax a day and I can't take $10 food to my room?

It was for a business visit, the place I liked very much.

If the rooms were newer or nicer I'd give this hotel 4 stars but the rooms were average quality. The customer service was excellent. The front desk and bar were very accommodating and made the stay comfortable.

This hotel is definitely the victim of a budget issues or lax general management or something. In the room: Torn carpet, dinged furniture, extremely wrinkly sheets, somewhat mildewy shower grout, missing iron in room, no end tables by the bed to put my phone on. In the main floor conference area a janitor's cart was parked for 1.5 hours by the women's lav (what, did they park it there and just go to dinner? ) In the lounge/restaurant when we asked for a menu, the bartender handed us a menu of small plates. The waiter came over later and laughed and said "I don't know where you got that — we don't have any of that. " Nothing extremely offensive, but I just got the feeling that this hotel is neglected and standards are low. I would stay here again but I know what to expect now. Note: the staff was all friendly and helpful — good people.

Carpet looks like it has not been cleaned since it was installed. I wore something on my feet at all times. Furniture is old, out dated and has certainly seen better days. Their house keeping staff needs cleaning classes. All door knobs had multiple greasy finger prints all over them and mirrors had numerous smudges from past guests. Don't get me started on the sheets! They looked like they had been slept on and were so wrinkled. Aren't they suppose to press the sheets and change them between guests? This hotel certainly did not get that memo. When I asked for my sheets to be changed they brought what they say were clean sheets, but the fact that they brought them into my room crumbled in a ball and just as wrinkled as the set I had them replace makes me think they took them off another guests slept in bed. I laid out towels to sleep on and did not sleep well at all! Needless to say I told my family if I come down with some crazy infection and they call Dr House to tell him to swab this hotel room because that is likely the source. Sheraton update your furniture, replace the carpets and paint, then hire people who know how to clean and maintain. That would be a good start but I won't be staying here if I ever have to take another business trip to this area. Good points is that room service was nice and food was edible even though I was concerned about cleanliness of kitchen based on room I figured what I don't see hopefully won't kill me…

This was my worst experience in my 54 years ever. There was only two good things about the hotel the girl at the front desk who helped me and the fact that it was close to the convention center. The restaurant on the premises was not good, breakfast was absolutely awful. I had to contact guest services for extra things for my room and they made me feel like I was asking them for the world. Now the bad part. The room was absolutely filthy and disgusting. There was mold in the bathroom shower there was huge stains all over the carpeting. The chair was so worn out and ripped you couldn't sit in it. The air conditioning door which was behind the chair which was probably 3ft by 2ft had so much dust on the outside of the door that I had to open it to see what was inside and there was so much dust it was disgusting, it had to be an inch or more thick I don't think it was ever cleaned, definitely not in years. I did let them know about this and I have pictures to back me up and I emailed them the pictures as they asked for them, oh wait and there was hair all over the box spring. And only one elevator was working they had a huge convention nearby a lot of people were staying there and they had one elevator working. I had much better expectations for a Sheraton. The only way I will ever stay there again is if the comp me for my stay and guarantee me that my room will be spotless.

The quality of this place is greatly depreciated. Staff give you nothing but excuses and no one ever actually delivers anything you ask for. I've gone here with my extended family for years and years. It's been a steady decline. At any given time, at least one elevator isn't working; We had to take the housekeeping elevator to get to the pool and gym. Concierge floors only have king beds… My family rented 9 rooms for 4 days and had the full disappointing experience. My 2 cents. Likely our last visit after a good 15 years of loyalty.

Poor reservation services. We booked 2 rooms with 4 gueen beds and roller for 5 people and when we arrived to the hotel they said we have only tow beds in 2 rooms for you. We had to stay for an hour on the phone with reservation services then with the services department and they end up saying we have to file a complain and the process will take 3 days. And after the review they will resolve our problem. That was so ridiculous and meaningless solution. We were forced to stay on the 2 rooms. Because we paid for it and we were tired from driving for 6 hours. Also, the bathroom ceiling has a rust. I will never go back to. This hotel even if it was for free.

This wasn't my first time using a Starwood brand or Sheraton Hotel but I was quite surprised with the type of service provided by the front desk staff. Not very hospitable or accommodating. After a while I felt like I was in a DMV office. Granted I showed up an hour early for my check in but even at the top of the hour they were acting like room is not available because they are too busy. Why allow for the reservation to be made if rooms are not available and if they are, why not check in the customer especially since check out time is noon. Not often I see hotel staff acting all worked up. First and last reservation for me at this hotel for sure!

Attended a seminar here and it was actually fun. Usually it really sucks to have to go somewhere like this after work but this Sheraton inside is easy on the eyes. They served a delicious buffet and people were licking their fingers. My compliments to the cooking staff. Job well done. Very pleasant experience I would recommend.

Service is terrible. We were there for a wedding, the staff had one properly Trained person for check in, who was trying to do her best to manage the check in since there were three wedding parties this weekend. They were giving the wrong wedding bags to the wrong blocks. Rooms weren't ready at 3p for check in time. They didn't have the grooms room ready before the other families. She called her cleanup people to rush it, and they did but in doing so the room never had bath towels or hand towels or any toiletries. She gave us only 2 room keys when 4 would've been better. She didn't care to ask who the groom was or if there was anything else they could do for him. We had a conference room booked for Saturday for us to order pizza and feed the family coming in from around the world. And the staff didn't bother checking to make sure things were in working order. The AC was out and it took two phone calls to the front desk to get the issue addressed. Which it was after an hr, but it didn't matter because by the time air conditioning seemed to come in the family was already exhausted from the hot and stuffy air in the conference room. The air conditioning for so many of the rooms were not working, and the staffs steps to fix the situation were to just move rooms around. No staff was there to help move people's belongings, or even have staff there to get luggage to people's rooms especially the elderly.

Comfortable rooms, great beds, room was clean. Though well kept, could use some updating / renovations. Starbucks should open sooner also.

I attended a social event in the main hall that served food and had multiple bars. The food was good overall. My favorite dish was the mashed potatoes with available bacon, sour cream, cheese, and scallions available for topping. The staff was slightly dissappointing as they were letting dirty dishes pile up on the tiny tables. Lastly, I witnessed the bartender spill a drink into the ice container which wasnt great since she kept using the same melting ice for the remained or the night.

Small bar. Limited wines. Feel like you're sitting in a cavern.

Stayed as a preferred guest on the private floors. Very quiet and very clean. 42" TV with a king size bed. LOVED the indoor heated pool & hot tub. Great location next to 2 malls and a few restaurants.

I spent Valentine's day weekend at this hotel and it was spectacular. The room service was top of the line, they provided wine and cheese on the house! It was an extravagant experience!

Staff is always helpful and beyond friendly. We have stayed here a few times and they always exceeded expectations. Love that they are dog-friendly and have a starbucks.

I had a horrible experience at the Sheraton Edison hotel, after a snowstorm they did not clean their parking for 2 days. In spite of parking in a spot that the staff had asked me to, still my car got stuck twice in the snow. The staff was no help blaming the snow removal company for it. So where does that leave the customer. Am I supposed to call the company they hired to remove the snow… AAA refused to come as the snow was not cleared. And to add to it the staff member scratched the side of the car with their hotel wagon. Very upset with the horrible experience.

The main floor is beautiful. The room I stayed in was a little dated but very clean. Unfortunately the bathroom does not have a exhaust fan. Friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. Oh and Starbucks coffee in the room!

Stayed at the Sheraton last weekend. Doesn't include breakfast or free Wi-Fi. The gym water dispenser was broken. Even Starbucks inside didn't offer free Wi-Fi I should of stayed at the Hilton which was less expensive and they offer free Wi-Fi pff. At least they have a shuttle to the convention center. Don't stay at this hotel is you wan free Wi-Fi or breakfast included.

I do not know why this hotel has poor reviews. I stayed here for one night and came in very late. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was very clean, and the room was great. Sheratons feature the Sweet Sleeper bed, which I believe is MUCH better than any limited service or even a full service Marriott! I got a great night's sleep, and was able to get to the airport in plenty of time for my flight, thanks to the advice of the staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to my boss, friends, or my customers.

I was in four rooms within 24 hours. If you have pet allergies avoid this hotel as there are no pet free rooms within the facility. Also, the air conditioners are inconsistent as is the water pressure. So room 1… strong pet urine smell, 2… broken a/c, 3… extremely low water pressure, 4… okay, wish it had been room 1. Front desk staff are great… good attitudes and lots of smiles!

1. Wifi is NOT FREE and OVERPRICED and online it says Wi-Fi is free 2. Front desk is extremely rude and only care about charging you more if you are a platinum member! 3. No complimentary water… Even a motel is able to provide water 4. Defiantly not worth the money… Rather stay at a motel and be happier!

Me, my mom and two of her friends went there at about a quarter past eleven, and asked if we could check in. They told me that the check-in process will start after noon. Then we decided to wait in the lobby. After twelve I asked again, and the response was there was no room for us until 1:00 pm, and they would call me when the rooms were ready. I thought it was just one another hour, so we kept waiting there. When I went to ask them the third time after 1pm, they changed the response, said we need to wait until 3pm. I know it was my bad to show up so early. But my mom and her friends just came back from Las Vegas after an overnight flight, just want to know if they could get some rest in a comfortable room. I really hope they could tell me at my first try that we need to wait for four hours. In that way I could find some place else for my mom and we would have plenty time to get there. And this is the main reason why I asked if we could check in right now. It made me feel so bad seeing my mom almost falling asleep in the chair at lobby. And they did not call as they said, without any apologies. I have to check out the status every hour by myself. Again, I know I should not went there "so early", but they seems like they do not care about us at all. Anyway, not a pleasant experience.

The staff was courteous and friendly even though our check-in was almost at midnight. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the room was well lit. I loved the heavy curtains that allowed the room to be pitch black at night. The lighting in the bathroom was just okay. No refrigerator and no channel list for TV were the only two cons. I don't care about Wi-Fi not being free. I would definitely go back.

The hotel is run down and expensive. Stay at the Hilton Garden Inn across the street. The Hilton Garden has better rates, newer hotel, better food, cheaper food, free Wi-Fi (for HHonors), cleaner facility, AMC and HBO, Neutrogena toiletries, quieter rooms, and more.

Very nice hotel and excellent room. There's a bar and restaurant attached. The woman who helped me at guest services was a real sweetheart.

This is a hotel that has seen better days and better management. It is impressive looking on the outside, but that's the last part that's impressive. To be fair, the bed is clean and comfortable, the plumbing and heat work. The TV gets all the channels I want. This Sheraton covers the basics that you want in a hotel. They do give you two free bottles of water as well. What I didn't like: 1. Stains on the carpet — primarily an indicator of age — the room seems clean. 2. The entry light to my room did not work (and after three days was not fixed) 3. Internet was not free. The Hilton Garden across the street gives you free slow (128K) internet — you can pay for faster. 4. Restaurant quality did not match their prices 5. Breakfast is not included, though there is a good bagel place in town, so this is not that huge a drawback.

This was the worse hotel I've ever stayed at. I didn't get my King size bed (i'm 6'6"), No complimentary Wi-Fi, and if you pay the fee for using the ethernet connection, you have to pay the same fee again if you want to switch to wireless. No complimentary, already brewed coffee station in lobby in the morning, no continental breakfast. They made me feel like if they could charge me for the air I'm breathing in the room they would. This is not comforting at all. In no way shape or form. There was also a connecting door in my room, and I had neighbors that where very loud, and I could hear them so loud it sounded like they where in my room. The shower. It was set up for a handicap, with the pull down seat, and had a handle style shower head that didn't go higher than my stomach. They didn't replace my towels the next day. The room also had a strange smell. I'm on business trips all over America, and seriously. This really is the worse hotel ever. I had a Holiday Inn in twinsburg Ohio that made this gigantic multilevel monstrosity seem like a motel 8. I highly suggest going to a Marriot, Hampton, or Holiday Inn. I also love hotels with a fridge in the room. The middle elevator shook back and forth too while in motion. Well it looks like my paid internet is going to end soon, I better wrap this up. Stay away from this placel! in fact run, and don't look back.

My wife and I stayed here after our wedding along with many of our guests. The lobby was very nice. However, we booked the bridal sweet which to our surprise when we opened the door was nothing more than a regular room with double beds. We called downstairs and informed them of the mix-up and the staff did offer to switch the room to one with a king bed; however, we were so tired already that we decided to just stay in the room. Two of the pillow cases were covered in stains which looked like blood, the television did not work along with the air conditioner. The sheets on the bed were made of polyester and felt like rubber. Whatever the use to wash the sheets caused me to itch uncontrollably all night. Lastly the tile grout in the bathroom was nothing short of disgusting. Aside from all the issues listed above, the staff was great. The lady that assisted me at checkout was very nice and anyone I encountered throughout my stay had great customer service skills. Management is clearly lacking and the hotel would clearly benefit from promoting lower end staff.

Stayed at this branch for only one night in August 2014. Room was paid for in full prior to arrival and all we had to do was put a credit card on file for security. Checked out early the next day and left — didn't order any TV shows, use the internet, or even take a bottle of water. Next day I had 2 charges on my card for $50 and $29. I called Sheraton and they told me it was a security deposit that would be refunded in 2 days. Three days later the charge was consolidated into one charge of $79. I called the hotel and they apologized and said the charge was a security deposit that would be refunded in in 2 more days. I waited again and 3 days later I called back but this time they told me that the charge was a room fee. I spent 20 minutes on hold for the manager and was disconnected. Called back again, 10 more minutes on hold, and was finally told that the room fee was accidental and that it would be refunded same day, which they did. I don't believe this was an accidental charge especially since I saw other reviews on this hotel with the same problems. If you stay here watch your credit card for erroneous charges.

We travel with our two dogs. It was a pleasure to stay at a hotel with no weight restriction on our dogs and no non-refundable pet charge. The staff was most welcoming and helpful. They accommodated our request for a refrigerator in the room and a lower floor. The room was spacious as well as pleasant, and there was ample space to exercise our dogs. Having Starbucks right there was a bonus! We will definitely make this our midway stop going to and from our summer house on Long Island.

Very good and cozy the only thing that isn't good are the employees who are about repunantes and aborecios as jose paulino, rafael peralta are the people who harms him a hotel like that so recognized if canbiaran that employees would be a hotel of cache you believe that women have in the face att yahaira guzman.
