The two stars I left on all other platforms are for the quality of the hotel. Clean and comfy. Customer service is HORRIBLE. Due to COVID, they're half staffed which is totally understandable. When my mom got back to the room, she noticed the room was no cleaned. So she went down stairs to talk with the front desk. The woman in a VERY combative manner said "mam we're I don't have enough people to clean the room". Instead of clarifying that you had to request the cleaning of the room due to short staff, which again I completely understand. My mom asked for someone to clean it and the woman again got short. Then my mom asked for towels, the woman proceeded to tell my mom if she "keeps talking to her like that, she is not going to give her towels". She basically threatened not giving towels instead of addressing the concern and educating a customer on new processes. In an age where hotels are impacted so heavily by the pandemic, you'd think they'd be worried about losing a customer. We were planning on bringing over 50 people for reservations for a wedding because the hotel was nice and clean. The manager used a false story to provide Hotels. Com with so they avoid any liability to what happened. Claiming I was taking a video, which I didn't and nor is it illegal to do it. Horrible experience and horrible customer service. This review will be copied and applied to other review platforms.

Stay there alot. Nice price and veey comfy.

The bed was comfortable. That's the only reason it got 2 stars. The shower was terrible! It was clean. But the ENTIRE shower, the water would get super hot, then pressure would drop and it would become freezing cold, then balance in between only to do it again in another minute. Breakfast — the waffles were good. But the eggs looked like those fake eggs from McDonald's/ subway (like those patties) and the sausage was undercooked. Pretty disappointed. The other ones ive been to were better.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and very comfortable! Definitely my go to hotel when visiting NJ.

The check-in staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and very accommodating and breakfast is a nice bonus here and have a nice variety.

Very pleased with the size and quality of room for the price. Everything was clean and smelled good, beds were very comfy, and the shower was hot. Didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast but it looked decent. The 5 stars is because the room was such a good value for the price, it was more than I expected.

Nice clean room very friendly staff good continental breakfast would stay here again.

Pros: Breakfast is included and the spread was good: they have a Belgian waffle maker, yogurts, cereal, fruit, muffins, toast, juice, oatmeal, eggs (hard boiled and cooked in a disc), and bacon and sausage. Linens were clean and I felt very cozy in our bed. Location is within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Cons: Lobby and hallways were quite warm and smelled of cumin (maybe this should be a "pro"? ). Room decor was run-down: carpet staples coming out, smoke detector missing, edges of furniture and walls looked worn. Staff was professional but not friendly.

I am always treated with respect. They know me by name. My favorite room is very accessible for my wheelchair with a roll in shower. Very nice indeed. Big thumbs up!

This place was great! The service was friendly, the beds were comfortable, they had a tv, microwave, and great internet! The breakfast is good but don't expect too much because it's not a 5-star hotel! Very happy with my stay!

Rooms were spotless and beautiful! My only complaint is the noise! I work nights and sleep during the day! The maids and guests were terrible!

In my opinion, Comfort Suites would get five stars if; they did a little maintenance on their walls, fixed their A/C, Replaced all the beds, and replaced all the couches. Walls were scratched up. I felt like the A/C was going to catch on fire in my sleep (76 Degrees). The beds were OLD spring mattresses with a THIN piss pad on top LOL. I DID NOT trust those couches, we all know what happens in these hotels and these couches looked As if they’ve been used every night! I would stay here again if I WAS DEAD BEAT TIRED and knew I was going to knock out the second I stepped foot in the room.

Although the staff were very friendly and willing to help, there is only so much they could do. The bed was sagging in the middle, gave me quite the back ache. Our door had a hard time shutting, we had to slam it so hard, creating such a loud noise, bad for any late nights. The property was outside was littered with hundreds of cigarette butts and empty plastic bottles blowing around the parking lot. Also, the cleaning products they use have such a strong smell, made it a little hard to breath. I would definitely not stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

My husband and I had the pleasure for important orientation purposes and I must say this hotel is extremely clean, it's bug free, it's beautiful inside, the staff is kind, the front desk clerks are amazing the breakfast lady was so nice, a smile early in the morning is always a plus… beds are so comfortable, and we will be back to stay on a personal day and enjoy the lovely Jacuzzi here the breakfast was great! the house keeping ladies were nice and sure keep the rooms clean as I expected, it's fitness rooms are available, the laundry room is open from 8am to 9pm, there's stores right within reach, such as Wawa's there's plenty of convenient places to shop, overall the Comfort Suites is definitely a Win so if you're tired, and, or looking for a good place to stay at a great place just check on in at the great Comfort Suites, it makes me feel like I was offer wonderful treats… cant wait to return again thanks.

I had to stay overnight for my work. The hotel room was comfortable and spacious. It was also kept clean. Also despite being right next one the elevator my room was quiet all night. Continental breakfast had the normal fare as well as sausage and eggs. He coffee was decent too.

The place was nice and breakfast was really good. It could use a little maintenance repairs.

Friendly people, clean hotel. Peaceful and quiet. And a great comp. Breakfast.

Great place rooms were clean safe location Manny was great at the frt desk nice and accommodateing Manny was very nice on the phone also when reserving our room is was a great experience all the way around.

Hotel is wonderful and clean. Staff very nice. Early in the morning warm Water in shower is hit or miss but straightens out in about 10 minutes.

After a long move and drive my wife, mother-inlaw and I needed to take a break from the road. We got in to the Comfort Inn late at night. We realized — far too late to make a room change — that the bed we were to sleep in was over warn to the point that it had a DRAMATIC V shaped 'dip' down the middle. It was about the worst night sleep I've ever had and with a 6 hour plus drive ahead of us the next day. At checkout when I told the front desk about the bed they apologized then said something about renovations happening in January. The apology was nice, but the information about renovations was completely useless to me as I don't have plans to return to New Jersey in January. This in addition to the fact that there were numerous hairs in and around the tub int he bathroom, the bar in the shower had rust lines on the tile and the caulking was cracked and moldy and didn't make it appetizing to take a shower… which we skipped because of the condition. Ultimately, the primary thing we require from a hotel is a good night sleep and a shower and for 155 dollars we didn't get even the most basic of things from this hotel stay. We've have had better from 65 dollar motel rooms. I believe we were overcharged based on the condition of the room and bed.

Room is amazing! Very spacious and clean… switched from the mariott to here because of the great service and updated rooms… great hotel and staff 5 stars!

The front desk charged an additional $8 for incidentals. Understandable, but because I used a different card to pay that charge the hotel held they entire room reservation cost to the new card even though the reservation was paid in advance. In essence would not have access to my money until 2 days after checkout. I offered to use the same card but the clerk said it was hotel policy. Very disappointed!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean room. Near interstate 95 and route 18. It was a little bit difficult to found it just the first time. Highly recommended.

We checked in as a walk-in without reservation at 1:00 am and we're greeted by a very friendly/helpful desk clerk, a very reasonable rate, a large, super nice, well lit (! ) room with a sitting area (reading light, fold out couch, etc), a microwave and refrigerator. The next morning we wete treated to an excellent complementary hot breakfast… clearly above average. All in all a superior customer experience that exceeded our expectations.

Check in staff was friendly and helpful. Accommodating us with room preferences (ground floor room, as we were traveling with senior citizens). Room was clean. Complimentary breakfast had lots of options! One of the better hotels at that level and rate!

The staff was great and very helpful, room was large room with two twin beds, and breakfast was better than most continental breakfast I have been to. I travel for work and we stay with choice hotels whenever available.

King size rooms are are clean and large. Nice flat screen tv.
