The staff is friendly, polite, very helpful. This staff smiled a lot. It is unusual to meet a staff who smiles often and are ready to help you in any way they can. They made the visit very plesant. They appeared to enjoy working at this hotel. The rooms were clean and fresh. The rooms are dated but the price is reasonable. There is a free parking lot, free breakfast, free fresh fruit available, hot coffee, tea and hot chocolate. On public transportation line, attractions nearby. It is a nice place to stay. I recommend this location.

It was a decent stay, certainly not the worst. The rooms were not to big but in a family of four fit pretty nicely. The breakfast was good for hotels but the tables were all moved because of construction but we could eat in a meeting room. Also the hotel was conveniently located next to MetLife stadium which is where we went. Over all decent stay.

I once attended a meeting there and was told breakfast was only for guests even though I was there to see a friend who booked a meeting room. The way they stared at me and my friends one worker even went outside to lock his car when we went out for a smoke break. They also selectively barred certain people from eating food that they were in the process of throwing away anyway. I will NEVER book with a hotel more worried about the technicality of who gets to eat their complimentary breakfast over general hospitality.

Pretty decent hotel and nice breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Free parking. Convenient location to NYC not too far from the Lincoln Tunnel.

Arrived here on Saturday morning for early check in. It was definitely crowed, but that's to be expected for a holiday weekend. We had breakfast here and first thing I noticed was NO bacon, but their waffles made up for that. Love those waffles. Signature for Marriott. Then all they had were veggie sausage. Whaaattt! Got up the next morning and went to breakfast this time they bought out frozen waffles. FROZEN WAFFLES! I know the kitchen HAD to go out to a grocery store to get those. I have NEVER been to a Marriott that had frozen waffles, then NO bacon again, but they added pork sausage along with the veggie sausage. I must say I was very disappointed. The rooms were nice and clean. You felt like you didn't need Lysol disinfectant spray. The Marriott was nice except for breakfast.

Very nice hotel with a great staff and great breakfast! The bus stop for NYC is out front and runs maybe every 15-20 minutes and takes less than 20 minutes to be at Port Authority for $9 round trip. Will stay there anytime we go.

Really pleased with our stay here. Hotel is newer and very nice. Check in was quick and easy with a friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are very nice. Had one small issue but it was handled to our complete satisfaction. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This property was very welcoming upon our arrival. We ask for a handicap accessible room and that's exactly what we got. We ask the assistant general manager for an extra chair seeing as we were spending the next eight nights at this hotel. 10 minutes later a knock on the door and there was the assistant GM with our chair. The complimentary breakfast was very well appointed and had a large variety of breakfast items including fresh fruit homemade waffles two kinds of eggs vegetarian dishes and cereal for the. Kids All and all, a great place to stay.

Clean apartment and facilities. Friendly staff. Unfortunately when we arrived at 5:30 our room was still not available. Stated that they had a booked out night prior and was struggling to prepare all the rooms After a bit of discussion they found a room suitable for our group. Booked out hotel should not be unusual and more staff perhaps should have been put on. After all we were not early and couple hours after check in time. Breakfast was included which was well stocked and fresh. Unfortunately there was a very large line up at peak times so try get in early. We were however impressed with supplies being kept up with demand. A larger kitchen and more seating would be beneficial. Very handy to bus stop and easy 20 min ride to catch into New York City. I would be happy to stay here again.

Rooms were clean and well furnished. The beds and pillows were very comfortable neat. The bathroom was large and spacious but the showerhead needs to be fixed, nothing that can't be easily done. Breakfast is from 6-10 with a good variety of foods and drinks, and check-out is at 12. A simple but overall satisfying stay at a hotel with reasonable prices.

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend and even with the crowds this place was great. Rooms were clean and fresh. Breakfast was descent for continental… coffee was good and hot. Staff was on top of it all. We would come back and Highly recommend.

Clean and comfortable. Front desk accommodated having 3 guests by getting us a room with pull-out. Included Wi-Fi and Breakfast. Great deal for overnight stay for Jets game.

This hotel is clean and comfortable. They have a little gym but anything you're really looking for when working out on the road. Breakfast was decent.

The front desk clerk was way nice. They gave me everything I needed that so forgot at home. The rooms are really nice. Includes fridge and microwave. Definitely a good experience.

Love the hotel. Very close and convenient to MetLife and they offer a $10/person shuttle to and from games. Highly recommended.

Stayed here during a trip for my birthday. Rooms were clean. Check in and check out were straightforward. There was a gentleman working the desk at night who was absolutely fabulous. Super friendly and willing to help get anything you might need. My only complaints would be that the water pressure wasn't great and the continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. Not deal breakers by any means.

Nice hotel. A bit older and dated. Rooms were decent size. Staff was excellent. Close to the football stadium.

Nice and clean. Close to the city less than 10 mins drive. Very family friendly.

Nice and clean rooms with thermostats on the wall for easy adjust. Bed is comfortable and the breakfast is good with plenty of seating. Also the bus stop to take you into the city is just outside the building which is super convenient.

Wow, super comfy bed. Staff extremely helpful and polite. Those are the positive points. Now for the not so positive points: First item is for those of us in wheelchairs the entrances are all basically uphill there's no level drop off or parking area where you do not have to physically climb a hill granted not great big Hills but still when you try to push yourself in a bag or two or whatever up a hill in a wheelchair these things can constitute obstacles. The next issue was with the bathroom. Bear is a Sill of about probably a good quarter to a half inch that you must get over in the aforementioned wheelchair to get into the bathroom. This mind you is in an "accessible" room. Item number 3: the microwave. The device is unreachable while seated in a wheelchair. And the final can was the breakfast. I tried the scrambled eggs the waffles, the bacon, the Canadian bacon, English muffins so far during my stay. The only thing I can actually say I liked was the Canadian bacon. Pretty much everything else had that distinct that I've been made in the microwave taste. Not my favorite food. Well, to be fair, being was muffins were okay after two or three passes through that toaster. In any case the bottom line is that as someone looking at it from prospective of handicapped person, the place has some issues. I wouldn't not stay here because of them but a few fixes it definitely in order and would make the stay for people like me much easier.

A great place to stay with family and friends. Also, a great escape! However, there's no pool. There's nothing to do inside. No bar no club. However, they do have a great complimentary breakfast. My room didnt have a great view. The room was a bit small. I would definitely recommend.

Pretty nice hotel. Staff is friendly. Hotel is pretty clean and seems more recently updated. The night I stayed there was another large group of people that checked in and were running up and down the halls, banging on their friend's walls, and shouting until around midnight. Not the hotels fault but I feel like they should have more control. I'm hoping my room (room 210) was just a bad one but nearly half the outlets were broken. The nightstand also had what seemed to be dried up blood. However, they did place a rubber ducky by the tub. I don't think this makes up for all the broken outlets and the dried blood though.

Quick service. Nice people. Room was clean. But the water in the shower and sinks smelled weird.

Great hotel! Close to city, and has a bus pickup nearby to get to New York. Good breakfast, quick service, and overall a great experience!

It's really nice the beds are soft rooms are reasonable mid to large only bad thing I'd the drinks are 3 bucks each.

Outstanding stay everytime I am here. The rooms are full featured and the staff is phenomenal.

My stay at the courtyard Marriott was wonderful until I was served by an awefull disrespectful young server. First thing first I will like to explain my situation. This young lady introduced her self extremely rude. I believe her name was marsiea, regular height a bit light and her hair was dark. My order was brought to me incorrect and not only did she give me an attitude when I let her know she also was extremely disrespectful towards my family and I. My stay at the hotel went great until this situation. When I asked her to speak to the manager she said to me "he's not here" and walked off with out even letting me finish. So rude and disgusting. I feel bad for who ever raised this girl. NEVER I repeat NEVER am I staying at this courtyard Marriott. So disappointing.

I've stayed here several times on business, it is a good hotel. The location is good, the service is also good, there is the normal selection for breakfast which is included, and the same staff is here every time.

Nice hotel… One of the best I've stayed in. The A/C was set to 45 and it did its job. Breakfast was great to.
