Rooms are smaller than a regular hotel. Shower is also small. They want their guests to be savvy with the things they use. Seemed kind of annoyed we showed up before check-in time but checked us in anyway.

Such a cute and cozy place to stay! Justin and I stayed here during the Wanderlust yoga festival and we absolutely loved it. Such a retro yet home — like feel to this place. It is so nice to sit up on the deck when you get back here after a long day and read a bit. Also — they make great coffee in the morning. We will defitnely be back this winter for some skiing! Thanks for making our stay great :)

Good place. Wonderful people that own and run it. It was clean and comfortable. We slept well.

Owners are absolutely wonderful! Very friendly and helpful and quick to address any matters brought to their attention. The room was spacious with great natural lighting, very clean and inviting. I would highly recommend this place and will return again!

Room with a view. Great location for whatever you are doing. Jen was so accommodating. When we first came in, she showed us the room options. They are newer owners and have added some very nice touches. Many options included at the office for continental breakfast, which is included. My only suggestion would be a mini coffee maker in the room for those that wake up very early.

Bed is firm and comfy. Heat works great. Room has extra blanket, mini fridge, microwave, TV and Wi-Fi. Built in 1962, it is an older place, bit clean and we'll kept. Our toilet seat was a little wiggle and the shower temperature fluctuated, but over all, the hotel served it's purpose.

I will start with how my stay ended… which was with a hug from Jen, one of the amazing owners. I stayed one night and it felt like I was home. Everything that matters is what you get here. A clean room, friendly faces, honest hospitality, and the undeniable certainty that you will be returning.

Loved our stay over Columbus Day Weekend Charming motel and love how welcoming you are with dogs. Will definitely take a trip from Florida to stay here again.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very quaint housing which is what we wanted in vermont. A little slice of heaven.

Beautiful location, clean and comfortable rooms. It is a bit older (dated), but the comfort and hospitality can't be beat! Very welcoming of our big dogs too! Highly recommend!

The theme in these reviews is entirely accurate. I've returned to Snowdon Chalet largely because of the friendly and accommodating owners. It's conveniently located about halfway between Okemo and Stratton.

Dom and Jenn are very welcoming, kind, helpful for people who are new to the area, and just great people. I would recommend this place highly! Rooms are clean, the breakfast area is well designed, and they even clean the snow off your car before you leave in the morning.

We arrived 5 says ago, still here. Really enjoying our stay at Snowdon. Nice accomodation, comfortable atmosphere. Surrounds many smalls towns with lots to do. The Inn Keepers Jen and Dom, are very friendly, coffee waiting each am. Which I love!. Glad we met new friends Jen and Dom. Thank you, enjoying Vermont… yes we will be back to Snowdon Chalet.

I absolutely LOVED Snowdon! Great rooms, almost a steal with price, and exceptional owners! I don't get up through Vt too often BUT you bet when I go up their again I am DEFINITELY ONLY staying their! If you stay at Snowdon tell Killian and Libby that I say hi!

My friends and family always stay here when they visit! Everyone loves it. New owners are great and the second floor rooms are awesome!

Great comfort and accommodation found at Snowdon! We especially LOVED the warm welcome shown to our fur baby. Dog treats were left in the room for her upon arrival in addition to a nice walking area. The lovely owner/hostess and her kindness sealed the deal-we will be back!

My husband and I are originally from Southern California and while we got adjusted to Vermont, we stayed here for a few weeks. Faheem and Shabana were the best hosts that we've ever encountered. They were helpful and kind, plus affordable. If good customer service and good rates is what you're looking for, come here!

I love this place! It's a bit old but well maintained and very, very clean. Best of all the owner Faheem and his wife treat you like guests in their home not like business clientele.

We had a GREAT time in this hotel. The rooms were clean the comforter was actually cozy and lots of hidden touches that made us feel welcome. The manager was a sweetheart and was fun to chat with. All I was missing was a moose sighting in my first Vermont experience. Love it.

For starters, the owners were SO nice and accommodating! We stayed for 2 nights in the family room It was clean and the mini fridge and microwave were nice bonuses. Some things that are lacking are: no ice machine, no working vending machines, no coffee machine or hair dryer in the room and lastly no air conditioning. Not sure if it just wasn't installed or broken but it got uncomfortable during the day. The beds weren't very comfortable but tolerable. Outdoors the owners grow their own tomatoes and light a fire every night. Some minor tweaks to the ammenities would be helpful but the hospitality is unmatched. (Front desk did provide ice, hair dryer, and fan upon request. ).
