Great staff, everyone was so nice especially the GM Amir. We will definitely go back just because of the customer service we received. Rooms were clean and they have great safety protocols, wipes and hand sanitizer throughout the hotel.

Extremely clean! They let us lock up our bikes in the ski closet! Amir checked us in and was very helpful he answered all my questions. Best accommodations ever. I will definitely stay here next year. No more looking for a better place. Thank you.

I give the Holiday Inn and highly recommend staying there. Very friendly staff. The breakfast was very good. Khartuna made sure there was coffee available and kept replenishing the breakfast items. Very clean. Check in was easy and smooth. Housekeeping did an excellent job. Very happy with our stay.

I travel a lot for business, and am frequently in Lincoln for long periods of time. This is by far my favorite hotel that I have ever stayed in. There are fancier hotels, but no one can top the customer service at this hotel. I love everyone who works here, and it genuinely feels like a second home whenever I come here. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I recommend it to everyone.

Stayed at this hotel because we had a hockey tournament at Waterville Valley only 30 minutes away. Great time staff was outstanding. They had a room to put hockey equipment in which was great. I would stay at this hotel again. Wish they had a bar but store right across street and a number of good places to eat.

Very clean. Housekeeping are cleaning everything all day. Rooms very clean, hallways clean, every time I went in elevator someone was cleaning it.

Room was clean, room service was quick and courteous, breakfast was delicious, the gym and pool area were clean. Overall, I had a great 3 night stay and have no complaints.

We travel frequently and typically use a Marriott product. Switching to a different brand highlights the good and the bad in differences between the two. Check-in at a Holiday Inn is always much the same. They require vehicle information, inititials for this, signatures for that. What's more, they add a damage deposit to your card when checking in and credit you back if your room is in good condition. When checking in, how as the customer do you know your room is in good condition when agreeing to the deposit? Apparently, my customer profile has a room location preference of close to the elevator. The front desk staff made mention of my preference when checking in. I was given a room on the first floor at the end of the corridor? The room itself was very spacious, had a dining table with four chairs, a living room, and private bedroom with a king bed. Two televisions and two a/c units. What is more, our room came with free entertainment provided by the circus of kids directly above us that apparently had never stayed in a hotel before. It's a nice hotel for simple, straight forward overnight accommodations. The hotel really cannot be held responsible for some of the idiots staying there.

Very good but also very noisy. This is a family hotel with children everywhere and not necessarily very quiet. The air conditioning is efficient but very noisy. Breakfast without bacon, in the USA, it's as if you can't find croissants or baguettes in a French restaurant.

This was a great experience! Matthew at the front desk deserves a raise, promotion and everything else. He was, by far the most friendly and helpful hotel clerk/ front desk staff that we have met in our 2 week trek across Canada, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, New York and Ohio. The room was updated, comfortable and had enough space for 4 people and all of our luggage and breakfast was great! The business center/ breakfast room was open all day and had some free drinks and snacks available. What wasn't free was cheap to buy from their shop. This hotel is located close to everything we wanted to do and everything we want to do when we return. We definitely intend to go back in the winter!

The rooms are nice enough, nothing to amazing. Breakfast options were really good but not enough room for everyone to eat. My family and I took our breakfast to our room to eat. Other then that no real issues. Pool is fine but again not amazing. Just good not great. Oh yes and price was good but not great.

Stayed here a few years ago. Since then it has changed to Holiday inn Express. There has been major make over. Many improvement to rooms and decor. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. Definitely will stay here again.

Went to Lincoln to visit the Ice Castles, it was first time going there, so when I was booking the hotel, I knew it was close to the Castles, but I didn't expect to be that close. I was nicely surprised that they were just next to the hotel, loke 2 min walk! The hotel was nice and clean, we were able to check in earlier, thank you for that! The staff was very friendly! The room was great, comfortable, modern, clean, had everything we needed! The coffee machine didn't work, but the staff changed it right away! The breakfast was awesome, there were so many choices, I've never seen other hotels that I stayed in having breakfast like that. That's my first time staying at a Holiday Inn and I loved it!

Initial room provided had not been cleaned and the exhaust fan in the bathroom made a loud screeching sound. To their credit, the management immediately offered a different room and even provided an upgrade. All the amenities and accommodations were fine, but nothing special. Also, we found the hotel to be really loud (thin walls? ), so sleeping was a little challenging. Overall, just fine, but the staff was very helpful.

So far a great experience. The front desk guys are super helpful, especially Kait, who went out of her way and helped my family out of a difficult situation with transportation issues. The hotel is very clean and the air inside the room is breathable. I have allergy issues and feel glad we booked in here. Lovely place for a few nights of respite away from the city. Once again, thanks Kait!

Excellent hotel! Comfy bed! Decent breakfast! Friendly staff. Everything you want from an upper mid tier hotel. You don't have to worry about the unknowns of other local establishments.

The hotel has been renovated. Poorly renovated. The tablets in the bathroom barely fit. The ceramic seals are torn off. Silicone seals are missing or poorly done. The bathroom sink is horribly dirty. The modern with old worn out. It gives a funny impression. The room lamp between the two beds is cracked and full of dust. The other one is barely on his foot.
We travel a lot and we love the Holiday Inn. We've seen a lot of them. This is the worst Holiday Inn I have seen. I feel like I'm in a motel on the edge of the freeway.
The spoon to take the walnuts was crouter so long it was not washed. It's dirty. The elevator's dirty.
While I share all this to the gentleman at the reception… he answers the phone and leaves me waiting with my baby in arms.!

Clean, comfortable. Very nice breakfast to start the day, polite and courteous staff, I could go on, but lets just say this is the best Holiday Inn Express I've ever stayed in.

The grounds were immaculate with plenty of parking, the staff were friendly & welcoming and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Microwave, fridge and coffee making facilities were available in the room as well as free Wi-Fi and TV with lots of channels and a clean en suite. This was a good choice to make a stop over on our leaf peeping tour of the North East as the hotel was easily reached from the interstate. There was also a 7Eleven just across the road for stocking up for our onward journey and any incidentals that we needed for our stay. Breakfast was a self service affair with disposable plates and cups. Also there was a pool and coin operated laundry facilities ($3 per load).

Nice place to stay. We got a room facing the mountains and the view and colors were pretty good. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast is served from 6:30 until 10 on weekends and they have all sort of food from. Pancakes to pastries. One slight concern I had is near a train track and it is loud sometimes. Not easy to notice, looks for the sign opposite to McDonald's. There are good food options nearby, in walkable distance. The Main Street it is in changes to 112-Kancagamus highway. Alpine adventures is 5 min walk from it. Flume gorge is few mins drive. The place is not crowded like north conway. You cannot ask anything more than this.

Very happy with our stay. Girls weekend and we had a great time. Great breakfast, clean room and friendly staff. We even had a cookout with the staff, we kind of invited ourselves! Have stayed a few times and will continue to stay there.

Spacious rooms and courteous staff. Continental breakfast made an easy start to the day. We enjoyed using the pool every night. Great location, close to Clarks and lots of restaurants. Highly recommended!

Best place to stay in Lincoln area, Staff is extremely friendly, The pool is a nice size and a lot of times empty so you could enjoy your privacy, And it's in a good location near shopping, attractions.

The room and overall hotel was very clean. The amenities were on point. They also offered free Wi-Fi as well as a free hot breakfast.

Updated decor and spacious rooms. Very friendly staff and the location can't be beat. Right on the main road in Lincoln. Free breakfast is great. Offered scrambled eggs, pancakes, cereal and delicious cinnamon rolls, milk, yogurt coffee and several choices of juice. Great family hotel right next door to mini golf and the Hobo Railroad. Only drawback is a small pool.

My husband and I stayed one night with our 2 girls. Ages 15 and 11. Got reservations same day. As a matter of fact. And could not have been more pleased and happy with our stay. We got to enjoy the pool area with the kids before heading to our room, which was absolutely amazing. Everything was updated, clean and extremely comfortable. Staff was beyond helpful and went above and beyond. I even used the hotel gym (totally envious of the set up), thank you so much. Breakfast was complimentary and certainly did not disappoint. Love EVERYTHING about this place and looking forward to coming back sooner than later.

I have been here twice, This is a great place if you are looking some place to stay. There is quite the friendly staff and the breakfast that is served is great. I will be staying here again next year.

Our first time here, very impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of the front counter person. Pool is small but there is a lot to do in the area. Great place we'll be back!

Hotel was awesome. The rooms were clean and staff were professional and friendly. Food was decent for the included free breakfast much better than the one I stayed at in the cape. Will definitely stay again.
