Great place to stay. Shops nearby, restaurants at walking distance. Anne is a great host who make you feel welcome. Everything with a personal touch.

The owner is super nice! It's super reasonably priced. There are little personalized touches that make you feel so welcomed. Definitely would stay here again! Oh and dog friendly!

Trailhead pickup and laundry included. Quiet, comfortable, clean. Great central location in town.

In town for a wedding at the Woodstock Inn & Brewery, choose the Autumn breeze because it was so close. We had great service, the room was clean and the price was great! Very enjoyable stay, would recommend this motel to anyone.

As an AT thru hiker, you can't beat this place. A great hiker rate, laundry included, complimentary drinks in the fridge. The place next door has a first class beer selection and a very good resupply. Plus a kitchenette for cheap dinner from the market. We love this hotel.

This is the best place to stay, newly renovated, very clean, comfortable, convenient, quite, staff is extremely nice, room is very big with lot of accommodations, beyond you need, also has kitchen and bigger fridge. The price is very low compared with the service it provided, it makes you feel you are staying in a 3 star or 4 star hotel, not a motel, I stayed a few places in this trip, but Autumn Breeze Motor Lodge is the best, definitely recommend to everyone.

Clean rooms, super nice staff, and bicycle friendly.

The new Inkeepress, who just bought the motel in March 2015, goes above and beyond in assisting guests. The rooms are newly decorated with sunny bedspreads and coordinating towels. The kitchenette, including a table and chairs, is wonderful. The location is an easy 2 minute walk to the village restaurants and park.

I have been going to Woodstock N. H. And staying at Autumn Breeze for 10+ years. The owners are wonderful people who maintain the property beautifully! The rooms are always comfortable, extremely clean, and have great darkening shades so you sleep really well! It is a reasonably priced hidden jewel in the White Mountains.

We booked a hotel room with this placed in November for a room in mid-February of the following year. At 3 p. M. On the day of check-in I received a call that they overbooked and didn't have the rooms we reserved. I give them credit, they found us another place to stay but they should DEFINITELY have figured out that they overbooked WEEKS in advance. We stayed here the year before as well. The rooms are clean and the place is affordable, but we will never stay here again.
