We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Master bedroom had it's own on suite with a full walk in shower and a beautiful soaking tub for 2. The area is nothing less but amazing. They have beautiful views and fantastic hiking trails. You can finish your day with one of the many great brewers near by.

We had a one bedroom with a pull-out couch for the kids. The room was was beautiful and comfortable with a great kitchen and dining area. Love the in room jacuzzi and the second bathroom for the kids. Our only complaint is that the shower seems to change temperature a lot and it has no place to put shampoo etc. Except the floor.

A great place to stay. Very clean and they did all they could to make sure we had a good time. They staff even gave us a list of places to visit and things to do. This was not some pre made hand out. They asked us what we liked then based on our interests they hand wrote information and even a map. Good company!

I honestly was not overly impressed for the amount of money required to stay they can surely do better. Blue Green is a vacation package service that offers multiple levels of annenties locations and comfort levels that I am sure some will appreciate. I however well pressed to say what they wanted us to say. I am not a fan of high pressure sales. The location is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful resort, large rooms, very nice kitchens, wonderful showers, nice inside pool and hot tub. Just a great place with a fantastic staff. Also, great mountain views, and if you like to hike these mountains are terrific. We are here in early May so the attractions are still closed; most open around Memorial Day but we still found lots to do. Make sure when you visit you stop by the Lincoln Vistor's Center.

Beautiful resort rooms, they are like apartments with full kitchen, bath, living room and bedroom. Staff is nice and courteous. Inculdes 2 pools one indoor and one seasonal outdoor. There is alot around the area to do sightseeing, activity, and food wise. Overall we were very impressed with our accommodation s.

Place was awesome and go here for past 10+ years. Staff is incredible and we’re very good when a small fire broke out in the room above us. Nobody was hurt and we all went back to sleep. This place is not a scam and is the real deal. Since I’m a car person there is definitely places that car people can go. Like the White Mountain Racetrack that’s up in Woodstock that hosts stock car racing every Saturday night! Parents above us weren’t very good since their kids were screaming, running jumping, and talking until 11 at night. Bedroom AC needs to be fixed from what I hear.

Comfortable new place, nice furnishings, great look, comfy beds. Vistas are fair to poor from some rooms, others, good! Quiet, yet right in town so dining is easy to get to. Very wheelchair-friendly.

Stayed in a two bedroom with another couple and two kids. The room was more like an apartment and had every amenity we could have needed. We cooked most meals in and found the kitchen to be wonderfully stocked and a great size. We also enjoyed using the pool and hot tub. There were so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. We plan to visit every year!

This was a much needed mom break for me! Spent 3 nights here with my aunt. Giant jacuzzi tubs in the separate bedroom suite. Pull out couch in the living room. Separate bathroom also with a tub shower. Would work perfectly for a small family.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Adorable rooms with a fire place for display creates great ambiance. Really nice indoor pool/ 2 level hot tub. Perfect central location.

I was just visiting with some friends who were staying there… but let me tell you… I was impressed! The property and the ROOMS ARE BEAUTIFUL! great design, huge spaces (they had a 2 bedroom but both rooms were HUGE), and it's located in a wonderful spot. I only live 30 mins away but would absolutely stay here some night.

We stayed here this for one night as we had tickets for the ice castle. We were able to check-in early which was great, so our daughter could use the pool. What a beautiful room — and when I say room, I should really reference it as condo-like, because we had a kitchen, huge bathroom, bedroom and living room. All completely spotless, beautiful and perfect for our family. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! (Thank you, Andrea! ). We did not stay for the timeshare presentation because it’s just not for us, but I’ll tell you — if you are looking for a restful location, huge condo-like room and the amenities to fully enjoy your stay, choose this place right now!

The rooms were good, I had a 1 bedroom on the second floor, everything was nice quality and well kempt, the shower was really nice. The pool was good and kept much warmer than most hotel pools and the hot tub was very nice. The location is good, there's a Dunkin donuts and a price chopper as well as a movie theater right down the street, plenty of places to eat out. The service was good, overall very good.

Rooms were excellent! Great location. Accommodating staff. Couldn't have been happier with our stay!

We had a great time there that week. Some wonderful restaurants and beautiful sites. The staff here is fantastic and very helpful and friendly. Be sure and go across the street and get some Udderly delicious ice cream.

Great location for walking to town amenities. There is a grocery store liquor store Brewery and a movie theater all within walking distance. There is a bus that runs continuously to Loon Mountain during the ski season. The hot tub and indoor pool area was very nice.

Nice place, walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Loon mountain shuttle stop. Fireplace is for ambiance, does not throw heat. Nice hot shower, coffee on first floor. Indoor pool and hot tub. Nice staff, no sharp knives, but there was a cork screw! Would stay here again.

Home away from home. This resort has a beautiful kitchen, living room and bathroom all in your suite. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes and pans you may need to cook a delicious meal. The bathroom is a spa by itself. The living room has a working fireplace to warm you up on a cold day/night. The bedroom is so comfortable. I will definitely be returning again.

It's beautiful. There are many hiking trails but, the drive is beautiful if you don't want to hike. Scenic spots, waterfalls and beautiful trees with red, yellow, green, gold and burgundy leaves. The weather in the fall is amazing.

Brand new property. We saw "show" rooms, but if the rest of the property is half as nice… it would be a great place to stay right in the center of town.

Beautiful area. Pools are nice. Jacuzzi is good. The entire mountain area is worth checking out for hiking and swimming.

Very nice place with indoor and outdoor pools, and nice hot tubs to relax in with beautiful views of the mountains and right in the center of town.

Most memorable experience. Being that I just decided to give a try just few days after my wedding. I would gladly do it again!

South mountain has great views and is in downtown Lincoln! The location is great, the rooms are comfortable, and the amenities are great. The pool is nice, but the proximity to downtown Lincoln and the White mountains is what sells it for me.

Great resort with beautiful spectacular mountain views in Lincoln, New Hampshire. Our stay has been very pleasant and the staff is very friendly. If you like exploring the outdoors and need a place to stay, this is it!

Ate at One Love Brewery next door. I suggest ordering the beer flight and meat lover's burger. Good for groups after hiking white mountains.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Especially John and Andrea at the reception desk! The two were not only especially professional, they were also so helpful and accommodating to the fullest degree! They were awesome! South Mountain Resort and Bluegreen should reward John and Andrea for the dedication they show towards customer service and the company they represent. So many could learn from them! The resort is beautiful, it's in the heart of a very nice little downtown area and close to multiple mountains. Rooms are spacious, regardless of how many bedrooms you opt for. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. A few people on staff we spoke to, when we mentioned wanting to go hiking and snowshoeing, said they were former trail guides and gave us great suggestions of where to go. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

Excellent rooms, with kitchen and fridge, very nice indoor pool. To connect Wi-Fi call and is a disorder, then it works well, they should improve that. Only 5 minutes from the mountain.

The room is great. It comes with all the kitchen ware we need to cook dinner. It's also quite spacious and cozy.

My wife Katherine and I did stay, for our first time, at the Bluegreen Vacations South Mountain Resort in Lincoln, New Hampshire. We both enjoyed our stay at the Resort and did get well looked after by the entire staff. From the Sales staff, Theresa and Craig to the Front desk and Lobby staff, John and Marissa, all of them made us feel very welcome and demonstrated true NH Hospitality. Thank you for a wonderful and pleasant stay at the South Mountain Resort; we'll be back again.

Great staff, clean resort, great location. 5 stars is not enough.
