Rude employees not family friendly.

Front desk was exceedingly nice, hot tub was well maintained, only reason this is four stars is our bathroom door opens when we open the front door.

Nice staff. Nice enough rooms. Good location in town. Took care of hikers.

Not a fancy hotel, but our bathroom was new, and it was a great value. Convenient location.

The staff is friendly and they go out of their way to make you feel at home! Great prices, rooms are updated and very clean.

Nice place in the White mountains. Location is good, for hiking and ATVing, and other nearby activities. Staff is nice. Rooms are nothing special, just ok. Hot tub is a nice feature on cool evenings after a long day of hiking.

Booked room through Trip Advisor. Speedy check-in. Stayed in a double bed — clean room. Conveniently located — nearby gas station and Walmart.

I love this motel, I stayed at room which was clean and well decorated. The staff was friendly and nice.

Clean room, sufficient for what we needed, which was a bed the night before a long weekend hike thru the white mountains.

The staff is very friendly. The rooms are acceptable. The location is very convenient, and most importantly the price is right. The hot tub is a nice touch.

Nice motel clean inside everything worked and best of all a light complimentary breakfast with good. Recommend it for good value for.

Dated hotel. Good for an overnight stay. Clean but no frills. Would not want to stay for an extended period of time here.

This place is a dump. The staff is incompetent. I booked online, but when I got there they had my reservation under my guest's name. They charged my credit card twice, and the front desk staff did not know how to do a refund. She told me to come back at 9pm when the manager was there. I went back at 9 and the office was closed. I now have to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my refund. Stay elsewhere if you're going to Gorham.

Great little place. Very nice, almost apartment style rooms, and great bathrooms. Definitely worth the money. The beds are a little stiff for my liking, but to each their own, they're very springy. No breakfast included though. Overall, great stay!

Got a awesome price, rolling in to town from story land with the kids. I needed a clean motel or hotel to stay in, this is it. I did my normal cleanliness test, this place is cleaner then home, the water is not, the a. C. Cold, and had Wi-Fi and cable. Perfect stop for my family on our new Hampshire adventure. Will stay again.

We've stayed here a number of times during our quest to complete the 4, 000 footers. It's the cheapest place to stay in Gorham. What really makes this place special has nothing to do with the clean rooms or friendly staff but rather the atmosphere. It is a great place where hikers and ATV riders can come together. Folks tailgating or relaxing outside their rooms are likely to strike up an interesting conversation with you and that's why this place is 5 stars.

Great rates, nice clean place — great for night before hike. Not usually open for winter, they're checking to see if the business is there. I know it is with hikers anyway, and this costs less for a better spot than others in Gorham. By like $30 at least.

Great hotel, good condition, friendly staff, close to the best hiking trails, waterfalls, and ski slopes. No pool, but a good sized hot tub, which is more useful at this altitude and typical Gorham temperatures.

My stay was ok at best, the "free Wi-Fi" was spotty at best. Cannot complain too much because the room was only 60 a night. But next time I will spend that extra to stay somewhere better.

Nice little place. Clean, nice personel, cheap price.

Room was clean and comfortable. A little noisy because our room was right next to a busy road. Bathroom is tiny but OK and clean; hot water is slow to come up but plentiful once established, and there are enough towels. Wi-Fi is intermittent but the signal is strong when is there.

I stay in motels quite a bit, it was refreshing to find one that was small and treated with true hospitality. The rate was more than fare, room was bigger than the one I almost paid double for the a couple days ago. In a nut shell it was great. (by the way I've never posted one of these good or bad).

Honest Review. Its a hot shower and a bed to sleep in. Great water pressure. (borders on pressure washer ;-) No frills, no microwave, coffe maker, blower dryer, but the store across the street sells coffee at 5:30AM. There is a refridgerator and Wi-Fi. The room was a mix of the 60s to modern features. Most of the outlets in my room were two prong, so I had to buy an adapter at the Walmart in Berlin to plug in my laptop. There is a tube TV with fuzzy pictures on some of the channels. We had a second floor room and the floor squeeked. I felt a little bad for the room below, but it was not my problem.
