I had to cancel an "un-cancellable" room due to a Covid scare in the family, and a pending snow storm. They kindly let me cancel. I will definitely rebook with them. Thanks CI and Choice Hotels!

Second time staying here. Beds are comfy, breakfast is awesome and the coffee is good.

I used to work for the owners of the establishment years back st the Holiday Inn Express over om Durham NH by UNH. Very wonderful people to work for. It was very nice to see my old boss Cynthia Ladd at the Comfort Inn to get caught up and to have her check me in was great. Not badly priced at all. Thanks for a great stay, think I might extend it!

Nice hotel and even has milk alternatives with the breakfast.

What a dump, got pics of old wire mattress, cable didn't work, front desk woman rude as hell. No jacuzzi as advertising under Priceline.
manager Cinthia "Cindy", rude as hell too. They outright refused to refund us. Fraud as I see it. Even charged us extra day, plus charged my dog, we had already left, but they refused to give money back.
Im outraged, horrible, never ever ho there!

Absolutely the best Comfort Inn & Suites we have ever stayed in and we use this chain whenever we travel from Florida to Maine.
Staff is spot on and so pleasant.
The breakfast was excellent. Sausage, bacon, eggs, omelette, various fresh fruits, cereals, local bagels and blueberry muffins besides yogurt and almond and chocolate milk, juices, coffee etc.
This hotel is spotless, witnessed two people polishing door handles and waxing in lobby area. Our (two queens) room was tastefully done and up to date, very tidy and great vanity in bath room.
The lovely gal behind the desk said on Wednesday night they do a two beverage per 21+ person plus various dinners such as chicken, French fries etc. All complimentary!
In the warmer weather, they do a cook out on Wednesday night!
We were pulling a small trailer so parking can be tricky but there was plenty of larger spots. Around the hotel are several restaurants that are a few steps away. Very convenient!
We will most definitely be back to this ***** Comfort Inns & Suites!

Hands down the best. Cant thank the staff here enough by what they did for me this weekend, I believe the lady's name was Jenna but she was incredible and overall outstanding. I had requested early check-in due to an event in town and they had the rooms all ready to go way before I called in the morning, next was transportation which she did her best to accommodate us. I love staying here and will continue to do so when I'm back in town. Rooms were great minus the smokey smell in 1 but they addressed that issue without any hesitations. Again this place does amazing, breakfast tho could use an upgrade with the hot selection, but no worries.

I don't usually leave reviews but this Comfort Inn was stellar! Very nice room! I will definitely stay here again next time I travel to this area for business.

We've stayed at other Comfort locations and we're always satisfied. As far as Dover, NH, this building is in good location. Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. My only complaint is the pool was very cold and closed for two of the four nights we stayed. Overall though, I would happily recommend this location.

I was only here for a few nights but I have no complaints. Rooms were clean and nice. Didn't use the pool but it was there. The staff was helpful. Exactly what you need out of a hotel for a business trip.

I don't think you can beat this place for the price. The free breakfast is decent with exception of the hot food. We stayed here for a few weeks and were able to see what they regularly serve. Sausage patties 90% of the time that tasted awful. Most the staff were great. Patrick is very attentive and helpful. There was a blonde lady working breakfast and was one of the rudest ladies I've ever met at a hotel. Asked for silverware to dip out food and her response was to sarcasticly point out all the plastic forks and spoons instead of asking what was needed. Then when asking when they would serve bacon again she repeated her sarcasm by replying " not today ". All in all it was a good stay and would recommend the place.

Nice and clean great beds reasonably quiet decent breakfast buffet.

Two years ago, I came to this hotel for a convention. This year I decided to stay due to being familiar with the area. As AGM of a platinum award winning hotel, this one would definitely compete with ours. I didn’t get to interact with much staff but the overall cleanliness and condition of this hotel was outstanding. Rooms are huge and comfortable. If you like choice, this is the place to stay!

People were polite and the breakfast was good the room was very clean. I would stay there again.

Loved this place. Very clean and courteous staff. So helpful, they even took me to see the suites for an upcoming possible longer stay. Location convenient with 99's restaurant next door. So surprised to find a puff on the bed which was warm and so comfortable. Plenty of room, towels etc. What you'd find at a high priced hotel.

Nice rooms. A little outdated but, very spacious. Free breakfeast is horrible. Customer service was great. Ravi the front desk clerk was exceptional. Hotel was reasonably priced.

This may be billed as a two star hotel in listings, but this is an exceptionally nice, affordable place to stay. The value in terms of what you get vs. What you pay is favorable. The rooms are well appointed and our room was immaculate on check-in. Staff have all been friendly and helpful. One housekeeper in particular was kind and cheerful when we needed emergency vacuuming. (Toddler) Another instance found a maintenance man stepping outside his role to help me dispose of bagged trash. (Toddler again) The continental breakfast is good, with hot food offerings of eggs, sausage or bacon, and fresh waffles from an easy to use iron. Plenty of cold options are also available, plus fresh fruit, OJ that isn't gross and as much coffee as you need. Every Wednesday night there is a free dinner. There is easy access from the parking lot to the building. I've docked a star because the Wi-Fi is not very good. Clients seem to be capped around 3Mbps and it is hard to do more than one thing at a time. One night I needed to download a 2.3GB file and it took hours. Like five hours. Download speeds were sometimes as low as 5KB/s. Yes, 56Kbps dial-up modem speeds. Just writing that initiates scent-memory flashbacks!

Staff, especially William, is phenomenal! Very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, the salt water pool inviting and morning coffee hot. Will definitely stay again.

Just got here after 2 1/2 he drive after work to attend conference. Desk staff friendly and helpful. Fridge microwave and coffee in every room… which is spotless and appealing. Breakfast available in a. M. So far very impressed and happy!

Clean rooms, the hostess was very helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Would stay again when I'm in town.

I stayed here 3 years ago and every Friday they hosted grilled food and drinks. The staff were extremely polite and Professional. The Manager was awesome.

The suit is very nice and spacious. Set up is nice. Breakfast is decent. Hotel is quite and in a good location. Not sure if the floor was vacuumed. There was candy and bottle caps under the night stand. Tv guide provided is no where close to the channels that were actually on the tv.

Very impressed went in with low expectations based on stays at other locations with Comfort Inns and Suites. The room was very nice and clean not to mention spacious. This was a very good stay.

We were there, along with a lot of other guests for a wedding. I called earlier in the day to confirm what times the shuttle was running to the venue and was treated extremely rudely by Fawn who answered the phone on two separate occasions. When we arrive, we went up to our room to find huge holes in the walls all the way down the hall and the carpet tipped up and thrown into a pile in the corner. There was exposed insulation and this was the same on all floors. The hotel was undergoing some type of extensive renovation of some sort and should have been closed, or at least have it done one floor at a time and close that floor. There is no excuse for arriving in a hotel and seeing construction material all over the place. My comforter on the bed was dirty and stained. The air conditioning didn't work in the halls. When I told this to the hotel staff, the front desk clerk listened and was courteous and gave me a $50 credit, however this room was in no way was worth $150. The other wedding guests I spoke with had the same experience and the parents of the bride told me that they lost their reservation and didn't have a room for them. The next morning, I arrived at breakfast at 9:55 and they were already putting it all away and didn't offer to get me anything and said I had to eat whatever was left out there. We stay at Comfort Inn when we can, but after this experience, we wont be doing that again.

Comfort inn suites was absolutely perfect for an overnight stop in a trip. The pool was nice but a little shallow. The room was surprisingly large, with a nice bathroom. The breakfast was good, yet left us lacking in terms of quality. Overall pretty good hotel for an overnight, but I wouldn't stay for a vacation.

Clean, comfortable room and friendly staff. Our only issue that when we checked in at 3:45, our room wasn't ready. Staff did come right away and take care of it.

I booked the banquet space for a bridal shower I helped host today. Kevin, the event coordinator was so helpful! Living out of town he made planning easy by phone and email, always ready and happy to answer my questions. The staff working the day of the shower were kind, supportive and just as excited for our event as we were. They were quick to assist with any requests with a smile and kind words. We were very grateful to have our event here, and the shower was a great success for our bride to be. Highly recommend this hotel for your function or meeting needs!

The room was of appropriate size and comfortable. It has a microwave, refrigerator, desk, and chair. Halls were clean and quiet. The staff were quite friendly and helped when the could. Always polite. The ventilation in the bathroom could be improved. The whole room became quite humid during my shower. The main problem is the wall mounted heater/ac unit. The room was uncomfortably hot so I tried to turn the thermostat down. When the dial hit the midpoint between heat and cool, where a person might be comfortable, the ac compressor turns on. The air comes out comfortable but the noise is terrible. The thing roared away all night long. I didn't sleep much.

For 3 yrs my family and I have stayed here and we do our Christmas Exchange in the dining area. Then we enjoy the pool for a couple of hours. Well this time we arrive and were told there is no pool for us to enjoy. But yet we can walk to the Hampton Inn across the street with 6 grandkids to enjoy their pool. Why we didn't book at Hampton Inn at a cheaper rate and a new pool, I don't know? So after return back to Comfort Inn we asked for a meeting room to play a family game. The woman at the front desk was wonderful she opened up the meeting room to let us use for 10 minutes. But the morning employees were picking after a 4 yr old with Autism about his running around and playing. Sorry but that 4 yr old could have been in a pool burning off energy with the rest of the kids if the pool wasn't closed. We won't book again so much for family tradition there Hampton Inn he we come!

Rooms clean and appearance nice. Disappointed a bit in the breakfast, things were empty and not very fresh, coffee was cold and tasted burnt. Which is unlike the breakfast we normally have from comfort inns. But everyone was friendly.

Great place! Although there were people partying on the patio til late one night a small it was super loud. Not their fault though.

The rooms were clean and well kept. Breakfast was average and Wi-Fi was terrible. There was also a smell of cigarette smoke in the elevator and halls (not in the room).

Was there to photograph bridal party before their wedding. Hotel was nice and accommodating.

I am rewriting my review of this hotel because they made things right and gave me a much better experience.

They lost the block for my wedding and instead of calling me to fix the issue, which I would expect since they needed my name two phone numbers and an email address, they treated my friends and family calling for the group rate rudely. I had an extra 18 people staying in my two bedroom apartment because they didn't want to deal with the rudeness.
