Completely disappointed in my stay here at Westford regency. My family, kids, and grandkids got 2 rooms for the weekend in hopes of enjoying the pool, hanging out together and skiing/tubing at nashoba. Hotel is very outdated. No microwaves in the room was annoying but whatever we can deal. The front desk staff on Friday day were absolutely miserable. Short and no answers to questions. The restaurants are closed, the hot tub is closed, and there is no housekeeping. Told to leave towels and trash outside the door. It’s been there almost 24 hours and is still sitting there (gross)! Wish I did better research before booking. On third party sites such as booking. Com and hotels. Com these closures are not stated. We were expecting a much different experience. Kids wanted to swim a little but pool area is very cold, water was chilly and very cloudy. Kids were bummed. Now here we are all snowed in, no help from staff shoveling cars, parking lot was plowed terribly making it difficul to get from hotel door to car. Figured we’d swim because our tubing was canceled and they close the pool for the night! Why close it for the entire night starting at 3pm? We were told it was too dirty. Disappointed with this hotel.

We had very good time using the hotel pool on Christmas Day 12/25/2020 till we came a cross front desk attendant Laura.
Such person should not be allowed near any customers.
We where refused pool access because we were “late” to our booked time.
With two toddlers it was disappointing.
Hope never will see you again.

Stay away from this place. The young receptionist females are amazing, give them raises, other than that the place is a disaster.

Sadly had to cancel a reservation for a room after a wedding reception could not take place. Even after booking a non-refundable room they canceled it without a problem and I was off the phone in less than a minute. I hope I can book again in the future. Thank you.

No newspaper. No cookie. No food at the bar. No k cups with caffeine. No parking. Poor customer knowledge. Poor pricing. Poor mattress support… Beautiful lobby.

Conference rooms were nice. Seats were comfortable. The only issues I had we're that sometimes the audio did not work well during talks and the bathrooms were far too small for the number of people at the conference.

Sunday bunch is really good. Location is easy access to 495 and lots of places to eat locally. The gym is great offering classes and a pool.

Great room sizes and clean. Although part of the hotel appeared bit old… they still have old style lick keys for some rooms. But for the size, cleanliness and size I liked the hotel.

The rooms feel nice. Not overly clay but not real cheap. The TV signal is pretty terrible, but I haven't used it much anyways.

I was only here briefly to pick up a friend, but it seemed like a nice place that was well maintained. It was pretty visible from the street and easy to get to with a number of stores nearby. Westford is a nice town that seems quiet enough so this could be a relaxing getaway if you don't want to be too close to Boston but still have some conveniences nearby. My friend remarked about how they still use a metal key for the rooms as opposed to a key card system.

Attended a professional seminar for a full day. The facilities and services were good. Lunch was great. Access was convenient, even from Boston due to the reverse commute.

Beautiful place! To rest and to recharge of good energy, I will return.

It's a cute place but I wouldn't stay here if not for my company booking it for me. My TV was not working when I first checkin in but they did correct it very quickly when I was out for a work meeting. Bathtub had no bath mat and no non-slip treads on the tub floor so it was quite the experience trying to shower and stay upright! Housekeeping staff is incredibly loud and slams doors as they are cleaning, although with how difficult it is to close the doors I guess I don't blame them very much. Thermostat also was annoying. If you go above 69degrees F, it automatically turned the heat on even if I pressed the A/C function. Room service breakfast was delicious and on-time. Clark's pub food was very bland and service extremely slow since there was one person working and a bunch of people at the bar from a conference. Hot tub was so tiny and monopolized by the only 3 people that could even fit in it. Also, barely anyone delivers here apparently according to Google or they all close by 9pm. Not a convenient location from what I experienced.

I went there for a training in the Whittier room. The regency looked absolutely amazing. The room was nice and spacious, and felt perfectly sized. Finding the room was also no problem as there were event boards helping me with directions. Everything felt welcoming and nice.

I just had my wedding here yesterday. They did an amazing job and made my day stress free! They were so helpful and wonderful and the food was delicious! Sue and Rachel were great and Teresa (who had been with us for our tasting, rehearsal dinner and wedding) was absolutely fantastic! We will be going back there for brunch again soon just so we can visit her! She is a delight and I’m so happy she was part of our special day. I can’t say enough good things about this place! I would recommend it to anyone and everyone that is having any kind of event! They went above and beyond! Thank you so much! — Jessica McCullough.

This place is a dump. Should have been torn down 10 years ago. There are plethora of smells in my room; most notable curry and mildew. This place ain't cheep neither, $160 a night. Don't waste you're time find a Marriott or Hilton. Day 2. Water leak in my room had to move to different room. A/C don't work in this room. Colleague saw rat in the bar while having a drink. Another family we are traveling with had ants in room. Day 3. House keeping came and went. I pull the bed covers up every morning, sort of picking up before the maid comes mentality. Well the beds were in the same shape when we got back. Gratefully I will be leaving early from my mandatory stay. A wise person would not discount this review. Stay elsewhere.

Look elsewhere for any kind of meal accommodations, good luck trying to get a reservation for Sunday brunch. You are forced to leave a name and number to a 'reservation line' which never gets back to you. Put in a request 3 weeks ago, no callback. I called the main desk, they claim they do not handle the restaurant and redirect you to the reservation line. They told me they only have 1 person working the restaurant, and when that person is occupied with seating and arrangements, they do not handle phone calls. Sounds like the typical Verizon support model where they send you from phone to phone until you give up. Look elsewhere, not worth wasting your time.

Clean, updated rooms and bathrooms along with comfy beds. Great restaurant and a heated pool that we did not use but a lot of other families did and the front desk was VERY accommodating. Definitely 5 and would recommend Westford Regency for sure.

I come here every so often for the brunch buffet on Sundays and it is fantastic! There's usually a live pianist in the lobby playing music that can be heard from most of the dining areas, which is very classy. Food is excellent too, and there is an omelet bar which I love. I have not stayed overnight here so I cannot speak to that aspect, but if the dining situation is any indication, I'm sure it's equally fantastic.

Have been here twice for Best Buy. The convention area is clean and the staff is very accommodating. Additional chairs, tables, adjust the temperature, we asked for it all. No problem for them. Food for lunch was fine. Pastries and continental breakfast of sorts was fine. Snacks in the afternoon are very good. Knowing of course that each client can choose different items. Each time here, I've been very happy with everything.

Attended an event here — everything was well put together & the food was absolutely delicious, especially the coconut shrimp. The Inn itself was very clean and proved to be an excellent location for a Christmas party.

The gym is great. It's not usually overcrowded and is a pleasant place to work out. The bar has a nice atmosphere and is relaxing and not over priced.

The hotel is a little old but the care is good.

Everyone was very nice. They allowed us to borrow an easel from the front desk to use for a few days while we were there for work. Overall nice hotel and courteous staff.

I booked this place as a venue for my wedding. They have a beautiful ballroom with a stage my band was able to use. I chose them because they were very accommodating, fairly priced, and the food was good. I had no problems with the service like some of the reviews read and I had gone to visit on several occasions. A lot of the inn and rooms are recently renovated and are very nice. I found their best feature to be their service, communication, and fair accommodations which just means the world when you're stressed out planning a wedding. My guests loved the customized menu we worked out with the Westford.

Nice public rooms, good food for a hotel. That said rooms are terrible. Moved out of my first room due to non working TV And phone. Also drain on A. C. Was plugged so room was extremely clammy. Second room has sticky door lock, peeling wall paper and fungus on walls. It on looks like someone tried to iron chewing gum with the the supplied iron. Desk is too small to do any serious work. Rooms need a complete make over! If you are in area for business find somewhere else to stay. You can thank me later…

Beautiful hotel. Clean rooms, incredible pool and breakfast. This place is kind of a throwback, but in a good way. Competitively priced with the chains with a touch of class.

The inside is more ornate than I imagined when I first walked in. The chocolate chip cookies up front are a nice touch. There is a great pub and gym on-site and they have a clean pool as well. The rooms are modern and spacious. The bed was actually comfortable.

Free cookies at the front desk which are delicious. Nice cozy rooms, comfy beds and pillows. Rooms are newly renovated. The bathtubs are slippery and could use bath mats. Breakfast looked delicious but I wouldn't know because they charge.

This hotel is terrible. The front desk and cleaning staff are not polite or courteous and they treat you like garbage. I had a long term stay here, so every time the maid came in to clean she would freak out because something was out of place. She would call her manager to inspect after finding the tiniest issue. One time, I had left a small piece of food on the ground and the manager freaked out because "there was food all over the room". I also wanted a microwave, but they did not allow it because they wanted you to eat from their over priced breakfast (which you would think would be included for the price you are paying). I couldn't stand it after two days, so I left. I tried to get a refund but the hotel was so greedy they do not allow refunds. They are now trying to charge me with defrauding an inn keeper even though I only stayed one night and tried to settle up before I left. These people are the worst of the worst.

It has been very nice to stay here in this hotel. I attended a conference here and everything was very good. The only thing that was a little difficult was that the water has not warmed up fast.

The place is very nice and clean. I loved the town of Westford, there are restaurants and places to visit in the area.

Hotel is quite nice. It's going through a remodel, so since sections are covered in paint, and wood chippings. The finished rooms are very nice. They have the needed toiletries.

Front desk staff weren't friendly but the cookies made up for it. The outside entire could use more direction and the door locks must be updated to a card key system.

We went for a workout in the gym, and swam in the pool. Lots of great equipment. After we ate at the brunch buffet, very elegant and a wonderful variety.

Twice have attended a Prom event at the Westford Regency, and both times I have been more than satisfied. The food was delicious and there was something good for everyone one (I have vegan and gluten free friends that were so relieved by the selection). At our tables, it wasn't hard to find a staff member if there was a problem. The music and lighting was spot-on, and even the bathrooms were well stocked with "prom emergency" supplies such as safety/hair pins, mints, nail supplies and more. This venue is fantastic!

The room was OK, the bed was extremely hard and I had trouble walking in the morning because my back was so stiff so we went to the pool and had to leave because some swim instructor was screaming at two kids barking orders and making more than half the pool unavailable to the hotel guests, we spoke to the front desk about it and they told us that the sign indicated that the pool was in use during certain times, but when we looked it said the activities were supposed to be over at ten and we were there from five after ten until 10:28. Also, We stayed with a wedding group and were supposed to be in the same area as the wedding party but ended up being as far away from them as possible on the first floor. The bar almost sent me to the hospital from an allergic reaction when they put black pepper on my food after I asked them not to. They claimed they didn't put the pepper on the steak tips but everyone in our group saw pepper on them.

The décor was existing from the 80s. Service was attentive, but there was a distinct water damage scent across the facility. Very disappointing. Will not return.

Great location, very clean rooms. A bit dated but they are currently renovating and the new rooms look great! Breakfast amazing and a steal now adays at $12.

Didnt stay here but had a drink at the bar. Very outdated looking place, horrendous service at the bar, took the barmaid about 25 mins to serve us a beer.

I love this place. The decor, the ambiance, the people, the surrounding area. I love it all, and the owner is quite the guy.

The environment, staff and facilities were stellar. The food was AMAZING and plentiful. And the ambiance was very pleasant. I would DEFINITELY go here again! :-)

I thought this was going to be a nice place to stay with my kids while my house was under renovations. The room was decorated with children's turned pine bedroom furniture from the 70's and the only surface available was a small desk that already had a lamp, coffee maker and telephone. When we ordered room service, we had to eat off a chair since there was no place to put the food. Room service did not bring a large enough tray, and all the food was pilled in a heap. We asked for a cot, but they brought a squeaky mattress cot held together with a frayed bungee cord. The heater in the room was LOUD and could not get restful sleep. The staff was efficient, the pool was nice and the lobby is beautiful… but that's it. When I complained, they said they were changing the units. Not one minute too soon. I would stay there again only if I had no other options.

Great service, good food, best price in Westford.

They recommended Planet Coach as car service to airport and "hit the nail" on the head. The car service was fantastic.

This hotel thinks it is more important than it really is. A room door that does not close tightly unless firmly pushed led into a room with out of date, mixed style furnishings. A rock hard mattress and pillows that could have been purchased at any Walmart. The shower floor was badly stained and initially I thought it was dirty. If you use Priceline they charge an outrageous incidentals deposit of 200 dollars and if you pay it in cash don't expect to get it back upon check out. I'm not sure how they think in one night someone could charge 200 to the room given the fact that their room service was very limited. Do not waste your time with this place.

Had Thanksgiving lunch, and the food/service was top notch.

For $110 a night, it's about what you'd expect. The room was clean and comfortable, air conditioning worked, no bugs or anything, but breakfast unfortunately isn't complementary. Also, there are no nearby groceries open after 9PM! That's not a knock on the hotel, but just a heads up if you're planning to get in late and stock up for the next day.

Average accommodations. Good internet, friendly staff. Is that a real key you just handed me.

Worst place ever stayed. Asked simple questions at desk like can we order from restaurant and take to room since we had 3 tired kids they say "I don't know no one ever asked that" seriously? The couch smelled musty like water damage. No laundry on site. They have actual keys for the door. Like big gold keys! The rooms were small. TV channels were aweful. It was a aweful stay.

Great food, pleasant efficient staff. Great corporate meeting facility.

On this past Easter weekend I attended a wedding near by so the the bride and groom reserved a block of rooms, they asked to hold 40 to be exact. First upon my reservations 7 months ago we were told that they could not guarantee we would be near the rest of the guests. Secondly in our room we found 15 20 dead lady bugs laying on the rug, which makes me wonder how often they vacuum, and how well the rest of the room is cared for. Third the bride and groom had made a point to inform the hotel to expect a large amount of the guest to attend the offered breakfast buffet and was told that is fine we will be easily accommodated and is available 7:00-10:00. When we attempted to do so we were told we can not use the buffet because it will be used for Easter brunch starting at 11:00 and will be offered a limited menu because of this. When a large group of us came to eat we then told if some of us could come back later because they were not aware of such a large group coming. As some of us were seated very chaotically were told to please not stay long so as to be able to serve the other waiting guests. They had become so over whelmed with orders they started a minimal buffet that offered under good bacon and sausage no choice of toast etc. And that even tho pancakes are usually offered in the buffet that they won't have time to make them unless we place a separate order but was still charged for as if it was the normally served buffet.

Terrible customer service and lack of professionalism. This place needs a lesson in Business 101. Instead of finding a solution when they make a mistake. They attempt to attack the customer and turn it into their mistake.
