Excellent service, room on par with the chain's standards. Some of the public areas seemed run down or under repair. I was just passing through but would stay there again.

I enjoyed my recent visit in July. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. And the staff was friendly. Especially the young lady at the front desk who recommended a great local restaurant to me since I overslept and missed their continental breakfast.

A bit out of the way but clean and reasonable. Nice well stocked breakfast bar. Would stop again.

We had a king suite. The room was spacious and clean. It included breakfast. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was quite and in walking distance to food and some shopping. I would recommend this hotel.

3 stars for being decently nice for the price, really it's almost 4 stars because it really is nice for the price (the room I had was anyway). But you do get what you pay for, and this is the cheapest place around so take that with a grain of salt. Both front desk employees I talked to were very friendly and helpful. Guess I'll bump it up to 4 because of the customer service. There may be some real concerns about housekeeping though, keep an eye out for that.

Its quiet and really clean. Expect to be woken up by the sun no matter what tho. I cant fault them for that.

Pros — indoor pool and business center is a plus. Breakfast is good but their hours of availability is not clearly stated. Front desk is friendly though. Cons — Shower head broken, toilet running all hours of day/night made it hard to sleep. Mirror door appears to be repaired poorly and opens automatically if you walk by it or close the front door. Mirror is a hazard to people walking into it as the door opens silently behind you. Listing says outdoor pool which is incorrect. Half of machines in fitness center out of order. Ice machine out of order. Informed front desk of repairs needed and was told nobody was around to fix them for a couple days… : (

Hampton Inns is one of my go to chain hotels for business or a short weekend stay. They are staffed by friendly staff, Gadi at the front desk was professional and pleasant. The included breakfast was well supplied with hot and cold entrees and juices. Unfortunately, there were a few equipment and room issues which made the stay less enjoyable. Thr pool was closed, which wouldn't have been as big a deal if the only treadmill in the small fitness room wasn't out of order at thd same time. This forced me to improvise my workout. Also, the bedside lamp was mussing from the bed I wanted to use. These are relatively minor separately, taken together they took away from the ratihg I would have given to this HI.

Hotel is clean, staff friendly, location is OKAY, room on highway side and traffic very loud, limited breakfast options, water pressure is okay, dry cleaning prices are high by comparison.

Room was fine but power was out the entire time I was there.

Stayed here a few times for work travel and never had an issue. Check-in was fast and they fix any scheduling problems on the phone quickly.

Very pleased with the rooms. The staff is fantastic! They all make us feel very welcome when stay here, which is often. They've made this place feel like our home away from home.

Stayed there November 4th while celebrating my nieces wedding everyone was super courteous, room was perfect! I would recommend them to everyone!

All areas of the hotel were very clean and modern. Staff were all very pleasant. Not the most extensive breakfast, but we made do.

Overall a good hotel. Looked to be in the process of being redone. Rooms need some tlc, but I'm guessing they'll get to it. Great customer service. Gym was closed for remodeling with no anticipated reopening date :/

So far so good. I'm not picky and stuck up and expect 5 star treatment at a hotel costing less than $150. Room was next to elevator didn't matter, and over carport, didn't matter. Room was clean and towels and bathroom clean and free Wi-Fi and HBO and a frig and microwave. Staff was nice. Pool hasn't been used yet but others seemed to enjoy it, and fitness room was good, business office was in good shape and there was a half a dozen people using Wi-Fi in lobby in dining area. Good hotel in safe area and kid friendly at least my 16 year old daughter was content and you know how they can be at this age!

A typical good experience at the hotel. The manager was nice. Upgraded my room without me asking. Rooms were clean and the area is quiet. Surrounded by a technology park. Good location for business travelers for Mass and NH.

A 2 star is a 2 star. It wasn't good really. Smelt weird. Breakfast was okay though.

This Hampton Inn in Westford MA is a bit dated with furniture, TV and bathroom fixtures. Now this is comparing with other Hampton Inns. Plus the bathroom floor might have appeared clean but your shoes/feet stuck to the floor. Which caused me to use a damp Kleenex to see if just a sticky residue from cleaning left behind. No. Ended up washing the whole floor as it was disgustingly sticky and proved dirty. FYI took photos to send to corporate. Staff seemed unconcerned.

Great hotel… quiet clean, great service, great breakfast… will be my new place to stay when I visit family in the boston area,,,,

So far so bad. The room I reserved was not available. I had a King size bed and shower only room reserved. I received a room with double beds and a tub. Wi Fi does not work properly. I reserved the room 6 weeks ago so I wouldn't get the Highway side. When I checked in only highway side available.

This hotel was very new and modern. Nice beds and pillows. Very comfortable. Recommended.

Bed was very comfortable, and room was clean overall. Pool had an odd smell to it, and there was a giant softball tournament going on during our stay so the amenities were packed. Just a good place to get some rest.

Not bad, clock was 12 hours off and breakfast was just okay. Other than this it was a clean hotel with good service and parking.

Great bed! Lovely and warm indoor poor! Breakfast was so delicious and free! The woman who ran it was wonderful and worked so hard. Hotel made special accommodations for me to pay as I didn't have a major credit card. I thank yuh Dawn for all of your help, after a funeral brought me to town I was able to rest my head before driving all the way home. I just love Hampton inns. Thank yuh for such a wonderful stay!

Arrived yesterday. They never held the deposit when we booked. Huge issue over paying cash. Had to give a hundred dollar deposit per room and pay for the rooms upfront. We weren't informed about that when we called to book and we talked with them about it. Guy was super rude at the counter at check in about the issue. I asked to speaker to a manager and the guy at the desk calls the manager and makes sure that everyone in the lobby can hear everything he is saying. Finally got it straightened out but not after we just wanted to crawl in a hole. Then we go get take out dinner end up lost so it was a little after 9 when we got back. We knocked on our room door to get someone on the inside to open it as that happened we made a little commotion because we started to drop stuff, someone called a noise complaint on us. (People in the hallway) I'm sitting here like you got to be kidding me here? Adult daughter walk out of room with wrong key card (joining rooms and ours has the top lock set) she can't get back in to grab her shoes because everyone is sleeping so she decides to go get a coffee, gets yelled at by staff for not having shoes on. At this point I'm guessing the staff hates their jobs. The beds in our two rooms are those hard ones that move around a ton if you move a little. One of our rooms has a mini fridge the other one doesn't which is hard with 8 people. Hotel is nice and clean. Rooms were clean. Indoor pool is 5ft deep kinda small for the size of the hotel.

The room was nice it didn't have a fridge which kind of disappointed me. Other than that everything was great.

Every single time that I'm in Westford I always stay at this hotel. Not only is the nearest one to the place I'm visiting but the courtesy of its personnel, the cleanliness of its areas always makes me feel like I'm at home.

Very nice hotel with happy, courteous employees. We enjoyed our five night stay and appreciated the free breakfast each morning. We have stayed in many Hampton Inns but this was the first one where housekeeping left a goodie bag full of wash cloths, soaps, shampoos, and extra coffee supplies on your door knob if you did not want your room entered.

I booked two night stay for my family of five. I came in to check in and they said my rooms where not available, so they gave a night at the residence inn. They didn't have a room for the next night. I went back the next day and the guy said he could give me my room. He was the operations manager and he was not happy to help me. I felt like rooms I paid for where a bother for him. Won't go back.
