Catalytic Converter Cut off my vehicle and Stolen while parked here overnight 2/21/ 20. No Security. No acknowledgement by staff. Police report filed. Stay somewhere else.

Very fresh and very comfortably relaxing.

They will shovel and clean off your car for you. Very accommodating.

Miguel is amazing he fixed my tiolet in. 02 seconds and he was hilarious couldn't stop laughing.

Horrible front desk staff. Rude and nasty women with no empthay for our situation. We drove from Oklahoma with two of our kittens and we reserved this hotel because their website says PETS ALLOWED. Our poor kittens have been in the car all day and they said no cats. They use false advertising and promote pet neglect when the kitttens are exhausted and have to use the bathroom. ITS 9pm and we can’t find another hotel. These are awful people! Avoid them! No where does it say no cats. Just pets allowed. All other embassy suites we have brought our cats to. Never using Hilton again!

Class A customer service. Very accommodating and personable staff. Front desk attendants were so fun! Had a great conversation. Rooms are super clean. Highly recommend this place. ❤️ ps give them all a raise.

This hotel is disappointing. As I walked in to the front desk, a tenant was asking for a cot. The front desk responded "our rooms are too small, the Fire Marshall will not allow us to add cots to the room". He wasn't kidding. These rooms are small. Just a bed, 4 walls and a bathroom. In hotel lingo (which I just learned is a big difference), this is a Hampton Inn, NOT a Hampton inn & Suites. Breakfast was excellent.

I really am happy that we stayed here last night. The hotel looks great. The lobby and hallways are clean, bright, and inviting. The room was spotless and comfortable. I wish that we'd had time to eat the breakfast, but we had to get moving. I have nothing negative to say about this location, and would love to stay here again.

Standard hotel. Plain breakfast. Does have a decent outdoor pool. The coffee in the lobby was actually really good.

Very polite staff, clean room but a little dated. Overall a pleasant experience.

The location was good and close to shopping, eating, and other locations but we had some room problems. Firstly, it looked recently renovated, there were still '+' pencil lines on the walls were things likely were going to be put soon. Not a big deal, just the finishing touches. The major problems were that the floor and entire room felt damp, the bedding included. Also, the shower head wasn't anchored in place and moved when I tried to change the shower head settings. Overall, I think it was decent, but not worth the price, yet. Once all the final things get done (hopefully that is what is going on anyway) then I think it would be a good place to stay. Maybe we just had a rough room, don't know as this was our first stay at this property.

Friendly, clean and a pretty decent breakfast in the morning. I have not tried to pool yet but I will real soon.

My experience is that most Hampton Inns are great. This one is better than most!

Stayed her for two night and must I say It was great hot breakfast in the morning great seating area to eat, room was very nice and clean bed was amazing with lots of pillows and a soft fluffy comforter.

Good hotel, the breafast was very small compare to other hampton inn, dont have good variety for eat. But is free I cant complain about it.

Absolutely terrible. They kicked out my elderly parents after promising that they could except pets online did not except them when they drove up. They were had already moved into the room and they got kicked out during a tornado warning no doubt. So reprehensible I can’t even find the words. Add manager Tammy Baldwin this is for you you know where to go.

The service was amazing, and the room very comfortable. I am totally pleased with my visit.

Staying here now, as my husbands company is relocating us. Nice, clean and quiet. Love Rob, Erica and Damilee. Did have an issue with the weekend breakfast lady. Heard her talking about co-workers on numerous occasions, was rude when I asked about bananas. Was told to speak to the GM… umm why would I speak to someone I have passed in the hallway many times, near smiles or speaks, even if I speak first. Wish the rooms were a bit larger, especially the bathrooms.

We stayed here (family of five) over the Easter weekend to visit family. The stay was great especially using the pre check in and electronic key from the app. We never even had to stop by the front desk. When we got home my teenage daughter remembered that she dropped her iPad between the bed and the nightstand in the room. We called and spoke to Sarah who had someone check the room and find it. Then we arranged with Erica to send to us UPS. It arrived the next day. Big shout out to both Sarah and Erica! Thanks again!

I love this hotel! It's located in a high-traffic cluster of plazas, but it's actually pretty quiet in the room. The plaza has a good variety of shopping, restaurants, and alcohol options. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Love the breakfast! Would absolutely recommend.

I’m in town to train and have been staying here Monday-Friday for the past three weeks. Well today upon check in mr. Pedro was a total ass. He gave me more problems checking in then I’ve ever had before. Then sat there telling me that the three other times I checked in was wrong and that the 3 other people didn’t do their job correctly and was completely rude to me. Then he gives me a family room when I’m suppose to have a single. Can’t wait to get out of this hotel.

Very professional and clean, no more house phone and vending machines which made me disappointed.

The room had a big bed and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was great. There was plant of food including oatmeal, pancakes, cereal and more.

Good service, few flaws with the place, especially door card readers and tub drain, other than that not a bad hotel.

Came into room and the thermostat was on 60. Bumped it up to 68 but it was too hot. 68 is usually the right temperature, but in this hotel it was different. Your milage may vary. The sheets were comfortable but the comforter was too thick and hot. Room was mainly clean but there was a long hair on the bathroom floor. Breakfast was the usual fare, and it was pretty good. Overall the experience was alright though.

Clean rooms and building. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Finding the driveway was a little confusing and they pool was outside, not insider as stated on the 3rd party booking site I used.

I have been here for 10 weeks on business. The staff here have been amazing. Pedro on evening shifts is the best. I would stay here again hands down and no questions asked, it was a home away from home.

The location is perfect, the staff impeccable. Tbe beds amazing. I agree with other reviews that the soundproofing could greatly improve. I can hear the laundry room three rooms away. The halls are very noisy. But still great value.

I love staying at this hotel. I stay any time I'm in the area. The staff is freindly and helpful. Location couldn't be better, right on the expressway and plenty of shops and restaurants. Most restaurants offer deals for hotel guests. The room is clean and comfortable. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel was OK. It most definitely was not the nicest Hilton brand hotel I have stayed at. The room was very small, I am glad I only spent one night there. The room was cleanish. The bathroom had hair in the shower and the bath tub did not drain well. The common areas of the hotel were filthy. The neighborhood was sketchy and there were no sidewalks to walk our dog.

Was here for a business trip. Not the best hotel but not the worst either. Accommodations were decent, breakfast in the morning was not bad at all. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

This may be a case if lowered expectations, but I don't think so. The night before was a truly awful stay, so the Hampton Inn felt like a palace! It was clean and comfortable, the staff was courteous and helpful, and the other guests were friendly and talkative.

The location is conveniently located with easy access to the local area. The hotel reception area and sitting section is clean and modern looking. The staff is very friendly and shows they genuinely care about helping you during your stay. The rooms are also clean and relaxing. You can tell they take great care of the property.

Great location with restaurants and shops. Easy check in and nice rooms. They had free pizza and cookies for dinner too! As well as a tasty free breakfast.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. The room (212) was just as requested — quiet — and very comfortable, with a couch and a couple of footstools for resting our weary feet. My only complaint: the desk was a little cramped because the chair was not a desk chair, but an easy chair. Comfortable, but impractical.

Room was very nice and the breakfast buffet was very good. The staff was pleasant, courteous and very helpful. Highly recommend.
