Excellent hotel overall. Satisfying breakfast. Beautiful shower in the bathroom. Reliable and quick wireless connection. Awesome, huge hot tub and pool.

The Comfort Inn and Suites in West Springfield, MA is wonderful. Everything was clean and inviting. The staff was friendly and efficient. Has a nice pool and hot tub.

If you're stranded and need a place to crash for the night (because every other single place in a 100 mile radius is closed) — then, OK. But, otherwise don't waste your money. I booked a Double Queen Suite for Father's day Weekend and wish I spent the extra $30 per night to stay at the Hilton (I'm still smacking myself in the face for this). The room had an awful smell throughout and the carpets were dirty and stained. The carpet was also pulling up right where the carpet and kitchen floor meet. The counter tops had some form of a residue — including the sides of the counter. The utensils and cookware was dirty and or stained (Ok, not a huge issue because I washed it). The fireplace did not work and the internet was spotty at best. The comforters in the bedroom had dark stains. The sheets on one of the beds had a yellow stain. (Don't even ask because I have no idea). It just smelt old and not crisp/clean. The linen is changed on your 3rd day — Ok, I understand. It's to conserve energy. I can appreciate that BUT I wish my room smelt clean and didn't have a bunch of stains. Honestly, I wouldn't waste the money. I wish I slept in my car.

Gross. There's lots of places in the area, don't go here. The room was disgusting. Partly dried gum on the carpet was still sticky, the tile floors were dirty and sticky, the phone had a layer of dirt, crumbs, and grime on it, the TV remote was grey with dirt. Absolutely gross — — never had such a bad experience at a Comfort Inn.

It was depressing. We didn't have a frig. There was hair on the sheets. We had to change the sheets. Make up on the towel. Peeling paint and cracks in the floor of the shower. Something red in the corner of the shower. The furniture was banged up (poor yard sale quality) peeling wallpaper. We had a handicap room, which was not very handicap friendly.

Enjoying my stay for the most part was unaware that families were living here and taking up the entire pool But I still enjoyed my time or I think it's well worth the cost.

Their rooms are updated Beautifully Decorated with Chimmey. The Bedroom is separated by a door of the rest of the room. Full size kitchen with everything included. Nice pool and Jacuzzi area. I wish they had more laundry space. Breakfast is included. Overall I recommend it.

West Springfield Mass. Room was clean. Pool was awesome. Had to keep going to the front desk for new key cards because they would stop working.

Staff were great! Hotel not so much, my kids and I travel a lot for sports and this room was by far the worst we've stayed in. The pool and hot tub were great! The funiture in room 108 was very worn. I got a sliver from the end table. A lot of dents in the furniture. Dishes were not clean. Cobwebs in the corner by the bathroom. Neither heater blew warm air in the heat setting. And it was in the teens. The corner in the shower had about 20" of caulk/grout missing. The bathroom door handle facing in the bathroom was broken. All staff were very friendly, coffee was great convenient location.

Hotel was very clean. Reserved 10 rooms expecting there to be something wrong with one of them. Everybody enjoyed there stay. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. The person I spoke to to get the rooms named Howard was amazing and very understanding. I would stay and recommend this hotel to everybody.

Comfort always seems to outdue themselves with the rooms. You just can't beat them! Don't even bother getting some expensive hotel when you can get one this cheap that is of same quality.

Great hotel, friendly staff, very nice room, very clean and updated. We had the King Suite. The fireplace and separate bedroom was wonderful. Was able to use my Choice Prev. Points. Couldn't ask for more. Will be my hotel of choice when I'm in the area again.

So far… Nothing more that I could ask for. Friendly, accommodating, clean, indoor pool to refresh you. Easy to get to the Big E. Lots of food near by within a 2 minute drive.

This is a solid basic motel with recently renovated rooms. Clean, with comfortable bed, good shower and good breakfast options. Would stay again.

Always get great rates on rooms and it's our go to when we're in town! The staff is always accommodating to our needs, our rooms have never been below our expectations, the pool/hot tub is a pleasant amenity to relax in after a long day and a hot breakfast to wake up with to start another fun and busy one. We've been coming here for years, we always look forward to checking in and having a great time. You guys make us very happy, it's always disappointing when we discover no rooms are free when we try to book and it happen from time to time but, glad to hear business is up We'll be seeing you again soon!

F***ING DISGUSTING This useless place is aboslutely disgusting, there were stains on the sheets hair every where, in sluding the bathroom, and it smells. Trying to stay here from NH becuase of a family emergency and now I have to try and find some where else since I sat in the lobby at the front desk for 20 minutes with no one to show up or even attempt to come to the desk.

The motel itself was fine. I have a BIG problem with the Comfort Inn HQ's. They advertise false and misleading promotions. Their latest — stay 2 separate nights and get the 3rd night free. Wrong! They take your hard earned money for the 3rd night and tell you that you can get another night free at a later date. That is not the deal you sign up for when you join their rewards program. They have a bad business model. I highly recommend you not use any Comfort Inn. There are plenty of other motels around that provide good quality for the money you pay. Stay away.

The Comfort Inn & Suites I will not rate because I spent four nites there and I'm talking only about the one in Windsor Connecticut, it was the worst time I ever had at a motel and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Much better than I expected. There was a bit of a rowdy crowd staying there, but the room was very clean and the staff were great.

The room was OK, no way to control a/c, was freezing. Kids hanging out on the hallways late at nighthaving a pizza party, noisy, there was what I think was a security person there but did not addressed them. Shower enclosure need some scrubbing. Check out is at 11:00 am but housekeeping person was knocking at the door at 8:30 am, why?

Very clean, comfortable and staff very nice. Breakfast was just ok I guess because danish was frozen, muffins were old, bagels were old too, eggs and sausage were ok but free so can't really complain, pool and hot tub were great too. Nice spot to stay, good price.

Very nice hotel, we got the two room suite and it was very spacious. It came with a full kitchen, natural gas fireplace, two flat panel tv's, pull out sofa and table. The bathroom was nice and clean also, it had nice see through glass sliding doors on the shower but the shower head was a little too dispersed for me. It was still good pressure but it was kinda like being rained on. The beds were comfortable and everything worked. Breakfast was average.

Room was clean and comfortable. I liked the convenience of a microwave, fridge & coffee maker. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Our reservation was for two days but on the second day found the key card wasn't functional. This was an annoyance as we parked in the back to use the closest entrance to our room and it was pouring with rain. We were in a hurry and had to waste time driving back around to the front for a new key. Would have been nice to be told at check in. Continental breakfast was a plus but I do like hash browns with my eggs (not a big deal). I would recommend to my family and friends.

I was not very impressed with this comfort inn as it was pretty dirty for what I expect from the brand. It was in a very odd location and there were people sitting out in the parking lot drinking beer half the night and it was all pretty noisy. The ice machine didn't work and the room itself was not very clean. The staff were very friendly though and very helpful, but that didn't really make up for the other shortfalls.

It's in a quite little section of West Springfield. The room was nice and clean. There's a pool. And the staff was super friendly.

Six flags was the reason for the stay the only thing was the pull out coach had no comfy blanket or pillows for it. The desk was all out of pillows when we asked for some. Breakfast was great and the pool was nice.

I went here 2915 before wit burned down but I gues that now I will go this week I love going there with my family I recommend it 10/10

No complaints. Simple and effective lodging.

3.5 stars, Expensive. If the rooms were about $25 cheaper id have given 3.7 stars. Not too bad of a location, ice skating rink directly across the parking lot, food within walking distance, and a Stop n Shop grocery store 2 miles away. Suites had kitchens with stoves etc. Air quality was on the chemical side, but windows opened. Breakfast was the typical choice hotel junk food.

We were traveling, and at 2 a. M. After searching for a room for 2 hours, there was only one left for miles. Unfortunately, it was at the Comfort Inn in Springfield. Upon opening the room door — the entire place smelled of mold. It was musty and disgusting. I hated to stay there (especially with my two babies) as I was terrified at the thought of what we were breathing in; however, the thought of falling asleep while driving and killing us all was worse, so we stayed. I would not even remove my socks in this room. The entire place was run down and the kitchen area was dirty, but the moldy, musty smell was worst of all. The breakfast in the morning was too small for the number of guests. I have no idea how they get away with charging so much for this place. We paid $169, and $80 would have been too much (had there been any other option)! Run — far away — and hold your breath as you do!

Booked at the last minute due to a family funeral nearby. Location was awesome in that it was on a quiet frontage road yet easy to get back on I91 & MA Pike. Staff was very polite & professional on the phone ahead of time & in person the duration of our stay. Suite was fine — roomier than it looked, working heaters & beds comfy! Not a big or deep pool but fine for our young kids — pool/hot tub/spa area seemed well-maintained, extra towels available, etc. Morning breakfast was great — so many choices! The only ding was that the dishwasher in our room had standing water in the bottom & the kitchen sink didn't drain well. Not a big deal as we've never had a dw in a hotel room before! Now we know a safe, clean spot to stay when we come back to the Springfield area!

Stayed for a job trip. Hotel is slightly out dated, but well kept. Staff was nice, breakfast was fine. Husband enjoyed the pool. Shopping and restaurants very close by.
