Totally functional hotel. Nothing to write home about but neither should that be expected. Would certainly recommend for business travel/ stopover in transit.

Room was clean, bright, fresh smelling. Very nice room. Only complaint was the mattress didn't have much support anymore. But that's standard. Will visit again if needed. Thank you.

So the property is definitely up there in terms of age, but has been recently refreshed. The biggest drawback is the walls and floors are very thin, so I would strongly recommend getting a room on the top floor. The staff were friendly on the first visit but seemed indifferent on the second visit. Great location near the interstate and halfway between Northampton and Amherst. Close to local attractions such as Yiddish Book Center.

Decent room with king size bed. No fan in bathroom. Average hotel buffet breakfast of fruit, oatmeal, make your own waffle, cereal. No complaints. Front desk staff were all friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel close to the highway and our family. Comfortable beds, nice amenities. Staff was very kind and thorough.

Great location, right by Holyoke Mountain reserve and UMass Amherst. Bed was very nice. Gym was also well equipped.

I came here with my family (2 adults, 2 children) for an overnight, and it was absolutely delightful. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a friendly receptionist and freshly baked cookies. We checked Into our room which was very spacious and tidy, and the beds were very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, and the shower water pressure was fantastic. We noticed the pool and gym which are a great addition for someone who might be staying there longer than we did. The next morning we ate a delicious breakfast near the fire, and got ready to check out. Everyone was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone for any length of time. It was a very cozy and enjoyable stay, and for the affordable price it was exceptional.

Nice, clean and quiet hotel. Has an indoor pool. The complimentary breakfast is good and has a varied selection. Staff is friendly and professional. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location, fairly close to shopping, food and other attractions in the area. Room was clean and modern. Pool was small and a bit cool. Breakfast buffet had a good spread and was kept stocked. Staff was very friendly. No bar or restaurant onsite but several local places deliver if you want.

This was a nice property with a friendly staff. However, the Wi-Fi by my room (middle of second floor) was so weak I couldn't get to the captiveportal logon page. Fast connectivity is a must for business travelers, and I hope this was an isolated incident. Everything else at the property was functional, clean, and to my liking.
