Matt and Claudia were perfect hosts making our stay wonderful! Breakfast was delicious, and the room and its amenities very comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring the island by foot or bike. Can’t wait to return to this great home away from home!

Quaint, charming and a great location. The Seven Sea Street Inn was a wonderful place to stay. The Inn is located within walking distance of down town Nantucket and the ferry dock. The room we had was spacious, well equipped and well maintained. There were all the conveniences you would expect to find at a hotel that sometimes are not at a B & B. They include mini fridge, hair dryer, iron, toiletries and A/C. The breakfast was delightful. Home made dishes, thanks to the owner’s wife, were lined up as well as great coffee and an elegant rustic table setting for the guests to enjoy. The owner’s personal touches, small and big, are what make the Inn special. From the seashell butter knife to the working massage chair all were greatly appreciated. The owner was there to greet us and was onsite to provide information and assist guests. There is also an out door garden area with tables and chairs to enjoy. They will let you leave bags if you arrive prior to check in. I would highly recommend the Seven Sea Street Inn.

My family and I (wife & two teenagers) just spent two nights at the Seven Seas. We enjoyed it more than the Inn we paid twice as much for last year. Location was fantastic, Chairs, coolers and towels for the beach unexpected, and nice breakfast in the morning. Most important the innkeeper Matt was key in pointing us to the best beaches and places to buy food prior. Our best trip to Nantucket yet!

Best accommodations! I came with a company truck and they made sure that the vehicle stayed on their property so that I wouldn’t have to take a bus or taxi back to the location. My room was a good size in the main house and very close to the kitchen and outside door. I was not disturbed by traffic of ppl coming to breakfast or returning to their rooms. The hospitality was just outstanding! It was clean and cozy and central to the Main Street so everything but the beach and disc golf were in walking distance! I would recommend this place to anyone that mentions that they would be traveling to the island. First time going but it definitely won’t be the last!

This is the perfect place to stay in Nantucket. Great location — a very short walk from the ferry dock but tucked on a little side street which meant it was quiet at night. Matt is wonderful — welcoming, gracious, great restaurant suggestions and tips on things to do. He has created a warm and welcoming space — the common areas invite you to sit, read, relax. Room was spacious, well appointed and comfortable mattress. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

Delightful stay at this very beautiful inn… Great location, lovely decor, so clean and comfortable… along with a delicious breakfast, … and let us not forget the coffee, tea and cookies for snacking! Innkeepers Matt and Claudia are very personable and attentive. Thank you for making our first visit to Nantucket so wonderful. We are already looking forward to returning! Andre and Ginny.

Seven Sea Street Inn was wonderful! Matt was a wonderful host, helping with great information about the island and making us feel like being home. Claudia was also a wealth of information and helped set up any reservation. Breakfast was always yummy and provided a great start to each day. This Inn will certainly be my go to on Nantucket! Right in the heart of town❤️

Always clean. The cleaners are kind and sweet. Quiet location close to every thing.

Breakfast was wonderful and Matt was very hospitable. He was also very helpful with providing info and was a very nice host as well. Location is within walking distance to everything. Our room was very cute and comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again, in fact do plan on returning.

It's a quaint BnB with friendly, accommodating staff located within walking distance of numerous restaurants with access to beaches, nightlife, and other places of interest. The clean, comfortable rooms are especially nice given their rustic feel with modern essentials such as Wi-Fi and A/C. You can't miss spending a trip here.

I stayed here for work with a few co-workers and was very impressed. The staff is very friendly and accomidating. Each of our rooms was spacious for a B&B, the beds and showers are perfect (my two main selling points on a hotel).

Beautiful place with a wonderful old world charm with modern amenities built in. The hostess was fabulous and so kind. Location is perfect for walking distance to shops and ferry. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is because there was zero sound proofing. We stayed on the first floor and you could hear everything: the people walking above you and the people laughing in the next room or in the breakfast area.

Absolutely charming place. I was greeted very warmly and felt at home the entire time I was there. Since I visited in November they had a charming fireplace going the whole time which gave the place a very cozy feel. I wish I could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful stay at The Seven Sea Street Inn. Matt and Claudia were wonderful hosts. The location couldn't be beat, the breakfast was wonderful (as well as the homemade cookies! ) and the inn charming with exposed wood beams and traditional decor. We will definitely be back!

We arrived at the inn on June 19, 2014 to find a property that didn't look anything like it did on the web site. The outside was mossy and moldy looking. The inside looked like a run down Alaskan fishing lodge with furniture that was bought at a garage sale. We could not stay there for 5 nights. We had to pay our full deposit before we saw the inn and now are faced with the task of trying to get our money back from the uncooperative owners. I would rate this property a one or two star inn.

Best Inn on the Island. Beautiful, friendly and relaxing… breakfast was very yummy. Easy to get to everything, just a short walk, and Lo La 41 is right around the corner with a great lunch/dinner menu! Thank you for a wonderful experience, we will be back!

Seven Sea Street is the perfect place to stay when enjoying all that Nantucket has to offer. My boyfriend and I stayed there for the first time 9 years ago and has been the first place on our list to stay on return trips. The accomodations are fantastic, and the owner, Matt, and his staff are fantastic. The service is very personal. It now means even more to us now, we became engaged on the widow's walk on a recent long weekend there. I strongly encourage you to try it for yourself, you'll become a regular.
