We had a great stay! Thank you! Simple, very clean, freshly renovated. Rooms smelled like… NOTHING. So clean. We had a kitchenette room which was perfect for us. A quick walk to the water, we could see the ocean from one of our TWO decks. We will definitely be back.

Horrible! Beware owner will over charge your credit card late. Do not give them you credit card if you booked online. We were charged a different from what we booked online and now they are refusing to refund. Very unethical and cheating. Do not let them keep you card on file. They are plenty of other cheaper and same hotels in the area. This one is just over rated and expensive.

We just stayed here for our Honeymoon … it was perfect … perfect location to see all of Cape Code and Martha’s Vineyard. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I had the opportunity to speak with Bea while we were enjoying the pool one afternoon … very nice and approachable, she has own the place since Kennedy was President, 58 years. We will definitely stay here again. You will not be disappointed … we even forgot some of our belongings and they had no issue in sending it to us … this is a 9.9!

One of my favorite places. The staff is great. I miss Bill from a few years ago.

Great place to go and relax. Walking distance to beach, ferry are minutes away. Very friendly staff, and choices of many different rooms, but book quickly rooms go fast.

Almost worth the vacation just to stay here This is by far the best hotel in the area, and probably the best I have stayed at. It truly feels like you are staying with family. The rooms are cozy, clean and contain all you need. The location is fantastic. And the feel of the entire hotel is very welcoming and friendly. We have stayed here before and will again. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Quaint and spotless! Tastefully decorated. Poolside view. Pool area is inviting. Blocks from a private beach. Close to ferry and shopping. Main Street is minutes away boasting a variety of restaurants and shops. Staff is wonderful and helpful. Upgraded to poolside. Will visit again!

Clean, clean, clean. Everything in good order (or I'm sure they would make it right quickly). Normal policies and non-smoke throughout. Salt pool looks as clear as melted glass. Gas grills, morning continental breakfast, near beach and Martha's Vineyard ferry. A/C and Wi-Fi and variety of rooms from simple to replete. Dozens of great eateries and shopping within few miles drive. Falmouth Heights is a good take and this is well located for that purpose. Family owned and run with good sense. Been going there for years except sometimes I get shut out by waiting too long to book.

Location location location. Ideal location to leave your car for your entire visit. Walk or bike to the beach. Bike shop just 2 minutes away. Take a bike ride to woods hole in less than 40 minutes — great little village. Bike into town for cafe's ("Crepe Cod") or even to the stop & shop to backpack some BBQ meats. Yup, they have a BBQ grill and seating on the "compound" along with a pool (towels provided) plus Ice machines. Marthas Vineyard ferry (Island Queen) ⛴ is a 4 minute walk away (save the $15 parking and leave your car at the resort) Not many places in Falmouth can boast so many amenities in one stay.

They have big family rooms available that are always very clean and the staff is super nice and friendly. We have stayed there several times.

We opened up our new store, Spice & Tea Merchants on Main St, Memorial Day weekend and I had the pleasure of staying here. I felt safe, comfortable and totally happy with my stay. I will be back! I love the grounds — it's so inviting!

EXCELLENT experience! My wife and I spent 3 days in Cape Cod for our 1st wedding anniversary and stayed one of those day/nights at the Falmouth Heights Motor Lodge. Everything about the accommodations was great from the first moment we walked through the door and met "Paula" with her infectious smile and pleasant personality to the manager "Maureen Kelly" who graciously upgraded our room when she found out it was our anniversary, and finally "Rae" who provided us with a wealth of information and guidance upon our departure. The location is fantastic and a very short walk to the Island Queen Ferry which we took over to Martha's Vineyard for the day. Will definitely return to stay there again and recommend them to others.

It is a beautiful place. I spent the weekend there for my Oldest Best Friends (Joyce Elaine Chesley's) wedding.

My husband and I were looking forward to having a few days off after a hectic summer and choose this motel for its close proximity to Falmouth Center and ferry to Martha's Vineyard. We were placed in one of the anchor houses on the property, a quaint suite that included a kitchenette. Unfortunately, we had to leave the very same night (around 10 pm) we checked in due to a family medical emergency. The next morning we drove all the way back to motel to leave the keys (I forgot to leave them in our haste to get to the hospital). Just as my husband was handing the man (I assume it is a husband and wife team that own the motel) at the front desk the keys and letting him know we couldn't stay — the first thing the man said was "no refunds". Granted I am sure they have their policies for no shows and need to make money, but there was no reason to be 1). Rude; 2). Assume that we were asking for a refund — my husband did not ask for one just wanted to explain that our leaving had nothing to do with the room; and 3). Not be one bit sympathetic with our situation (like "I'm sorry, hope everything is ok, etc… "). The woman called the next day (Monday) around 1 pm and said she would give me a refund for the second night of our stay if they could rebook it — REALLY? We were staying a Sunday night and a Monday night; what are the chances of rebooking for a Monday night at 1 pm?

We stayed in this hotel and our room was separated like a "little house" I call it. This house only has two rooms. It is equipped with its own little kitchen with complete cookware, top stove, microwave, cooking utensils, plates etc… It is clean, the bedding is clean and not cheap looking sheets, some extra pillows which I like. The only thing I don't like is the headboard, when you turn during the night, the headboard moves and rattle on the wall plus I am a light sleeper so it wakes me up and also the wall is thin so you can hear mumbling from the other room, just hope no body is occupying the other side. Nonetheless, I like the little house.

July/August 2008: We have been coming back to this Motel every year since 1993 and have enjoyed it more each year. That say's it all. Great location, owners, staff, pool, access to the ocean, restaurants, and above all accommodations.
