Budget friendly place, Our was room small but comfortable. Very near to Steamship authority parking lot driving distancd to the City center. Manager at the desk was very friendly and helpful.

Ant breeding ground here along with all the mold 2 inch black ants in room. Mold and piss still on floor. Can u give a zero that's what it's worth. Gf having hard time breathing with black mold.

Great location, awesome customer service. You can hear through the walls also no alarm clock or telephone in room. No brochures or guides on what to do in the area. Need more comfortable mattresses… my back hurts worse and I was supposed to be on vacation.

We stayed here for our trip to Martha’s Vineyard the good thing about this place is its proximity to the shuttle service from the Woods Hole ferry. There is nothing to expect out of this place more than just a roof over your head to spend the night pretty old motel and shabby looking.

If zero stars were possible, that would be the rating… stay away from here. Total s***hole, literally one of the worst motels I've ever stayed in. Dirty, under construction/falling apart, smells of mold, old stained mattresses, stained carpet. Could be ede l stand sleeping here. Will never come again.

Filthy room had mold and mildew first day here. Shower was full of mold. Took more pics taking to management tomorrow.

Definitely not a family motel! Some parts of the room was clean but others were disgusting. I will NOT be going back there!

This place is very bad. I would not even put one star if it was not mandatory. The bed sheets and towels were dirty and the room also had pungent dust smell.

Got stuck in Falmouth when the weather wouldn't permit ferries to Martha's vineyard. The outside looks rough, but the inside was beautiful. A hidden secret if you're looking for somewhere on the cheap side. The manager/owner Eddy is probably the nicest guy I've ever met. Gave me a ride to my truck the morning of check out when I was slightly too hungover to function. I'll forget about the chipping paint on the outside, but I'll remember Eddy.

Stayed Aug 5, 2017. Good Value. Recent remodel looks good too. Bed comfortable. AC cold. Room clean. It is an older established motel with local charm, not a chain type motel and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Nice, clean rooms. Rooms are a little small but a great price for the cape.

Its ok but nothing special basically a room that's about it no morning breakfast or lobby or jacuzzi.

I've lived on cape since 2010 and have fallen back here when I've had no place to go. The Carleton Circle Motel is a affordable place to rest your head at night without worry of someone breaking into your vehicle. The amenities, friendly staff and level of comfort tops other cheap and local motels in the cape area. Although people have complained about certain things wrong with this hotel I in 6years have never had a problem with this wonderful hotel. To the owners of The Carleton Circle Motel I say this: keep up with how you run the motel and keep the friendly staff and you will always have a loyal customer like my girlfriend and myself! If I could rate this higher I would give it a 10!

I am throwing 5 star. 1. Price is very cheap 2. Nice people all management owner are awesome. Very helful. 3. The have bbq bricks thats a plus 4. Room are nice clean bathroom has good space. 5. It was horrible, bugs of all kinds crawling on floor, walls, bed and us so we had no choice at 3:00 am but to sleep in the car. They gave us a better room the next night as we reserved for both nights. Unfortunately, everything reasonable in the area was booked. We were there for a wedding and needless to say we were so tired from lack of sleep we didn't enjoy the wedding as much as we hoped to. The owner would only refund us $50 for the night we couldn't sleep there although I argued we deserved a full refund of $150. This motel deserves no stars. Pictures are deceiving, pool doesn't work, rooms are filthy and we even found hair between the sheets. I don't believe for a second the beds are changed between guests… Bare minimum for cleaning which is evident by scum around showers and random hairs and holes in walls covered with tape. I am really sick right now and I find it to be no coincidence I started feeling sick while staying there. Do yourself a favor and save up for a nice hotel and stay as far away from this place as you can.

There were two people bickering in between the two rooms all night. I couldn't get any sleep. The room was fine but the setup for two rooms in their own building was not ideal when sharing with these idiots.

This hotel has an extremely bad bed bug problem. Steer clear!

Warning — Stay at your own RISK** I called to make reservations for my parents, when the phone was answered, I heard loud construction in the background, and as I was explaining the rates and dates I would like to book, the phone attendant, cut me off, and told me he would call me back in five minutes. Four hours later, I had not heard from him, so I called back. I arranged a night for my parents and a separate night for myself. Two days later, I called to confirm the reservations, as they did not send me the email confirmation that they said they would. In asking questions about what I needed to do to make sure my parents did not have to put down a credit card, he told me he could “no longer honor my request. ” This was one day before check in. He told me he had cancelled both of my reservations and that I could rebook on his website and then hung up the phone. I went to the website, and it was not functional, when clicking on date that I wanted, it took me to an error page, and said that this page no longer exists. I called back, and said that the website was not working, what I can do to book these dates. He rudely responded and told me that I was wrong, the website is working fine, and hung up again. I called back, admittedly in a very angry fashion, and asked him why he was hanging up on me and why he was making it so difficult for me to book a room. Eventually he told me there was a customer waiting, and that he had to put me on hold.

Actually I stayed in this hotel with a friend of mine and we shared the room and the price we paid for one night was reasonable. The hotel was about 10 minutes drive to Sea Crest Beach Hotel in North Falmouth which was priced to ver $100/night. I will use this hotel again for my fire trips to Cape Cod area.

I read quite a few reviews that weren't very complimentary. I took a chance since it was the best price around and I was on business and was only staying over one night. It was clean and comfortable — found nothing unsanitary. It appears that the management has only been there for a year or two and are working very hard to spruce up the place and overcome their bad reviews from years ago. They are doing very well and I would come back with no hesitation. The manager was very friendly and helpful. I guess it's a family business. I hope the word gets around. From what I observed, their effort is admirable and they deserve to succeed.
