I loved the customer service the picina is delicious all clean the rooms are perfect for the family.

I love it here wonderful Hyatt House.

Clean and spacious rooms love the access to cooking and its better then most efficiency appts I recommend Hyatt to everyone.

We were planning on a 3 night stay but only ended up staying 2 nights. I was pretty disappointed.
The kitchen floor had a sticky feel to it.
There was a Food wrapper left behind the couch.
Grimy finger prints on cabinets and fridge door.
Cold water out of the kitchen faucet, hot water worked when it wanted to.
Room floors were lumpy and didn’t look vacuumed even after cleaning service came in to freshen up the room.
We had a two room suite. Suite A, the AC worked perfect. Suite B was hot unless the door was left open and temp was in the 60’s to cool off the room.
The beds were very uncomfortable.
The couch had small black hairs on it that resembled dog hair. We booked a non pet suite.
Hallways and common area’s were very warm.
Floors in the hallway looked like they’ve not been vacuumed for days.

Price may have been great for a family of 6 but definitely not what we expected as far as being clean when it’s gotten great reviews (which is why we booked at this hotel).
The free breakfast was awful, everything was cold and staff was not friendly when we needed to bring food back to our room because there was no room for us in the dinning area.

Hands down the best hotel room I’ve been in. We definitely will be coming back any time we come through town.

We Always stay at Hyatt house when we come up to visit Boston. The rooms are always beautiful and clean. The employees are always friendly and helpful. We wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Great hotel. Very clean and big rooms. The bed was very comfortable. Water pressure could be better though. Breakfast is great. And my kids enjoyed the pool. Having a kitchen in our site was real nice. Would recommend.

Very good hotel. Good service and clean place. Natural views are fantastic. Breakfast is good. Wi-Fi is good. Design and appearance of the hotel is nice and attractive. Free parking lot is available. Suites are great her for two or more persons. It is good hotel to take your family to. It is quite place.

The people at the front desk are attentive and focused and ready for our questions and requests. I love the interior of the rooms. They are clean, smell clean, feel clean. They have great service, an outdoor pool, a convenient gym, and their morning breakfast has great food including waffles, sausages, some kind of eggs, fruit, yogurt, cereal, and oatmeal. This place is newly built and will not let you down.

Now a fairly regular haunt for me, this Hyatt is a standout in my mind. Front desk was a huge help with a date mix up and they went well out of their way to accommodate. Consistently friendly. Rooms are clean, but room fees reflect the high Boston hotel market.

Super dope and helpful staff. The facilities are very clean and up to date! Local food places delivery, and the pool is awesome. Like most Hyatt House hotels, you can bring your dog along for $75 per stay. Nice breakfast options, and the adult beverage bar is good too.

Love Hyatts, always stay there for work and personal trips if possible. Staff was amazing as always! The room was dated unfortunately and the air conditioner was even more dated. Took all night to cool down and made it rough to fall asleep. I was visiting mid June during an 85 deg hot spell and thunderstorm, so giving the benefit of the doubt and saying this isn't a year long problem. Otherwise everything else with the hotel was great as always. Not every hotel updates it's digs every few years so I'm sure this is a common occurrence in the area.

Pros — Location is great! The area has free parking and very quiet. Staff very friendly. Provided cookware, gym, laundry room and computer room. Cons — Very limited menu items at the bar. Be prepared to order alot of take out or do your own cooking. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. Outdoor pool.

Excellent hotel on the outskirts of Boston. Hyatt House offers very comfortable suites. Especially this Boston was very comfortable. A room and a start with a fully equipped kitchen. We were two adults and three girls and we were very comfortable. Good breakfast and easy access. 'd be back.

Loved the service. The bartender was very nice and helpful with navigating good eats on the menu. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast is very nice! I loved my cereal, french toast, potatoes and eggs in the morning. They also have a good selection of teas! I stayed in a suite and it was very clean and cozy. The sheets smelled very homey, which is important for feeling comfortable. My only complaint would be the pillows. They are not very fluffy. Good thing I brought my own :)

I went here for a social gathering and had a great time. Staff was really friendly. Rooms were large, spacious, and cleaned to the t. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I was extremely excited to stay in this hotel due to the good reviews and the decent prices for a room. I was planning on staying one night with my S/O but we didn’t end up spending the entire night. The staff seemed busy but were extremely rude and one of the females was snappy with us. We finally got to our room after dealing with awful service and the room hadn’t even been cleaned yet from the last people who stayed. When we complained they hung up the phone so we had to go down and complain. They had someone come and clean the room an hour and a half later. We checked the room over and we checked the mattress and there were little bugs around the seam. Really hoping it was not bedbugs but we had a feeling they were. After dealing with horrible service, and a disgusting room we grabbed our bags and left. I truly do NOT recommend this hotel.

Excellent suite dimensions. Excellent for the price. Good location. May be ole furniture but well maintained. Needs better experienced housekeeping and a must to add a blower in the breakfast area to keep smell from penetrating guest's clothing. Friendly staff. Some guests behave in an unacceptable way during breakfast and in handling hotel property.

Not the best, not the worst. If I could, this would really be a 3.5 star rating. For instance, the room was clean, but not as clean as it could have been. There was a lot about our (one night) stay that was "almost. " I don't want to discourage anyone from staying here, but, maybe with a little more effort, this could have been a four or even five star review.

Hyatt House was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location is nice too. Service desk wasn't the nicest though. Overall, pretty great.

Great rate. Room was excellent. King suite with sofa in living room t. V and TV in bedroom kitchen is fully stacked and amazing. With fridge, freezer, microwave, stove etc. Staff was very friendly. And breakfast very good.

They play games with the room rate. Always book online and never call the desk. My online rate was $117 and when calling my rate was $240! What a deal… The room itself was clean however I had no cold water in the kitchen sink. The stairwells didn't look like they have been vacuumed in weeks. Not the best hotel I have stayed at, but also not the worst.

We arrived late it was very good staff attention with information and details for one night, the room very good spacious suite with all the amenities I recommend.

The stuff were very friendly. Breakfast was really good. We got a free upgrade. Clean rooms, comfy bed and free parking. I'll again want to come back in this hotel.

Enjoyed my stay at Hyatt House. Breakfast is good and shuttle service is reliable. Kitchen well equipped. Staff is friendly and helpful. Overall very good place to stay.

We stayed here for a full week to sight see the local area. Highlights are: breakfast buffet went over well with me AND the kids. Wi-Fi was free and a strong signal. House keeping was nearly invisible getting their work done. The kitchenette and fridge were used and appreciated. The property was easily accessible from the freeway, but tucked away enough that it was quiet and quaint. The front desk staff was helpful and kind. Would stay with the chain again and would recommend.

The location was very nice and located near plenty of restaurants. The rooms were decent with some issue like the door not being able to close in the bathroom and a wobbly countertop. The service was fine although during our stay people were outside screaming at around 2 in the morning and we could hear them from the third floor and they were near the entrance to the hotel but somehow the reception desk couldn't hear them at all.

Great stay — a few concerns. Was booked originally by my boyfriend but using my colleague rate because I was coming as well, however I called to change the name from his to mine because we were not sure that he would make it and also because it was under my discount. Woman at front desk on phone assured me that this change had been made but when we arrived it had not. If my boyfriend hadn't of been there this could have been a bigger issue. Front desk should not make promises they cannot keep. Also, plastic plates and cups were issued at breakfast, I found this lazy and in poor taste. We would certainly never do this at my Hyatt. When first arriving to room, refrigerator had large dent on it and there was NO shampoo, conditioner, or soap at all in room. Also watch for hair in bathrooms! There was one front desk person (male) complaining aloud about the wedding party being noisy at the bar. He was saying this in front of us and other guests which I found incredibly rude and unprofessional. Besides for these concerns, it was a great stay. Nice room, good breakfast, perfect location for us.

The rooms were clean, well sized, and well kept. We had no complaints or regrets staying here. It's also great if you want to get a suite for you and your family to share. Two bedrooms and a kitchenette and living room. We enjoyed our stay and everything was very good.

Clean and acceptable accomodations. We were able to get a room much earlier than our designated check in time which was much appreciated. We did not take advantage of many of the amenities, but have no complaints.

Nice hotel for a family vacation in Boston. You can't beat the price for a full family. Breakfast was well served with good eggs. I would recommend and come back again.

Great room for 6 of us! Lots of room for our two big boys to run around and get some much needed energy out. It was also easy to find and had a decent parking lot. We were traveling with a topper on so we need it to be close to keep an eye on. Breakfast was also awesome!

We got the double bedroom and it feels like a small apartment. It could easily fit 6+ people. It's not to far to travel to Boston. We were able to visit minute man statue, Salem witch museum, and Boston area within 30min to hour drive each time from the hotel. Breakfast from the hotel is decent. Worth the price if you plan to just get simple breakfast. They sometime have an omelette station.

Stayed with another guest while visiting. Location was inconveniently far out from Boston, and as I wasn't involved in any pricing decisions here I can't judge whether that was a good trade-off. Couch bed wasn't great. Breakfast and service were both good. Company was fantastic. Would consider in future.

This is a very nice hotel, clean nice room, excellent breakfast which was included, fitness center, pool. Would recommend this place and I would come back again.

Hyatt has always been my favorite hotel chain. This Hyatt House extended stay concept has exceeded my already high expectations. The room was spacious, artistically designed and had 2 TVs. The hot breakfast had a good variety of items and was delicious.

Never been to a Hyatt House before. Nice suites with kitchens. Dug it.

This is simply a great extended stay hotel. The staff is helpful and kind, the breakfast is amazing, the linens are of excellent quality, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable with fully equipped kitchens. It feels like a home away from home. If you are visiting the Boston area, you should consider staying here. You will not regret it!

Convenient location. Have a two bedroom suite. Roomy with a kitchen and open sitting area. Nice, knowledge staff. Also saw pets are allowed.

Lavish, clean rooms that are spacious with full kitchen, living area and bedroom with bathroom. Even the two-bedroom suites are awesome with living room and kitchen separating the two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Great place to stay. We checked out a bunch of hotels in the area to get a room block for our Wedding and I would highly, highly recommend this place over any and all others. They were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend.

This was my first stay at a hotel ever and it was a hood one. Room was clean and pretty, could have used more bkankets for the beds but the niceness of the room made up for that. The bar tender was also very fun and personable offering suggestions as to where we should go the next day as tourists. The free breakfast was also delicious and was never out of anything. Thumbs up.

The staff was very accommodating. Our party didn't fit in the two room suite, so they did everything that they could to make our stay comfortable. Omelette station and breakfast buffet is great. Cereal, eggs, bacon, potatoes, milk, juice, coffee, fruits, yogurt, and much more INCLUDED! Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Outdoor pool is heated, kids had a great time! We will definitely be back.

Our stay has been great. The staff are friendly and professional, and have helped us out with any issue that arose. The rooms are comfortable, though the beds are a bit stiff for my liking. Overall, a good experience.

Room was great — very clean and spacious. Food was delicious. Adriano from the front desk and Eric at the bar made the visit extra enjoyable — both were extremely friendly and a pleasure to talk with, almost like hanging out with friends. The only reason I won't give 5 Stars is because I was there with part of a reunion group and we were told that our rooms would be together, yet all the rooms were spread apart.
