A Hidden Gem! A bit off the beaten path, but close to South Shore Plaza and Logan Express-Braintree shuttle. Recently renovated, the lobby and breakfast area is gorgeous. Room also was spacious and nicely decorated. Fabulous breakfast of waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, fruit, various breads and juices. I would highly recommend staying here!

The room was comfortable and recently renovated. The location was good for us but still pretty far from Boston if you're looking to do some sightseeing. It was under renovation so there was construction going on and the pool was closed. The signage was also horrible to see from the road and very easy to miss especially at night. Service was ok but the staff wasn't particularly friendly.

Despite this being a pet friendly hotel, we found it to be clean and very comfortable. All of the staff with whom we interacted were very friendly and accommodating. The evening staff recommended an excellent restaurant that wasn't on OpenTable. The shuttle driver took us there and picked us up off-schedule. The breakfast was more than adequate, flavorful and filling. The room was pleasant though a little more attention could have been paid to corners, but this is a very minor observation. All in and for the price, this location had excellent value, in my opinion.

We stayed here for 2 nights during the recent storm due to the power outage. The people were helpful and friendly, making us all feel welcome. I'd highly recommend it.

Eh. Musty smelling room. Breakfast was lower quality than most Hampton inns. I’m not OFF HAmpton Inns but this was not a good one.

I was impressed with my stay here. The price was good and place is well kept. It is located outside the downtown area and a slight car ride away. The staff is friendly and professional. The pool and sauna is great. I had to rush for morning meeting so the free breakfast is so convenient.

Nothing wrong with the rooms or front desk staff. The maintenance staff were rude and used a lot of foul language around guests. I stayed a few days after a snowstorm and the parking lot was hardly touched by a plow.

EXCELLENT every thing.! Our home burnt down on Christmas night. We went there. The front desk with open arms. If we needed anything at all don't hesitate they were excellent! all the accommodations… that place is sweet no complaints from nobody everybody's happy in there is a vibe of joy in that inn.

The empoyees were very polite and helpful. The rooms are a great size and very clean. The staff was very accommodating. And I would definitely recommend family or friends to stay there.

I witnessed the absolute best customer service ever from the front desk employee Margaret. She is always pleasant but she went above and beyond when checking in a guest. She informed him of the 24-hot beverages in the lobby, the hours and location of business center, gym and pool. Breakfast options and hours, complimentary Wi-Fi directions and pantry. She also gave him 2 free waters! Great service!

The rooms are clean, though they are dim and dated compared to other Hampton Inns. However, the staff is friendly and the hotel shuttle runs regularly to a nearby MBTA red line station for easy access to downtown Boston without the headache of driving and parking in the city.

Room was great, but there was a party in a naihhboring room that went till 3am. Repeated calls to the front desk from 12 to 2:30am did nothing. Only 30 minutes after giving up did the party finally get broken up. Very upsetting.

This was a fantastic hotel! There are a couple restaurants within walking distance and the staff are excellent. This was a great place to stay!

I would stay here again without a second thought. Staff very professional and helpful, rooms immaculate, beds very comfortable. A wonderful place to stop for a full night's complete comfortable rest. Thank you!

It was nice and breakfast staff was very nice. Overall rooms were clean but didn't have a cozy feeling. However breakfast was great and staff was very friendly.

Room was far nicer than expected, with a couch, refrigerator, microwave, and a tv. Their free breakfast is better than some places $20 breakfast, Huge spread, very nice. 24hr coffre and cookies at the front desk. Staff was very nice. 100% would recommend, and 100% would return for a longer stay. 5 stars.

The room was clean upon arrival, and was well maintained and stocked each day by staff. The breakfast was good every morning. The parking is easy. The only think I disliked about my stay was the shower head — for some reason the modes were either shooting me in the face like a fire hose or barely dribbling. The stay was pleasant, and I would recommend a stay at this location.

Very clean hotel with very friendly staff. The area was not quite the location I was expecting but we had no issues. Room was very over crowded with too much furniture and a sofa and automan, I was told this was a studio but it was a standard sized room with all the extra furniture in it, and we could not even pull the luggage cart into the room to unload. Hotel itself was noisy with a reunion going on but our room was very quiet. Breakfast was the usual Hampton and well done.

Really worked for us as they're dog friendly and do not charge a pet fee like many other hotels do. For that alone this place is great. Our room was clean, nice amenities. Gym has free weights which was a plus. Breakfast was good too. It's next to a industrial facility of some kind which was loud at night, and you could easily hear other guests too. It's definitely an older hotel that's been renovated. Wasn't an issue for us as we aren't really light sleepers, but I can see why some other reviews mentioned it. Conveniently located too.

Visited 4.20.17-4.23.17. Pleasant and attentive staff. Clean rooms. Continental breakfast had many options. The shuttle drivers rocked, we had Connor a few times! Very familiar with area and able to offer suggestions regarding take out options for delivery to hotel. Nephews enjoyed pool.

Comfortable beds, copious breakfast and pool, a bit expensive but Boston is expensive.

I enjoyed staying here. I would stay here again if I had the chance. Great location and excellent service.

There were cookies for us to take when we arrived for check in! The room was very cozy and I loved the pool area. Wi-Fi speed was pretty good.

Right off Highway. Easy to find. Room decor kind was ehh. Early check in. Noon check out. Not bad overall for the price.

Location was a little outside of the Boston downtown area but they do provide a shuttle to the nearest subway station to take you into town. Other than that pretty standard Hampton experience. Everything was clean, prompt, and professional.

Very nice Hotel, clean rooms, polite staff, also has a pool and fitness room. They also offer a free shuttle service to the mall and train station.

Took a school group here and the staff was amazingly helpful. Couldn't have asked for better service!

Fair price, clean rooms, friendly service. What more could you want? The included breakfast doesn't hurt either. Only place I stay for business travel in this area.

The location is very good for the proximity of my business dealings. The rooms are clean, smell nice, and are fairly new. Staff was pleasant and the breakfast was decent. Highly recommend staying here.

This is a typical Hampton Inn. Rooms and common areas are clean. Employees are customer oriented and friendly.

Stayed at this Hotel in August of 2014. The room that my Mom and I stayed in, smelled like someone had to clean a dog (bleep) with one of those very strong cleaning liquids for pet "accident's". The bathroom I was in — The towels were 50% organized, 50% not and the bathroom was fine for everything else, based on that room I was in. The TV worked efficiently. Room was fine, except for the dog cleaning smell… As for the rest of the building — The staff were great and kind to my Mom and I. Breakfast food is great.

This hotel is near some sort of factory that makes noise all night long. The bathroom had black mold in the tub, the decoration is old and tired. I will not stay here again. I was told my room was quiet and all I hear is the factory.
