I would like to express my disappointment from your unsatisfactory level of service. I have expected much, the breakfast was free but who wants to eat their food.! It’s not so happy birthday anymore.

Amazing little resort. Not many rooms so it's not too busy. 2 great pools to swim in. Great food at the restaurant as well as the cafe. Great customer service, very helpful staff. If I'm ever in Bohol again I'll definitely be staying here.

Great views but the all important element for every hotel — the bed, was terrible. Would I recommend staying there? Yes, because the value for money was good. If the bed was better, this would be 5 stars.

Wow, what lovely accommodation and all staff were exceptionally friendly and good at their job. The hotel is in a really delightful location and has two beautiful swimming pools and a restaurant with an excellent range and quality of dishes. This boutique hotel is found just beside of the Blood Compact. Blood Compact is one of Bohol's attraction. The staffs are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean. Although at first, the reception staff gives us a room with a view of construction. After complaining about it, the reception gave us or should I say a better room with a view of the pool and sea. (Free of charge! ) Food is good. They serve buffet breakfast as well.

The manager Mark and his staff was very accommodating and so helpful! Whenever me and my fiance needed anything they were able to help. From giving suggestions of local bars, restaurants, doing tours, renting mopeds, and room service. The staff always greeted us every morning and night. Beds are comfortable and clean after a long day out, drinks are delicious, the pools were nice with great view. Will definitely be back next year, excited to see the changes in the construction around the hotel. They are building it up to do meetings around there.

The best resort I have been so far! I didn't even want to get out of town and see the rest of Bohol. It is that amazing!

Good boutique hotel with modern rooms and at the back side very nice view. The hotel has two swimming pools. The nearby restaurant smoque is excellent.

Awesome pool. Great and friendly staff. Location definitely a bit off the track but they have scooter rentals or you can taxi. Free water for guests. Drinks are great, especially Mango shakes. Sunset is okay, not the best location for a sunset. This place has a hostel feel to it in terms of social and night life. People out drinking and eating but it's still very much a resort as well.

Very friendly staff. Food was meh but the mango shakes were so delicious and fresh! Had about 2 everyday we were there. We rented a bike from the hotel and rode else where to get better and cheaper food. Take a tricycle or motorbike to Temper, it is the best! Both the upper and lower pool were very nice and cleaned daily. Take advantage of the distilled water dispensers. You can save a lot on water if you just refill there. Wifi worked well enough.

This place is very family friendly. We have a 6 month old daughter, they gave us the option of having a quieter room on the lower level facing the pool and the view of panglao island. The staff are really friendly, especially Ate Geann. The rooms are well cleaned with citronella spray to prevent mosquitoes. It would be nice if the terraces were lit with Citronella candles/ incense in the evening. The breakfast was nice, they could actually use proper orange juice instead of Tang. The dinner plates could be bigger portions for what the prices are. Great hotel, keep improving the authentic experience.

Hotel is a great location staff try their best but are not trained. One day our room was not cleaned. Rooms are tired an need revamping. Bed linen not ironed That said I doubt if there are better views from any hotel on bohol an swimming pools are suburb to relax in an by.

Everything you can look for in a hotel: Great location close to everything, GORGEOUS view, 2 beautiful infinity pools, comfortable and clean rooms, very helpful and friendly staff, delicious food… Definitely recommended!

Swimming pool is very nice and they have 2. With the ocean view the room we had is nice also spacious enough but the bathroom is small and the toilet has no bidet spray which is disappointing I like to be clean after. All in all its a nice hotel and heads up no elevator.

I just love the view of the ocean. Refreshing to the soul. It's amazing how the place is able to provide you peace and quiet while being situated just beside the Blood Compact Site which is flocked by tourists during the day.

Suites for ocean view lovers. The place itself will give you the relaxation you need but it gets even better during sunsets! The room I stayed in was clean and neat. Comfortable cushion, huggable pillows and soft comforter will give you a peaceful and deep sleep — sounds perfect for hibernation after your hangovers eh? The service was a five star. All the staffs were smiling and attentive. The restaurant were impeccable and they have the best coffee in town. The infinity pool was amazing, you will have an infinite time for yourself if you travel alone. The hotel is located in the center of the whole island so it’s both accessible to the beach and the town proper. If you need to relax, escape from work and watch beautiful sunsets everyday (almost everyday) … I would definitely recommend this place!

I don't recommend staying here. The pictures they post are really deceiving. The hotel is on a busy street. If the 3 parking spots are taken you are out of luck. There are no elevators and their bathrooms are horrible. There were flies everywhere as we ate outside. To top it off — my kids got scratches on their feet from the swimming pool. I have pictures to prove it. People have told us the tile in the pool has been an issue for a while, but management has done nothing to repair it. They are lucky they're not in America because I would've sued their ass! Management said they will refund our money, but it has been an ongoing issue since July and we have yet to see any refund. Save your money and pay a few extra dollars and go somewhere else!

UPDATE: It seems that the Chef at The Ocean View Suites has moved on and wow is it noticeable! We visited the restaurant twice in the last few months. Once for breakfast and once for dinner. The breakfast was frankly underwhelming with several of the resort’s in-house guests showing their displeasure VERY LOUDLY and you can’t really blame them. The food was very poor and the large party of ants on the bread were the only group seeming to be enjoying themselves. The dinner was equally disappointing with a drastically reduced menu a poor shadow of its former offerings. Our suggestion is to wait before visiting this resort in the hopes that they lift their game to something acceptable. We will update the score on our next visit. For the full review visit: com.

A little out-of-the-way. Too noisy for me to stay there. I checked in paid with my credit card and they were nice enough to refund my credit card transaction. I couldn't handle the noise.

The receptionist forgot to return my government ID during my stay in the hotel, and I'm leaving the country in few days, so she did an excellent job by shipping it through LBC! Awesome job Isabel! She must be recognized by the hotel! I love the calm view and the infinity pool! The food was good and reasonable, Wi-Fi works good! I wish it could be more accommodating to people with disabilities and elderly in the future. I'm satisfied throughout my stay!

Love it here. Good value for money. Good food. Nice beds. I love the balcony that we had. I just had a challenging experience with the location because tricycles will charge big money to get here.

Very good hotel Super friendly staff. Good food. Good rooms. This was more than we expected. Hotel van picked us up from the ferry even though I forgot to book it ahead of time. Front desk helped with booking day trips. Breakfasts for early starts and packed lunches for long days. After I visited this great place it was cheaper than a cheap B&B at home.

Was going to stay for 1 night but ended up staying for 3 because it was such a great place. Everything was so nice, the rooms, the pool, the restaurant and the staff.

I would rate the hotel facade 4 stars but with service overall rate is 2 stars. Unfortunately, the hotel's beautiful facade is overshadowed by how poorly managed it is. The hotel staff needs a crash course in service orientation and also the facilities in our room needs to be maintained more properly (they we're already worn down). We didn't even see the manager throughout the duration of our stay. Considering that the rate that they are charging is not a budget hotel rate, they should offer better service. The hot water for the shower was to be arranged by housekeeping upon request of the guest. I don't understand why since this is included in the hotel facilities. The food is passable; however, the selections in the buffet breakfast may be improved. The corned beef served to us was very salty and the eggs were also too salty. But, the real failure of this hotel is arranging for our vehicle upon checkout (which is a service supposedly included in the rate). We had an early morning flight so we asked the hotel to arrange for vehicle 630AM; unfortunately, the vehicle arrived 30 mins late! When I talked to the driver I was told that the hotel staff just called him that same morning. This is just poor and irresponsible service. We were expecting our vehicle to be ready on time since we had a flight to catch. When he arrived, the driver had no choice but to drive through slippery streets at high speed and overtaking every other vehicle just so we can catch our flight!

Nakakainis ung island hopping na package na binayaran namin… instead mag enjoy kami badtrip inabot namin… pag island hopping dapat may mga gamit sa boat na gagamitin sa island hopping ninyo. Like mask… pang snorkling para ka lang nagbabayad sa wla… e drop ka sa mga resort tapos akala mo free na un. Yun pala pagbabayarin kapa ng mask snorkling at tsaka entrance sa resort … e sana wag na kayong mag drop doon saan part kapa ba mag eenjoy doon … tapos hindi eenform ganun ang magyayari tapos magtutulakan ang boatman at tsaka staff ng resort… din taga hotel na ang nka collect ng package ng island hopping… iwan ko sa inyo magulo kau… kulang kau sa communication jan sa mga activities ninyo. Nakakahiya sa mga foreigner … e paano kung wla xtra dala money sa pag island hopping… nganga ka lang dun? Din ang room na gi book hindi tukma doon sa pictures doon sa gi book na room… mka badtrip talaga… the place is nice but the service and management is poor…

SHEER BLISS! The moment we arrived, we can feel the relaxing ambiance. Ocean Suites has breathtaking views and topnotch service. The service is impeccable, the staffs always flash their sweetest smiles and really walked an extra mile to serve their clients… Our room was overlooking the ocean — picturesque! We enjoyed taking a dip in their infinity pool — beer buffet was great… Awesome experience — will surely come back!

The hotel is on the un itself is not so bad. Unfortunately, a little dirty in the drawers, however, the hammer-compensated view. Wiso only a star, quite simply, my wallet got in the pool and from the balcony I saw as an employee it served in my eyes a no go, and therefore, only one star from me.

This relatively new place is a real gem for Bohol. Friendly & professional staff. Nice design and high-end facilities you won't easily find on the Island. Views and infinity pool (s) are amazing. And all this said, for reasonable prices. I like it!
