This place is crazily overpriced. Nothing special at all, the rooms are not great, the location is nothing to write home about and there is no reason it should be almost $200/night for one of these sub-par rooms.

Great Hotel I really enjoyed my visit to Boston and this hotel made it very comfortable, I would 100% stay at this hotel again!

It is ok. New furniture. There is a kitchen in the room, but it smells like curry.

Staff seemed really nice. But everything else in all aspects was terrible. I honestly considered sleeping in the truck one night.

This hotel is just ok at best. I stayed there and took the red line into Boston for work. It is clean and the employees are friendly enough. On the other hand, there is not much in the way of a continental breakfast and the coffee was pretty terrible. A bit harsh to say, but the bigger problem is the clientele who were just hanging around the lobby and seemed a bit like drifters or people with no where to go. Kind of made me feel a little like I was staying at a train station or 7Eleven.

The Citio is traemendo good prices, but the manager Robert Smith I a pal of cowards Isieron comments Rasistas against my I my family children Soi a veteran I do not sirben as human.

We stayed here during the PAX convention and it was completely full. Slightly below average hotel, clean but weird smell. No maid service as it's an "extended stay, " but they were generous if we asked for extra coffee, utensils, toilet paper, etc. Quieter than expected.

Location was great. Loved how it was like a studio apartment with all the necessities.

I give 5 stars. Staff very nice. Place is clean and all we need. Many reviews are misleading. We are very pleased.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in, bought a package from Priceline to get a decent price. Wow did I ever lose out. We rented a queen room 2 people. 3 pillows for people horrible beds & bedding. Going to have a very pointed conversation with Priceline and the manager of the hotel.

Called the day before we got here to confirm everything and we're told everything is good. However the next day when we got here there were old toilets in the halls and we had to wait more than 2 hours to get the first of our three rooms, waited another 2 hours to get the second, waited over 5 hours after they told us to check in to get our last room. Had a shower head in our kitchen sink. The bathrooms were not clean, there was hair and dirt in all three of our rooms. They have no kind of cleaning service during your stay. You have to take your dirty towels to the front desk and exchange them for clean towels. They advertise cleaning your dishes, but that only happens when you check out. The worst part is they will do everything to say your complaints are unfounded rather address the problems.

I can honestly admit that one night I had a bad stay. But when I spoke to the manager a couple of days later… he gave me a complimentary night which was great… Some hotels would never give you free night.

Not the greatest staff an the room also had a horrible odor due to their heating system. Free Wi-Fi works worse than dial up. Not a great sta stay for the amount of money I paid. Me a my family won't be back.

No glasses in room for water, bring your own bottle. Need to go to front desk to request plate or silverware. Poorly laid out room. Their "free breakfast" was a granola bar. No liquor stores or beer available for purchase nearby. Only redeemable quality is the ability to have a pet with you.

Don't stay here. Where to begin. We contacted them to get a rate. Was told about 140 was the rate. Got here and they charged us 200. Got major attitude from front desk clerk. Was very late and just sucked it up and stayed. Got to the room, very outdated, wall was chipping, they put a dresser and TV in front of the mirror so it makes it pointless and looks incredibly stupid. Turn the TV on and it won't switch channels or turn off even the buttons on the TV itself wouldn't work. Pillows are flat and need to be replaced. This place over values themselves and they need to do a complete overhaul. I've stayed in $100 rooms with more value than this place. It's a big area, find a better place to go!

Right of the highway. Perfect location for overnight guests. Rooms clean. Plenty of parking lot.

Clean reasonably priced hotel. Q at the front desk is great.

Horrible stay. I was in room 218 and the smell in there was horrible, so bad I avoided the room at all costs and when I did arrive couldn't sleep. Unfortunaly I was not able to switch rooms or find a new hotel as everything was booked. We traveled with 10 people and it seems not all rooms were in the same condition as mine. The bathroom floor and desk had splotches, my co-workers only had one hangar in their rooms. I would say if you do decide to stay here avoid room 218 as it smells REALLY musky.

As Exec Assistant — I am disheartened that I sent my team to this hotel for a business trip as all of the other hotels in the area, including the one where we normally stay — was completely booked. It wasn't just one of them complaining, it was all of them and about the same things — foul odors, (one of my girls has asthma and was unable to stay in the room) no hangers, lack of housekeeping, hard beds, thin sheets. The only plus side was it was close to the office where they were doing business. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel and I would recommend the hotel to fix a lot of serious issues!

No water glasses, no hair conditioner, no coffee maker, hard mattress, filthy stove hood… definately not worth the price.

Nice place to stay, has laundry in-house. The only cons is that is far from Boston and any MBTA station; also the free internet is really slow, basically useless (even for simple tasks), and you have to pay (per day) to make it a little less useless.

Nice and quiet. I could easily park my bobtail in the lot. Definitely don't bring a trailer.

Very easy to check in and the staff was very friendly. The room was clean and spacious, with a great little kitchenette. The hotel was about a 8 minute drive to the metro which was an easy way to get to Boston's center and fenway park. Also a nice small free breakfast is available in the morning.

I like that the hotel has a buenisim kitchen. The internet works very well. The Desyano is very simple.

No clean silverware, dishes, pots, pans or kitchen towels available. I had to go ask for them and they were dirty.

Check in was a simple process and the quiet atmosphere made sleeping after a long drive quite pleasant. Only about 15 minutes from a large shopping area made sure there was something to do while in the town. I enjoyed it very much.

WARNING WARNING Beware I Was Robbed By The HouseMaids In This Hotel On The 2 Of July 2015, I Stayed In This Hotel For Two Nights I Have To Say It Was The Worst Experience Of My Life, On The 2 Of July Two Of The HouseMaids Enter Both Rooms We Had Paid For And Robbed All Our Vaubles. "! The Manger Of The Hotel Had Giving Them Premission To Enter Our Rooms And Remove Our Things.! Even Though We Did Not Owe Them Any Money.! The Staff Tried To Cover It Up Saying That All Our Stuff Was There, They Wouldn't Let Us Search The Rooms For Our Missing Things, And Told Us To GET OUT OF THERE HOTEL.! We Began To Tell Them That We Were Not Leaving With Out Our Things.! They Began To VERBALLY ABUSE, SCREAMING At Us.! LAUGHING At Me While I Was CRYING because All My Expensive Stuff Was Missing.! When They Realize We Weren't Leaving Until They Called The Police To Investigate, They Finally Called Them. When The Two Police Officers Arrived They Ask Were The Two Housemaids Were They Said One Had Left An The Other Was Still On The Premises, They Serached Ges Locker And Found Some Of Sister-In-Laws Belongings, But By The Time They Caught Up To The Other House Maid He Had Got Rid Of My Thing, And Now The EXTENDED STAY AMERICA REFUSED TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT OF My LOSS, They Want Me to Be At The Loss Of My Personal Belongings Because They Failed To Do Backround Checks On The Staff They Hired.!

I would not give these people a star I me and my family stayed at this hotel last night This place is a joke are personal belongings robbed By the staff personal belong clothes jewelry and asked the manager to call the police they told us to get out we were liars Called the police very helpful they were arrested the staff take my advice don't ever stay here The manager of this establishment is something else.

I got ate up by bed bugs while I was here.

I stayed here for 3 months aprox for training in boston. The staff here is very friendly. The manager is very nice too. A lady at reception during night hours is horribly awful. If you ask her a question, she will become defensive. Internet connection, supperrrr slowwwww. Thats the biggest flaw over here. 0.2mbps is like stone age internet connection. Some people live here as shelter from government and clearly are on drugs. I have no complains though because of the staff here and the manager who are super friendly.

I had to come to Boston for work and my company booked me at the Extended Stay. Check in is 3pm. My flight arrived at 10am which got to the hotel well before 3pm. When I arrived at the hotel, Ginny had house keeping get a room ready for me within 30 minutes. I was very grateful since I had injured my back and really needed to lay down. Not knowing anything about what was in the area Ginny gave me some great suggestions. Ginny is always very pleasant and goes out of her way to make you feel very welcome.

We arrived after having booked 5 months prior and having received 4 confirmation emails of our king suite reservation, sent by Extended Stay America. The most recent confirmation was sent on Saturday. Confirming our stay that was to begin on Monday. The young lady who was working on Sunday, 8/10 at 7pm was in the laundry area on her cell phone, and seemed extremely uninterested in coming out to check us in. After we had waited and finally gotten her attention, we gave her our name, and she barely got it typed in when she said, "Oh. You had the king? Booking dot com overbooked you. We don't have that room available. " I didn't recall booking through them, but was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt. I asked what her solution was, and she just shrugged and said that we would have to call booking dot com. We walked outside to check email confirmations, and we saw that nothing since my booking time had come from booking dot com. Everything had come from Extended Stay America. We took these confirmations back in, to show her that Extended Stay had sent our booking confirmation several times since I booked, (had to try to get her attention from her cell phone again), but she just stared blankly and said, "I didn't send that. I don't know what to tell you. " I expressed that I understood that she didn't send it, but that it was directly from the company that she represents. And our room was confirmed. She simply shrugged and referenced booking dot com again.

Nice, cozy and clean rooms. The kitchenette is great! Stayed here for a week due to work and will stay again for sure. Price is great and the location is great as well. South Shore Mall is just a short drive. Know that the hotel offers a grab and go breakfast, so do not expect anything more than prepackaged muffins, granola type breakfast bars, fresh fruit, instant oatmeal and decent coffee.

Newly renovated Rooms! It was about time right? What a difference! I liked the new rooms with new floors and furnishings, plus it has a real kitchen and a huge fridge, laundry, internet, healthy breakfast (no eggs from a bag) and it's right next to the mall and expressway, this is a good choice if you need to be close to boston or west or south of there. Great place if you're a Senior on a budget (aren't we all? ).
