Over priced neighborhood Do they me wrong, its beautiful to wander around. But hardly affordable. Shops and entertainment limited, and also pricey.

We always stay at the Seaport Hotel. Great location and wonderful service.

Everything you would ever need is available and to top it all the staff are wonderful.
Also hotel is very close to travel amenities which are clearly marked and easy to use.

Beautiful hotel! Room was really nice and modern and the beds were comfy. Nice pool with swimming lanes and the exercise room was bigger than most hotels I have stayed at. I will definitely try to stay here if I do an overnight in Boston again.

Above-average hotels.
Large and bright rooms, very comfortable beds. Decor is classic modern, new and well maintained. Great cleaning.
Useful details are the numerous electrical sockets with multiple USB port.

Excellent establishment, clean, comfortable and classy. Very nice location as well. Particularly convenient if you attend an event at the convention center which is practically across the street. A few good restaurants in the vicinity as well.

Excellent Service, but pool hours leave a lot to be desired. Especially since we booked this specifically since it had a pool, we were very disappointed to find the hours were 9am — 5pm! For the positive: the front desk and all the staff were amazingly awesome! Everybody that I talked to handled any sort of requests/questions we had with a smile! Comfortable rooms, great location. Work on those pool hours and it's a 5 star for sure!

I stayed at the Second when I was in Boston for a work trip. The hotel was very nice and I was very comfortable there. The work staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar is a nice area to meet people and get some drinks. I would definitely stay there again!

Went in for a Billy Joel concert at Fenway. First visit to this hotel and certainly not our last. Employees were great and couldn’t do enough for you. Hotel is beautiful and impeccably clean. Price was reasonable considering we were in downtown Boston. Loved it.

This hotel is beautiful from the lobby to the rooms to the cute little cafe! I was in town for a video game convention and they seemed to not react to a whole bunch of people who were not their normal clientele roaming around and asking questions. It was a very short walk to the convention center which was really nice. Parking was a very reasonable rate, which is hard to find in Boston. Also, it is right across the street from a 7-11 if you need anything that you forgot. If you stay here, you are in walking distance of many delicious restaurants. I told the person who usually books hotels for my group that he needs to try to get this hotel again next year. The bed was really comfy, the shower was large and had dispensers on the wall for the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and they even provided 2 free bottles of water. I have no complaints at all about my stay.

Beautiful, fun, lively place. So much to and to choose from. Restaurants are awesome and views from the harbor are marvelhous. Great place to be!.

Also, for any guests with long hair, you'll be happy to know that the hair dryer is actually good and will dry your hair — a novel concept for hotels :P The location is really fantastic as well, especially if you're attending a conference at the convention center. It's just a short walk across the bridge. Really convenient. Cannot say enough good things about this place.

Amazing! Everything was perfect and close to the blue hills bank Pavilion which made it easy to walk to my graduation! The room was comfortable and clean. I enjoy the door bell and privacy feature as well as the master light switch. Staff was always so nice and helpful when looking for places to go and/or eat. The Tamo restaurant within the hotel was the best meal I had while staying here. The silver line bus stop is at the world trade center across the street from the hotel making it convenient to get to from the airport. The trolley stop is there as well for sightseeing.

Excellent Service, staff always smiling, very clean. It soundproofed at the door of the room and the slab of baton but that did not stop me from sleeping despite my light sleep. I would recommend this place. Moreover it is still well located.

This review is a lot of fun to write because I'm actually in the hotel as I review it… how meta. But, this leads me to the first point: This hotel has complementary wireless internet everywhere! Woohoo! I'm staying at the Seaport for a conference at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center (located down the block from here), and the location is super-convenient for conference attendees. Unfortunately, it's not particularly convenient for anything else. It's a 15-20 min walk to downtown (and further if you want to explore the trendier Back Bay or South End neighborhoods). You can take the Silver T line to South Station (there's a T stop (World Trade Center) right outside the hotel). But I find that walking takes about the same amount of time. The hotel itself is beautiful! The lobby is stylish and nicely appointed, and my room was very clean and well-lit. The flat-panel TV is a nice modern touch too. Thank you, Seaport Hotel, for making my time in Boston so comfortable.

We were there for a Gala event. The room was large and beautifully set up. Lighting and sound was great. The food selection was delicious as well. I enjoyed the salad, chicken entree, and chocolate Oreo cheesecake dessert. I'd eat there again for sure. All of the servers were very friendly. The restrooms are very clean and classy as well.

I always visit here for the boston ski and snowboard show. I love it. The parking is close and plentiful. The ski expo always has some great deals on gear and clothing. If you are just starting out pr an expert you can always find gear to fit your skill level. Also be read to purchase some ski trip or season tickets here. They have the beat deasl you will get all year.

Excellent all the way around. Further from downtown area then a lot of hotels, but is very conveniently located next to the World Trade Center subway station. A quick 5-minute ride and you're downtown. Also, the whole Seaport district is being built up and over the next couple years will be completely transformed. Definitely worth checking out!

This was the best hotel room I've stayed in yet. My husband and I were in town for a convention at BCEC and it was so easy to walk there and so easy to walk to a lot of places to eat. The bed was comfy, the room was gorgeous, I loved the shower and the fact that there were shampoo and conditioner dispensers on the wall … I can't say enough good about this place!

Amazing hotel, especially for the price! Room was very nice and upscale, along with the rest of the hotel. Our stay was perfect and the hotel is in an amazing location near really good restaurants! Would highly recommend the Seaport Hotel to anyone looking to stay in Boston!

Magnificent Convention Center. Functional.

Solid hotel experience. They do a lot of cool sustainability stuff (like having recycling in the rooms and implementing biophilia in their design. ) You can also watch Netflix and other movie services in the room if you have your own account. They have a really nice gym and a lap swimming pool. It's conveniently located across the bridge from the convention center. It's give more stars, but the room service menu was outdated (so they didn't have what we wanted to order) and it wasn't vegetarian friendly. The wine was good! Also, the food at the cafe downstairs was a bit unhealthy. For such a cool hotel, I think they could definitely up their game on healthy food selection.

Gotta go here… you will be glad you did. The best of New England!

This has been the best hotel stay I have ever had. The staff is very friendly and our 5yr old had a blast. Nice pool for him to swim in.

This is a beautiful hotel. The staff were a disappointment, though — I was there for a conference, and was sent back and forth across the bridge THREE times because no one knew where my event was being held. Very frustrating.

The hotel has a privileged location, you are close to the best places in Boston.

Room was nice. Was suppose to have a 3 pm check in. They said it was not ready and should only be 10 minutes. I waited 40 and went back to the desk, still not ready. After an hour and twenty minutes sitting in the lobby I got a call. Booked a king bed, got two fulls. It was all they had available despite having booked it. They advertise free Wi-Fi, but in the fine print it says only in the lobby. Nineteen dollars a day if you want it in your room. It was clean and beds were comfortable, I slept in both. For the price though I would only rate it ok.

This rating is based on the convention center, never have been to the hotel. It's a pretty good location with ample spacing. Been here for both Boston Comicon as well as Extreme Beer Festival. Only complaint I have is the mile and half walk around the building to form the "line" to enter events. Other than that no real issues with this venue. They have 2 bathrooms, one in the front and on in the back (More upstairs if they open it up for your event).

Very high level perfect for congressional activities a little out of the way but with the 1 minute metro to the center directly connected with the hotel.

Extremely clean room. All staff we had contact with was pleasant without being fake. I love the fact there is a big effort to be green. The hotel provides shampoo and conditioner that is in a dispenser that can be refilled, as well as hand soap. Pool was clean and pleasant with nice music.

We enjoyed a wonderful four night stay here. The staff were all excellent, went above and beyond to accommodate my special requests (early check-in, late check-out, particular view from the room) and our only issue (room service food that did not meet pur expectation from the description) was resolved promptly without difficulty. The hotel was beautiful. Room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Fitness center was very good and the indoor pool was a nice plus. Food and bar on-site were good but very pricey. It was much better to walk less than 10 minutes to the many nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries. We will absolutely be back!

As a guest, amenities were perfect. Full gym, classes available even, pool has two lanes and pretty much empty. As a wedding guest, the setting was beautiful! Very well organized and food was honestly cooked so well. I had the fish and it was moist. Servings were pretty big as well. Overall, a great experience.

Went down for the Christmas Festival. Not impressed, $15 to get in and there wasn't much available for under $5, opposite of what I expected for Christmas knickknacks. Learning experience but it was cool to see everything offered. Worth going if you have money to spend and you enjoy buying gifts for those you love.

Absolutely love giving my 2yo a gift on arrival he was thrilled. Hotel has been great no complaints location is great. Only negative silicone in our bathroom needs redoing as it's mousy but. Otherwise it's amazing.

Great location and the room was very good and the staff were very nice.

The location is what brought me here, but the concierge Danny helped me arrange thru email a car to be delivered for our second part of our trip. In fact any questions I had he took care of before we arrived. The room and beds are outstanding. The drinks in the bar a bit pricey. The bakery goods great. Great place to stay.

Staff was friendly and efficient. My stay was split across 2 bookings, and they made sure that everything was seamless despite that. The room was clean, and everything was in excellent condition. The hotel is in easy walking distance to the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center, via a bridge that avoids almost all street traffic. I found my stay to be quite satisfactory.

Everything is good, but the Keurig coffee maker in the room can be forgotten. The coffee doesn't taste good at all.

Seriously one of the best hotel experiences! Hotel is lovely, very modern but what makes it stand out above and beyond any other was the staff. There is no tipping, it is all included BUT the staff are the most friendly and helpful that we've ever experienced. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. ❤️

Clean, tidy rooms. Compact but efficiently laid out. Stainproof carpet, air filter, great ventilation and lots of places to charge phones and unpack. Sleekly modern aesthetic without being 'trendy'. Parking $37/night. Very quiet.

The whole hotel is service inclusive, so no need to carry cash to tip! The room had a very comfortable feel. And their room service was great! They have a lot of services they offer for their guests, so you feel well taken care of. Plus, it's just across the street from the convention center; so convenient if you're attending a conference there.

Such a nice hotel! Staff was very nice and able to check me in early. Concierge ordered tickets for us for the whale sight seeing cruise and suggested other fun things to do in the city. The room was spotless and the amenities were great. I had a great stay!

It's a very cozy place. They have excellent service. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful experience.

The hotel is very comfortable with very good comforts (an indoor swimming pool and gym with luggage for cardio and musculature). Very close to the public transport and accessible from the airport.

Fantastic place to stay on the bay. The hotel gives you easy walks to different landmarks and subway stations. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

I've been staying here for the past 5 years whenever we're in town for the Boston Globe Travel Show, which happens right across the street. Everytime I have a easy check-in, except for the last time which was by a new employee and she was a bit slow but I told her I needed to set-up for the show right away, so I left my bags with her and she took the liberty of sending them to my room. Another incident during this cold, winter's day stay was that I accidentally passed my debit card in my rush and they had scharged incidentals on there instead of a credit card that I was supposed to use, but they helped me clear up the problem that night itself and I received my refund on my debit card immediately. The customer service is excellent here! Plus is, the hotel is an award winning green (eco-friendly) hotel and has modern amenities as well as furnishings to boot. The Silver line is about a 5 minute walk away and there are a few good restaurants and bars just a couple blocks away; i. E. No Name Restaurant, Legal Restaurant, Legal Test Kitchen and few more.

Went for 3 nights (8/15-8/18/2014) with my husband and 3 kids. It was my son's birthday so they went to a Red Sox game. I dropped them off at Fenway and they took a Cab back to the hotel ($15). Since we have a 2 year old, my daughter and I ordered room service the 1st night after we dropped the boys off at the field. Food was great and I think the prices were very competitive. I don't think the restaurant would have been that much cheaper and so we ended up ordering room service for the bulk of our stay. Everything we has was great (cobb salad, chicken fingers, ham croquettes, breakfasts, burgers). The staff is amazingly helpful and courteous. Any request was taken care of almost immediately (extra coffee, blankets, towels, etc). I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and hopefully the level of service continues to stay where it currently is. The view was beautiful and we will make it a point to stay here whenever in Boston. It is about a 15 minute walk to Faneuil Hall and a maybe 5 minute walk to James Hook Lobster Co (delicious! ). It was about a 10 minute walk to Papagayo (amazing margarita snowcones! ).

My wife and I were in for one night for the marathon. Although I would not recommend the restaurant inside the hotel (food was ok and service was not so good), the hotel staff was outstanding. The young lady at the front desk was extremely polite and helpful always with a smile. The valet service gentlemen were above par as well, which made our stay great! I would stay here again in a second! We stayed in a king room and it was very well maintained.
