Everything about the place was good except the bathrooms! The architect must be extremely tiny to think normal sized people would fit in that space! But the beds/campfire space and play spaces for the kids were excellent!

This place is chill. They let you enjoy yourself in your own way. You never quite feel like you’re being pampered but you get to take hot showers or go for a swim whenever you want. The cabins have dishwashers and the tents have really cool camp stove setups. Clean linens and my kids LOVE it. There is a fella that works here named Sam who is always pleasant and has a great sense of humor. He is patient, kind and remembers faces. He seems to know how the business works and does a great job managing expectations. If he is not the CEO of Huttopia USA within 5 years then someone isn’t paying attention. Sam is an A+ individual and any company would be lucky to have him.

It’s a beautiful site with so many choices to stay. Beach, pool, and other amenities were all great.
So many places nearby to hike and visit as well.

Our awesome experience began when we called and talked to Sam on the phone. He was enthusiastic and more then ready to answer any and all questions we had. When we arrived he even called around for us so we could find fresh local eggs! He was so friendly and it was very easy to see that he enjoyed his job! Our site was beautiful. Everything they offered was priced well. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a weekend away! This will definitely be our new glamping spot❤️

We stayed in a beautiful cabin! Well built and full of comforts! Beautiful grounds, lake, scenery. Friendly, professional staff. Plan to return next summer (use the pool! ) Love it there!

Be careful, there is poison ivy EVERYWHERE! Beautiful place but they could use some real help maintaining this stuff. It's literally on the side of every road, footpath, and campsite.
Many of the huts have overgrowth, and need maintenance. Velcro strips holding tent conection points around doors where peeling off, crinkled up floor covers, bits of glass around both sites that we had.
Recreation are had ping pong table, but no balls. Beach needs dredging for weeds, and depth issues. Food available but extremely limited. They sold us wood but it wasn't even seasoned. Bring your bug spray, many low spits left about, creating stagnant water and bugs.

Too many screaming kids. Food selection was terrible.

Beautiful place enjoyed the pool and lake… Sounds of the highway were a bit disturbing thought it would have been more off the grid. Sam was GREAT! it's not easy to find your cabin the staff could be more helpful with that.

Fun spot, great cabins. We were right near the lake, awesome place. Can't drink the water, but they provide all the bottled water you need.

Best camping experience! Being new to camping, the tents we're very comfortable and spacious. It's great that they provided all the required utensils and cutlery… But cleaning them is a bit problem since the wash basin in the tent is small. But you can always leave everything as is and pay them $70 for cleaning. The toilet in the tent is perfect if you do not like common toilets. The tents next to the lake have the best view. They also have a play area for kids and a well maintained swimming pool. I will go back again next summer.

I'll start off by saying the place is nice. It has a new pool with a cool 1ft deep area for little tykes. It has a nice playground, sports courts, and food truck. The lake is also nice, although we didn't have time to rent any boats or anything. The cabins were good, had everything for making meals there (stove, dishwasher, fridge, grill). My biggest complaint is that for over $300 a night I was not expecting to make my bed, remove the sheets when I left, clean all the dishes, and take out the trash. We even felt like we should vacuum the floors in case we were supposed to do that. I could see that for a cabin that's $80 a night, but not for what we were paying. They also charge for using a pack-and-play which I found a bit odd. I'm not sure if it was just temporary, but when we were there the tap water was not potable, however they did give us free liter bottles of water for drinking. Not a huge deal but something to be aware of.

We stayed from August 23-26, 2018. This was a last minute getaway and we absolutely loved Huttopia. We were in a Trappeur, (#56). Everything was as described on their web site. The "tent" was well equipped right down to eco-friendly soaps and toiletries. Bring your own beach towels but bath towels are provided (in the unit we had). Bedding was also provided and we were very comfortable. Since the water is not potable they are providing free water bottles at this time (they are awaiting their certificate). In addition to our food and beverages we brought paper towels, disposable plates and our own grilling utensils. You can purchase ice and wood there. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. You really would not have to leave the grounds for anything if you so chose. If you need anything just ask. An Airstream camper is set up to cook and sell beverages, crepes and pizza during certain hours. There were basketball nets, a ping pong table, corn hole, hopscotch and a foosball table available. There was entertainment on Friday and Saturday night during our stay. The pool was refreshing and there were plenty of poolside chairs. The beach had Adirondack chairs and a couple of picnic tables to use. Canoes and paddleboards were available to rent. You can fish if you desire (license required) — we did. Although our unit had a bathroom, shower and kitchen set up — there were restrooms, showers and a sink to wash dishes very close by.

I would recommend Huttopia to any of my friends in a heartbeat! The staff is super friendly, and they've created an environment there that is perfect for families of any size. The lake nearby is beautiful, and the pizza that they make onsite is fresh and really tasty. I perform magic shows at events and campgrounds/resorts all over New England, and I have had the privilege of performing for the guests at Huttopia for the last 2 years — it's one of my favorite places to perform, and I personally am planning on bringing my family here for a weekend of camping!

We had a great weekend in August 2018 here… we stayed in a Canadienne tent and it was such a nice step up from our normal tent camping! To have everything set up, and to not have to bring your own bath towels or bedding made packing a breeze! Only tip I would suggest bringing your own paper towels as those aren’t provided… it’s a very eco friendly place!

Fancy glamping tents with a lake near by. You can rent canoes as well. They even have a small restaurant and a convenience store near the office and pool. Very family friendly, a great place to introduce young children to camping. Mice can get in the tents (not the cabins though), but the forest is their home…

We rented a cabin and a tent which was nice enough. The beds are awful and you can't drink the water which was a huge fault. However, with the tent on the water, you get a private beach. The privacy was worth every penny. It's a nice experience and is dog friendly.

Beautiful little campground. Super friendly staff. Only a few paddleboards and canoes but its so laid back you can usually get what you want when you want it. It's a great launching off point for the white mountains. Being dog friendly is a huge plus.

Nice place, clean and good staff. They were friendly and helped out whenever we had questions or concerns. Obviously there were mosquitoes and animals as a camp site should have. Lake was beautiful and the whole place was family oriented. The even played a movie Thursday night for the kids.

We came up for the weekend and absolutely love this place we already booked again for September I'm noticing a lot of people are doing that and I understand why. We had a Trapper tent with a bathroom situated right on the lake. The grounds are immaculate the sites are well-maintained everything you could possibly need is provided. They also have an Airstream camper converted as a food stand of sorts they serve crepes Savory and sweet in the morning as well as some Bakery items and at night they do handmade pizza from scratch along with some homemade ice cream all of it was delicious. The camping store and check in area was well stocked with quality items food and other necessities. We brought along a mattress topper for our own comfort they provided the sheets and pillows and comforters the cleaning products they provided in the tents and cabins were plant-based an eco-friendly. All of the units have a front porch some have a cooktop and some have a barbecue grill They also provide 2 chairs for each unit to sit around the fire ring or just relax on the porch. Highly recommend for any age.
