Loved our stay. Great outdoor hot tub. Quiet indoor pool. Best of all the bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Got a great rate coming “off season”.

Absolutely love this place. Penthouse has gorgeous huge deck with lounge chairs and table. Big room immaculate. This is probably our 6th stay here reccomend it highly.

Lovely, clean and welcoming staff. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were really nice. You can tell they care and keep everything spotless! Would recommend and definitely will be back!

Good for a low price, generally not fully booked hotel in Ogunquit. Walking distance from the town center.

Rooms and facilities are nice. Breakfast is okay although they do not have free drinking water. If you want water you have to buy from the vending machine. They also charge extra for a crib/cot in your room. They also charge more if you want to be on a higher level since the breakfast room is directly outside the people on the first floor’s room. Overall, an mediocre hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. Within a mile from Perkins cove. The hotel is clean. Our room was a suite with a balcony. Continental breakfast is provided. I highly recommend staying here.

We went to use the pool but it was very small. Front desk employee was very nice.

Amazing! We stay for a long weekend every November and I look forward to it all year. The staff is super attentive and rooms are always immaculate. I highly recommend the Grand Hotel!

My husband and I checked into the Grand Hotel on Sunday, October 29, 2017 for our annual 5-day fall vacation. As usual, our rooms were impeccably clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating, as always. We unpacked, enjoyed a good night's sleep in our comfortable king-size bed and the next morning we enjoyed a generous and fresh continental breakfast… right outside our room. We then left the hotel to explore the autumn beauty of Ogunquit and and the surrounding towns. Especially beautiful was the ocean at Ogunquit Beach, which was on this day, quite rough because of the impending Nor'easter heading up the coast. The next morning, we awoke to a major power outage that affected most of New England. Needless to say, we thought we were facing the rest of our week's stay in Oguinquit in the dark! To make a long story short, the wonderful Grand Hotel staff and crew moved us to their other property, Pink Blossom, on Shore Road which had full power. Not only did they cheerfully help us with our luggage, etc. They upgraded our accommodations at the Pink Blossom to a beautiful suite with a full kitchen and other amenities. Not only did they have breakfast ready for us the next morning, they also surprised us with a generous gift card for dinner at our favorite Ogunquit restaurant! We have been staying at the Grand Hotel for over 10 years, and we've enjoyed every visit and recommend BOTH the Grand AND Pink Blossom! Thank you, thank you!

My husband and I always stay here when we visit Ogunquit. When we check in, they always remember us and try to make sure we have our favorite room. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, the room is immaculate and breakfast is great. Coffee and tea all day along with fresh fruit and cookies!

Like coming back home. The friendliness of every person working here is supper. Accommodations are very comfortable, makes you looking forward to coming back.

This is a gem of a hotel! If you are staying in Ogunquit then make this your place to stay! The hotel is one of the most unique hotels I have ever seen. It is waking distance to the shops in town, and to Marginal Way by the ocean. The staff is extremely awesome and friendly! The amenities are spot on! Care for a swim, take a dip in the indoor pool. Feel like a soak in the hot tub? Then relax as the jets massage your body.
Want to relax in the room? Then check… out one of the many videos they have available at the front desk. Feel like a board game? They have a selection of games available as well. Be sure to start your day with the free continental breakfast. Hot coffee, tea, hot cocoa if you desire. Hard boiled eggs, cereal, pastries and fruit. A selection of muffins and toast and bagels.
I had the pleasure of a 3rd floor balcony penthouse suite and the out door deck is huge and perfect to sit out and gaze at the stars! If you happen to be on a lower level room they have common outdoor deck for everyone to enjoy as well!
Also worth a mention, is the parking garage located below the hotel. 1 space for everyone, and the elevator is conveniently located there as well! I can’t say enough about the Grand Hotel! Love it!

Our go to place in Maine! Great rooms, great staff, perfect brrakfast options, close to everything (centrally located) … fantastic spring and fall packages… reasonably priced. Love it!

Very nice staff. We have been here a few hours it's in the perfect location between Perkins cove and Ogunquit Maine. The pool is cute. The marginal way is 10 minute walk. We give this place a good review because it nice it's clean. It is in a great location. So far so good.

Nice small hotel. Clean rooms. A little bit of a hike but still walkable to downtown and the beach. Perkins cove is close by. Only enough parking for one car per room. Overnight parking is available about half a mile down at Jonathan's.

Been here for the third time and will choose Grand Hotel again. We have two kids under 10 years so the heated pool and hot tub was a big hit. Putting us across from the pool was a smart choice and made our stay enjoyable. We took out a few movies, enjoyed the free cookies and fruit that was always out and especially loved the super-sized continental breakfast that is much more than just your average "continental". The rooms are large and clean with a nice balcony off the bedroom to lay out your wet bathing suits. The best part is the location: halfway to Perkins Cove and halfway to the beach entrance of Marginal Way. Front desk is friendly and knowledgeable. Also, you're granted access to their sister hotel's amenities which is a nice bonus.

My husband and I were here for the weekend for our 45th anniversary. We had a great time and loved everything about the place. We will be back.

We had an Excellent stay, excellent staff, quiet, relaxing honeymoon. We would definitely return in the future. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one.

The Grand Hotel is very nice and the staff are very friendly. My husband and I booked our stay through Expedia and spent 1 night for a little getaway to one of our favorite spots, Ogunquit. We were lucky to be the only guests to use the hot tub after we arrived. We enjoyed the complimentary continental breakfast that was offered in the morning. The only negative thing that I have to say about this hotel is the fact that the walls are very thin. We could hear guests in the next room and they could hear us. So, the privacy aspect was lacking.

Room was very clean and staff were freindly and accommodating.

Just got back from a stay with my family of four. We had plenty of room at a reasonable price. The employees were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was good, and the location was great, close to restaurants and the beach. I will definitely recomend it to friends and plan to return.

We stayed one night (Saturday) in November. Charged $149 for a "penthouse suite" which consists of a small bedroom jammed with a king size bed and one nightstand (overlooking a street) ; a bathroom with a very low drop ceiling and small tub; and a small sitting room with a fireplace (they have to bring you a deraflame log that smokes up the room). Very large deck off the sitting room (the best feature). Small dorm-size refrigerator. The "hotel" overlooks a residential area and parking lot. No view. About a 10 minute walk to Perkins Cove (if it isn't raining) or 20 minutes to Main Street. Staff (at least off season) consists of two women and a young man. Tried to check out Sunday morning and the person at the desk was too busy walking their dog. Continental breakfast was very good — — as long as you get to the lobby early. "Amore Breakfast" across the street is a major ripoff. $20 for two for a plate of eggs and some french toast. Will stay at the Beachmere next time. For $150 you get a spectacular ocean view at a four star hotel.
