Those rooms need to be tented, sprayed, bug bombed and cleaned from top to bottom with ammonia. All beds should be double checked under the mattress included. No one should find body waste in the room.

The staff is wonderful, the rooms are clean and worth the money. The front desk woman is very sweet and helpful! may extend our stay because of her.

It's not bad but the person that had my room the night before was a drug dealer and I had people knocking and calling my room the entire time. Can't blame the hotel for that but it was not enjoyable.

Please take into consideration that I am reading the Washington road Augusta Georgia location. This is the first place I have ever been! There is mold growing on carrots, there is food and drink that had been spilled over the past good luck how long still on the refrigerator and other furniture, mold on bathroom walls, the pool is a joke! Want open of course the carpet w was so sorry it was black and stinks. My daughter was so upset she cried for over an hour I'm still cleaning out our room to me it bareable. I e — mailed the Wyndham corporation I'll like you posted as to what was done if anything to rectify the situation.

Room was not clean, garbage left on the dest, large amounts of hair (pulled from hair brush amounts) on back part of flush, little curly hairs all over tub, room smelled of urine, carpet felt a little wet around door area of bathroom. Only reason for 2 stars is we were moved to a new room.

Basic yet comfortable rooms. Bed and pillows were actually very comfortable! Room was clean.

Great location. Close to malls & restaurants. Great grab and go breakfast. Rooms were clean, beds are comfortable. The only thing I find odd is that both smoking and non smoking rooms are located together on the same floor. You could smell the smoke in the hallways.

Pretty much just your basic ho hum motel. Just a regular no frills room. I didn't see the Wyndam touch. Just another Super 8.

Super 8 is very friendly. The staff are wonderful people and very helpful. We were greeted courteously and promptly. The room was clean and had a soft bed with decent chanel selection.

We got to Augusta late on a Friday evening Sheeka was very friendly and helpful the room was clean our stay was pleasant I would be a repeat customer thank you again Sheeka for your helpful pleasant service.

For the money, this place was great! It's close to everything, was pretty clean, has a 24hr Denny's attached and I saw almost zero shady folks hangin around. I missed the free breakfast but they had waffle makin machines out, so I'll check that next time. But what I enjoyed most was the hospitality of the lady and young man who checked me in and out! I'll be sure to return based on their customer service alone.

Rooms are nice. But, lots of local Construction works staying here. The outside is Terrible. Not for family. Plus breakfast is nasty coffee n toast.

The only place that still has smoking rooms now. The rooms was ok but the mattress was really Comfortable.

Room was comfortable but nothing fancy. We checked in very late at night and the check-in process was very slow. It was a place to stay, that's about it.

The room we had was perfect for two people and clean. The bed is very comfortable and we loved the pillows and ac worked great. It is a little tricky getting in and out because of the traffic. We stay on this road every time we get a room in Augusta — it's busy and difficult to get in and out of most all of the hotels here, but we liked it enough to come back again. Plus the staff so far have been friendly and helpful which can really make the difference some times.

Very crowded area. Was hard getting in and out the parking lot due to heavy traffic and six lanes. Room was outdated and bed should have been thrown out 25 years ago. Tub was filthy and had cigarettes burns all over it. Front desk people were extremely rude. Would not in any way try to help, or give me a refund.

I was really disappointed to learn that this hotel was kicking guest out due to master week, with providing very little warning for their long term residents. Hopefully next year you guys will give your long term guest more than a few weeks in order to find other arrangements. Especially if you give your master guest a full year to book in advance.

For the price we paid for this motel, we were pleasantly surprised. Though room small was adequate and clean and beds very comfy. Breakfast was good.

Everything was great, for a budget motel, however it did cost more than it should have, given the area's rates, services provided, and the general atmosphere of both the establishment itself and the room.

Clean motel at an affordable price. Don't come here expecting the Ritz and you will be just fine.

First night was great front desk was nice and friendly everything was good, the second night TV keep going out And the lady had a nasty attitude because she had to come fix it.

Checking in was the easiest part of our stay. We paid extra for a Jacuzzi tub that didn't work. When I let the front desk know she was very rude and said she would have someone contact me about it. Needless to say they never did and she stated they didn't have another room to place us in. Also later in the evening we discovered bed bugs. I called the corporate number at that point and no one has yet to return my calls. I requested for a refund no response to that either. So not only did we not get what we paid for the evening staff was extremely rude and we had to throw out our luggage in fear of bringing bed bugs in our home.

Best hotel I've ever stayed at. Clean. Convenient. Cheap. And the ppl working there arnt crackheads. Ill defiantly use this hotel if I ever want to "get away" again.

Just now checked in. Having learned from experience, I get my room key before I declare my Service Animal. When I did the sad little man at the front desk proceeded to birch me out. Super 8 Corporate needs to educate their franchise holders on the Americans with disabailities act. Never have I been treated so rudely in a Super 8.

The empty parking lot should have been a clue, told the desk staff (very friendly) that non smoking please and no where near smoking. The security door on the end of hotel didn't require a room card, it just pulled open. Upon entering hotel, it reeked of smoke. Upon entering room, smoke smell, upon entering bathroom, NO toilet paper on the roll at all, The bedspread was very dirty and the bed had body imprints on the sheets. We didn't stay and our money was quickly refunded. I got the impression the girl deals with this a lot. I would think Super 8 would have certain standards that these hotels would have to meet?

I was impressed with the breakfast layout, Will's service but, most of all the room's eating and bathing area. The room is small, but when you go further back, you'll see that it has a double sinks — one by the microwave and fridge and another one in the bathroom. And it has glass shower doors and modern furniture. The lamps cast a warm glow and just one kept the room well lit.

The front desk night attendee Will was very helpful and nice. The room are nice and its quite. They are updating and its looking awesome. Breakfast is awesome. You can make your own waffles.

The linens and towels were all clean, but that's the only good thing. The floor of our room was bumpy and a little sticky, there was mold in the bathroom, the chain on the door was broken, the hallway smelled awfully smoky, and there were no easily accessible outlets for charging devices. I would recommend against staying here.

I hate to even rate this Hotel a 1star cause it didn’t even deserve this. I pulled up and all sorts of people was standing around the Richmond county sheriffs office was sitting in the entrance to get in. I had already booked it online and when I got here I figured I couldn’t get my money back so we stayed and dealt with it. Now mind u I did have 2 nights booked I cancelled the other night once I got here and seen how it was. We go around the super 8 the pool looks all run down it should just be shut down. And trash all over the parking lot and even by the rooms. And when I go in the room it was dirty and the carpet was filthy and nasty and I got a lot of pictures I am definitely going to get a refund this place needs to be cleaned up and closed down until it’s in better shape. It was this past Friday night that I stayed. Very nasty. And the neighborhood was not the best either people all around hanging out late. I would not stay here. It’s not as nice as the pictures online. I have a lot of pictures of how it looks now. Stay somewhere better. This place is bad. I am contacting who runs it to get my money back.

This entire hotel smells like cigarette smoke. Even our no smoking room was saturated with the smell. There was a room down the hall from us that had music blaring with the base thumping the walls. Not a good family atmosphere.

The best place to stay at and the people here are super nice and friendly and general manger is the nice general manger ever met in a motel.

Overall I have to say I enjoyed my stay. Very friendly and I will be back to stay in the future!

Rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly and prices were competitive. Morning breakfast included make-ur-own waffles. Kids loved it.

I thought it was ok until I was not receiving my Funds back for incidentals. I had spilled some Seltzer water on the bed and checked the mattress to make sure it was ok and it was as it had mattress pads and didn't go through. I felt bad and left a note after stripping the sheets and because of this they are keeping my $50.00! I was trying to do the right thing but I am quite sure others have done worse than spilling flavored Seltzer. I feel like I was robbed legally or something. Not happy I can say that much.

I have been an extended stay since May. The staff is very professional. Candi is wonderful at the front desk. Rooms are always clean. Housekeeping does a great job. When the Hurricane came, they went out of their way to open as many rooms as possible to accommodate out of town guest!

“Stay was just OK. Nothing great. ” We were here for a night and it cost us $120… I think it was due to long weekend… The hotel room was relatively small… And we did not get anything in the bathroom except soap and one tiny bottle of shampoo… I was looking for paste-moisture but nothing. Just three pillow for 2 guys. For breakfast, there was limited option and area was only for 10-12 people. Why I am writing this as I have experienced better service in the same price. It was on the way to Acadia and near to I-93 highway. That’s the best part…

Room sucked. No remote for the Tv, room phone was broken, shower didn't even get hot it was lukewarm. Breakfast was terrible they have a terrible front office. I would go to any of the other 5 hotels that are around there. Only reason I gave it 2 stars was because Denny's is attached to it.

Economical place to stay. We chose this place as a stop over during the 6 hour drive from Maine to Boston. Staff was great. Good value for the amount paid. It's just 500 feet away once you take the interstate exit. Good choice of restaurants around. Room was clean.

The clerk was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and as expected. The alarm clock was off by an hour and a half.

I stayed at this hotel and I must say not even 24 hours my daughter came up missing by going into the wrong room by mistake. I must say the staff was extremely helpful they made me feel like they were apart of my family them and the sheriff went to every room and ran the camera back and took every step to find her and with there help we found her sleep thank God. I must say the staff is very nice the rooms are decent for the price and the location is great once again thanks super 8 and they staff.

My little girl went missing there and they knocked on every door, cameras was played back. Little girl was located. Thank God. God is real. There are good people in that hotel.

While this hotel was the least expensive for a family of four with a dog on the night we stayed, we were disappointed. First, the charm of the pre-midnight manager on the phone did not reflect our post-midnight experience. First, we waited some time for service, after which we were sent to the wrong side of the hotel. Once we found our room, we learned that the staircase right next to it was closed for maintenance. There was trash everywhere. The breakfast was lackluster. The room itself was fine, but the lack of professionalism and attention to detail was disappointing.

I spent $ 565.00 for 7 nights and 8 days for a 1 king size bed, non smoking room. There were only 3 pillows on the bed. They were small enough for a small infant or child. Not an adult. (Pic 1). Looks like blood stains on the padded chair, (pic 2). Iron burns on the recliner (Pic 3). Half of the lights were burnt out (Pic 4). The clock radio did not work (Pic 5). Very Very disappointed in this room for the money we had spent. The desk clerk wanted to charge me $ 8.00 more per night if a person had someone additional stay. If you smoked in a non smoking room, we would be kicked out and an additional fee of $ 50.00 would be charged. That would be over $ 600 for the week. Internet sucks. Service would not connect. If you need to go to the front desk. No matter what room or floor you are on and need extra pillows, towels etc… You have to walk all the way around the outside of the building to get to the office. No room service. You have to go get your own room towels, pillows etc. If I could give a 0 star, I would. No elevator! Just stairs! BEWARE!

Honestly we've been from Tennessee to Maine and are heading back. This was probably the most pleasant places we've stopped. Very friendly guy behind the counter at check in. Clean room. Decent breakfast.

Never made it inside to be greeted by customer service but there were services (a prostitute & a drug dealer) offered in the parking lot. We had out of state plates & they we more than willing to show us a good time. Needless to say, we hit reverse, cancelled the reservation & stayed elsewhere.

The room was decent. Fridge, microwave, flat screen TV. The breakfast was kind of shotty and the heater in the room was wicked loud.

Dude that checked us in third shift is awesome!

This is no exaggeration: my worst experience I have ever had was at this hotel. The sink was backed up, the toilet ran all night, the bed was as hard as a rock, and the AC barely worked and rivaled the sound of a biplane. All of this I was prepared for… I do not book rooms in Super 8s for the comfort; I booked so that I had enough money to spend on the rest of my vacation. Well, my night made it hard to enjoy the following day due to lack of sleep. There was a group of 4 rooms surrounding us that had their doors open all night and stood around talking in the hallway and drinking. I called down to the front desk to complain multiple times, and the clerk talked to them but this had little effect. There is a sign at the desk saying that any disturbance will result in being kicked out, but apparently that's a lie. When I complained to the manager the following morning he offered a 10% discount. It's something, but it's still little when you look at it like this: we oasis over $110 to be kept up all night in a room that was 85 degrees with a bed that rivaled the finest bedding of the Flintstones.

Nice place. Room are clean. Smelled a little weird when we got to the room, but was really cozy and beds were really comfy!

Stayed here this weekend. Checked out this morning. Was charged an extra day. When I questioned this charge I was told that they had charged me week day rates by accident so they were making up the difference by charging for an extra day! When I told them this was ridiculous and they can't just charge for an extra day because they feel like it, I was told that my card had already been charged and they would not refund. Rather than getting arrested I will dispute the charge with my CC company. Don't stay here. Complete thieves and morons.

This is one of the worst Hotels on Washington Road it is infested with drug dealers crackheads prostitutes and bed bugs and roaches the police raids this hotel at least twice a week and there are dogs go around sniffing cars for marijuana please stay away from this hotel it is not worth the money.

It's 1:26 a. M. And the woman at the desk is asking if we have a reservation, and though the website shows there's clearly rooms available, she's saying they're all booked. The woman behind the desk runs out to the parking as we're looking for another hotel via phone, and once we get into room 150 there are roaches everywhere, the lamps don't work, and the TV was already on when we got in there. Went to the front desk for a refund, and the manager says she can't do a refund. She's the manager, that's her job. She moved us to room 156, but the roaches were bigger and hiding in the curtain folds. This place is disgusting.

Very dated, extremely small rooms. Two guests have to slide in between the beds to pass in the room. Lamp shade broken and stained, No bathroom tissue on arrival late at night, found a bottle cap in ice bucket on arrival. No soap dish/holder in the shower. TWO extremely small bath towels of very poor quality provided unless you go to ask for more. The TWO plastic cups that were provided were not replaced by housekeeping. Our traveling companions did not receive housekeeping at all. Beds are comfortable. Door allowed noise from passing guests and parking lot to be very loud. TV did not work on first night and it made a really loud buzzing noise. Only way to turn it off was pull plug. Supposedly fixed the next day but again we had to get someone to fix it. The lobby where the "breakfast" is served has one table that can seat 8. Staff (owners? ) were very pleasant as were the other desk staff. No ice/vending on second level.

Wish I could give 0, they are little a holes when we were trying to leave, they were like, times up, times up, do not recommend this service.

Horrible dont stay here infested with bed bugs, roaches, prostitutes and the rooms are disgusting the maid are so rude and dont clean you have to put your trash on the ground or floor cauae they dont provide garbage cans this place is a nasty joke that neess to be closed down.

Terrible, trickery! Roaches everywhere. My family and I came here for a night get away. We reviewed online a bit back and they looked clean and nice… THEY ARE NOT! ROACHES AND MITES! IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! I have always been a Super 8 Motel fan for years UNTIL NOW. We will not be returning service! I will be notifying the health department.

If ocould give it a zero I would. Roaches all over the place. Clearly I should of looked at the reviews. Had I done so I would of saved myself a lot of aggravation. This wasn't worth what I paid.

When I arrived the office was closed. I received room 134 eventually. When my wife and I went in, it was filthy! Liquids on the headboards, wet stains on the sheets, bathroom fan extremely loud, and the bathroom was dirty. I went back to at least get clean sheets and found another guest was in complaining about the cleanliness of her room. The staff couldn't get us clean sheets because the closet was locked. So, they gave us another room. When we went to this room, the lock wasn't working. You have to keep putting the card in and taking it out for about 10 minutes for it to work. We eventually get in and this room was visually cleaner. Unfortunately the carpet was dirty with dried food and no waste basket. I can deal with that. The office was not able to fix the door problem so we had to play with the lock every time we went in and out of the room. Needless to say I would give this place less stars if I could.

Arrived left 30 mins later to get food was locked out for 2 hours. No trash can in room no sugar creamer just coffee. Evidence of burn ensence from previous ppl. Tv only had 4 channels. Trash pick up is at 530 am very noisy.

Staff is very friendly! Rooms are nice. Great location. The one draw back is the dennys. One of their employee's kept trying to sell me drugs. And on more than one occasion I was harassed to give money to drunks hanging out there. Its ok during the day but can be safe iffy at night. I say all that knowing super 8 can do little about it or be held responsible.

Never go on a holiday weekend folks were doing Whatever in parking lots folks slamming doors yelling finally about 4am they went to bed. Tips for cops a good place to keep a eye on atday break get they hell.

If you want the cheapest price motel this is it. But keep in mind that the rooms is only called clean, bathroom dirty (upload some of the pictures of bathroom if someone wants to see) also the bathroom door handle knocked out before, and when I was got in I had some problems to get out because handle do not want to open. Also it seems like the sheets got changed only ones a week. And last. Don't forget to take your flip flops with you or your socks will be dirtier then when you walk on the street in them.

Great hotel for the money. Few amenities. Ie, no pool. But you also don't pay for that. They are very accommodating, the rooms are large enough. Clean and quiet! Also there are several choices for breakfast. Waffle, cereal, coffee, pastries, muffins, etc. Hot coffee! Having just stayed at the Motel 6 in Portland, I really appreciated the Super 8.

Picz are a lie. Covers were burnt with a hole in it. Tub was soooooooooooo filthy had to put a towel down. And room service was horrible wouldn't answer their phone. Uuuuuuuughhhh never again.!

The rooms are newly refurbished an close enough to the pictures online. Breakfast includes make it your self WAFFLES, sweets an assorted juices. The pool is cracked an filthy, it had dead frogs in it.

I just needed a clean, comfortable room for the night. This motel exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, comfortable and a great value for the money. I was able to get a small discount for being an AARP member. The staff was friendly, courteous and very helpful. They put me a room with a king-size bed towards the back of the property, away from the street noise. When I entered my room, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was much larger than I expected, and tastefully appointed. Not your typical, run-down furniture. The room was very clean. I have no complaints, and I do a lot of traveling and am hard to please. The bathroom is nearly twice the size of typical economy motel bathrooms. A shower instead of a bathtub (who uses a bathtub these days? ). No crud or mildew — exceptionally clean. The towels were fresh and clean, and looked like they were new. The room had a refrigerator and a coffee maker. I went up to the front desk and asked for some extra coffee, which the desk clerk happily provided. I wanted to work on my laptop for a few hours before going to bed, so I appreciated the extra coffee. There was a large flat-screen TV in the room, but no remote control. I informed the front desk and they took care of it. The bed was very comfortable. I like a firm bed and this was very nice. The free hot breakfast was very good. Scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and fresh waffles (plus cereal, juice, bagels, etc. ). Good coffee!

Do NOT stay here. When we first arrived we asked for a room with two beds. They give us single bed rooms. Honest enough mistake, so we go to get it fixed. Get into our rooms and were appalled. There was grime and mildew everywhere, giant burn marks all over the comforters, and huge cockroaches on the walls. There were blood stains on the sheets, beds, and walls. Even more the employees were EXTREMELY rude. Save yourself, don't stay here. This place should be shut down immediately.

Non Smoking signs are everywhere but it stinks in the hallways and in your room as soon as you turn on the light/fan in the bathroom the smell of smoke in everywhere in the room and making all the towels smell like smoke as well. Shower was full of hair on the walls. Beds are hard and only two flat pillows to sleep on, Blankets full of cigarette burns holes. We stayed on Aug 5, 2013. Bad move.

Worst stay I have ever had with a hotel in my entire life. Over billed my card several times and refused to refund the money, gave my room to someone else and told I would have to pay again to get into another room. Items went missing from my room while I was out. Do not stay here.

I stayed in the hotel for one night. The outside of the building was very dirty, with trash in the parking lot. Some of the AC units were falling apart, on the outside of the rooms. I went for the continental breakfast at around 7:45am and there was hardly anything left. There wasn't a good selection of breakfast items at all. There were stains on the white sheets. I could tell they were stains from prior use but I thought to myself, why reuse them. However, I checked in fairly late and the staff was excellent and very friendly. It is pet friendly.

Family owned and operated; the staff was nice. There was always great service. Anything you could want is there. The room was nice, clean, and bed was big.

There are insects in the room. Smells smoky and unclean.
