Wonderful time at the Hilton Garden. No complaints with stay or staff. Convenient shuttle service to casinos was a nice touch; we didn't have to use our car and the shuttle stuck to their schedule everyday.

This room is 2 stars at best and for 350 when foxwoods was less why did I do this… We wanted a change and now we ask why the "shuttle" was smokey mostly because we had sat behind a driver that just out a cigarette out before driving us. The "shuttle" runs at half hour marks on weekends only when they are as close as they are… main points to be found here they had us stay in a hotel room that had a hair in the bathtub the room for freezing when we got in it the room was set to 62 degrees Fahrenheit so that was really welcoming… not zero attention to detail in the room basic style and right next to a 5 star resort and casino… thanks Hilton you almost ruined Jerry Seinfeld… how can you do that. So this took a dive for the worse we just went from 2 stars being pity to 1 when the van driver told us he was on time when he was not. 1:15 he was not there and then illegally sat two young girls in one seat.

I am sad to say that my preferred choice Hotel to stay is at the Hilton which has gone sour after two previous "Day stays". The hostesses were professional and courteous. Hence the more reason to keep the patronage at this Hilton. Fortunately on our (3rd) third stay we were greeted very well as usual. My wife and I arrived at the Hilton at 5am. This male host treated us with respect. We asked what would be the latest checkout. The host granted a 6pm checkout, especially for a day rate at $210.00 on a weekend. We were happy on the the grounds that we are receiving this courtesy on behalf of our frequent stays in the last week. Our last two day rates were at $77.00 plus tax on the weekend. At 9am I was advised by the current hostess that a 6pm checkout cannot be honored and must leave by 1pm. My wife hearing the change in agreement was totally distraught. We accepted the rate for the room because my wife need rest for her ailments being handicapped, and the need for me to rest for the 3 hours drive back to NYC. My wife spoke to the Hostess and spoke to the manager who was disrespectful stating your room was already booked, made no other accommodations to honor the contract. My wife asked the manager for a consideration because she us handicapped and that I am a veteran. The manager replied "This has nothing to do with you being handicapped, and your husband is the "veteran". This is the respect, and customer service we received here.

Very nice and closely located to Foxwoods casino. The property is clean, indoor pool, outdoor fire pit seating area and computers with printers available are a plus.

Nice property. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast. Conveniently close to Foxwoods Casino. Free shuttle there and back is a plus for overnight guests. We would definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful experience there, all of the staff was wonderful the front desk manager Michelle was great thank you for all of your help Shon the young man that drove the shuttle bus to the casino was amazing and handsome by the way ladies. Tony cook this a wonderful breakfast Love The Omelette thank you. And almost forgot about the bartender Josh thank you for surprising me with the wonderful drink and hope to see you guys again later on this year when I come back down to visit for the summer thank you for my first time visit in Connecticut. Good hotel at an excellent location. Less than three minutes drive time to Foxwoods casino. I've stayed at this location twice and they have always met my expectations. This location is Typical for a Hilton Garden and has a small restaurant, business center, pool and hot tub. The rooms are modern and I found them to be very clean. I really liked the new digital keys that we're recently installed here. They offer free shuttles to and from the casinos, check with the front desk for the schedule. Service was great! I truly appreciate the little things that staff offer to make your stay more enjoyable. I did notice they do not allow outside alcohol in the facility and I'd assume some partiers are the reason for this policy.

This is a very nice hotel that is close to both casinos in the area. The rooms and the lobby are clean and also nice. The only probably we had is with the shuttle, it does not nearly operate frequently enough or late enough. Besides that, everything else was great.

Everything about our stay was pleasant. Large rooms, good decor, spa in the room, glass shower doors, Keurig cofee, comfy bed, large windows, room was very clean. Accommodate shuttle to casino so u don't have to have the hassle of finding parking, parking also free. Great stay will be back soon. PS thank you front desk staff for the COLGATE toothpaste.

We went for an overnight. Front desk was loud and very hard to hear our soft spoken receptionist over her counterpart who seemed to be yelling at other guests. Our room was nice however the shower had mold in the grout and trash in the pail. The balcony we viewed from our room was dirty. No outside alcohol allowed in the hotel and bar hours are very limited 5-9. The Bartender seemed annoyed to be working, we had to get up twice to order and pay. Shuttle driver was friendly and hard working! Next morning the breakfast was good and eggs made to order. The waiter was super hard working and friendly. They ran out of coffee and the hostess seemed to not handle the stress at all. There were 5 dirty tables while 9 quests waited for a seat. We waited for 15 minutes just to be seated. Good location, and that's why they charge so much and fill the rooms. We will not be back.

We had our wedding block here. We also had a bridal breakfast the next day. Everyone was great! Super friendly, very inviting and hospitable. Clean and upscale, rooms were quiet, even on Saturday night when they were fully booked. I would go back any day, and recommend this place to stay for any occasion. Location is great. Rooms were okay. I don't know who picked out the carpet but it's not very pretty. Price was reasonable. Overall a good choice to stay here if you want to save some money instead of staying at foxwoods.

Only hotel to shuttle to both Casino's. Great service. Extremely clean. The staff was very friendly. Everyone seemed to have pride in what they did from top to bottom. Highly recommended.

Quiet, clean rooms. Very spacious and comfortable. Concierge was friendly and helpful and location to the casino was perfect.

Came for a concert & long overdue ladies gathering. Very clean, great hospitality & the food hit the spot. I would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at Hilton Garden inn, Preston CT back in 9/30/2017. At 6am, next morning went to bathroom to take a shower. But found a ROACH on the floor live and running. I killed it. My husband flushed down the toilet. I went down to front desk and complained. They assured me that they will call me in a few days and let me know the result of pest inspection. And let me know what they can do for me. First of all, no one has called me back with a report as of yet, 10/18/2017. Secondly, they haven't taken cared of my bill. They should have refunded my bill. I had a terrible time and scared! We checked out right away. We couldn't stay there! So unless someone likes a room with a roach in it, I'd strongly recommend that you stay away from this hotel! I hope this review finds all who is contemplating staying at this horrible place! Chong,

I'll never stay here again. I got married on 9/30 and reserved a block of rooms for family several months in advance. We check in and they tell us the only room we have available has two beds. If this were any other night, I wouldn't have cared. My wife wrote several emails to Mark Battista, the director of sales, but he will not respond. For $300 night I expect to get what I paid for, or at least someone to call me back and explain to me how a room I reserved months in advanced isn't available when I go to check in. This is the worst customer service I've ever received from a hotel hands down. Save yourself a headache and spend your money elsewhere.

Staff was very friendly and concerned about making sure we were enjoying our stay. The room was clean and were pleasantly surprised on how spacious the room was. The free shuttle to and from Foxwoods OR Mohegan was the best, made everything so much easier and worry free. Would definitely stay here again!

A lovely place to stay when travelling to the casino's or even Mystic Ct. The hotel offers a restaurant for breakfast and dinner, as well as, a pool, gym and business center. The rooms are very spacious and clean. An added bonus are the shuttle buses going back and forth to the casino's. They run often and till quite early in the am. I highly recommend you try this hotel next time you come to the area!

The evening staff as I've seen has been asleep or not available : (The last time we stayed it was not like this. Everyone is awesome when they are awake and ondy job! The shuttle runs as advertised and the rooms seem very clean. The water runs all day but you still CAN NOT bring your own adult beverage! The bar closes @ 10pm. Great place to stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I liked that it provides customers with shuttle buses to and from both Mohegan Sun Casino and Foxwoods Casino. The size of the room was great, tons of free parking, & the bathroom and bed was clean (most important). The staffs were super friendly. The only bad part about it was the heated pool because it was located outside rather than indoors with the swimming pool. Normally, it wouldn't be a bad thing if there was something hovering over it but there wasn't. So there were dead bugs and leaves in the heated pool.

I've stayed here before and it was great so I decided to give it another try. The location is close to both casinos and 20 minutes drive away for Mystic. The hotel is ultra clean and the people working here is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Giving the chance I will stay here again in the future whenever I'm up here for the casinos!

The room was great. The service at the desk and at the restaurant were very professional. The location also was very convenient for a work functionow and close to the casino. Would definitely stay again.

Huge HGI with clean rooms and close proximity to the casino. The restaurant inside has more variety in terms of food than other HGI's and the service was awesome. Definitely would recommend if you're planning on staying in the area.

Great place, would stay here again. Shuttle available every half hour back and forth to casino. Handicap accessable room had plenty of space, however the shower would leak out onto the bathroom floor, not a big problem just had to leave a towel on the floor. Service was friendly and provided an extra room key upon request after losing one.

Fun place, had a few red Bulls since I don't drink. Service was good. Nice atmosphere.

We had a king bed standard room. The bed was comfortable, the room was not tight at all, and it was very clean. The staff was great. We loved the free shuttle to both Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun.

Great place to stay as an alternate to staying directly in Foxwoods. Very close to the main gate with shuttle service until late after all bars close. I recommend it abd will stay there again.
