Stayed for my birthday weekend! We stayed one night at grand Pequot. Beautiful room with a great view of the zip liners! Awesome staff as well.

Foxwoods is the best casino in Connecticut! It’s clean and beautiful, there are so many fun activities, the food is great, and the staff is super friendly. I have a service dog and sometimes face subtle discrimination, but not here! Everyone was so understanding and helpful when it came to Boxcar, so we thank you all for that! Already planning a weekend with friends in the future.

We have been visiting Foxwoods since their opening and have been loyal patrons. The last several visits have been very disappointing and we have changed our views of this venue. I recently voted for Foxwoods as one of the best casinos but wish I never did. We have been there three times in the last six months and have noticed a steady decline in almost every aspect of services there. The bathrooms are very dirty and unkept and there are no attendants. We have our favorite slot machines and they have broken betting buttons that we reported six months ago and are still broken as we learned yesterday So I reported them again. It took over an hour for the beverage server to come by the first time and was never seen again. Ridicules. The casino personnel that were there very few were ignorant and unresponsive when trying to engage in conversation. The common area floors were very dirty and the shops were few and mostly closed up. In addition to all this negativity the payouts were almost nonexistent. It appears that Foxwoods is building a new hotel and they are cutting corners at every turn but your loyal patrons deserve much better than this. We are from Mass. And pass by two casinos on the way to Foxwoods and honestly will probably patronize them before ever going back to Foxwoods. It’s time that you folks at Foxwoods start putting your faithful patrons before your BOTTOM LINE!

I won but I had three blackjack dealers they had no personality whatsoever one of them dealt so fast he was stumbling on the cards place he took my match the dealer away what I won and he had to correct it because he was moving so fast so that means I will be trying Mohegan son And your point system is terrible.

Absolutely spectacular time! The hotels are a bit dated but super clean, all the restaurants were incredible, The scorpion bar A+, Cedar clam and Oyster house A+, except for guy Fieri’s The bathroom was absolutely disgusting! and what they call happy hour is half the food for half the price what a rip off other than that Foxwoods was a great place Highly recommended.

We stayed the night of may 13. We stayed in room 811 in the cedar hotel. I rented a king suite for a 30th birthday thinking it would be nice for a special occasion. It was honestly disgusting. The floors where sticking to my shoes. I have video and photos of semen stained couches, (the nooks in the windows) none of the plumbing worked. We had a sink that wouldn’t drain. A toilet that wouldn’t flush. (We had to call maintenance). One of our bathrooms was locked when we got here. We also called someone to open it but they had trouble and left and someone in my room ended up opening it with a quarter. To say the least, the room was not functional for guest and I don’t know for the life of me why it would be given to a guest.

Nice place to go for a couple of days but many of their restaurants were closed, some for good.

Had a great time minus a few negatives. I stayed at the Great Cedar Hotel, most of the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean but are in desperate need of remodeling. I had a suite with two doors and every time another guest door closed my doors would bounce back and forth. The room could have done with a microwave and some disposable dishes and utensils. Room service was TOO expensive to even consider. I also wasn’t happy about check in not being till 5pm and it was after 5pm when my room was finally ready. I’m assume this has to do with staffing issues. There also wasn’t a close by store to shop for amenities, and it was a lot of walking to get from point A to point B. I loved the Sugar Factory, the food and staff were great, although $37 for a specialty cocktail where you don’t even get the take the special glass home was too much. I loved the Tanger Outlets, all the stores had great deals and the employees were all friendly. All in all I enjoyed my experience and would go back.

Must people are complaining about the pandemic disaster that they can not afford $500 there is no job so I saw a review on investment tried it with $1, 000 even though they are lower cost of investment. Wonderful place. A lot of fun. Suites are beautiful. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Restaurants are good and staff is very friendly everywhere.

Room very small and service nit was it use to be. Maid service that is. So far away from everything. Long walk to stores and dinning. Ok if show is there but if not it is a horror. I personally prefer the other hotels especially if you are a senior.

Great place for a getaway. My wife and I spent our 13th wedding anniversary here. We initially was going to go to Paris but decided to save some money and do a simple get away for a few days. We decided on Fox Woods and was pleasantly surprised as to how large the resort was. From the pools, bowling alley, countless casinos and restaurants… There was something for use to do everyday. And if you didn't want to leave the room, they do offer room service.

Room not ready until 4:00. Room very nice, clean, fresh smelling, nice size bathroom. First time staying at Fox Towers, but very pleased. Down side; not many places to eat. Long walk to other casinos, even with the walking sidewalks. Like being in an airport. They have uber cars now if u want to pay. Up side: help friendly and helpful, less crowd ed, more servers with free drinks. Nice pool with resort atmosphere.

It was my first time at Foxwoods so not sure how it compares with the other hotels in the complex. Although our room faces the highway and not special view, I liked that it had big windows and light! The bathroom was also nice and shower feels like a waterfall. We visited the pool, which I found it was kind of small considering the number of people it’s supposed to be servicing. Absolutely everyone in the hotel was friendly, courteous and ready to help with anything we needed. We attended a show and the theater at the Fox Tower was very spacious, seats were comfortable and a decent size, so it didn’t feel like we were all squished together. I like the fact that restrooms were everywhere and always very well kept and clean. I feel like if the zip line wasn’t so pricey I had probably given it a try. There were 6 functioning elevators and they were constantly busy over the weekend, so we had to always take in consideration the 15min it took us to go up the elevator to the room. A good experience overall for GROWN UPS.

But the pool is worth the extra money to have no kids around and relax. But if there is an event hotel prices go up even higher. It's almost cheaper to fly to Vegas and spend a weekend then to drive here and spend a weekend. Add more hotels for better competition to lower prices… these rooms are not worth more then $150 per night.

I love the Fox Towers Hotel. I was in a King size room and the bed is amazing. Almost didn't go out to gamble and enjoy the pool. And the shower is everything. Definitely booking another room.

Fox tower is a great hotel with a nice room. I get free rooms sun to Fri and use them often I would never pay the prices they have for the weekend but weekdays aren't too bad. I usually try to get the upgrade and get the director sweet for cheap under 150 if you do it right. Nice hotel though for free.

Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. If you stay here you get a very good discount at the spa in the building which is great. There is both a small swimming pool and a rather large Jacuzzi that's very nice to go back and forth from. They also have a fridge with cold drinks. They had someone coming along with fresh dry towels often and everything seemed very clean and upkeep was good.

Great place to stay to relax with family and friends. Casino is one of the best with great food and drinks. Never a dull moment at all. Will continue to come whenever I have the chance.

Nice, newer, clean room. We chose a room with 2 queen beds for 2 couples. Great for the night. Shower had nice pressure, standup shower. Glass doors. Definitely recommend. Quite a walk from main casinos.

I absolutely love this place! Staff is very friendly, rooms are nice and always very clean. I look forward to staying this summer and taking advantage of the outside pool!

Booked this room for our anniversary. We requested champagne in the room… first disappointment. Not there. Lighting in the room was bad most of the lights did not work, especially in the bathroom could not even see to do hair or makeup! Now the tub… filthy full of hair and had not been cleaning in quite some time… totally gross! Furniture had seen better days very banged up. All night long the smoke detector flashed like a camera… right in the bedroom. The T. V. In the living room stayed on all night there was no way to shut it off by remote or on the T. V. Itself! The phone next to the bed made a loud static noise all night. Not anything you would expect for the crazy money spent to stay here. Totally ruined what was supposed to be a special night. Never again at this hotel pretty bad! Do yourself a favor stay somewhere else. Dirty!

My wife and I go here 4 times a year for a couple of days each time. Great place to stay and relax. People are very friendly from the valet parking people to the people at the front desk to the room maintenance attendants make sure you feel very welcome and comfortable. Every one is very accommodating. Stay you shouldn't be disappointed. Rooms are very nice with great views of the surrounding area. Just go.

Fox Towers is my favorite place to stay at the casino. The rooms are beautiful and clean, and the staff is very friendly. The outdoor view from the rooms is absolutely breathtaking!

Very nice hotel! Minus the room coffee/tea machine. I'm sure I could have called for a replacement one but after my rude experience with the customer service, I was over communicating with anyone. My second time staying, love that there is a mall. Although I've experienced rude/poor/discriminative customer service, (bellman) I'm humble enough to not let it spoil my stay!

I always love staying at fox tower at foxwoods. The rooms are beautiful, the beds are comfy, just a few steps from clubs, shops and the casino floor. Five star service!

Had an amazing stay there last night, we stayed in the director suite on the 5th floor beautiful suite and everything you need is there definitely going back soon.

Got there around 7 pm and didn't leave until 2:30 in the morning! Winning in the fox tower slots area and making my way through all the casinos at foxwoods to end the night back at fox towers and still winning. Love it! Crazy slots wins! Can't wait to go back. :)

We arrived to the casino a little early this Sunday morning, and we're grateful to be welcomed by someone as helpful as Nayan… he helped us with our player cards and offered to text us when there was a room available to check into a little early! he was great!

The layout of the whole place was not what I expected. Fun experience overall. Very big.

Beautiful hotel rooms with a convenient access to the casinos in the resort. Great views of the surrounding woods in the fall. Very clean and quick room service and housekeeping. Prices can be expensive depending on the time of year.

My friends and I really enjoy coming here. Nice shopping mall attached. Good tunes playing, and good priced table games.

As always, Foxwoods does not disappoint. The staff is exactly what I have come to expect from a world-class organization, friendly, helpful and interested in their guests. The rooms are beautiful and spacious.

The room was spacious and clean. It had a few USB and electrical connections on the desk lamps which was very convenient. The only gripe was that during peak times, we had to queue up for the elevator to the room.

Love the customer service, the cleanliness of the facility, and the selections of entertainment for everyone. Hotels are located within easy walking distance of event centers. There are multiple styles of rooms available. Staff does everything possible to make the stay the best possible.

The beds were comfy. Service was decent enough. Location is a bit far. And I would go again. Need to try the restaurants next time.

Room was spacious and clean. Tower was easy to get to and navigate. Tables and machines weren't crowded. Had $1 blackjack and a lot of new machines.

The room was clean and well maintained. The bathroom and shower were first class. Room service was fast and delicious. The G Spa was great.

Luxurious. Very clean. Super comfy beds. Loved the shower. Spacious room, well decorated. Ask for a room with a view. Non — Smoking available. Fridge. Bring a lighted makeup mirror. Check out easy. Check in… get in the right line, gets busy at check in time 4 pm. We will stay here again. We had an issue with loud partiers into the wee hours, but the hotel promptly attended to it to our satisfaction.

Came here and was having a good time in the casino. But then we went into the room at 3 am the pillow on the bed smelt like nothing but throw up I actually thought I thre up on myself or something. Then my sister left her $500 jacket in the room we were assured that the room was cleaned and checked and the jacket was just missing. We spent two hours at the front desk and nothing they told us to file a complaint with hotel security. I had to go back to the room and knock on the door and the jacket was still there after spending two hours being reassured that they were doing all they could do.

Room was nice and spacious. It was also very quiet even though we had noisy neighbors. Loved the proximity to the casino and easy walking to the other casino. Housekeeping was also spot on!

The rooms at Fox Tower are clean in nicely appointed. I do feel that they use too many sheets end comforters on the bed. The view to the outside is outstanding and Foxwoods in my opinion is trying to become a theme park. They have installed a tower outside that shoots writers up a very tall column. There is also a go-kart track and a zip line is planned for the near future.

Had drinks at the main casino and saw Jo Koy at the fox theater. No complaints other than weak/expensive drinks so pregame if you intend to be tipsy. Make sure car insurance is paid up as the main garage is filled with people trying their best to commit manslaughter. I did not try the food. It does not have the weird, powdery smell of Mohegan, but the smoke is not filtered that well. Lots of tanked people throughout the casino, but security maintains a strong presence.

Much stricter casino than I am used to. Nice facilities, but we were here for a conference and the 6 people we had wandering around together certainly grabbed all the attention of security who followed us everywhere we went. Otherwise, pretty cool place.

I loved my time at the Foxwoods Tower. The room was quite nice, service prompt and friendly, and the lobby and everything is gorgeous. The drinks weren't weak at the bars, either. All around great experience.

No bad seats. I went to see a show anther seat for the show were great. Parking on the other hand very congested. I was driving around for 20 minutes looking for parking I ended the night with dinner at juniors resteraunts. The food fantastic,. The matza ball soup was like a big hug. All in all great night.

Service was great. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable and the access to the casino was perfect. All you had to do is go down the elevator and there is the casino. And there are shops and restaurants everywhere either a close walk all the way to a longer 15 min walk to the other side of the complex.

Fox Tower is one of the nicest places in CT. I was only going for a concert but found myself having an amazing time. There are great restaurants, casinos, and a nice arcade for kids to enjoy. I would highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the area.

First time there, went for a show at The Grand Theater. The tower was easy to navigate and had a lot of options for food albeit expensive although it is a casino. Show was good and if you're stupid and bring your pocket knife you can actually get it back after the show, only time I've ever experienced that. Played $5 dollars on the slots and managed to leave with enough to cover a little over half what I had played for dinner so that was pretty sweet.

Probably one of the best hotels ever. I've been here at least 6 times in the past 8 months and every time it's been a complete blast! Never a dull experience going there. The best part of staying in the rooms is the updated bathrooms! The shower is all granite tiling complete with a grantie bench seat. It's quite romantic, actually. It made the stay with the fiance feel like a true vacation away from home. If anybody is looking for an awesome and killer experience, Foxwoods is your place.

Fun safe place to party it up. Good Luck! Be careful how "requests" are handle smoking is not a guarantee even when you book best room available. The reservations lady made a lot of promises that the hotel isn't holding up and now it's all of a sudden first come as they only have 3 smoking suites. Still an A+ place to stay and play!

The hotel was immaculate and luxurious, we were attending a concert at the Grand theater and loved that everything was connected indoors. Great amenities. Our check in clerk wasn't too friendly or helpful but other than that our stay was great!

Very clean and relaxing. The Tanger Outlets make this place one of a kind. No need to leave unless you just get bored of good action, amazing food and peace and quiet.

We stayed here for 2 nights and ended up having to leave early. While there, the room was cleanable DNA everyone was friendly. I only give it three stars as some of the cupboards were broken before we stayed. The windows did not appear to be washed and although we got a non smoking room, it smelled like ciggerettes.

I recently visited the Foxwoods for the Anthony Santos Conert. It was a great concert overall every aspect was perfect. After the show my girlfriend and I went to the casino in the Fox Tower, we gambled for a bit and also danced on the Dance floor which is located at the center of the casino. It was such a great time looking forward to visiting the Fox Tower again.

Directors suite has Beautiful rooms and an amazing view only downside is after staying here I can never go back to a lesser room can be a bit pricey for a night but worth it everytime I visit I stay here!
