Very nice hotel. The lobby is very cozy with a fireplace, & it makes you feel like you're in a log cabin/mountain lodge. Nice indoor pool. They offer a free shuttle van to both foxwoods & mohegan sun casinos. Very close to the highway but no highway noise. Very close to a shopping area, with a 24-hour walmart.

We stayed here for our wedding recently. Had some back and fourth issues with our room block. Sometimes when we called they said there wasn't one and other times there was. They blamed it on a change in computer systems. Aside from that, pretty good experience. My best mans experience here was not as good. Non smoking room stunk of smoke. We requested a rolling bed 4 times from 3pm until 930pm when it finally came. When it did finally come, the bed sheet had cigarette burn holes in it and came with 2 fitted sheets and a pillow. That's it.

Good rooms and friendly staff. Never have had an issue there. Only 15-20 drive to casinos.

I have to admit I only stayed here once but it was for three weeks when I work for the rail road. In that time I enjoyed the pool and the area. Even though I would return to the hotel filthy dirty from work the employees we're still kind. There is a shuttle bus to near by casinos and to local hangouts. Some day I plan on going back so I can enjoy everything without the creasilt. Lol.

We had our Union meeting in the upstairs board room and it was an absolutely pleasant experience. Right off the highway and well-cooled, couldn't ask for more.

Love using the pool. Just wish they did a night time swim. Glow sticks, lights low etc.

Quite clean it's more for older people and there really nothing's to do but it was nice for peace and quite.

Lobby is dark when you walk in. Exterior could be power washed. Guests not greeted when you walk in, only if you go up to desk.

Pleasantly surprised. Room was small but entire hotel had a cozy lodge feel to it. Great stay for the price.

I went there to go swimming. $10 a person. It was really hot inside the pool room and the water was bath water warm. There was a class going on so we couldn't use the pool for half the time but wasnt informed of that. Kinda pricey.

I love it I had my son do his swimming lessons there. It was through bubbles to butterfly. And it was a really good experience for my family.

Nice place, clean rooms, moderate prices and a good continental breakfast. The sunday morning staff kept the coffee and the waffles flowing all morning long. If someone from corporate is reading this. You should give them all a raise.

I haven't stayed personally at the hotel but I have had family stay there who absolutely love it. I know that Bubbles to Butterflies swim classes take place at there pool. Also, (which I have done) you can get a pool membership to use the pool on a monthly basis or a day pass. Those with medical conditions can get a Drs note and get a membership at a discounted rates. The pool and hot tub are both handicap accessible and have steps and railings to get in and out of. There are also two unisex handicap accessible bathrooms, which can also be used for changing and showering. The pool, bathrooms, hot tub, and hotel lobby area are very clean and we'll kept. The front desk staff is friendly and always helpful. They also have shuttles service which can drive guests to either Foxwoods or Mohegan Sun.

Excellent service and treatment to the customer. Breakfast is excellent.

It offers local residents a place to swim for a fee on when the hotel is not busy. But it is expensive. But the high cost keeps out the rif-raf.

Friendly staff. Affordable rates. Clean rooms and lobby. Pool gets pretty busy in winter because of swimming lessons.

We spent 4 nites here. I can't say enough good things about the motel. The cleanliness, the amenities and the staff. All were great. The breakfast was great, even with Belgian waffles. And then one of the best things to start the day was the breakfast hostess. Carmen never stopped keeping things running smoothly, but always had time for a word with the guests or to help the guests with everything. A great asset to a very enjoyable stay. Thank you to all of the staff for making our stay so great.

Went to a pool party and it was pretty cool. Had our own room and use of the pool for two hrs without interuption. Would use this lodge again.

I vosot the pool a few times a week. It's always clean and the front desk staff is very friendly.

Screwed up our reservation and still charged us for the free night… the customer service manager promised to make the free comp night they gave us amazing with a nice gift waiting and we never got anything…! the swimming pool and jacuzzi had so much bleach In it our eyes were burning… WILL NEVER GO BACK.!

Horrible experience. Booked room a month in advance and when we arrived it was not available. They offered to comp us a room at the holiday inn, yeah, the holiday inn! was assured that we were not going to be charged, yet when I checked my account 2 days later the money was gone, I had to call corporate and go through the process of getting it back. Like I said, horrible.

The room used for my granddaughters birthday party could have been cleaner, food crusted to the chairs is pretty disgusting and unsanitary.

Very friendly staff, very clean early check in room swapped to help us and another guest out with preferred type accommodations. Would stay here again and recommend to friends.

When we got there, the room was frigid. They didn't bother turning on the heat, nor did the heat work that well when it was on. We found another person's hair on one of the bath towels. The rooms have the cheapest appliances money can buy. No soaps or shampoos in the shower or bathroom. Hell, the bathroom light took 20 seconds to turn on and flickered for a while.

Place was clean and they let us ck in at 1.

Of the many hotels that we have stayed at, this hotel rates amongst the best! The hotel staff went above and beyond when my sister surprised me for my 50th birthday! The decorations were perfect! The entire hotel was very clean! But best of all was the pleasant and friendly atmosphere! We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
