We have been here 3 nights and never had beds made or clean towels horrible cleaning crew. This place needs help.

We rented the meeting room for a massage course. A couple hours into the first day the AC stopped working and it was 81 in the room in the basement! There are also no bathrooms downstairs for the meeting room. We had to open the doors for air flow only to be disturbed by the constant noise from housekeeping and staff because their room was right across from the meeting room. I told Anna (who was very helpful) about the AC and she out their AC guy on it. He did absolutely nothing! I checked in many times and he said he was working on it that it froze up. I saw him wandering around the hotel numerous times and know he was not working on anything. Students were sweating profusely, nauseous and felt like they were going to pass out. A couple of them left early because of heat exhaustion! The AC guy left. Nothing was fixed and we had the same issue the following day until Anthony the GM came. He sat in the basement in the room with the AC using a heat gun to fall the block of ice. I am very thankful for him because AC did go back down to 78 however that didn't last long. However doing this caused water to leak into the room and got the students belongings wet and they had to work stepping on soaked towels. My business compensated the students over $600 for the situation. No compensation from the hotel to the students. Not being charged for the room doesn't even equal what we paid out!

This location has some very comfortable beds.

Amazing friendly rooms are huge clean love how they have toothbrushes toothpaste and combs for you in the bathroom you don't even have to ask for it five stars all the way.

Standard Holiday inn Express. Professional and fast service at front desk, standard breakfast, clean room and comfortable enough bed. No complaints for an overnight stay while on a business trip.

Let me begin by saying that the staff is very friendly and helpful and if I were reviewing just them it would be a 5. Taking into consideration that the breakfast is free, it's still pretty lacking. Extremely bland and obviously not cooked from fresh ingredients. The pool was nice but rules are not enforced and there was a couple drinking alcohol in the pool and not watching their kids, one of whom was jumping in constantly and nearly landed on one of our girls. Finally the entire hallway stunk of marijuana. After letting the desk know the hall was sprayed but the smell was back later on. The carpet in the room had sticky spots and the curtains were ripped down on one side and had holes. We will not be staying here again.

The overall property and the staff were great!

This has to be one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had from the moment I checked in to check out time. Thomas was working the desk when I arrived and I want to say his customer service went above and beyond. He accommodated us to the fullest with a later checkout time and letting me know about signing up to earn rewards. The room along with the pool area and other areas of the hotel was immaculate. The complimentary Breakfast was great with lots of choices. If I am in the area again I will definitely be returning! Not only was Thomas’ customer service excellent all the staff were extremely friendly. Thank you!

This was one of the best hotel stay experiences for us ever. Starting with the front desk, they all were so professional, responsive, and friendly. We just can't praise them enough. The room was big and smartly decorated. The staff were dedicated and friendly. The entire place was well kept and clean, starting with the room, common areas, pool and parking lots. They offered many choices in the free breakfast. They provide a free newspaper in the lobby and offered delicious free cookies at night. The outside of the hotel has a nice design and the hotel is set back from the road, where it is very quiet. The location of the hotel is very convenient to downtown Hartford (10 to 15 minutes). There are all kinds of food choices nearby. We truly enjoyed our time here and plan to return soon for a longer stay.

Staff is all very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was well stocked and diverse enough to accommodate different diets. Rooms were good for an inexpensive hotel with only minor issues if you look close enough. Will stay here again when visiting the area in the future.

Believe it or not this was our favorite hotel stay. It's on a main road close to stores and food but set back enough to be quiet. The manager, Regina, keeps the place running smoothly and is very helpful. The rooms are nice, beds comfortable and our room had a whirlpool tub for 1 and a mi NJ I fridge The pool is 10x20 and almost 5 feet deep and we got a nice workout. Breakfast is better than most places. It's a 12 minute drive to downtown Hartford and the baseball stadium. Parking is free. They have a pay laundry as well. Will definitely visit again!

Good assistance when our room needed to be handicap accessible!

A good stay. Clean. Comfortable. Okay breakfast (need an oatmeal vat). Check-in was a little confusing. Friendly enough. Just not the best IHG property and I stay in a lot.

We found many ants on the bathroom floor, one on the carpet and one in the bed. With the amount of ants we saw, we suspect this isn't a new problem. The front desk employee issued a discount on our stay. I was grossed out and left the day I found the ants in the bathroom. I was told the manager would be calling me or my husband but neither of us ever received a phone call. I would never stay there again. We couldn't pack up and leave soon enough.

I rented the meeting space for a kids birthday party and it was great. The staff is awesome and very helpful. Would definitely rent the space again.

Elaine in the kitchen was so helpful and although working by herself she worked so efficiently. She was so positive and cheery it made the experience even more pleasurable. I had gone to another hotel and customer service was horrible I checked out and came to Holiday Inn I'm recommending it to everyone clean and professional.

Holiday inn in name only. Staff is rude and disrespectful. Mattresses old and worn out. Dirty carpets. Inattentive staff. Night manager prefers to argue with customers rather than to help them enjoy their stay. For a super 8 that would be fine but I didnt pay for a super 8 I payed for a Holiday inn. Business center is a total joke. Stay far away.

Rooms were fine, the TV had static on some channels. The road it is on is a big divided turnpike with a lot of restaurants and stores, lots of u turns needed to access both sides. The parking lot could've been plowed and salted a little better as it snowed and sleeted the night I was there. Vending machine was sold out of everything when I tried it. Room has a Keurig machine but no microwave, but there's a microwave available in the lobby.

Hotel is in a great location easily accessible. Room was clean and spacious. Staff are very friendly and were helpful in extending our stay. Free breakfast had great options.

This is an ok hotel. As long as you don't mind not having hot water for a shower. I have stayed here for work related trips many times, and always had issues with no hot water regardless of what room I was in. The hotel is your typical Holiday Inn Express, breakfast and a nice enough room that is clean. I f not for no hot water multiple times, I would give 3 stars.

Very nice place for the price. Had a very large room, comfy bed. Bathroom was clean and perfect size. One thing I loved was they give u labeled firm and soft pillows. Nice touch, that and the cookies every night. Everyone was very professional and nice. Probably one of the best continental breakfasts I've had. Only complaint was the pool room was very cold and there is a large divot in the parking lot so watch out. Will return.

A pleasant stay at a property that meets the standards of IHG. A nice Holiday Inn Express, that felt clean, well maintained, with a friendly staff. The rooms were clean and well kept. If you prefer ground level floors, I would suggest against staying in room 102 through 104, as the noise from the fitness center and laundry facility can carry. Overall, a very nice stay!

Service was fine. The room we stayed in was fine, about what you would expect. Comfortable, clean and quiet. Vending machines were a little sparse though and I had to go to the front desk to break a twenty because they only take cash. Overall, what we needed and expected. A good experience but not outstanding.

The hotel itself is nice. Nothing is really within walking distance and all items are vending machines only. I personally hate that.

Not an easy hotel to access and no laundry but the facilities were nice and well taken of.

The staff was 5 star! I left a mess of cash by accident in the room, and they called after we checked-out by 10AM to see if it was mine! Exceptional! The room had a NOISY heater and a refrigerator that made the weirdest noise (like 20, 000 Leagues Under the Sea weird) we have heard in a long time… But we will be back! PS: The breakie was better than usual also…

It was pretty much the same as almost any Holiday Inn Express I've stayed at. The only thing that was not good in my room, was the quality of the sockets for plugging things like phones in to charge. The ones in my room were extremely flimsy and couldn't be touched without the power stopping from transferring to whatever was plugged in.

Clean large room, good breakfast, friendly competent staff at a decent price.

They upgraded our room to include a whirlpool tub, at the same price and without our asking. Very nice! Bed and pillows very comfy. Included breakfast is actually quite adequate and overall a very pleasant stay for the money. The people at the desk were more than nice, and even the housekeeping people went out of their way to be friendly. We will return again and again.

Staff told me to screw my self and die in a hole. And to find another place. I am guessing this man didnt want me staying there that night.

This location wasnt the best, rooms were okay, front desk staff weren't that helpful.

Not as clean or quiet as we usually get with this hotel brand, but ok. The worst was some woman (maid, I guess) just barged into our room in the morning, maybe 8:30am (in other words, nowhere near checkout time) to rudely ask when we were leaving. We have small children, and this is not ok! I tend to complain when we get back home.

Very clean and great people.

Stayed here at least ¹ 10 times in the past 6 months and always had excellent service.
