The desk staff were all lovely, the room was clean and fresh and did not have that musty "hotel" smell, I liked the bar soap very much, and the water pressure and heat were great!

The hotel is well situated, modern, clean and has spacious rooms providing plenty of comfort. The breakfast setup seemed limited. Overall very pleased and would stay again.

Great Hotel! This was my second time staying at this location. The hotel is located right off the highway and was only 3 miles from CCSU. The staff was welcoming and helpful with dinner options. The room was neat and comfortable. Had breakfast at the Bistro, it was delicious. I would definitely stay again in the future.

The rooms are not large, especially with a king bed, crib, and pull out sofa bed out. The walls are rather thin, meaning sound carries easily. The bathroom had some issues mold. However it is otherwise clean, both in the room and common areas. The staff is excellent and very accommodating.

Modern decor. Nice hotel. Beds are OK, just very soft for my liking Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Would stay here again.

The reception was really helpful, clean and big rooms. Nice lobby area with the bar. The bistro is nice too.

Great clean room and nice professional areas. Area has a lot of food and the hotel has a restaurant that opens at night in the lobby area. I was located on the first floor near an exit and it was still nice. The only problem was that the fire alarm is right in front of the bathroom and goes off if it detects steam. A minor problem was that you can hear your neighbors closing the door and a few times you might think someone is knocking on your door. I got up quite a few times thinking that someone was knocking on the door.

Good place to stay. Great rooms and service. Bistro bar for small get together.

The suite was very nice, clean and very spacious. They also had a pool that the kids enjoyed very much. The only complaint I had was the walls were thin and you can hear everything, we kept getting complaints and we were not even in our room when the complaints were coming in. Other than that the staff was very nice and more than helpful.

Room was Beautiful… the sheetrock and woodwork was excellent… the granite countertops were well done. The only downfall was the minimal choices of breakfast options. Employees were very polite and all had great personalities.

I always have a pleasant time at this hotel. The staff treats you very well and professionally and the amenities are perfect.

Nice and quiet. Great for businesstravel. I got a much better rate than the one in downtown Hartford. However, there is no Continental breakfast included. Breakfast had to be purchased at the Bistro.

Brikena Talo, the assistant general manger should be FIRED! She harasses employees, among other things. I thought it was ILLEGAL to LIE to employers about people who worked there. White Lodging Property Management and Marriott isn't this ILLEGAL, isn't this grounds for a LAWSUIT? She called me at my new job CURSING and STALKING AND HARRASSING ME. She has a very distinctive voice, so I knew it was her. I called the police. I will make sure we have a call logging system in place and I am seriously considering a lawsuit. This person is a liabilty and should be either re-trained or fired! very upset.

We had an event at the here and the room itself was fine but on the small side. The internet was very slow even with a enhanced code.

The rooms are highly functional in their layout, and elegant in their appearance. With a well-equipped business center, a bistro serving breakfast and dinner (with wine and cocktails), this hotel has it all!

When rates are around $100, we like to stay here and have been doing that for past 5 yrs.

Are use this courtyard for two meetings and overnight stays. The staff is excellent. The meetings went off about a hitch they were very attentive. Responsive to every need or every request. I would definitely use this property again.

Great hotel for a category 3. Rooms were really nice, and staff were friendly. Bummer there was no included breakfast, and the front desk didn't have any toothpaste when I found out I forgot to pack some, but overall a nice stay.

New feel. Not too much parking, especially if you get in late. Multiple malls nearby with your typical chain restaurants. Across the street from an LA fitness if the hotel gym isn't enough. Right off the highway for easy access. Overall would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at this hotel over the wknd a I lived it the room are huge and needs are very comfortable the lobby is gorgeous love it will stay again.

I stayed here for one evening in a regular king room and had a rate that included breakfast. The room was well kept and recently remodeled. There was plenty of space and it was very comfortable! The fitness center just has two treadmills, one elliptical, and one bench with some free weights. The pool and spa didn't look very inviting. Breakfast was very good, I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered eggs with turkey sausage, toast, potatoes and OJ.

Stay here for buisness. The staff are always very friendly and accommodating. I have never had a bad experience.

I stayed here on a business trip. I am a trainer for my District so I've stayed in many hotels for business purposes. This one is my favorite thus far. The whole hotel is beautifully renovated, they serve STARBUCKS coffee in the lobby, the room is GORGEOUS with Paul Mitchel hair products in the Bathroom AND they had Sinatra playing when I walked in. Not to mention, Jada, the staff in the lobby for check in was as sweet as pie. And Shaquonna, the Barista was so helpful and so professional. This place got me wanting to book a stay for leisure soon! Gotta give credit where credit is due.

I had a very nice room but above all it was about the customer service that I received there. Unfortunately, sad circumstances brought me into town and they took such good care of me! Would definitely come back to this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel aug 16 — 19 and left my kindle there by accident. When I checked out in the morning I went directly to the airport and realized my kindle was missing. I called the next morning (aug 20) to see if my kindle was found and could be mailed to me. I was told that A) my room had "not been serviced yet" so they had to go check and then B) they sent someone to check and then told me the kindle was not found and I must have "lost it somewhere else". A) what kind of hotel has not serviced a room 24 hours later and B) why are there FIVE books purchased on August 19th that I did not purchase. Clearly someone at this hotel has found my kindle and is buying books on it. I'm now out the price of a new kindle and 5 books I would never have bought. I am extremely angry about this. Someone at this hotel should be held responsible for this issue.

THEY GIVE AWAY YOUR ROOM AND WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY Long night tonight, flight delays, broken AC in the Plane, and then, get to the hotel after midnight, and even though I am a frequent stayer at Marriott's, and the room was all paid they gave away my room. Made me drive across town to another hotel, and then only stay there for one night and have to come back and stay for the other 2 nights in this place that did not have the respect for me enough not to give away my room. Do not stay in this Courtyard! They think to make me happy they would not charge me (not me but my company) for the night that they gave away my room. Well my company might be happy for the savings, but they are not happy that they had me travel across the country to be less effective because I did not sleep much. The big thing is I am not happy, no sleep, have to move rooms again (which I hate, I like to settle in, and the first night in a hotel, I don’t sleep well). Again I say: Do not stay in this Courtyard.

Don't get me wrong I liked the rooms, they were clean and well kept, the furniture was very decent and well maintained, however, when I first checked in with my boo, this lady at the front looked at us with such disdain, my girlfriend was upset all evening, She looked at us almost like I had picked up a hooker from a strip joint and brought Her here for relations, maybe it's because am black and my girlfriend is white? I wish I had gotten the name of the attendant at the front desk, we checked in around Late Morning on Monday December 23rd 2013, maybe management will send Her for further training on how body language relates to good customer service, need I remind Marriott that reviews are everything and customer is King.

BE WARNED: Have stayed at Courtyard Marriott's before and have always enjoyed my stay. However, after returning to my room (308) in the evening, I noticed the bed was infested with bed bugs. I called the front desk was given some passive apologies and moved to another room. All the person at the desk offered me was a "free breakfast buffet" voucher valued at less than $10. This experience ruined my stay, made me uncomfortable and caused me to take precautions when returning home to my house to prevent transfer of any bed bugs from the Hotel. As a frequent customer and Marriott Silver Elite member I was very disappointed in how the matter was handled.

During our stay our car was one of eleven that was broken into. Several factors made us question the hotels judgment: * sightline from the parking lot to the front desk is unobstructed. Yet no one at the hotel noticed anything. * we were told the next day, by both the police and the hotel, that there had been an increase in crime in the area. Yet the parking lot is very dimly lit. * we were told that additional security was "under consideration, " seems a bit late for this. * it took multiple requests for the hotel to have the glass vacuumed out of the back of the car. * the hotel has told us that they are not at all responsible, and that all "further decisions" are up to their insurance company. Bottom line, we question the hotel's (and the chain's) commitment to security and safety, and will not stay at a Courtyard in the future.
